Stark Livery

Stark Livery arrived day of our wedding with a shuttle bus with NO AC in 100 degree weather!! I know things happen sometimes, but they should've immediately swapped out the vehicle or arranged alternative transportation. Instead they put a small fan in the back for a party of 14 -- a complete joke. Having no other options and already paid for the service, our entire wedding party had to endure what we called the "sauna shuttle" from hotel to chapel and again to the venue. We were all drenched in sweat. Thankfully it wasn't a long ride and our H+MU was phenomenal or we would've arrived to the wedding and reception looking absolutely disgusting. The driver was nice and I don't blame him for the broken AC. He drove us in the limo later, and that was nice and cold with a complimentary bottle of champagne as well. We raised the issue with Stark after the wedding and they refunded us $100, which felt insulting. Do not book with them.
