nput when I needed an opinion. Living in Chicago, we only went to the venue one time prior to the wedding but coordinating with Kelly's vendors (DJ and catering) was super easy. It was really helpful having those vendors provided as opposed to finding them on my own...there are also dessert and photography options you can add at great prices. Kayla, the day-of coordinator, was so organized and helped a TON to ease any last-minute stress. She set up and took down our centerpieces and other decor and just had every little detail taken care of. Things couldn't have gone more smoothly! Any other staff member we interacted with was kind, courteous, and friendly throughout the wedding night. Our guests LOVED the venue, the views are incredible and the barn space is beautiful. We couldn't be happier with how things turned out, thank you so much to Kelly, Kayla and their staff for making our day unforgettable!

Kayla by far was exceptionally amazing, don’t know how she does it but she truly loves what she does & it pours out of her, without her assistance that evening who knows what the day would’ve been like. All vendors recommended were fabulous, catering was executed perfectly by Gibson’s, DJ & Photography there aren’t enough words for the job well done. he was quick to respond with any questions we had and made the whole process so easy. The day of, our wedding coordinator Kayla was so helpful and had everything timed so well. Any staff we came in contact with were helpful and kind. The catering was delicious and had so many options. The DJ played everything we wanted and was also helpful on keeping our timeline punctual. The venue had the mountain view which looked amazing in our pictures and at night the city lights were beautiful. We loved it here and are glad we chose this place.

ause there is so much I want to say, I am going to make a list. 1. The venue is beautiful. It captures the true beauty of Tucson. Very simple, yet elegant, yet rustic. Just overall the most beautiful venue ever and I am so so SO happy we chose Stardance. 2. Mostly everything is included in this venue. Such a plus! 3. BYOB. Makes everything so much cheaper! Also, the bartender is amazing. She let us bring Sangria even though our package did not include this. 4. We had to change our wedding date due to family issues, and Kelly was so chill about it. She just sent us new available dates, and did not charge us extra to change. 5. Speaking of extra charges, there are no hidden fees, or tricks. Everything is a set price and there are no surprises. 6. Lastly and most importantly, Kelly and her staff make you feel extra special on your wedding day. I know that this is their job, but I truly felt like they wanted us to have the best day ever. Everyone was attentive, making sure I was not stressed, Kelly even bustled my dress before I was introduced into the reception. I am telling you, this is more than just a "venue." Kelly puts her heart and soul into her business. It was the most magical day. You will not regret picking Stardance for your special day<3 -Jill & Tim

d a great dance floor! The food was delicious - I have had so many people tell me how much they enjoyed it! The DJ was awesome. He was super fun, took song requests and kept everyone on the dance floor all night! The coordinator, Kelly, is also amazing! She is super on top of it, quick to respond to all of my questions, and made 100% sure that our day ran smoothly. She really did a wonderful job in making sure I didn't have to worry about a thing! So many people told me beforehand to expect something to go wrong on my wedding day, and thanks to Kelly and her team, nothing did! I am still receiving compliments from guests about how beautiful the wedding was, and I would absolutely recommend to anyone getting married!

n October 13, 2018 was everything. We chose the 2 entree choice meal (hint: order the prickly pear chicken w/ pineapple salsa, it was THE BEST!), brought in our own cake, decorations, florist. photo booth, BYOB worked out perfectly for us (although we brought in way too much alcohol, so go with their recommendations for sure on how much to purchase) and had a taco/hot dog truck set up shop for late night snacking. We used their preferred vendor for DJ, photography and videography. I chose not to go with their floral/decor (Eastland Alley) vendor because communication and price were not up to par. Che doubled as DJ and photographer. He did amazing work and made our day run so smoothly. Our crazy jam packed wedding schedule was a stressful one and he took it so well. Although it rained on our big day, we were able to get our desert shots and not make too much of a mess for my dress. Marcos and his team were super fun to have around. They captured all the fun moments. Location was great for our out of town guests too. Plenty of accommodations off the freeway and also secluded enough for guests to enjoy all that is remarkable about the surrounding Stardance scenery.

truly made us feel like her top priority was ensuring the day went exactly how we wanted it to go. Our guests have not stopped telling us how stunning the location is and how delicious the food was. The venue is a rustic/barn/western atmosphere surrounded by gorgeous desert views. We paid extra for them to drape the stage behind the head table with linens and lights and it turned out so pretty, they even added a cute “LOVE” sign to the stage. The DJ Marc was absolutely incredible! He was so much fun, took song requests, and was very interactive and kept the guests on the dance floor. There was not a single hiccup with the timeline of the night & our guests loved that there was never a time where they were bored or waiting for the next thing to happen. Our only big wish was that we could have had the venue longer (Per the contract you have a total of 6 hours from your ceremony start time. Ours began at 4 PM, so our guests needed to be out by 10 PM.) We expressed that we really wanted to stay later at whatever cost-until 11 PM or even Midnight-and even if this meant closing the bar early, but it was simply out of the question to go over the 6 hours due to their permits. Kelly was very up front about this from the get go though, so it’s not something that we weren’t aware of when we booked the venue. Overall there is not a thing we would have changed about the day or the venue we chose. It was nothing short of amazing, and I’m so thankful for all of their staff that helped to make our wedding day a dream come true.

cifically for the venue. The venue is gorgeous, the surrounding scenery makes for a beautiful backdrop for photos and our guests loved the charm. The drawbacks came from our feedback after the wedding from guests, as well as dealing with the coordinator during the planning process as well as the day of. We ordered our food to be upgraded for every single guest(which we paid extra for), but somehow they managed to run out of those options. When guests asked the staff, they were told "they couldn't be the plate police" so they had to pick another option. (NOT ACCEPTABLE) We also found out that Stardance event staff were playing the yard games we provided as well as enjoying our wedding cake. We were not quite sure what to believe, but then we received our wedding photos and sure enough they were included and we had photographic proof! (NOT APPRECIATED) Also communication with the coordinator was very difficult. Emails were not responded to and if they were only one of the questions were answered out of five. It made communicating very unreliable. At the end of the day we had a blast, but there were some areas that can be improved upon for the future here. Thank you!

onable with the prices. The food was great as the owner also owns Rincon Market. I do think they would meet more brides' needs if they offered plated dining instead of only buffet. That being said we had about 120 guests and the line never appeared long at all, ran smoothly. I liked that we had to bring our own alcohol. I liked they provided bartender service so I did not have to find my own outside vendor. I think they should reevaluate their licensing to acommodate more couples' needs as well in regards to a 6 hour time limit. Or re-iterate this throughout the planning process. I was completely unaware the sparkler exit needed to start 30 minutes before our end time and last call was one hour before our end time until like a week out from our wedding. You are required to use their DJ service. I would HIGHLY recommend they upgrade the bridal suite. The bachelor pad is amazing with TVs, fridge, pool table, etc. Overall, I enjoyed working with Kelly and her team and we had sooooo many compliments on the venue. I know one of my outside vendors felt they did not have the best interaction with Kelly and I think she is really busy running Rincon Market and two other wedding venues in the Tucson area. I had planned on doing monthly payments and about 6 months in to my monthly auto-payments it stopped withdrawing from my account. We were able to work it out but it was a little annoying because I was budgeting very tightly for all our wedding dues. Again, at the end of the wedding, everything ran very smoothly and I got a TON of compliments!

The day of, my coordinator Felicia was a rockstar. If anything went wrong, I still don't know about it. She pulled off my vision with décor and made sure that anything I needed was already there. The catering for Stardance was AWESOME. the food was so delicious. From the bottom of our hearts thank you for making our day so wonderful!

We were so lucky to even have Kelly as our day of coordinator. From our first visit to Stardance, Kelly made us feel welcome and a part of her family. She did so much for us and made everything so easy, from quick email responses before the big day to wrangling my family the day of. She made everything run spot on. She recommended great vendors we could use either included in the package or we could opt to bring our own in. The food for the catering from Rincon Market was delicious! Our guests had a wonderful time and everyone complimented us on how we found the perfect venue that fit us. Stardance is a beautiful place with plenty of space to have outdoor games, it holds plenty of guests indoors and is a romantic setting. We had many out of town guests that loved experiencing the beautiful Sonoran desert in spring. We loved getting married at Stardance!

It's Rincon Market and it's located in central Tucson! The food choices they had us select from were AMAZING! Everyone loved it! Kelly is reachable all the time via phone calls, texts and emails! She's awesome!! We had a beautiful wedding and everything with so smoothly! I give most of the credit to Kelly, her very organized team! I'm grateful to have found them!

ful southern Arizona wedding. Kelly and her team were amazing throughout the entire process and completely supportive. We decided on this venue in May of 2014 and wanted a spring 2015 wedding. All the Saturdays were taken when I emailed Kelly and we were very disappointed. Then a week later, she emailed me saying she had an opening for 3.21.2015 and we could have it if we were still interested. We were so excited and happy that she was able to schedule us. We live in Portland and were concerned about planning a wedding from a different city. We were planning on being in Tucson for Christmas and Kelly was able to set up our wedding planning date so we picked out everything is one day. We met her and the rest of the team at Rincon Market and we did our food tasting, finalized the menu, the bar menu, and the dessert menu within an hour. We then went over to their Park location to meet with Theresa (the florist and decorator). Theresa and I had been emailing back and forth for a couple of weeks and when we met her, she had 3 table settings ready for us to pick from. She was really amazing at making this a totally customized reception atmosphere. We then headed up to the venue and met with Che (DJ/photographer). We sat down to choose our wedding music. We had no idea what we wanted and he had so many good ideas, it was awesome. We also discussed the timeline of our wedding day and what we wanted. We left Tucson completely confident that our day would be amazing. We arrived back in Tucson on the Wednesday before our wedding. We had our rehearsal at the venue scheduled for Thursday night. The entire wedding team was present for our rehearsal and we were so happy everything was so well planned. You can really tell this team works well together and had everything dialed in. Our wedding package came for a photographer for the day of and an engagement photo session. We took our engagement photos in Portland, so Che came to the rehearsal instead to take pictures. It was great to have professional photos of the rehearsal with our family and close friends. One of my friends surprised me by planning a "Wedding Day Yoga" class the morning of. We were able to have this at the venue on the grassy area in front of the outdoor bar. It was so amazing to be at the venue early on the morning of our wedding and getting to be so relaxed before the day really began. The staff was so great, accommodating, and professional throughout the whole day. Che was amazing at keeping the reception on track and on time. Sheila (the bartender) even ran to the store when we started to run out of liquor after cocktail hour. Theresa was there to make sure all the decorations were in the proper places and the tables were set up exactly the way we wanted. The DJ played exactly what we wanted. We had told him before hand that we didn't want any cheesy wedding songs and did a great job at politely refusing the play the YMCA when a wedding guest kept trying to request it. Our wedding was so much more than we thought it could be and we are so happy we chose Stardance as our venue. Thanks again to Kelly and her team for such an amazing experience and giving us such a great wedding!

There a two ceremony sites, and we chose out by the "gazebo" structure and rented their arbor - it had a gorgeous aisle leading up to it with trees and lights and had plenty of seats on the lawn for our almost 200 guests. We had our reception in the barn, and even in the middle of summer the coolers kept the large area (mostly) cool. We loved the grandness of the barn - huge open doors on both sides, tall ceilings, beautiful lights everywhere, draped linen to distinguish the dance floor, and gorgeous wood tables. The owner, Kelly, was incredibly helpful leading up to the day and especially the day of the wedding. The few drawbacks this place had were the small size of the bridal quarters and the temperature of the barn - but that has little to do with the venue and everything to do with my insistence on a summer wedding in Tucson! Overall, we were so, so happy with this venue - it was perfect for our wedding!

utiful as the next. Everything was so beautiful that a lot of decorations were not needed which ended up saving us a lot of money. The ares for the bridal parties to get ready are not very large. This might be a problem for those with large wedding parties. There is no kitchen facilities. So the caterer has to come with the food pretty much 100% ready to go. However, I don't think this is a big problem for most caterers. Alcohol can get pricey. Due to the liquor license, no outside alcohol is allowed. Overall, I have no complaints about having my wedding at Stardance. We rented just the facility to save on costs, but they do offer a variety of packages that are all inclusive.
