Really great staff! Danna helped us figure out what was best for our small wedding reception, and helped adjust with late changes. We had the items delivered and picked up with care on time, and they were respectful of the property. The prices were reasonable too! Definitely recommend!

My husband and I had the most beautiful and perfect wedding day at Trillium Creek in Ludington. Working with Danna for the rental process was truly wonderful from the start. The whole team at Statewide is so kind, knowledgeable, communicative and very flexible. We ended up changing item quantities as we got closer to the big day and Danna never made us feel like this was an inconvenience and was always willing to adjust anything along the way with no hesitation. Having all our rented items delivered to our venue made the set up and tear down process efficient and much less stressful. Not to mention that all items were in fantastic condition too. We are very thankful our great experience with Statewide Party Rentals and will always recommend them any chance we get!

The entire staff we encountered throughout the wedding process was amazing. We had a backyard wedding for our daughter and Danna was fantastic in her knowledge of supplies needed. Javon was awesome from his first site visit, to the set up and tear down process. He was helpful when we had questions about the dance floor size, and it was the perfect size for the venue!. They were all so accommodating, listened and understood our needs. We changed item counts many times but we never felt like they were frustrated with the changes. All in all, I would go to Statewide Rental for all my future needs!! Thank you team for playing such a huge role in the successful day for our daughters wedding!

Statewide Party Rentals was a breeze to work with and provided us with everything we needed to have our wedding in a residential space. Danna was quick to accommodate our needs and even asked questions about things we hadn't even thought to consider. Not only were they easy to work with, showed up promptly and were highly professional, they were also very cost effective to our very limited budget. I'd no doubt hire them again in the future if I ever had the need.

We had an excellent experience with Statewide Party Rentals! The communications were prompt with multiple questions and changes to our final order. They came weeks ahead to plan and confirm the site, instead of "winging it" and leaving us to wonder. Overall, we were very satisfied!!

Very helpful in picking out just what I wanted in style and color. Able to offer many options and suggestions. Statewide was even able to show the actual options to me, not just a picture to view. Rented Items were in great condition.

Our wedding was at Barothy Lodge on June 6, 2022. We rented table linens, chairs, arch and a tent for our outdoor ceremony. From the time we first contacted Statewide Party Rentals until the day after the wedding when they came to pick everything back up I cannot say enough on how wonderful this company is to work with! Timely, professional and friendly to say the least. Danna was our go to person, she was extremely helpful as our planning was long distance, from Bluffton, SC! Danna knew Barothy Main Lodge well and knew exactly what we would need. Prices are very reasonable too! I would highly recommend using statewide for your party rental needs.

Danna, at Statewide Party Rentals, was great to work with! She was patient with all of my questions and changes, right up until the very last minute! Everything was delivered as ordered and the company, as a whole, was very professional and efficient!

Statewide did an AMAZING job! We planned our wedding and used a venue that was not typical. Danna was wonderful to work with, quick with emails back and helped us think through the logistics of things! The guys that came to set it up, Javin, did an incredible job as well, very precise and great at problem solving. I would book them again and again!

Statewide party rentals is a great place to get all the things you need for your party, we have used them twice now, once for a graduation party and once for a wedding and both time's they were awesome.

6 minutes agoNEW-Edit My husband picked up the chairs the night before we left for an out of town wedding, they were all stacked, he could see they were dirty and he told the worker they were pretty dirty and she said nothing. He got them home and they were filthy. Three for us spent 4+ hours cleaning them the night before we were supposed to leave for the wedding. When I called the next day to tell them how dirty they were, they told me they would not refund any of my money for the cleaning and trouble but said they would send more chairs to the house. She said I would have to wait until 1:30 pm for them to be delivered because she said they were power washing them that afternoon (I was thinking I was going to get nicer, clean ones) but there were absolutely no signs of any of them being wet and they were still filthy. They delivered another 100 and we could only find 33 of that 100 that were decent but still needed to be cleaned. We were supposed to leave for the wedding at 345- they got them there at 330. Ended up washing another 33 chairs when we were supposed to be leaving. In the meantime, they called and told me to leave out the ones we didn't take (delivery guy left them in garage on a pallet and we could not move the pallet), so we moved all of them individually outside for them to pick up before we left, they never picked them up and while we were at the wedding they all blew over so more work for us. If you want your guests to have clean chairs to sit in with their good clothes and wedding dresses, don’t rent from here. The worst part of it is that they got all the chairs cleaned by us so they get them back clean. When asked for a partial refund or something for the trouble and cleaning, they ignored my email and phone calls, not even an apology offered or anything from this situation. These are not the most expensive chairs and they should easily have made enough on them to replace them by now. Very unacceptable for a wedding ceremony. I am sure this would not be acceptable for their wedding. How embarrassing to be responsible for renting these out. You should be ashamed and embarrassed to rent these chairs any longer. Do not rent chairs from here for a wedding.

We ordered a tent, tables, chairs, and an Arch for our son’s wedding.. The ordering process was so easy and very affordable. I got email reminders and follow up phone calls. Everything was delivered and pick up just as they said it would be. Would definitely use Statewide Party Rentals again!

I overall loved this company and will use them for future events! The customer service was amazing. All the employees are super nice. Pick up and drop off of supplies went smoothly and was made very simple for us as the customer!

Statewide was the prefect rental company! They were great with communication and assisting us with was to rent, how many tables, chairs, everything! They showed up exactly when they needed to and picked everything up without any issues! Highly recommend!!

I had a backyard wedding in August 2021 and statewide party rental was an breeze to work with! They were super accommodating, allowed me to rent keg coolers last minute. The guys who set up our tent were nice and asked me where I wanted the dance floor and if it looked good before they left. I recommend them to everyone who is looking for rentals and I can’t want to use them again in the future!

Statewide was amazing when we used their services for our wedding! We rented a tent and chairs for our ceremony and reception. We had to postpone our wedding due to Covid restrictions and they changed our date and took care of all of our needs with no problems. We emailed back and fourth and the delivery was seamless, they even delivered to us a day early to match our rehearsal dinner schedule. Highly recommend.

Went above and beyond. I was unable to be at the site at a drop-off time, but they sent me multiple pictures to make sure the tent was placed where I wanted it. They were very accomodating when it came to scheduling. Everything was of good quality.

Statewide Rentals are fantastic!! We used Statewide for our daughter’s wedding, and we could not have been happier! Their tents are GORGEOUS (high peak), the chairs were beautiful and looked so nice set up outside by the beautiful farm tables! They have great turn around time for communication, and offer set up and take down service! Their prices are very reasonable, and the variety of product they offer is great! I can not recommend them highly enough! A great company run by Jarrod and Ashley, who truly care about each event and will do whatever they can to make it excellent!

They were amazing to work with for the short time that I did. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our wedding due to the COVID-19 situation. I specifically worked with Dana the most, but everyone at Statewide that I connected with was extremely helpful, understanding, and replied in the same day, EVERY time I emailed. If I needed any tent, table, chair, etc rentals again I would go to them without a doubt!!

They were so easy to work with, the crew was personable and efficient, any issues were quickly addressed, I would gladly rent from them again!!

Danna was great to work with in planning just what we needed for our outdoor reception. Danna was flexible in adjusting as changes were made after our initial consultation, including suggestions of other vendors that could help with other aspects of the reception venue. Everything was delivered and set up in a timely and professional manner. We had everything we needed to make my son and daughter-in-law's reception absolutely perfect!

State Wide Party Rentals did a fabulous job! We rented a 40' X 60' tent w/sides and lights, tables, chairs and linens. They were punctual and made it easy for us for set up. Danna took time to help us figure out how to lay out the tables and chairs to fit 220. I would highly recommend.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Statewide! I had been planning my wedding with them for 14 months! Ashley, Jarrod and Danna are so nice and pleasant to work with! They answered all my questions and met all my wedding needs! We rented the big 50'x150' tent, over 45 tables, over 400 chairs, 25'x25' dance floor, table linens, round tables, etc. They delivered Thursday morning and picked up everything Monday morning! Everything was so nice, neat and clean! Jarrod was so professional to work with at set up! I would recommend them to help any occasion or event you have coming up! I would certainly rent through them again! Makes your wedding planning so much less stressful and much more enjoyable!!! Thank you so much again!!!!

Jarrod and Ashley and their crew were a pleasure to work with. They traveled to our venue (about an hour away) and began planning and measuring. We rented tables, chairs and dishes for our wedding and Ashley also did the decorations, which turned out beautiful. Her ideas were amazing and they were exactly what I envisioned for my wedding. Danna and the rest of the crew at Statewide were amazing to work with! They helped me pull off the wedding of my dreams out in the middle of the Manistee National Forest. The venue had no cell phone reception, was off the GPS map, was only accessible by a two-track road, and had never hosted a wedding before. The crew came out multiple times to determine how to best set up a tent and to ensure that all the equipment would fit down the dirt road on the big day. Danna made sure we had everything we needed from chairs to linens to a tent heater. I was such an anxious bride and Danna was always so quick and kind with her responses to my many questions. The crew was always on time and went above and beyond to ensure the event was a success. I cannot recommend Statewide enough!

We live in China for 10 months out of the year and had the challenge of planning most of our wedding via e-mail. Danna and her team were amazing with their level of communication, professionalism, friendliness, and creativity. They took our Pinterest-inspired ideas and created a plan for us that really captured what we wanted for our ceremony and reception. They are detailed and thorough, and helped us throughout the entire planning process. Danna was so helpful and I often turned to my partner and said “Danna is just my favorite! Her emails are always so friendly and kind!”. When the forecast called for rain on our big day, Danna contacted me right away and suggested we added sides to our tent. From the tables and chairs, to linens and cutlery and lights, every piece we rented came together for our beautiful wedding. Thank you!

The group was very professional. Easy to work in good times and in bad. ( see the pun there...:). We needed a heater on the blink of an eye the day before our wedding and they quickly produced it for us.

We were satisfied with our experience with Statewide Party Rentals for our wedding reception needs for our September wedding. Ashley was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. We rented 8ft banquet tables(quality was a bit rough), gray plastic folding chairs(excellent condition), and table linens(ok quality; a few snags but nothing big). Delivery and pick-up was so helpful as wedding planning, set-up, an clean-up is a huge task.
