walk thru, When there were discrepancies with the venue about what had been agreed to, we hoped Stacey would have gone to bat for us. Stacey seemed to forget the things she was told or what she had agreed to do or had recommended. We felt like we were starting at zero with most interactions. One of her deliverables was a floor plan - the draft we received did not include items that we had already discussed. We were contacted by the florist and bakery three days before the wedding because they did not know when and where to bring their items. At the reception she and her assistants sat in the lounge chairs at the fire pit that were meant for our guests. Very unprofessional. This was a huge waste of money.
