Stacey and her team were perfect and made our wedding day go so smoothly! We hired Stacey for day of coordination but it seemed as though she did much more than that. We trusted Stacey with our big day in Palm Springs, and she delivered on Every front. First call was fun and lively and engaging, so give her a ring today and see if it’s a fit - we felt understood and supported after sharing our details and budget. She met us on a weekend trip to PSP to tour venues and reality check our desires against head count, space size, budget, amenities and more. We are out of towners coordinating across 3k miles and 3hr time difference and felt like we had her Nextdoor. Her Rolodex is stacked and we utilized it heavily for vendor bookings, which all worked out well. So flexible, handling some shipping and logistics pre-event. Detail oriented and organized with run of show documentation and spreadsheets. Glowing reviews from all our guests and family too, I mean she’s a total all-rounder. Stacey delivered helpful nudges to keep us on track and was super professional and Fun on all calls, texts and emails, all while juggling a loaded portfolio of clients - we never felt lost in the mix. Oh my god, where do I start? Stacey is a lifesaver. I’ll try to keep it short, although that’ll be difficult being Stacey is just an absolute ANGEL. I originally signed another coordinator in Palm Springs with only 4 months to plan for our wedding. Our coordinator was nowhere to be found. She didn't respond to any of my calls or emails. I freaked out and Stacey came to the rescue. With only 2 months to plan, I called her in a panic asking her for advice even though I was not signed as her client. She spoke to me for an hour calming me down, giving me advice, and listing everything I needed to do. With that being said, I cancelled with my original coordinator and asked Stacey if she had room in her calendar and she did!
After signing with Stacey, planning became such a breeze. She completed the documents that needed to be sent to our venue manager the next day. She’s great with communicating, responding to emails, texts, calls, all of the above. All my stress instantly disappeared. She’s very experienced as she paid attention to every detail that I didn’t even think about. She has a great reputation with most vendors, as chose our vendors ourselves, everyone that’s worked with her had nothing but great things to say about her. Her visions are sophisticated and classy, and she made ours come to reality, but even better than what I pictured in my head. We needed an aisle for our outdoor event, not only did she make it happen, she helped us create a moment that me and our guests will never forget. Her team and assistant coordinators are amazing as well. We had so many compliments on how beautiful our wedding turned out to be, and I cannot praise Stacey enough for that. I HIGHLY recommend Stacey and her team. She takes her time to make you feel heard, not only will you have a wedding coordinator and planner, but you will gain an amazing friend as well. You will not be disappointed.
Simply put, our wedding wouldn’t have been possible without Stacey and team. Going into planning a destination wedding started with a good amount of stress, which quickly evaporated the moment we met Stacey. From her warm, calm demeanor to absolute ICON status in the Coachella Valley, we knew instantly we made the right decision. Any question big or small, Stacey always knew exactly what to say and was already readily available to help. We’ve heard the phrase “this was the best wedding ever” more than a few times, and that’s all because of Stacey. We couldn’t be more grateful to her for making our special day truly magical.
My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Stacey + her team for our wedding day on February 3, 2024 at the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs.
Hiring Stacey is an absolute must; if you are still on the fence deciding if you need a planner... you 1000% will not regret saying YES to Stacey + her team. She is exceptionally caring, kind, experienced, and immensely connected to the Palm Springs area. We don't know what our day would have been like without her!
Leading up to wedding day:
We hired Stacey right around the same time we finalized our venue choice. As we shopped around for planning services, Stacey blew us away with her knowledge of the Palm Springs area, connections, and sincere willingness to help. Stacey worked with us for well over a year and was a massive help throughout as we finalized major decisions; she was always responsive via phone AND email. We were never left questioning what we should be doing next or if we were on the right track as we got closer to our wedding day. Nearly every single vendor team we hired beyond Stacey (i.e. make-up, florals, rentals, etc.) was so relieved and excited to hear that she would be our planner.
Now, perhaps the most important endorsement: in the final weeks leading up to our wedding, we were entirely shielded from all the logistics of coordinating details and our vendor teams. Stacey took care of all the stressful bits of our event - we are so grateful that we still don't know what people are referring to when they call planning a wedding stressful.
On wedding day:
Everything flowed perfectly. And if it wasn't perfect - we still have absolutely no idea. We were both able to relax and enjoy the night without lifting a single finger. Stacey is an absolute professional and she executed every single element of our wedding with grace AND perfectly on time. Stacey was recommended by our venue as their favorite planner to work with and now we know why! From beginning to end Stacey took care of us, merging our broader goals and vision with the realities of executing a big event. Our contract was to have her come aboard the month of the wedding, however she insisted on being cc'd on all our emails with vendors, was available throughout the planning process for advice, and helped us review contracts to ensure we were getting the most bang for our buck. And that was BEFORE she "officially" started.
Stacey and her team helped facilitate one of the most extraordinary experiences of our lives. Our wedding exceeded all our expectations and that was in large part due to a flawless execution on the day. One of our top goals when we first started thinking about our wedding was to do whatever it took to feel like we could show up and enjoy the event as guests -- Stacey helped us achieve that goal. We're sure, just like every live event, there were crises and hiccups going on in the background, but we were completely shielded from whatever they may have been.

Just WOW! Stacey was everything we could have imagined and beyond! She made us feel so special throughout the planning process. She was insanely responsive (I don't know how anyone could be that on top of things) and had tons of resources and great advice for us. She really took the time to talk with us and work through all of our planning details, including a venue change and last minute changes to the plan when we had an unexpected 'storm of the century'. Beyond being great at her job, Stacey was kind and supportive during the stressful times. We had so many moving pieces to our wedding and Stacey and her team managed everything perfectly! - During the planning phase, she was able to answer our questions and address our concerns in a timely manner.
- She was proactive and took the initiative to handle things without us having to ask. The times we needed a mint or hand sanitizer, she was right there ready with it, it felt like magic!
- She was creative and came up with great solutions including suggesting we have a special chair with a picture of the Groom's grandmother who was unable to attend and personalized bar signs to name a few.
- She was a joy to work with. She was always positive and upbeat, and she made the planning process a lot of fun.

Stacey was our Day of Coordinator for managing our ceremony in Joshua Tree NP and reception following in 29 Palms. She had experience with both venues and a wealth of knowledge of local vendors and managing a 2 site wedding. She had great referrals, including affordable and quality photographer and transportation options we used. We had a couple of preparatory meetings where Stacey always asked great questions and reminded us to think of small details we hadn’t thought of. On the Day of, Stacey and her assistant seamlessly managed our day, ensuring all of the vendors and preparations were put into place just as we envisioned. When we arrived at the reception, the only thing we had to think about was answering their question: what would you like to drink? They both brought a fun, positive, and organized energy to our day. Many of our guests complimented that we put so much thought into our wedding, and this was also thanks to working with SJED.

Stacey is amazing! From start to finish, she made the wedding planning process seamless, fun, and stress-free. She is incredibly kind, professional, experienced, knowledgable, responsive, and fun. Our wedding in Palm Springs wouldn't have been half as much of a success if it wasn't for her! The connections she has with vendors is unmatched and you can tell everyone loves working with her (which says so much!). Stacey is a very nice person and can direct you to venders that’s will do a good job- BUT her follow through is extremely poor! She is difficult to reach once you have hired her. She doesn’t coordinate well and she screwed up so many things during the wedding weekend I wanted to cry every time I turned around. If you are a bride or mother of a bride - find someone else to help you!!!
Stacey went above and beyond for our wedding. She was incredible, timely, professional, and helped with every task we needed. Since we are based on the East Coast and got married in Palm Springs, it was crucial we had a great planner to assist our every need, and Stacey was just that. Cannot recommend her enough- she understood our vision and made sure every vendor we chose was perfect for our day.

Stacey is a serious PRO. She knows her stuff and has amazing answers and solutions to any questions or problems that arise during wedding planning. She gave us the BEST vendor recommendations and guided us through the whole booking process, helping us stick to budget and weighing where we could cut costs etc. On the day her and her team were ESSENTIAL and made sure everything ran perfectly, even when we ran into a plumbing issue, ha. We hired Stacey to help us plan our Palm Springs wedding and we couldn't have been happier with our decision! Wedding planning is super stressful, but Stacey was so helpful in prioritizing tasks, recommending vendors, and answering all of our (many, many) questions! Leading up to the wedding, Stacey was super responsive via email and text and jumped on a call whenever we needed to talk through logistics. The day before and the day of the wedding Stacey was amazing with coordinating the vendors and making sure every little detail was perfect! If you need a wedding planner in the desert, Stacey is your girl!! My husband and I are SO grateful that we hired Stacey and her team to help us with month-of and day-of coordination for our wedding. First things first, Stacey is a great person - she has such a calming presence, is so knowledgable as we trusted her from the first minute of meeting her. She knows her stuff! She also knows the vendors in the area so well, and she was so helpful in sharing recommendations for us to hire our dream team. In a busy wedding season, she was very responsive and supportive. Also, Stacey seamlessly navigated a classic, out of nowhere, powerful desert wind storm that picked up 15 minutes before our ceremony making everything on our wedding day go off without a hitch! We had to pivot our cocktail hour inside and the last minute and our guests loved the pivot even more than the original plan! She is the reason our day ran so smoothly, she always made sure my husband and I were eating, drinking, and having a good time. This is an amazing wedding coordination and events team. Stacey, Carmen and Adrianne were highly communicative from initial outreach and had a 360 view of everything we might need during our wedding weekend. They had an expert working knowledge of all the vendors in the area and our wedding ceremony and reception venues, so it did not take any coordination on our part for Stacey and her team to get right to work. This is a superstar wedding coordinator team. One of our coordinators even had an accident the afternoon before but was still at the church to see my husband and I through our ceremony and special day. Stacey is amazing and 10/10 recommend working with her. From the initial call to the big day, she was so responsive, always made herself available for any questions big or small and was on top of everything, taking the stress off of me. Stacey was amazing! She thought of everything. We were in KC and the wedding was in Palm Springs, so the distance made it difficult to make decisions, but Stacey helped close the gap and did it so well. Stacey is very professional and all the vendors loved working with her. Stacey did a great job of creating little surprises for our guest all weekend. Stacey handled everything. Worth every penny.

We LOVED having Stacey as our planner, and we woud 10/10 recommend her to anyone getting married in the Palm Springs area! Because of COVID we had to pivot from a large wedding in northern California to a small, back yard wedding in the Coachella Valley in just a couple months. This meant finding and coordinating with vendors to put something together fast.
And Stacey was outstanding with making this happen! Her short list of vendors is wonderful - each and every vendor she recommended did an oustanding job and was so easy to work with. And her coordination with each of the vendors moving up to the day of made things run flawlessly during our wedding, despite the fact that vendors were coming to and setting up in a backyard setting they'd never been to before.
On the day of, I don't know what we would have done without Stacey! She coordinated with all of the vendors for delivery and set up, and went above and beyond in making things beautiful, accentuating our cake, helping make our tablescape outstanding, and keeping us (and vendors) on schedule! And she is so calm in the face of emergency. At the end of the ceremony, my wife's dress ripped at the sleeve, which could have been a disaster! But Stacey - always prepared - had white thread and a needle and stitched my wife's dress (while we relaxed by drinking champaigne she'd brought us). After Stacey's handiwork, nobody could tell the difference.

She does everything from hell search for vendors to contacting vendors the week before the wedding, to making the day of stress free! If you are on the fence about hiring a planner, DO IT. I could not have imagined putting on my wedding without the help of Stacey. I had to make several changes because of covid but Stacey was so great at helping me make adjustments so me and my guests felt safe and comfortable. I had the most AMAZING experience working with Stacey!!! My husband and I were planning our wedding from the Bay Area (wedding was at Indian Wells Golf Resort) and it was such a relief to work with someone who was so knowledgeable, not only with the area but at her job. Every vendor I spoke to was so excited when I told them that Stacy was my wedding planner! She has an excellent reputation in the area of being professional, well seasoned, and knowing her sh*t!
Throughout the planning process, Stacey was always readily available to jump on a call no matter how big or small the matter at hand was. She would help talk me through ideas I had and would make them come to life. She handled everything with such ease and has a very low stress personality (a huge plus for me because that is my personality as well)! You hear nightmares about the wedding planning process, but she seriously made the process so enjoyable and easy.
Come the wedding day Stacey was an absolute blessing!! The entire day ran so seamlessly! There wasn't a single moment where I even had to think about the schedule or how things were running - she took care of everything so that we could enjoy our day! I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone, you will not regret it!!

She was responsive, and informative when we asked for tips or information (especially living out of town we needed this), and she has the experience to know what will work and what wont work when it comes to layouts, service, etc. She has built a great reputation for herself in Palm Springs, and was familiar with all of our vendors (venue, florist, DJ, etc.). She coordinated with them beautifully as they already had working relationships. The day of our wedding she was FANTASTIC. Not only did she direct the setup and guide people to the right areas, but during the reception and dinner she made sure we were taken care of. She really went above and beyond, and our wedding would not have been the same without her. She's also a lot of fun to work with; a great personality and demeanor. I'm actually bummed our wedding is over because we don't get to work with her anymore! She truly was worth every penny, and we couldn't have asked for more in a wedding planner. 5 stars, 2 thumbs, and 100% rating from us.
Stacey and Melissa were just fantastic from start to finish. I contacted Stacey at the T-minus-5-months-mark, already getting panicky as I realized that I'd underestimated (as so many likely do) the amount of logistical mayhem I had signed up for, even though my wedding was pared back in some respects. Within a couple days of signing up for Stacey's services, I had vendors get right back to me, my timeline was coming together, and I was lining up in-person visits with venue contacts, the chef and the florist. Stacey deserves a medal for her patience and kept me focused on the steps all the way there. Melissa was a consummate pro on the day of, anticipating needs and making sure everything went off smoothly, which it did! We hired Stacey for 'Month-Of Wedding Coordination' and it was a fantastic experience. Even though she was technically contracted to start a month out, Stacey was there for us from the beginning to help guide the way for our planning. I specifically recall having a conversation with her about speeches and all the logistics around it. She told me not to worry; she would handle it all and make sure the timing works with the whole experience. Before the event, I already knew I could leave everything in her capable hands and she delivered...perfectly!! Our guests commented about the incredible flow of the evening and the pacing of the speeches. We were told by most of our guests that it was the best wedding they have ever attended. Stacey is the most awesome wedding planner you could ever have! She's very on top of everything and took so much stress away from me for planning a destination wedding. She made our wedding day a dream! She's knowledgeable about the vendors and really put our needs and vision first. She's always on time and does exactly what she tells you she would. She thought of things I didn't know and didn't think of. She's very experienced and you would not regret having her planning your dream wedding!

Our venue required a wedding planner, and although we initially thought we could do everything ourselves, we quickly learned that hiring Stacey was the single best decision of the whole planning process. We had a very short engagement, and she put together the perfect wedding in TWO MONTHS! Our guests couldn't believe it. Stacey was fabulous!! She kept us on budget, on time and transformed a mediocre venue into the Cotton Club. She has great ideas and wonderful vendors. We went with her first choice vendors for flowers, decoration, photography, etc and everyone was wonderful and obviously helped us even more because of how much they love Stacey.

My husband and I planned our Palm Springs wedding while living in Chicago. From our initial conversation with Stacey it was clear that she was an expert in the Palm Springs scene and had worked on all sorts of weddings. I felt confident that she would be able to help us navigate the planning and respect our budget. She was able to give us so many tips and tricks to cut costs which I really appreciated. Stacey was always available to chat, quick to respond to e-mails, and on the day-of the wedding I was able to relax and enjoy time with my friends and family while Stacey handled it all. All of my vendors, whenever I mentioned Stacey's name, had nothing but glowing things to say about her so I knew I had made the right choice. Our wedding was absolutely amazing and perfect in every way - we couldn't have done it without Stacey's help.

Stacey was such a blessing to have and amazing to work with. Unfortunately we didn’t request her services until closer to the end of planning but once she was on board, she tied up loose ends that I knew not of. She is so detailed oriented and budget conscious. She is also one of the most reasonably priced around and operates with an amazing team! This lady can execute any task and I highly recommend her!

Stacey was a LIFE SAVER. From the first phone call to the final day she was a trusted advisor and friend helping us bring our ultimate Palm Springs weekend of events to life, while we were hundreds and at times thousands of miles away.
I really appreciate how she was on top of every detail and no question from us was too big or too small for her to reply to quickly and with confidence. Also, every message ended with a variation a message every couple wants to here, "I am here for you two".

It was a pleasure working with Stacey from minute one. She is easy-going, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Our wedding started as a small one-day event in Palm Springs and expanded well past that by the end. She officially helped us with two of the three days, but in practice she was with us every step of the way the entire process and through all the events.
Wedding planning is stressful. Stacey made the process far easier and fun than it would have been otherwise. We are grateful we had her wisdom and humor.
