She was always available to answer any questions we had leading up to the wedding. The day of the wedding I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Dawn arranged every part of the day and made sure everything went as planned. We loved that our wedding party, family and guests could book rooms and stay right at the venue. We really can’t thank Dawn enough for making our day so perfect.

Our guests raved about the food and the bartender! While covid may have changed our original wedding plans, getting married at the SNI was better than we could have ever imagined. We chose to have our wedding on a Friday so we could take advantage of the included DJ and Cake deal. Do not pass this up! Ceremony, reception, food, DJ, and desserts all covered by the Stage Neck! Everything was top notch and our guests raved about everything all night. If you want something with an AMAZING view, then look no further. We are still receiving messages from our guests about how beautiful and fun our wedding was. I cannot thank Dawn and her team enough for making our day so special!

outstanding team at Stage Neck Inn. The Inn was truly the most beautiful venue for all of our wedding events. Our guests couldn't compliment the place enough. They didn't have to travel between any different locations or ride in cramped school buses. The reception room, Harborview Room, fit our 80 guests PERFECTLY. The room felt full while still having plenty of room to dance and mingle. The pool, sauna, and hot tubs were also a huge plus. The Inn's restaurant, Shearwater, had the BEST breakfast (and it's included in the room rate!!!). It was a complete buffet with many options. The restaurant is flanked with water views on 3 sides! Can't say enough about Shearwater. The chef does a great job. Booking our wedding at Stage Neck Inn was the BEST decision that we made planning our wedding day. I only wish that we had arrived 1 day earlier to enjoy the Inn more. You won't regret it.

She decorated the whole place with all of the items I brought, made sure that my husband and I had food from the cocktail hour (otherwise we would have missed the delicious food), and even got me band aids for my feet. She was a pleasure and the venue was gorgeous even in November. The inside of the inn is lovely and welcoming and the views are beyond compare. Loved having my wedding here and would not change a thing. Also the food was great and the rooms are spectacular!!

They are open to your creativity and making the day your own. It is set on the edge of their cape, you have ocean to three sides. Our marriage was in the early evening and the view was spectacular. Dawn was awesome and responsive. She is clearly a pro who kept calm and answered all our questions, even the most picky ones. We stayed at the Inn with our families in the days leading up to the wedding which was also great because we were able to have quality time there. You don’t have to leave the Inn for much!

es The Stage Neck. It was our first visit and we didn't need to visit another venue. The packages are incredibly convenient, including vendors for DJ and cake ( a huge weight off the mind, and the vendors are fantastic). DJ Fred knows his stuff and got compliments all night for his music picks and atmosphere. Maryann made a gorgeous and delicious cake and was so patient and welcoming while meeting and listening to what we were looking for. The facility is stunning. It feels exclusive to your wedding. The ceremony setting is incredible. We saw it in January and were impressed. By summer, the view was unbelievable. So many of our guests remarked at how beautiful their surroundings were. They have a great space for a cocktail hour and inside was a great fit for our numbers. The food was tremendous, especially the appetizers, and our guests had nothing but great things to say about their meals. The absolute BEST part of our experience was working with Dawn. From the beginning, Dawn was receptive and knowledgeable. She seemed to quickly get our personalities and her suggestions and advice were spot on for parts of the process we had not even considered or would have been lost on. Day of, Dawn was calm, supportive, and a perfect help. We felt total trust with her running the show. She truly helped us feel not an ounce of stress leading up to our big day. We plan to make The Stage Neck our go to getaway for years to come because of our positive and unforgettable experience.

reat pictures. The food is excellent, as portions are huge and flavors were delicious. The staff was wonderful, as they were helpful -- like when they spotted a rainbow outside and ran to get us for an impromptu photo opportunity. Finally, Dawn works with you every step of the way and accommodates you with every need, which is fantastic. We needed a TV to feature a slide show, so they got us a TV. We wanted craft beers so they ordered us craft beers they did not normally carry. We wanted a special dish for appetizers not offered on the menu then Dawn coordinated to make sure the chef was able to make that dish and served it. They really make sure it is your day. All of our guests raved about the location and the food. They also appreciated the quick service from all waitstaff and the bartender. The reception area was recently renovated and featured even more floor to ceiling windows, which framed the lovely views of York Harbor Beach (even when it was raining outside!) Our wedding day involved all kinds of Maine weather, but Dawn and her team waited until the very last minute to set up the ceremony space outside as the rain stopped and the fog cleared in time for our ceremony. Dawn made sure that my husband and I and our bridal party were served passed appetizers during photos, and checked in on all of our vendors. Everything went so smoothly the day of our wedding, and we have Dawn and her team to thank. Our wedding was like a fairy-tale at the Stage Neck Inn!

It was so nice to relax and get ready the day of and not have to worry about the details of the ceremony and reception as I knew Dawn had it all under control. During the ceremony and reception, Dawn was so good at directing everyone where they needed to go and helping the whole event run smoothly. Everything went just how it was supposed to! The Stage Neck Inn exceeded our expectations with the food! Everything came out fast and was cooked to perfection. The dinners were so nicely plated and full of flavor. Everyone is still raving about how great the food was! Best food at a wedding ever!! We highly recommend the Stage Neck Inn for a wedding venue as they exceeded our expectations in all areas! We can't wait to go back to celebrate our anniversary. Though we'll probably be back much sooner just because we love the place so much!

overlooked the beach and harbor. Dawn the wedding coordinator was prompt answering all my questions, and her staff put all my decorations together exactly how I requested. Everything went off without hitch. My mother-in-law joked "who's going to hit who in the parking lot?" since it went too smoothly! My husband and I had a wedding we will never forget.

Dawn Whittemore, the wedding coordinator, knows her stuff, is cool and collected, and made sure that everything ran seamlessly for our wedding. No question fazed her, she went out of her way to accommodate our requests, and her easy-going, professional manner kept us calm even when planning a wedding from afar. The rest of the team at the Stage Neck Inn is also wonderful. The wait staff during the cocktail hour and reception was so helpful and attentive-- and they even followed me (the bride) around to make sure I got enough to eat! Scott was particularly great. And the food was suburb-- we got only raves, and the chef made sure to accommodate our gluten free and kosher guests. Such an ideal location for a celebration in Seacoast NH and Maine! Thank you for a wonder time and great memories!

Not only was she an excellent communicator, but she is also very detail-oriented, and extremely flexible to work with. I know so much of our day went SO right because of Dawn's involvement. She not only coordinated all of our vendors, which left me feeling as relaxed as I could be on our big day, she even carried my train out for the ceremony, and helped my wedding party and family with my bustle! The food, service, and breathtaking views at the venue really made our day so magical. I was so thankful to have had Dawn and her team set out the decor EXACTLY as I had asked. It looked even more perfect than I could have imagined! As far as our accommodations went, we stayed two nights at SNI, and found our rooms to be wonderfully appointed with quintessential Maine views. The Inn itself is located on a unique parcel of land, something that drew my husband and I to it from the beginning. I can't give enough praise to Dawn, and everyone at the SNI, for making our dream wedding a reality. Thank you all so much for all you do! We are forever grateful, and look forward to returning for anniversaries/special celebrations in years to come!

s spectacular!! StageNeck has a 360 degree view of ocean beach, rocky shore, and a calming fishing/boat pier. It seems to be on it's own peninsula. The food was excellent....we loved the modern accents in the dining/bar area as well as the quaint fishing decor & photographs...especially the warm & comfy common area looking out towards the place we got married out in the courtyard. Dawn, the event coordinator worked well accommodating my vision! I am happy with all the amazing vendors I chose...and some were recommended by the StageNeck. Also.. Loved the sunset as we danced!!! We had the outside patio as well our guests loved enjoying the outside space in addition to our inside space. To me if you are getting married in York Maine, there is NO BETTER choice than Stage Neck Inn. Location, Staff, Food, just EVERYTHING was PERFECT!!!!

in York before coming to Stage Neck and once we visited we knew it was the perfect place for our special day. We were on a budget and Stage Neck offered different packages and we found one that we could afford that included appetizers during cocktail hour, dinner, dessert, and a DJ! The ceremony view at Stage Neck is spectacular. The reception room also has a beautiful view of the ocean! The new layout has a lot of space for guests during cocktail hour and for dancing the night away! Dawn is the best wedding coordinator and was great from day one. I had many questions and she always took the time to email or call back right away. She was always nice and I never felt like I was a bother, even though I emailed and called a lot. I had no worries at all about the ceremony or reception thanks to Dawn! We were able to go to a food tasting a few months before our wedding and the food was delicious!! We had fun meeting other couples getting married at Stage Neck that year and made some new friends. Many of our guests have told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to! Thank you so much Stage Neck Inn for helping make our dream wedding a reality!!

As laid back as she seemed however, she had every detail under control and really helped run everything smoothly. I could not thank her or the stage neck enough for making our day perfect. I also could not recommended the stage neck enough. Not only is the service amazing, but the oceanside ceremony and harborview reception was absolutely beautiful. I would also like to say, we were on a very tight wedding budget, we looked at 7 different places all within a $5000-$9000 range and many of the other venues felt like a budget wedding, or had major flaws or worked out to be more expensive. The Stage Neck is a 4 diamond hotel, but due to their package deals we were able to have a feeling of an extravagant wedding but on a budget price. I can safely say we are not the only couple who feels this way, the weekend of our wedding we bumped into 2 other couples celebrating their anniversaries there that had there wedding there as well. They had such a great experience they wanted to come back.
