St Louis Trolley

Perfect! We rented “Emma” the white trolley. Everything was on time, clean, and as promised. Definitely recommend.

My fiancé and I thought it would be such a fun experience to rent a trolley for our wedding party pictures. The trolley we were supposed to have was out of commission, which would not have been a big deal if this trolley was in proper working condition. The music was not working and after about 20 minutes of a groomsman insisting a phone call be made to get it figured out, the speakers had been blown so that was quite unpleasant to our ears. The check engine light and coolant light were on. The air conditioning was blowing out warm air and our groomsman were sweating through their shirts as well as my bridesmaids had their dresses hiked up to attempt to cool off. The driver did not know where he was going and wasn’t open to listening to our wedding planner giving him directions. We were unable to make it to all of our picture stops and it was overall not a good experience. I would definitely go with the 80’s limo service if I did it all over again!

We used a trolley to transport the wedding party to and from the reception hotel, and it was fabulous! It got lost a couple times on the way to my church, but those things happen! Additionally, it was a little hot since their AC unit is relatively small, but overall it was stunning! It completed the vibe of the day. We were allowed to bring on food and drinks, and our driver was incredibly sweet. Would definitely recommend to use them as long as you bring some water to keep cool if you're getting married in the summer.

We are overall pleased with our experience using St. Louis Trolley for our wedding transportation. They were able to accommodate last minute after our other transportation fell through. Although there communication was not great. They were slow to respond to emails, when we called (within indicated hour) they were always driving the trolleys and could give us limited information and were rather short with us. Though, that day they showed up on time, the driver was kind, it was spacious, and beautiful backdrop for pictures. It was worth the little bit of trouble with communication to us.

We were happy with our experience with St. Louis Trolley! It was a unique and fun way to transport our guests from our ceremony to the reception. Our out of town guests were especially grateful that the trolleys were there! We booked 2 trolleys that made multiple trips to transport about 150 guests. The trolleys also transported our wedding party to our picture locations. They allowed food and drink and even let us play music via Bluetooth! I emailed the company a detailed schedule of the stops I wanted the trolleys to make with times and addresses, which they printed for the drivers. This was very helpful as I didn’t have to worry about telling them where to go the day of the wedding!!

Overall, the trolley was great. It showed up on time and looked adorable in pictures. My wedding party had plenty of room to spread out and we were able to get the music working once we swapped out the cords and then later figured out how to connect to Bluetooth. There were only a few minor issues-the first was that the back AC was leaking, and didn’t appear to be 100% working-the air just wasn’t as cold as the front. The AC ended up getting some of our wedding party and two of our vendors wet, which wasn’t ideal. The other minor issue was our driver-she didn’t know where any major STL wedding spots were. My wedding party spent a lot of time directing her, and she ended up taking some really strange routes that had us waste a lot of time and almost made us late to our reception. If you book with the trolley, I would recommend giving the driver an itinerary with addresses and stops just in case. It wasn’t something I even thought about having to do, but going back I wish I would have. I did email Sharon about these issues and she was very kind in her response. Overall, we have no regrets about using the trolley and would use them again in the future!

The St. Louis Wedding Trolley was AMAZING for transporting our wedding party around STL for photos after the ceremony! We had the Trolley Annika which was well air conditioned on one of the hottest days of the year (7/23/22) and it had a balcony on back that we got to take really neat pictures with. The company is very professional and kind. When I had to email or call they were quick to respond back. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for wedding transportation in the STL area! St. Louis Trolley was such a great addition to our April 2022 wedding day! Everyone that we spoke to throughout the planning process was kind and informative, and our bus driver on the day of was great! Professional company with great employees! We also loved that the trolleys were very spacious inside. Plenty of room for coolers and everyone had plenty of space. Highly recommend!

St. Louis Trolley company was great to work with for our wedding. They were affordable and the trolley was exactly what we were looking for. The driver was flexible and the music set-up was great. We will recommend St. Louis Trolley to our friends in the future.

The St.Louis Trolley was the perfect choice for our wedding! Sharon was incredible and being flexible and talking through all of the numbers with me. We had around 40 people on the bus and it did not feel crowded! Plenty of room for coolers and food! It also had plenty of room for all of the items we had to bring back to the hotel! Of course, it also looked great in photos! The only thing I will say is that our driver did not take us to the arch right away. I had an itinerary just for him that I sent to sharon ahead of time. It had stops, addresses, and approximate times on it. I had to correct him and help him get to the arch. We wasted about 10 minutes driving across the bridge in the wrong direction. Overall it was still a wonderful day and the driver was prompt and so kind!

We loved having our trolley, Annika, to take us from The Chase Park Plaza to The Muny through Forest Park to Wash U's campus. We had a larger wedding party, 20 people including the bride & groom + a few ushers and significant others tagged along. We had plenty of space to sit and stand, brought 3 boxes of Jimmy John's and a cooler and really enjoyed working with Sharon from St. Louis Trolley. Our trolley showed up on time and took us exactly where we needed to go. I'm so glad we booked a trolley for our group, we had so much fun singing and dancing between photos! **If you rent a trolley and want to play your own music, make sure you have an adaptor to the new iPhone's or someone with an Android in order to play through the aux cord on the trolley.**

We loved working with Sharon, she was very responsive and flexible as we navigated having to reschedule our wedding due to Covid. The trolley was so much fun and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

St. Louis Trolley is a wonderful company and super easy to work with. We hired them to bring our wedding party and us to the park for photos the ceremony and back to the hotel for the reception and it was a great decision. The trolley was so much fun, made it more of an experience than transportation, allowed our wedding party to all sit and talk to and face each other the whole time, and was super photogenic. We felt they really added to our St. Louis themed wedding and they were really easy to work with.

So much fun! We took pictures after our wedding in old St. Charles and the trolley fit right in! So much fun for the wedding party to relax and have fun after the ceremony!

A must for any STL wedding. Not only are they a great backdrop for photos and a fun setting for the wedding party to let loose, but their team is super responsive and wants nothing but the best for your day. They made it really easy to work with them.

We rented Tux the Trolley for our wedding party transportation and it was perfect for us! The perfect amount of space for our wedding party, their dates and our supplies we had with us. We set our coolers down the middle of the trolley and it worked out so well. The driver was knowledgeable about driving in the area (especially Forest Park), very welcoming and accommodating, and punctual. The trolley looked great for some photos - it was clean on the outside and the inside. We also had extra time before going to our reception, so the driver was happy to drive us around the loop so we could hang out a bit longer and show out of town guests more of St. Louis!

The trolley was the one thing I had to have for my wedding! They get reserved quickly so make sure you reserve your spot early! There was great communication and the payment system was easy. Our time on the trolley was a blast and provided some great photo opportunities. Our bridal party had a lot of fun on Annika the Trolley.

I booked a trolley the week before my wedding after dropping the ball and St. Louis Carriage and Trolley Company was great to work with. The trolley showed up exactly on time the day of and the driver was extremely nice and polite. She helped my bridesmaids and I out of the trolley each time because of our dresses and made sure our experience was great!

Very easy to work with! Our driver arrived early and did a great job getting us around town to our picture locations and to our ceremony and reception locations.

Great company. Met all of our requests. Awesome experience the day of. Went above and beyond giving our guests a mini tour of St. Louis in between our ceremony and reception. Two things they can work on: ensuring to communicate with the client on connection for music in the trolleys (we were forced to listen to the radio because they had very outdated cords to connect to the speakers) and have a smoother contract process. Our contract was handwritten, very hard to understand & contact prior to event was based solely on telephone calls. Minor things that can be easily adjusted to reach a 5 star rating.

My husband and I rented out trolley from St. Louis Carriage & Trolley Company and loved it! Our driver was incredibly accommodating. We got married on the day of the Stanley Cup parade, and my father-in-law really wanted a photo by the arch. Our driver tried his hardest to get there! The only thing I would mention is there was a bit of lack of communication leading up to the day. You definitely should call if you are trying to get in touch!

This was a great company to book our transportation through. It’s not a typical party bus that is dark on the inside, you can actually see the world around you while still having a party! It’s also a fun twist to a party bus making the whole experience more unique. I asked a lot of friends how much their party bus costed for the same amount of hours and most of them payed more. It’s definitely a good price for the time you have it! For those of you wondering, you are able to plug in your phone and blast tunes, as well as drink and eat on the bus (something other party buses don’t allow). Definitely worth every penny!

We used Saint Louis Trolley Company for our wedding day and we are SO GLAD we did! The trolleys transported guests from the hotel to the ceremony, then took the wedding party around town while we took pictures. The trolleys are beautiful and classic St. Louis - our guests raved about them! The drivers were such pros and kept everything on schedule. Riding around with our wedding party after the ceremony is one of my favorite memories from the day! Everyone got to relax and really take in the moment, and we were allowed to bring our own sandwiches and beverages on the trolley which was much appreciated. HIGHLY recommend this fantastic company - you will not be disappointed!!

We absolutely LOVED having a trolley for our bridal party on our wedding day! Sharon helped us coordinate the details in advance and JoAnn was a lovely driver! Both were very accommodating and took great care of us throughout the day. Even though it rained on our wedding day, we were more than comfortable inside the trolley and my bridal party really enjoyed the trolley experience. We used Saint Louis Trolley and Carriage Company for our transportation for our wedding day in November 2017. We had them take us with our bridal party around for pictures between the wedding and the reception and then they let us use that same trolley to shuttle guests from the reception to the hotel. The Annika trolley was perfect for us. It was open so we could easily have fun with our bridal party and it looked great in pictures! They arrived on time to the church and the reception and we had no issues at all (and we went to a lot of places with a lot of traffic and people). They even agreed to work a little late as we got the last round of guests (including us) back to the hotel. The driver was so friendly and easy going and everyone loved her! We would highly recommend using them for your next event!

We booked a carriage to take us from our wedding venue to our hotel (about a 1.5 hour ride), and it was an absolutely perfect ending to our wedding day! Jenny, our driver, was friendly and polite, and had a perfect balance of talk and letting us enjoy the quiet of the night and soak everything in. You could also really tell she cares about the horses and loves her job. I think they also showed up to the venue a little early, and everything was ready for us when we left. Thank you Jenny and Darth Vader!!

We hired St Louis Carriage Company to pick us up from our venue for our grand exit after our wedding reception. I called and spoke with someone months in advance and she told me I should book it and pay for it online and put my special requests in the notes section since it was not a normal pick up site. I did exactly as I was told and received an email confirmation of the booking. After that I didn't hear from them again. I probably should have confirmed with them the week before the wedding, but it was obviously a very busy week. The night of the wedding, everyone filed outside and there was no carriage. We waited a few minutes but no one came. Fortunately, my mother-in-law knew who we had booked with and called to find out what was going on. They apparently did not read the notes or pass on the message because the carriage was patiently waiting for us at TGIFridays. They apologized for the error and of course sent the driver to pick us up. The whole process only made them about 15 minutes later than we originally planned so it wasn't too big of a deal, but they should have called to confirm the booking ahead of time, especially since it had been booked so far in advance. Once the carriage got there, the ride was perfect and the driver was friendly. We took a tour around downtown before ending up back at our hotel.

Great experience working with St. Louis Trolley – In the midst of travel and traffic obstacles like the many St. Louis fall festivals and protesters Terrie, the driver, was on time, made several stops along the way safely and trouble free. Sharon, in the office was friendly, well informed, and I felt we were in good hands.

We booked this company back in September of 2016 for our wedding August 26, 2017 . We booked so early to get the trolley named Annika. On my daughter's wedding day a different trolley came with broken speakers and a very rude driver. The whole experience was disappointing. I would never recommend this company.

I am being giving by rating 1 star for this company. The day of our extremely hot summer wedding day, the trolley I originally booked was broken down and without a notification another one was sent in it's place. This trolley had no working AC. Unfortunately several members of the wedding party got sick and had to ride in a van following the trolley, myself- the bride- included. We did end up getting a full refund, but the money doesn't make up for lost memories I was looking forward to.

Easy to work with! Dolly the Trolley was the transportation we used for our wedding party and it provided us a stress free day. We loved the inside and outside of the trolley and it was a wonderful detail for our wedding.

Great – Spacious trolley’s with AC. We had a reliable driver, Terrie, who got us everywhere on time and with ease. You are allowed to have glass on the trolley! When our cooler broke, Terrie went and got us a new one so our drinks would stay cold for the rest of the afternoon. Very pleased with the whole experience.

We rented a trolley for wedding party transportation the day of our wedding. The driver was prompt, friendly, and professional. Everything went off without a hitch. We loved the character of a trolley vs. a generic limo. Made for great pictures, too!

Our trolley was great. Our only complaint was how they could be difficult to get ahold of via e-mail. We found out quickly from friends that phone calls are the way to go, and it was smooth sailing after that! We had a blast on our trolley and would highly recommend them.

Be careful! We coordinated with our trolley driver as much as possible but he still failed to make the scheduled pick up of our guests at the hotel. It was 90 degrees and they all had to wait an additional 20 minutes then the next pick-up had twice as many people. A few other issues with the driver related to being where he was supposed to be and when. He lied about making the pick up the next day. But the trolley itself was nice.

I hired a trolley from St Louis Trolley & Carriage to take my wedding party around St Charles, MO for pictures. I thought they were great! I got they trolley Wilhelm and the driver Amanda. The trolley was clean, punctual, and comfortable. They allowed us to bring our own beer and snacks. We had a blast!

This was the perfect way to ride around between the wedding ceremony and the reception. We fit a lot of people on the trolley. The driver was great. We loved it!

Terrible service from the main office. Our driver was great and very friendly. However, the main office called to change our trolley two days before our wedding. We told them that was fine as long as it had air conditioning. There was no air conditioning on the trolley, in fact the driver commented that it was blowing hot air on her way to the church. Needless to say calling the main office following the wedding day was not much help. Stay away!

I was so excited to find a transportation option, that was NOT a typical party bus! And a trolley was a fantastic alternative. The office staff at the St. Louis Carriage and Trolley Company were professional and responsive to all questions. They were flexible too, as we changed our tentative locations/times a few times before the actual event. We booked a 25 person trolley, for 3 hours, at our event, and loved every minute of it. Esther was our driver, and she was game for driving anywhere, including just around the city killing a little bit of extra time. We could bring snacks and beverages on the trolley, and had trash bags available too. On the day of our event, the weather was perfect; but, the trolley had air conditioning to keep the temperatures even. The wedding party all loved being on a trolley, and seemed to have a great time. I loved that the seating was open, and we could all look at each other other when we were talking! I would highly recommend looking at booking a trolley, and using the St. Louis Carriage and Trolley Company, for post wedding ceremony travels, and ask for Esther!

We used St. Louis Carriage and Trolley Company to transport our daughters and their wedding parties to various locations for wedding pictures. It was so cute and classy and they had a fun time. I really loved their customer service! We had wanted Molly the Trolley because one of the brides is named Molly. Well, that trolley had problems so they had to substitute it out. They were so sweet and worried that we'd be disappointed, but it was no big deal at all. They are just very nice, accommodating people and we're so glad we rented one of their charming trolleys!

If you are booking your wedding for the summer, you may want to look elsewhere. They advertise that the trolley is air conditioned but the rear unit wasn't working and our wedding party was extremely uncomfortable during their trip back and forth to picture locations. Very disappointing.

The representatives booking our reservation were very direct with us from the beginning regarding the fact that they cannot guarantee that we would get a particular trolley, and they took the initiative to tell us which trolley was booked for us as soon as they could (which was close to the wedding). I want readers to keep in mind, though, that the company had penciled into their records that we had requested a particular trolley, and while the one we had requested would otherwise have been available for us and they would have been happy to make that special arrangement, the trolley just happened to be in the repair shop when the time came to schedule their trolleys for the week of our wedding. (So, this is why the company makes no guarantees.) The whole process of booking this vendor was very smooth! The only things to keep in mind is that the vehicles might not have the most efficient air conditioning, and that you are not guaranteed a particular vehicle. However, the photo opportunities were adorable, and we loved having a ride where we could stand on-board to choose our seat (instead of scooting into a limo with big dresses and satin formal wear). I would book with St. Louis Trolley again!

I was trying to look at the different trolley options in order to determine which one we would like for our wedding day. When I called to schedule a time to look at them, I was told to look at them on the website. When I explained that I wanted to see them in person, with hesitation I was told that I could only come between 10 and 5. Since a trolley is something that we really wanted, my fiance and I caved and left work early one day to go see them. When we got there, the woman refused to show us a trolley! I would NOT recommend using them if this is how they treat someone before money is even spent!

We rented a trolley for the wedding and it was so much fun! It made for a great environment for our bridal party and some cute photos!

We booked the Molly the Trolley and it needs a big update on the interior! The is a huge A/C unit in the back of the trolley that looks like it's going to break any second. Also, if you are sitting in the back of the trolley under the A/C (where the bride and groom sat) you can't feel the A/C at all. Not good when it was 95 degrees outside and we were on our way to take pictures! Also, they have an iPod hookup but it has horrible static. I would recommend trying a different one of their trolleys if you are set on having a trolley for your transportation.

We had an amazing experience with this company. All their employees are friendly and easy to work with. The price was great considering it was the same as some companies wanted you to pay to ride in an old school bus. It was cute inside and out, and our driver was great even when there was a last minute change in locations. We loved them!

We went with the St. Rose Trolley through the St. Louis Trolley company because we wanted something different than the typical party bus and we were happy with our choice. One thing to note though is we were told the seats would be covered, but they were not. There were no splintered pieces or anything, so this was not a problem.

We loved using St. Louis Trolley Company for our wedding. The trolley was spacious, easy to get in and out of, and great for pictures as well! The driver was very professional and made the day stress free for all of us.

Tour St. Louis was a great company to work with! They were so flexible about times and our driver was great! We had the trolley drive us around all day and then he shuttled people to the venue from the hotel. At the end of the night, he came back for an hour and shuttled people back to the hotel from the venue. It was a great idea and people enjoyed the change up from a bus or a limo. It was great for pictures during the day because there were two doors to get our from and people could stand up and stretch. I would definitely recommend this vendor for anyone that is looking for a trolley. Oh and book early because they fill up really fast! I booked about 9 months in advance and got the last trolley for the day :)

I wanted something fun and unique for transportation that my wedding party would love, and decided that renting a trolley would be perfect. I booked "Molly the Trolley" and couldnt be happier. The entire wedding party, especially my flower girl, had a wonderful time.
