Star Limousine

We had a great experience overall. Driver was good, friendly and flexible!! The 25 passenger limo was spacious, had AC, and real glassware - which was great! My only complaints would be that we struggled to get music started for the first 15 minutes and really only drove around for 40 minutes; also the 2 hr rental minimum (which I understand, many companies require 3 hr minimum)

We had an excellent service on our wedding day in mid-February!! We ordered an SUV for the bride and groom after the ceremony and also a shuttle to bring guests to and from the hotel where our reception was at to the ceremony site. The staff was very courteous and professional, and it all came together very smoothly. Would recommend them to anyone looking into different transportation options for their event!

We had wonderful service on our wedding day! The driver was early and very flexible as to where we wanted him to go during pictures. The shuttle bus was clean and had a fake fire place going on the TV screen which was nice since our wedding was in January. Their prices were some of the best around for the service you received! I would highly recommend them :)

We had a great experience with Star Transportation. We did a lot of research for an affordable transportation option for or wedding party and Star Transportation was within or budget while most other service providers were very far out of our budget. They provided us with champagne and flutes to toast and all around provided a great service to our wedding party.

Great service. Friendly, reliable, timely, easy to communicate with, nice vehicles. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I had several groups from the Minneapolis airport to nisswa and considering the distance the level of comfort offered the price was reasonable. I called several other companies in Minneapolis and Star transportation was by far the most accommodating to suit our needs.

The driver was on time and nice. We were able to play Bluetooth inside the limo. Great place after dealing with other terrible limo companies

We went with Star since they seemed to be the most affordable limo option and we are happy we did. Alan went above and beyond in his role as our limo driver. He worked with our photographer to get us to the perfect photo locations. He helped everyone in and out of the limo, which was especially appreciated for our flower girl. And as we had a winter wedding, the girls in our wedding party got cold waiting outside for photos. He offered us his gloves and jacket to make sure we stayed warm and looked our best for our photos.

Great price and were very accommodating despite our last minute request!

My sister and I have used Star Transportation in the past and they have been fantastic. For my wedding day, they were 20+ minutes late to pick us up from the church. They also loaded our coach bus with someone else's food and drinks. Luckily, they did not charge us for dropping off 20+ minutes later than the specified time. The ride was fine and the driver knew where he was going.

Great limo service and at an affordable price! Also they were able to drive to Owatonna for no extra cost.

Very organized. Prices were reasonable to other vendors. Van looked very nice and stayed all night. All instructions were provided upon transportation set-up and no additional clarifications or instructions were needed for the night of the event. We used the van for 3 hours as the end of the night to go back and forth from the reception to hotel. Driver was very friendly.

I was debating on whether to write this review or not...but before you read on I will let you know that Star and I have resolved the problem. They were extremely good about everything and very understanding. We chose Star since they had "ok" prices and they had the stretch SUV we wanted plus a town car for the end of the night. The limo driver showed up on time, got us in the limo and we were off. The limo, inside and outside, looked great. Very well kept and attractive. We were having some drinks in the car and didn't pay much attention to anything else. When we stopped to take pictures, our videographer and photographer informed me that our driver was speeding...big time. I was not happy: there are 12 people in the back of this limo, with no seat belts. There was no reason to speed, we were in no rush to get anywhere. This was concerning so I called and we resolved the issue. On the other side: our town car driver at the end of the night was great and friendly!

Bus was great, clean and provided a nice atmosphere but the driver lacked personality and needed help to find our reception

Service was good, and both our limo drivers were very nice. I was not feeling great the night of the wedding and many people had left earlier than we thought at the reception because of the weather. So we called and asked if the limo could come earlier to pick up me and my husband. They were totally willing and said it would take about an hour for them to get there. They got there in 30 minutes! It was a little higher than we had hoped, pricewise...but for their service it was still great.

We got one of the buses to bring the wedding party from the church to the reception. The sound system, bars, and TVs were amazing! The driver was great and put up with our loud music :)
