We just had our wedding at St. Johns and they were absolutely wonderful with us. Hurricane Ian almost ruined our wedding day and the staff at St. Johns was wonderful with working with us through it all and our wedding went off without a hitch! Our food was 10/10, the reception hall is beautiful and the staff is just awesome. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone!!

Planning a wedding with Jessica at the St. Johns Golf & Country Club was such an amazing experience. The staff was professional, kind, and helped us have the best day ever - we cannot thank them enough! The venue is absolutely beautiful and offers so many fantastic photo locations.

As the mother of the bride, this venue was amazing start to finish. They were very accommodating and very easy to work with. Communication and execution of the event went on without a hitch. I had no concerns leading up to the event that things would not all be handled well. Amanda and Jessica were a true joy to work with. I have planned many events and this by far was the easiest and best. I’m sorry for the below negative review from one of our guest. I wish they would have come to me with their concern. So with that being said, I would highly recommend this venue!

I unfortunately had a horrible experience as a guest of a wedding at this venue recently. During the cocktail hour of the wedding, I asked for a drink from the bartender. He made it incorrectly and I asked him to fix it. He asked for my ID, which was fine because I am of age. After he corrected my drink I came back for another after the dinner of the wedding. He refused to serve me and my friend, and told me that because he saw us “go to the bathroom” he wouldn’t serve us. The rest of the night, my friend and I were not served. Never in my life have I been degraded so much at a bar. Meanwhile, the groomsmen who could hardly even walk were served whatever they wanted. Multiple other wedding guests also spoke of his rudeness. The bartenders name was Ryan. When I tried to talk to the assistant manager about the situation, she would not even give me the time of day. It was absolutely ridiculous and I will advice anyone who is considering having a wedding there stay far away.

It was truly a beautiful and seamless event. Jessica is a gem and took care of us better than I could have ever imagined! Such a beautiful new space and experience. My guests raved about the food and everything was truly perfect!

My fiancé & I selected the St. Johns Golf & Country Club based on their affordability & the design plans for their new wedding ceremony & reception spaces. When COVID-19 forced us to postpone our wedding, they were incredibly accommodating; they allowed us to move our date from April to September 2020 with no hassle or penalty. The Director of Sales, Amanda Dunn, has been simply amazing to work with! My fiancé & I still wanted to get married in the spring, so she was kind enough to offer us the opportunity to have a super-intimate ceremony onsite (that complied with the CDC’s, the WHO’s & the Governor’s guidelines, of course). Her communication is top-notch; she responded by email and/or text very quickly & was compassionate & understanding about every decision we made. We are so glad we chose them as our venue & we're thrilled we'll be able to work with them again in September for the BIG celebration!

We had a beautiful ceremony and reception here! We were initially won over by the all-inclusive nature of the venue. We were able to have our ceremony and reception in the same place and we did not have to worry about hiring outside catering, renting linens/tables/chairs, or hiring a wedding coordinator. The staff remained helpful and flexible, even when we had last-minute adjustments and questions. What a blessing! I did not have a lot of personal experience with weddings- and so I was nervous about everything being set up and staying on time. No need to worry there- this staff knows how to keep everyone and everything on track! We did not need a lot of decorations- the dining room is naturally gorgeous- but the decorations we did provide were set up even more beautifully than we had imagined- and then they were boxed up and ready for us to pick up after the wedding. Even with the rain, we had a beautiful ceremony and so much fun at the reception. Thank you for helping us have a beautiful day!

Our daughter, Ally, had her wedding here. Right from the start, I felt comfortable with Brittany, she put any concerns my daughter and I had to rest and we are so glad we went with them. The months before the wedding I could go in and measure things or look around and figure out how I wanted to do things. The food was great! The staff is phenomenal! They let us bring the decorations, candy and popcorn early, and I picked them back up after the wedding, the next day, so great, stress-free. Tammie... When she talks with you it's like your wedding is the only one she is doing (even though you know it's not)Icouldn't have got through the day without her. She took control, she got things done! She let me vent to her, which I very much appreciated, she was so on it. She's my kind of gal. She even sewed a button back on one of the groomsmen tuxes for us, sooo nice. One of our candy jars broke she quickly found a replacement. Tammie was always very timely getting back by telephone with me whether she was at work or not. Then there's Jessica, oh my goodness, they are so fortunate to have her. Jessica made sure when a stressful situation came up that we were calm and relaxed. She packed to go dinners and I enjoyed talking to her at the end of the evening too. I would definitely recommend this venue. The staff is very professional and attentive to your needs, even when unexpected things arise. My husband and I look forward to working with Brittany, Tammie and Jessica again in the near future when we plan an anniversary party.

My husband and I probably looked at 15 different venues before deciding on St. Johns Golf & Country Club. This place was OUTSTANDING! The staff are thoughtful and professional. Everyone was responsive to any text or email, with any concern. The venue included a day-of coordinator, Tammie, who was the absolute best person to work with. She anticipated our every need and came to the rescue with a last minute floral disaster. The guests couldn't stop raving about the food, the staff kept the drinks flowing, and our guests were very well taken care of. If I had to plan our wedding again, I'd book St. Johns Golf & Country Club every time! They went so above and beyond our expectations and made our wedding magical.

BEST DAY EVER!!! November 18th, 2017 was my wedding and my husband and I are so glad we chose to go with St Johns Golf & Country Club! From the beginning, Brittany G. was so helpful and thorough! Once we secured the date, I began working with Tammie (who was absolutely amazing!!). She ensured that everything was lined up and ready to go come wedding day. On the day of, Tammie was there every step of the way! When she wasn't, my bridal attendant Jess was. Besides a gorgeous venue, the help along the way was what made it such a perfect day. From helping with decoration set up, to shuffling the wedding party so my husband and myself didn't see each other before walking down the aisle, and even to packing us "to-go" dinners and placing them in the limo (with our overnight bags!) to make sure we were able to eat after the party.... these ladies were AMAZING!! 10/10 would recommend them to a friend :) THANK YOU, ladies!!

Overall I had a really good experience!! I did not give a full five stars because their were some bumps along the way with communication but in the end everything was wonderful the day of! The food was delicious! Decorations were set up beautifully! Staff was wonderful and attentive!

I could not have dreamed of a better venue for my big day! The venue it’s self is very pretty. The staff is AMAZING! I cant say that enough. We worked with Tammie and she helped us every step of the way. The made great suggestions and made sure everything was just how we wanted it. The day of was so smooth and easy. I recently had my wedding on Oct. 22nd, 2017 Sunday. Ever since the first day, Brittany Grunst ensured that St. Johns Golf & Country Club would make my wedding a breeze for me, and they surely proved that. What really attracted me in the beginning was that they are an all-inclusive venue. They have their own menu (with a potato martini station!! - you can choose from regular potato and sweet potato with a multitude of toppings), a bridal attendant on the day of your wedding (Jessica was super helpful, getting me what I needed, making sure I was hydrated, grabbing plates of food for me and my bridal party), and the day-of wedding planner (Tammie) was a rockstar! Tammie was definitely more than just a "day of" planner. She was always quick to respond to my messages during the months before the wedding. She was helpful and always willing to meet. She has a degree in interior designing, so she is extremely skilled at knowing what looks great and what placements should go where. She never had a bad attitude, and would respond even if she wasn't at her office yet! Tammie also helped us a ton, by letting us drop our decorations off early so we wouldn't be stressing out on the day of the wedding. Not only that, but I mentioned to her that I couldn't find sparklers anywhere since it's not "in season" during the month of October. She gladly provided me with some leftover sparklers from previous weddings, which instantly dispelled my worries of a "bad exit". Also, another cool part about this venue is the fact that they let you & your bridal party ride in golf carts after the ceremony for a private picture taking. This ensures that you get some great shots with your bridal party. It was also a blast for all of the bridesmaids and the groomsmen to be driving around in our golf carts. The bridal attendant also came, ready with a plate of hors d'oeuvres for us - because hey, the guests aren't the only ones that can enjoy hors d'oeuvres right? SJGCC was always thinking one step ahead of us! The venue overall was clean, sophisticated, and very helpful. It also won't eat your bank account. For young couples looking to have a wedding of less than 100 guests, this is the venue for you. The staff at St. Johns Golf & Country Club are AMAZING!

I highly recommend this venue for your wedding! From day 1 Brittany was AWESOME! She was so helpful and upfront about everything I asked. I was looking for the BEST VALUE in a wedding venue and I found it here. I did a lot of research on venues all around Jax and St. Augustine and nothing compared to the value of getting a venue as nice as this for the price. The venue was perfect for my wedding. I had a mix of romantic, rustic, and elegant elements going on. The wood beams and chandeliers of the venue, along with the fireplace all went so well with my décor. The team really worked with me on all the details that I wanted which meant a lot! The Food was great, I got so many compliments from our guests on it being the best wedding food they had ever had! We chose the Chicken Picatta and the Steak and we were very happy with it. The best part of the whole experience was having Jessica (Bridal Attendant) there with me to keep me calm and help with anything I asked. From getting me water during the long photo session to double checking details throughout the night that kept popping in my mind. She was AWESOME! I really wasn't expecting that part of it. The crew that set up the reception room was also very kind to let me and my bridal party sneak in for a special bar photo I wanted during the set-up time. This is a great place to have your wedding!

Brittany, Shannon and their Team are amazing! They made my day care free, and beyond amazing! Guest raved about how good the food was! Brittany and her team, exceeded my expectations!!!! I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married!!!!!!!!

St Johns Golf and Country club was fantastic! The venue itself is gorgeous, but the staff made our wedding day stress free and helped the day to move along smoothly. Tammie and her staff were INCREDIBLE to work with!! They made sure everything was perfectly in place helping our other vendors such as florist and cake baker set up without any issues. The bride and groom and family did not have to worry about a thing on the day of. In addition the food was delicious receiving several compliments from our guests! Overall this venue was above and beyond anything we could have dreamed of for our wedding! We highly recommend St Johns Golf and Country club as a venue, you will not regret it!

My wedding was absolutely amazing!! I couldn't have chosen a better venue or team to work with. I still have guest talking about how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. It was truly a day to remember. Our day of coordinator Tammie did a great job at helping me stay calm the week leading up to the wedding. She even sent me a text the night before the wedding to ensure that I was relaxing and not worrying about anything. I greatly appreciated that because it gave me reassurance that I was in good hands. I was also very pleased with the table layout she suggested. The set up made the main room and back parlor area feel as one unit (with 150 guests). She was always very accessible and a pleasure to work with. Our DIY decorations were all placed exactly the way I explained and everything feel right into place. Tammie kept the program running and there was nothing that I had to worry about that day, everything was taken care of. The bridal suite was the perfect spot for my bridesmaids and I to get ready (including the MUA applying our makeup in that space). We were able to listen to music, eat and drink in a comfortable atmosphere as we prepared for the wedding. I absolutely positively LOVE Jessica (Bridal attendant), I feel like she was by my side the entire day making sure I was okay. From making sure my husband and I ate to checking to see if I needed to change into my flip flops. She was on top of everything. My bridesmaids ran into trouble trying to bustle my dress after formal pictures and Jessica came in and saved the day. I can't speak enough on how much my husband and I appreciate her passion for what she does. If you are looking for a gorgeous venue that will make your DIY dreams come true and handle all the minor details and flow of the day, you definitely want to book at this venue. I can't say enough about how amazing St. Johns Golf & Country Club was for my wedding. My husband and I fell in love with this venue immediately after visiting it. We had looked at many others that day and knew this was the one as soon as we walked in...and the price was so much better than others! I could not have asked for my rehearsal dinner and wedding to have gone any better. Everything was taken care of and exactly how I wanted it. At our rehearsal dinner the food was amazing and the service was too. Brittany kept everything on schedule so I could enjoy myself. The staff was very attentive to my guests as well. I had my ceremony and reception there too. Brittany and her staff worked with all my vendors to make my vision for our wedding came to life. Before the ceremony, in the Bridal Suite, we had food and drinks brought to us. We had the ceremony on the patio and everything was decorated exactly how I had asked it to be and better. The reception...I can't say enough about the staff. Brittany had a schedule that she used and pulled it off to a tee!! We even got to eat! I had nothing to worry about and I could completely enjoy myself. Many of my guests continue to rave about our wedding and how much fun it was. The food was superb. I highly recommend the potato martini bar and chocolate fountain. My guests were so impressed. The staff also saw us off and had our car packed with a bottle of champagne and food. Everything was cleaned up by them as well! We had 120 guests at our wedding and this venue was perfect for that many. Thank you St. Johns Golf & Country Club!

Best experience!!! The staff is so professional and made everyone feel so welcome. Everything was absolutely perfect...I would not have changed a thing. They put so much effort in everything, and made the night amazing!!

We had both our ceremony and reception at the St. Johns Golf & Country Club and it could not have been more perfect! We had a New Year's Eve wedding and were looking for a venue that didn't have music or time restrictions that also fit 200+ people and they were it! The staff is absolutely amazing, I couldn't have asked for anything better on our special day and leading up to it. The venue is already beautiful so there's not much needed for decor, which helps when you're on a budget, like we were! We had a southwestern/Mexican themed wedding and we chose the southwestern style buffet and it was delicious! All of our guests were so impressed by the food. Brittany, the wedding coordinator, was incredible helpful every step of the way! What I loved about this venue is that we didn't have to set up or worry about the decor at all. You drop it off the week of your wedding and they take care of it all. All of our guests and family could sit back and enjoy the day with us, stress free! You can't go wrong with St Johns Golf & Country Club!

Hands down the best venue to have an intimate wedding, that doesn't have the "small" feeling. I am so glad we chose this venue, from the gorgeous ceremony sites, the perfect reception room, and the large bridal suite, this place was the absolute best. They do not have a food or beverage minimum, which is great for lower budget weddings! The food was absolutely delightful, all of our guests were pleasantly surprised! Not to forget that the venue comes with a wedding coordinator, Brittany, who was the sweetest, most organized person. She made our wedding day feel effortless and run smoothly. She has no problems talking with all your vendors to make sure your wedding day turns out exactly how you want it. She is simply the best! Highly recommend!

We held both our ceremony and reception at the St. Johns Golf and Country Club on December 4th, 2016. The experience and staff are exceptional. We had the highest level of service, especially the day of. They stayed in constant contact and communication, and were available to answer questions at any time. We couldn't imagine a more beautiful setting. The only drawbacks were that golfers are still allowed to play during an outside ceremony, where we would expect them to silence anyone or ask for their respect during a ceremony. Other than that, it was fantastic.

St Johns G&CC hosted my wedding last week. It was fantastic! The property is beautiful, the employees are super nice and helpful, the bridal suite is spacious enough for a semi big group plus hair and makeup. Very accommodating and willing to do everything possible to make your day a success; even if your handmade arbor keeps falling from the wind lol

We originally booked an appointment to check out St. Johns on a whim, but immediately fell in love! Amanda and Brittany are great and are more than accommodating to make sure that your day is everything you dreamed of and more. Brittany even helped in coordinating a timeline for the ceremony and reception to make sure everything ran smoothly and on time! The food is great, the site (both outdoors and in) are beautiful and we received many compliments from friends and family on the great time they had! Our wedding was on June 18th, 2o16 and we can with total faith say it was the BEST day of our lives. Not just because we got married, but because our day was flawless. My husband and I as well as our guests were BLOWN away by the service provided prior to and especially on the day of the wedding by Brittany, Natalie and the other staff. They literally waited on our every need from the moment we entered our reception even before we said we needed anything. I did not have to worry about a single thing. Brittany and the staff coordinated everything with our vendors and ensured that our reception ran smoothly. You would have never known it rained that day because there were smiles all around. From the first day we met with Amanda at St John's Golf & Country Club we knew this venue was unlike any other wedding venue around. She was so accommodating and worked with us from California to initially book our wedding. Throughout our 14 months of planning she instantly answered any of our questions and put us at ease about every detail of our big day. As we got closer to our wedding Amanda introduced us to Brittany who was truly the most amazing coordinator we could have asked for! Brittany took every step to make sure our day went smoothly and we did not have to worry about anything! As for the venue, it is beautiful! Our friends and family were so impressed with the food, decor, staff, literally everything! When we left the venue the night of our wedding my now-husband said to me he would give St Johns Golf and Country Club "50 stars" if he could because our wedding was truly a dream come true! I would recommend this venue and team to anyone looking for the best wedding venue there is in North Florida!

I had my wedding here 3/19/16. From the very beginning the service was excellent. Amanda was there to answer all my questions via phone or email. As it got closer to the wedding I worked with Brittany who was so sweet and professional. From top to bottom everything was covered on my wedding day I didnt have to worry. Natalie went back and fourth between my husband and I to make sure we had everything we needed. When they found out my maid of honor was pregnant they checked on her every hour to make sure she was set on goldfish and gingerale. So nice!The prices were so reasonable too compared to other similar venues. The staff is super laid back but also so efficient. We got so many compliments on the service as well as the food. We choose to have a buffet style wedding with our ceremony on the golf course. With rain a possibility we moved the ceremony to the patio which ended up being perfect and more intimate. I would recommend this venue honestly to anyone looking for a venue in the St. John's/St.Augustine area.

My wedding was just two weeks ago and everything was perfect! Brittany and Amanda are amazing to work with. Both respond very quickly and are extremely helpful. The day of my wedding I did not have to worry about anything because I knew I was in good hands. The venue provides food and beverage, has a plan B if it rains, heaters for outside if it's cold. The land is gorgeous and provides great scenery for pictures. I would highly recommend booking this venue for your wedding, you won't be disappointed!

We just had our wedding here on 1/9/2016 and it was by far the best day ever. Everyone keeps telling us how it was the best wedding they have ever been to. The staff was so polite and helpful Brittany was the most sweetest, nicest, helpful, prompt, hardworking person there who definitely made the day go by smoothly. For the price it is amazing how much is included. For the food, oh my god the food was amazing. We had the buffet with mashed potato bar and everyone kept saying how amazing the food was. The chicken just fell apart as soon as you put your fork to it. Everything tasted amazing. They set everything up for you and take down so you dont have to worry about it doing it yourself. A huge plus when you have a lot of other last minute things to worry about. They even has a designated bridal attendant who is with you throughout the day to make sure you have what you need in food, drinks, constantly checking on you to make sure everything is going the way you want it to be. We had our ceremony on the lawn, cocktail hour on the patio and reception inside. It was beautiful, intimate, magical, wonderful. I seriously could not have envisioned my wedding elsewhere or done as fantastic as they did for us. Seriously everything about the venue and staff was phenomenal definitely have your wedding here.

I am writing this review and trying to hold back tears. This was the best night of my life, and I know the venue had a lot to do with it. I first met with Amanda at the venue, who was wonderful and gave us a tour and we booked it the next day. I then was given Brittany as a coordinator, and she went above and beyond. The value for this place is incredible. I have had so many people tell me that our wedding was the best wedding they have been too. We had the ceremony outside, the dinner inside, and had the dj outside in the patio area. It was truly amazing. The food was delicious! I have been to weddings where the place was crazy expensive, and the food is terrible. We did the buffet, and everyone RAVED about the food. My family is from Boston and are very "high class", and LOVED the food. Get the mashed potato bar. That was the best! I cannot speak enough about this place, and the staff. Brittany was so amazing, and basically my new BFF. They go above and beyond to make it so special for you. They set everything up, and break everything down for you, and you can grab it in a couple of days. That was amazing. Everyone loved how intimate and beautiful it was. We went to so many venues and the prices were ridiculous. For the venue, food, beer wine, it was such a awesome deal. I wouldn't change a thing. It truly is a beautiful place, and I am so happy this was our venue. Also, we had everyone stay at the World Golf Village Renaissance Hotel which was only one exit away, great for out of town guests. I want to relive it over and over again. Also, I wanted a great space for pictures because those were really important to me, and my wedding pictures are insanely beautiful and have great options with the venue. A huge thanks again to Amanda, Brittany, and the team at St. Johns Golf and Country Club. It truly was beautiful and I would do it all over again!

We had our wedding reception at St Johns Golf & CC and couldn't have made a better choice. Amanda and her team are true professionals. They are flexible and very willing to work with you and try to make your experience delightful. The place is beautiful and it will enhance your wedding pictures. The food was amazing. Every one of my guest raved about the excellent job The chef and his team had done. All in all a wonderful experience. I would recommend 100%.

Our wedding day on January 2, 2015 was the best day ever. Out of everything we planned for the wedding, the venue was our favorite and easiest to work with. Amanda was amazing and we had no idea we were getting a professional wedding planner for the price of the venue! It was such a stress free part of the wedding. Amanda took care of everything and did a wonderful job with the decorations. I've helped friends the day before decorating for their wedding and then cleaning up after the reception. We never had to worry about any of this! If I did the day all over again, I would still choose this venue for my wedding. It was absolutely perfect!!!

St Johns Golf & Country Club is a fantastic place to hold a wedding and reception. Amanda, Brittany and the whole staff were very professional. Their prices are very reasonable and the food was outstanding. They work very closely with you and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. If you are looking for an intimate, romantic and beautiful venue, and are on a tight budget, look no further! St John's Golf and Country Club was THE perfect venue for us! We had our ceremony on the covered patio overlooking the lake on the golf course, and then our reception inside the gorgeous dining room. We got a special rate for the rental of the spaces (they run special pricing from time to time), and were absolutely hooked we we saw the space! The room inside has tall ceilings, wooden beams, fire places and chandeliers, and was perfect for the intimate wedding that we desired. Amanda and Brittany (the coordinators there), made us feel right at home. We did not have to worry about any details, because they were there every step of the way. They set up all of our decorations and took them all down, and that is included in the already amazing price! They made sure that I was not stressed about anything on the day of my wedding, and made sure that my husband and I were taken care of the whole night! We danced the night away on the patio with our band...it was spectacular. I am no bashing brides that spend thousands of dollars on a venue, but I have to say, I cannot imagine a more perfect place to get married, while also not breaking the bank. THANK YOU Amanda and Brittany, for giving us the wedding of our dreams!!

I researched and toured many venues in Jacksonville, St. Augustine and Savannah, GA. This place and Amanda impressed me and my family the most. It was the ideal location, price and services. Amanda helped me from start to end to make my wedding the best day. Still to this day people can't stop talking about the decor, the venue, the food, the service and my dress. I recommend this venue to every bride looking to have their wedding at a country club.

My daughter selected St. Johns as her wedding venue and reception dinner caterer. Don't let the small size of the venue fool you. It was perfect for our party of 52 with room for more. The staff was fantastic, impeccable service and delicious food. I recommend the potato bar and the herb encrusted salmon. And I say that as a man that rarely eats salmon. Couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue. Guests complimented me on "doing it right." The secret is I didn't do anything, Amanda and St. John's staff did it all for me. Thanks again to all of you! Total cost included venue, dinner, food and drink for the ladies all day as they prepared and 5 hours of full premium open bar.

Everything leading up to our wedding day was made extremely easy by Amanda and all of the staff at St. Johns Golf and Country. We didn't hire a florist so we had put a lot on their plate to arrange our centerpieces and they were more than happy to do it. I loved working with Amanda and, on the day of, Britt. I hadn't eaten much since the morning of my wedding and they brought my bridesmaids and I snacks while we waited for everything to begin. I am so happy that we decided on St. Johns Golf and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to get married. Oh, an ALL of our guests raved about the food! They even made a vegan meal for my father-in-law. It was absolutely delicious and they made sure to send us home with leftovers. Thanks for everything, Amanda!

I recently got married at St. Johns Golf & Country Club. Everything was perfect, from the preparation to the day of all the way through the reception. Our coordinator Amanda st SJGCC as well as the rest of the staff were wonderful! They had all their ducks in a row and I had nothing to worry about. It was great considering all the other things a bride has to worry about. I would definitely recommend St.Johns to anyone.

I had my wedding at St. Johns Golf and Country Club in June 2014 and it was so perfect. From the minute we met Amanda, my fiance (now husband) and I knew that we wanted to work with her. On top of that, the property is beautiful. Planning was simple and stress-free, with guidance the whole way. I didn't have a separate wedding planner, but with Amanda helping me, I honestly didn't need one. She knew everything that needed to be done and made it effortless. We decided to have our ceremony outside on the green, with the reception in the clubhouse and the dance floor on the covered patio. Everyone who came to the wedding loved it and had a great time celebrating and dancing! The food was absolutely amazing (they have so many different options to choose from in terms of dinner; we had fajitas which were delicious) and the attendants during dinner and the entire wedding were extremely courteous and efficient. In addition to Amanda being there the day of the wedding to make sure everything is going as planned, the bride gets an attendant especially for her. This makes everything stress-free and fun instead of hectic while getting ready for that big moment. If I did it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. I would recommend this venue to anyone that is looking for people who really know what they are doing so you can focus on having fun for your big day. And if you want amazing photographs, the beautiful grounds here are definitely the way to go!

There was not one disappointed guest or wedding party member. This venue and staff were excellent. The staff was very professional, friendly and very helpful. I think they had someone from the food network cater the food because. It was excellent. Hats off to the cheff. Everything from the planner to the late night staff was perfect. The next day me and my wife were talking about how everything turned out better then we planned. Our expectations were exceeded. We plan on going back just to visit the staff and eat some more food. O and I'll play a round of golf on the beautiful course.. I would do it all over again at this same location. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work they do. Our overall experience with St. Johns Golf and Country Club as well as with our wedding planner Amanda Dunn was well beyond what we had expected. From the moment we stepped foot into the venue we knew that it was exactly what we were looking for, but from the time we met Amanda Dunn we knew our wedding was in the best hands possible. The entire process of planning was made so easy by her and don't even get me started on the wedding day itself. Amanda had a wonderful calming vibe that just made us feel like nothing could possibly go wrong, and absolutely nothing did. From the moment I arrived to the venue on my wedding day everything was perfect. I was shown around the venue to make sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it and was taken to a room to get ready with my bridesmaids. Every moment I was there for the rest of the night I didn't even have a chance to need or want something because Amanda made sure I had it.She made my entire wedding party feel at home and seriously put on the most perfect evening for my husband and I. We could not be more grateful for the memories we have from our special day!

Chris and I were married on June 21, 2014 at St. John's Golf & Country Club. We had the absolute best experience you could ask for. Between Amanda and her staff our wedding day was like a dream. They took the best care of Chris and I as well as our family, wedding party and guests. The food was outstanding for both our rehearsal dinner and reception. I was planning my wedding from out of state and Amanda was always just a phone call or email away from a quick answer! I gave her my vision and a few decorations and she transformed the space into my dream! Chris and I can't thank her staff enough for making our guests so welcome and relaxed. Even my handicapped grandparents were consistently cared for and made comfortable. We are still receiving compliments about how great the night was from our friends and family! Thank you SJGCC for making our day so special and flawless! We will remember it forever!

St. John's golf and country club is the perfect venue if you're looking for a mix of elegance, fun and value. We looked at a few venues prior and they were either too expensive or completely outdated. Our wedding was in June 2014 and we had approximately 75 guests. Some of the things that I liked about this venue was they had both an indoor dining area and and outside covered patio (perfect for FL), excellent choices and tasting food, beautiful grounds for pictures and the venue itself did not need a lot of decorations because it's very elegant itself. We had cocktail hour outside, dinner inside and then dancing outside and it was perfect. Amanda was our coordinator and she was helpful, professional and easy to work with and contact the entire time. Brittany was our coordinator the day of and she and the staff made sure we didn't have to worry about anything the entire night. When we first arrived, they had golf carts waiting for us to take to wherever we wanted to on the course for pictures. We had multiple guests say how much fun they had and many compliments on the food as well. We even had some people ask if we could do it all again next weekend! I never imagined our wedding day to be perfect, but it was as close to perfect that I think it could be. I highly recommend St. John's golf and country club!

SJGCC was a spectacular venue for my daughter's wedding. The options for food were so different, and my daughter and her fiance were encouraged to tweak everything to meet their tastes and needs. The venue coordinator, Amanda, was absolutely fabulous! She was a welcome cross between a big sister and a drill sergeant, with everything kept to a list and all items and tasks managed and taken care of on behalf of the bride and groom. Food - AWESOME! We all were very pleased with the St Johns Golf and Country Club for our daughters recent wedding. From our first meeting with Amanda Dunn to the very last song that was played that evening everything went very smoothly. When I began researching venues for my wedding, I made it a point to read through many reviews, because I believe they are the best way to get a sense of the customer experience. I was looking for a reception venue that would accommodate approximately 100 to 125 guests. My main criteria were that it be affordable, have good food, be pretty and well maintained and have reliable service. I began by looking at the usual venues that pop up on searches, but wasn't really blown away by them. However, when I began to look for reviews I came across several about Saint Johns Golf and Country Club. The reviews raved about the location, the food, how affordable it was, but mostly about the service provided by their coordinator, Amanda Dunn. After looking online at their website and multiple reviews I decided to schedule a meeting. The moment my mother and I pulled up to the entrance to the club we knew this would be the place. The grounds were gorgeous, with pretty bridges, waterways and lawns. The clubhouse looks like a lodge, with pretty stone walls, dark wooden beams and iron chandeliers. The place was impeccable and smelled clean. Even the bathrooms were well maintained. Amanda Dunn was simply amazing! She was extremely thorough, detailed and professional. She made sure to point out anything I might have missed and kept detailed notes on everything. She was very good about answering my questions and getting back with me in a timely manner. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch! Amanda took care of everything. I didn't have to worry at all, because I knew she had it handled. The food was AMAZING! Our guests raved about it. The service was fantastic, and everyone had a great time. I would recommend this venue to anyone hosting any special event.

They are amazing!! We booked the venue and it was by far the smoothest transition every step of the way! Any question we had they answered quickly and helped put our minds at ease. The price was PERFECT for everything we wanted and was definitely lower than what we thought it would be. The day of went so smooth even when it started poring during our ceremony. Will definitely use them again for any events we plan!!!!

Everything was amazing! We were originally going to get married outside. Unfortunately, we had bad weather and had to move the ceremony to the patio (YES, they have a Plan B - very important). But Amanda and her team handled everything to relieve my stress! Amanda was amazing and very easy to work with! She was so quick to respond to every single email and phone call (and there were many) Also, I have to mention that the food was outstanding! Best value for food! We had so many people tell us how great it was! Amanda was also so easy and flexible. She worked around my work schedule to schedule me in for meetings and walk thru's. The staff was on point and everyone was extremely friendly and nice. Thank you for everything! I would definitely recommend St. John's Golf to any future bride to be!!

We held our wedding at Mickler's Landing Beach and St. John's Golf and Country coordinated both the ceremony and the reception. Not only was it a beautiful day, but it was absolutely worry free. The management and staff went over and beyond anything I could have asked for, making our wedding day a memorable and stress free day! My husband and I have received numerous comments saying that it was the best wedding they have ever attended, and we owe a huge part of that to St. John's!

Amanda and her staff made us feel relaxed and welcome from the initial meeting all the way to the big day. The decor was setup just as we discussed and imagined and the wait staff performed flawlessly during the reception. I even had several of our guests give the same feedback to me during the wedding. I give excellent reviews to the venue St. John's Golf and Country Club. From the beginning of the planning to the last detail, this organization was completely in charge. My daughter and I were provided excellent service from a knowledgeable and responsible staff, I was assured from day one that they would make the wedding beautiful and oversee all the details. On the day of the wedding, my family and friend were SO impressed by the decorations, food, service., etc, Much more that my family expected. The biggest challenge came with the lightning storm. The staff immediately took control and brought the guests to safety while still continuing to keep the celebratory mode. The wedding was such a wonderful event and it contributes to the knowledgeable staff of the STGCC.

I just got married at St John's Golf and Country Club. I really don't even know where to begin! I had both my ceremony and reception at SJGC. They were perfect from the beginning! Amanda Dunn and the entire staff were so AMAZING! There were so many things that Amanda and the staff did to make this the perfect night... Amanda went above and beyond to make it everything I wanted and more! My ceremony was scheduled to begin at 6:30 on the lawn... of course, it started raining at 6:15. Amanda and the entire staff ran through the rain... collected all 130 chairs and the arch, had them set up and dried all by 6:30. I don't even know how they did it! The food was outstanding! Everyone bragged about it! The staff was amazing!! They treated everyone like a priority! Amanda is an amazing wedding coordinator. I was always at ease and did not stress at all on the day of my wedding because I knew it was in the best hands possible. I highly recommend SJGC! They are friendly, work within your budget and it won't be something you regret! I know I didn't. Thanks to everyone at SJGC for making my wedding day one of the most amazing days of my life!

Amanda Dunn was truly an amazing asset to our wedding at St. Johns Golf and Country Club. She helped us through each step with patience, advice, and genuine care for our event. Every minute of our day went by flawlessly simply because of her. She went above and beyond, and even carried my lip gloss the entire day to 'gloss me when needed.' :) In addition to wonderful service, the food was amazing. All of my guests couldn't stop talking about how wonderful the food tasted and how it was presented! The staff made sure every centerpiece was perfect, and kept all of my guests very happy!

Every step was handled so professionally and with absolutely no hassle, (and for a very reasonable price, might I add) and I was confident in SJGC's ability to handle anything and I was right! This event will be remembered as one of the happiest for our families for a long, long time to come, without a doubt. It was beautiful and perfect in every way! The food was excellent, arranged beautifully and expertly on the buffet, and everyone loved it. The flowers, linens, and favors were arranged beautifully, and I didn't worry about a thing on the day of my wedding. I just got married and enjoyed it!!!
