She also connected me with other vendors, she has relationships with, which helped in our planning. I knew we were in good hands the weeks leading up to the wedding. On the wedding day, we were able to be fully in the moment and truly enjoy the day. Sue and her team handled everything and my daughter’s wedding was just beautiful! I highly recommend Stasia K. seemed hopeless. At the last venue, we got a list of recommended vendors. There were three planners. I reached out to all three that night. After 10pm, Sue emailed me back. The other might’ve responded the next day. The third never replied. Sue called me the day before Thanksgiving. I was impressed just with that. We went with partial planning—she’d line up vendors, we’d contract, and we’d get day-of service. Sue was with us every step of the way. Every vendor we didn’t know we needed, every problem we never would have expected. The real advantage to me was that she knew what the standards were in this business, and vendors knew we had a planner that could find us a better deal elsewhere. I believe that the savings Sue got us more than paid for her services. Just based on the foregoing, I would recommend her greatly. But then, we had the day-of coordination. It was AMAZING. We had three planners running around, bringing us drinks, ushering us, helping resolve sudden issues (we lost touch with our photography team at one point). Her timelining was amazing. They even handled distributing gratuities. Even at 11pm on the wedding night, when our limo driver disappeared, she was available to get him to come back for us. My father in law was so happy with her just based on our constant praise that he worked her into his speech at the reception. In short, I cannot recommend Sue highly enough. She is very transparent, very realistic, VERY pragmatic, knows how to work within a budget, and can solve problems you never could have anticipated.

We decided to hire her as a month of coordinator. One of the greatest benefits of hiring her was that she was willing to recommend vendors even though she wasn't doing full service planning for us. It was obvious that she has worked with many vendors over the years. She would always ask about our budget and made sure she'd stay within it when giving recommendations. Every vendor she suggested was amazing. It would have been difficult to do all that research on my own. All of the vendors liked her and were happy to work with her. The week before the wedding, we realized that we would need transportation to shuttle the wedding party around the venue for pictures. She was able to contact a vendor immediately and we were able hire them within a day. Sue also made sure that someone was at the rehearsal so that we could run through everything. The timelines she made were detailed. She also made sure that all the vendors would contact her instead of us during the week before the wedding. That made everything so much less stressful. The timeline for the vendor set up was really tight. She and her team made it work. They took care of the vendors, received deliveries, and got everyone where they needed to go. Everything ran smoothly. Donna was an excellent day of coordinator. Sue was also the most responsive vendor. She was always available to answer any question we had during the planning process. If she had a prior commitment, she would let us know when she was available. Everyone mentioned how calm I was on the day of my wedding. That was largely down to Sue and her team. I didn't have to worry about anything. We both agree that hiring Sue was the best thing we did for our wedding. Thank you Sue, Donna, and the rest of the team for helping make our wedding unforgettable!

ediately. At that point we had found a venue but nothing else and we decided we should have help with the rest. She asked us a lot of questions to understand our needs and explained exactly what services she offered. We went with her full package and are so glad that we did. She got to know us and understand the kind of wedding we were looking to have. She has worked with so many different vendors and knew who to suggest based on what she knew about us. There are so many vendor options that it was very valuable to have them narrowed down for us. She was upfront and would tell us her experiences working with them, or let us know that she didn't have first hand experience with them. I have to say that when the wedding was done, we felt that every vendor she suggested was BETTER than we expected. It was also very apparent when talking to the vendors that they had a lot of respect for Sue. Near the wedding day we ended up with a lot more people staying at the hotel than expected and we realized the hotel shuttle would need to make multiple trips which we didn't want. We decided to try to hire a big shuttle bus which was a lot to ask 3 weeks before the busiest wedding date of the year. Sue made a call to one of her contacts and had it worked out and confirmed within about 15 minutes! Another reason why it really pays off to have an experienced coordinator with many years and contacts in the industry. The timeline she drafted for us was perfect and everyone knew what was happening and what was expected of them. We shared it with the families and the wedding party and Sue gave it to all of the vendors. It really made the wedding run very smoothly. You would expect Sue's staff to be top notch and they absolutely were. They kept saying that they wanted us to enjoy the wedding day and that's exactly what we did. They took care of EVERYTHING! They dealt with all of the vendors, received deliveries, set up decor, got the wedding party and family where they needed to be for all of the different events (pictures, procession, sparklers, etc, etc), oversaw the sweet table, etc. Every little detail. Our guests raved about how they were handling every detail for us. It made the day so enjoyable, so stress-free. I really can't say enough about how wonderful they were. One little surprise was that Sue takes steps to ensure you have the most relaxed "wedding week" possible. She contacts all of your vendors and tells them to please go through her for anything they need to discuss. Of course we could still contact them if we wanted to but we wanted to enjoy the days before the wedding. She had everything worked out so well with our vendors at that point that we didn't feel the need to contact them anyway. Sue is very responsive either by phone, text, or email. You won't be stressed out waiting for her to get back to you. Even if she has appointments set up, she will tell you when she will be free so you know when she can get back to you. As I said, we chose her full package and it was the best money we spent on the wedding. I can honestly say that everything, and I mean everything, turned out perfectly. Sue played a huge part in making that happen.
