ou booked a trolley with us, but you did not request a certain trolley. Our contract simply stated trolley and there was no choice indicated. When that happens, we assign a trolley for that day which is what we did. I double checked to see if we had missed any emails that would have been sent later requesting a certain trolley and there were none. It was never our intention to not give you a certain trolley, but there were no requests made to give us that opportunity. As for the speakers, they are not meant to be driven at the loudest possible setting which if done will distort and that appears to be what happened because the same trolley was used later that evening and they were clear when used at a lower volume. Your driver that day has always been very courteous with lots of good reviews and we are shocked to hear any different. She made sure the wedding party was taken to all the locations they requested, plus an extra stop at a gas station. She did everything she could to give the best service possible. Again, we apologize for the misunderstanding that appears to have happened. We sent the contract in an email and a paid receipt in an additional email and nothing was ever mentioned about using a certain trolley.
