I cannot speak highly enough of how amazing my wedding reception was. My parents have been members for 30 years, and grew up going as a kid. So to have all my family and friends share a place that is so special to me was so amazing. Thank you to Bob for helping us through the whole process! The food was absolutely amazing and of course the cocktails. We had a seated and plated meals, and the flow of everything was great. (Ignore the reception florals - that vendor I do not recommend!) Cocktail hour overlooking the golf course, and just a night I will never forget!

They have class and professionalism, they provide pretty much everything, their recommended vendors are excellent, and pricing wise - you are not going to find anything that compares. Plus Bob is very transparent about pricing and [resented it in the clearest way pf any venue we toured. The food is unreal, the servers and bartenders are excellent, I am honestly out of adjectives. Thanks Bob for making our day so easy!

uided us with all our decisions, and made us feel so confidant that things would go well. All of vendors we used were familiar with the club and spoke highly of working with them. The cocktail hour was amazing with ample space for guests to get a cocktail at the private reception bar and enjoy hors d'oeuvres passed by wonderful staff. The bridal party had their own private room set-up with a bar and hors d'oeuvres until they were announced. The food was absolutely delicious! It was set up so that guests could easily serve themselves. No lines or waiting! The room was beautiful and the table settings lovely. Do I have to mention that the restrooms had an attendant and were large enough for guests, If you are looking for an elegant wedding reception, you need to at least schedule a tour. You do not have to be a member to take advantage of this beautiful venue overlooking an amazing golf course!

al. He consistently checked on us throughout the night to make sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. The St. Ives staff was also warm and accommodating.. many of our guests commented on how wonderful all the staff was. The food and drinks were also a hit! We especially loved the short rib empanadas :) Thank you to Bob and the St. Ives staff for making our wedding reception memorable!

Bob is extremely knowledgeable and works hard to ensure that everything goes smoothly leading up to, and during the wedding. St. Ives never does 2 weddings in 1 day, so you don't have to worry about rushing to get in and out and sharing the day with another couple. The bridal suite and grooms suite are beautiful and spacious. The ballroom has incredible views of the golf course and treeline beyond, and was the perfect space for our reception AND ceremony. All of the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. If you're looking for a venue and staff that will go the extra mile to make sure your day is stress-free and beautiful, look no further!

ue is absolutely stunning!!!! It felt like a castle, perfect for our fairytale wedding. The décor is beautiful, the staff is professional, and everything is well kept and clean. I was completely sold after our initial tour of the clubhouse and meeting with Bob. Planning a wedding, Bob will be your greatest asset. He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, timely, and overall very easy to work with. He is a great resource if you need advice. He’s very experienced and won’t lead you astray. Our wedding was perfect thanks to the help of St Ives. We are forever grateful.

I recently attended a wedding at St. Ives, and while the facility and grounds are beautiful and a lovely venue for such occasions, the staff was exceptionally rude and condescendin...

g. The meal was plated and took an inordinate amount of time to serve the roughly 100 guests (well over 2 hours), and despite the wait, the food wound up being merely average. Money was also stolen from several members of the wedding party. Considering the wedding party and guests were all together waiting on the meal, the only viable suspects for the theft would be St. Ives' employees. Again, lovely venue, but unfortunately, did not include hospitality or good customer service!

My siblings and I hosted our parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary and Vow Renewal at St. Ives in October 2016. First and foremost, the venue itself speaks of sheer elegance and style,...

and the staff added complementary style. Bob Cooper, the Director of Events & Catering Services was PHENOMENAL! It is worth noting that our first communication with Bob was via telephone. We were a bit apprehensive initially because we didn't think his tone seemed "warm." Boy, were we wrong! After researching other venues and not being pleased with their offerings, we decided to have an in-person meeting with Bob. Our first in-person meeting quickly proved that Bob was the polar opposite of what our preliminary thoughts were. As a matter of fact, he was warm, took great time out of his busy schedule to give us a tour of the facility, and he even put together a spec based our event requisites (needs). We left St. Ives after the in-person meeting pleased and knowing that what St. Ives Country Club had to offer far outweighed all vendors we had contacted. Long story a bit shorter, we contacted Bob shortly thereafter and booked our celebration at St. Ives. Bob worked with us diligently from Day 1. Whenever we had an inquiry, Bob resolved it in both an efficient and timely manner. He was available, returned all calls, and responded to all emails. He was beyond professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. Additionally, Bob’s knowledge concerning the various food selections was also noteworthy. He provided great advice and added direction throughout the course of the planning phase. On the day of our event, the venue was set up exactly as it had been previously planned. The staff was available to assist us with any emerging issues. The one that arose (glitch in the sound system) was minor. It was resolved quickly, and did not cause any noticeable interruption. I cannot end this review without mentioning THE FOOD...THE FOOD.....THE FOOD!!! Simply put, IT WAS TO DIE FOR! Everything, from the hors d'oeuvres to the entrees, was absolutely delicious. We decided to go with the Seated Brunch Menu, and I tell you, the spread could have fed the multitude of 5000! The food at St. Ives will leave your palate salivating for weeks to come. This is truly no exaggeration. In sum, we have absolutely no regrets or complaints about selecting St. Ives Country Club to host our celebration. We felt the money spent was well worth the investment. The value of what we received provides no equitable comparison. We HIGHLY recommend St. Ives Country Club as a premier wedding or event vendor. You can't go wrong. Many thanks once again to Bob Cooper and the entire St. Ives Country Club staff. Our guests are still commenting on such a beautiful and festive occasion that we hosted at their extravagant facility. ~The Armstrongs

the wedding Bob & Staff oversees every aspect of the wedding and the wedding was done to perfection. There is a beautiful outdoor terrace for the cocktail hour. The food was exceptional, we had the plated dinner and every plate was served hot & delicious. The ambiance is lovely! Our guests raved about the wedding with many saying it was the best wedding they ever attended. St. Ives is phenomenal!

ed all of our expectations. There is not one additional thing that the club could have done to make the might any more special. The staging in the ballroom was gorgeous, the food was fabulous and the service was incredible. Approximately 75% of the guests complimented us on the set up and the food during the wedding. The entire evening was flawless.

remony and reception inside in the ballroom. They were incredible and EVERYTHING went exactly as planned. Everyone raved over the food (mash potato bar, steak, salad, maple pecan chicken, etc). They let me use the women's lounge to get ready and I had plenty of room for our hair/makeup people to set up. They were always checking on us and seeing if we needed anything throughout the day. Bob made sure everything ran smooth during the ceremony and did an excellent job of telling everyone where to line up and stand. At first I didn't think St. Ives would have enough room, but everyone fit perfectly in the main ballroom! Everyone still talks about how we had THE BEST wedding and we can't thank St. Ives enough for making our day so WONDERFUL!

When my other venue canceled our booking 8 weeks out, they saved the day. They met our cater's menu and pricing. They made everything so easy, and the coordinator was organized and...

always quick to respond to emails or phone calls. The food was incredible, and the other vendors didn't have any trouble working with them. I would highly recommend them.

best for those that are hosting a wedding for 150 people MAX!!!! If you have more...the venue can not accommodate.
