Before I even walked down the aisle, I had heard so many compliments from the videographers to the guests and even from our wedding party that our DJ was hilarious! Our videographers who are from the Omaha area said they would recommend Scott for any wedding that needed a DJ!! He was so easy to work with, so polite, he kept everyone on time (Vendors/wedding party/etc), he communicated with everyone to know what was going to happen next and when things needed to finish up to move on to the next part. I would absolutely hire him again! The music was amazing and he kept people on the dance floor all night. He is from Des Moines so he had to travel a bit to our venue, but I am SO happy he did!!!

Scott was amazing to work with leading up to the wedding, providing an easy format to select songs and create our big day’s flow. Alex was our day of DJ and absolutely killed it! She was very calm and collected and great with all the guests. I had numerous people reach out and tell me how awesome she was. So she definitely deserves a shout out! Scott was exactly what we hoped for. He worked closely with us and the venue staff on the day and was very professional throughout. He based his music off a playlist we provided added a few of his own song choices, and allowed our guests to make some selections as well. The music and audio was something we didn't need to worry about which is exactly what you want during your wedding day. Numerous guests have told us since that they thought he was one of the best wedding DJs they've heard. My wife and I highly recommend him.

Scott was great to work with for our wedding reception! His online tools helped us pick our must-have songs and those we would prefer didn't play. On the day-of, he was communicative and helped create a fun, relaxed vibe during cocktail hour and dinner service. Then, when the time came, he got everyone out on the dance floor and it didn't stop! He was willing to work in requests from guests and keep the music flowing seamlessly. Scott was helpful throughout the process and wasn't pushy like some other DJs I talked to.

Scott and his team were fantastic! They kept the dance floor busy all night and made our wedding reception so much fun! They were also there to set up and run sound for our ceremony with live musicians, readers, etc. If there were any issues, we did not know about them! We had a blast at our wedding reception which was in large part due to our awesome DJ! We gave our list of must-play songs and had a little out-of-the-ordinary format for how we wanted our wedding party introductions…he rolled with it and did a perfect job. He read the crowd and played the stuff people wanted to hear and dance to. I loved that we didn’t have to worry about set-up or tear-down and communication along the way leading up to the big day was great.

STE Event Group provided DJ services for our wedding. We enjoyed meeting with Scott in advance whose experience and problem-solving strategies reassured us about hiring him during COVID-19 struggles. STE Event Group had a nice website planning feature that helped us organize our musical plans. We had two DJs, Tito and Lexx, staff our wedding. They did well with the ceremony piece and were so kind to my nephews who came by the DJ station often with questions and curiosity. STE Event group kept the music going at our mid-size wedding all night and was responsive to the mood of the dancers. Pricing for services was appropriate.

STE Event Group provided the DJ services and photo booth for our wedding at The Cottage Events. When we initially met with Scott, we immediately enjoyed talking with him with his jovial personality and overall friendliness! We initially had lots of questions, and Scott helped answer them and out our mind at ease, while also giving us additional ideas and recommendations for our big day! Everything that we had discussed ahead of time and asked about having included at our wedding was delivered on and then some! We were so happily excited with the way absolutely everything came together, and we know a ton of hard work and effort were put in to make our big day just perfect. Scott sent us a really easy-to-fill-out event sheet, which made it very convenient for us to give our music selections. Then he also met with us at rehearsal to go over the ceremony music, which also made us feel 100% comfortable that everything would be ready to go! He also gave us recommendations (that we went with) for a photographer as well as where to get our photos taken, which we were also incredibly happy with! We had a photo booth in the front room, so guests could sign the guest book and take a photo before heading outside to the backyard reception – this flow worked out perfectly. Everyone loved the photo booth, making repeat visits for several different poses and lots and lots of fun! The music and overall atmosphere were thoroughly enjoyed by all guests - we got several comments about how nice everything was! Alex, the DJ, helped to keep everything moving along with ease throughout the evening, as well - the announcing of dinner, speeches, and cake cutting were all handled so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Alex was also flexible with quick changes if we needed to wait just a few more minutes or switch something small up. The music was flowing all night long and had some guests dancing even though we didn’t have a formal dance! Alex went above and beyond just playing music. She made sure to introduce herself to both the me and my husband prior to the ceremony, and while I was “hiding away” in the office prior to the ceremony, she noticed my pre-ceremony jitters and did all she could to keep me calm and smiling. She grabbed me a drink, reassured me, complimented our beautiful day, and just chatted to keep my mind at ease. We thoroughly enjoyed talking with and working with her throughout the day. The hospitality we were shown was above and beyond all expectation. STE Event Group provided an excellent guest experience at our wedding!

Scott and STE Event group did an amazing job at our wedding. The communication leading up to the event was perfect and all of our nerves were put to rest because we knew that everything would be taken care of. The ceremony music, cocktail hour music, and the little things like dismissing tables were taken care of flawlessly. And of course, the dance floor was packed all night. We couldn't recommend them enough!

STE did an excellent job asking questions in the planning phase to make sure the ceremony and reception was planned the way we wanted it. Everything was set up on time and sounded great for ceremony. He did a great job making the reception transition smoothly through all the different parts. He also played great music to dance to! We would definitely recommend his services!

I can't express how happy we were with this DJ and his crew. Scott was very on top of things and made sure that the reception ran smoothly so we could enjoy our evening without the worries. toasts, speeches, etc. If this sounds good to you he is your go to guy. Scott hit a home run on the types of music we selected and mixed in some other types so the "I don't dance people" were on the floor shaking there booty and they were ,We also rented the photo booth and are so glad we did. There was someone dedicated to helping with the photo booth the entire evening. It is so fun to go through the photo album and look at all the goofy photos of our friends and family. As you can see I am extremely impressed with their services. They truly are a class act !!

The STE Event Group really brought the party to our wedding celebration! They were professional, polite, and very kind to work with - they took the time to listen to our vision and then over- delivered! Their music provided just the right atmosphere during the ceremony, dinner, and dance - they had everyone on the dance floor, young and old - our guests had a lot of fun with their photo booth too - they worked hard for us and we really appreciated everything they did for our celebration - you need to party with these people!

Alex and Tito were AMAZING! They seriously made my night. Alex was so professional and calming and she made me so comfortable and I don’t know how Tito seemed to know and play all my favorite songs and musicians. Only he can play Coldplay without everything thinking “here’s another Coldplay song” (my favorite band ever). I didn’t realize how much the DJ contributes to the night but I am so grateful they were both there. I feel like I made two new best friends. 10000/10 would recommend. Also Scott was so responsive during planning. I was never stressed about DJ planning. He helped us plan the timeline which was so helpful as we were pretty clueless. This is a fantastic group and I will recommend them to any and all who need a DJ for whatever event.

STE Event Group MADE my wedding. Tito, the DJ, killed it. We had a small reception due to covid, and he mixed up the music to cover all genres and ages, keeping our dance floor full and guests happy all night. He was professional, easy to work with, communicative, flexible and smooth. He took our requests with a smile and played songs we wouldn't have thought of to please all of our guests. It was the PARTY we were dreaming of, and we are so happy that he was the DJ we had to help us celebrate one of the most important days of our lives. Before our wedding day, STE Group met with my husband and me to walk us through each detail of our day and make sure we had thought of everything, including some traditions we didn't even know about. We got to fill out a thorough online template with requests and specifics for how we envisioned our day going. It was super helpful and reassuring. Scott was amazing! He made planning our playlist so easy, and his MCing made the whole wedding flow so seamlessly. His sense for what song to play next is impeccable and our dance floor was never empty. His equipment setup is impressive and if there was any technical problem with anything we never knew! He is very professional and treats his clients with respect

Scott's DJ service was fantastic. The DJ, Jeremy, did the best job. The website is easy to use and he played most of the songs from our playlist and did a great job of reading the audience all night. With maybe 30-40 min of communication beforehand he did an amazing job directing the reception. Good speaker, zero complaints. We were very thankful.

Our son and his partner had a wonderful wedding and Scott played a big part!! Both grooms lived out of town, so their portion of the planning had to be done long distance. Scott met with us once and then communicated with them by email. They had some special song requests and he was very good at accommodating them and working with them. The night was amazing and everyone danced until the very end. He also supplied music and sound for the ceremony and did a fantastic job!

Jeremy did an amazing job at our wedding. He's overall just a very nice guy and called me prior to the event to make sure we had everything straightened out. He took all of our music requests for the ceremony, dinner, and dance and added songs that perfectly fit with them. Everyone was complimenting the music during the reception. Scott provides an excellent pre-wedding consultation based on his years of serving brides and grooms. At the same time he continuously knows and states "this is your day, tell me what you want". He not only acts as the DJ, but can be the quarterback of the reception as well, keeping things moving along. Scott's open photo booth is very reliable and has produced a lot of fun pictures to continuously recapture the feeling of the wedding day. Scott was amazing! He was flexible and communicated well with us, even the day of. Our wedding was in Cedar Rapids, IA and Scott agreed to travel to our venue at no extra cost to us. We had chosen STE Event Group to do our wedding and had agreed on a price, but Scott had been doing a radio promotion around the same time we were going to make the rest of our payment and actually offered us the same pricing as the promotion instead, which was totally unexpected and very kind of him to do. The night of our wedding flowed so smoothly. Scott communicated with us without being in our face the entire night and he kept the party on the dance floor the entire night! They say the entertainment is one of the most important things to get right at your wedding so that everyone has a good time and I can say very confidently that Scott was everything we could have hoped for in a DJ.

Scott was absolutely amazing! When we originally went to talk to him, we told him that we didn't really have any specific playlist that we wanted and basically just left it up to him! Our guests were out on the dance floor the entire night. He read the crowd and would change the song if he noticed that people weren't enjoying the song. He was organized and kept us in the loop all night about what was going on, but didn't take up any of the time from our guests to do so. We also so appreciate him for traveling to Cedar Rapids to make our day so special!!

Amazing, we didn't have to worry about a thing. There was orchestration going on that we didn't even realize that made our night so easy. Scott announced everything perfectly, kept the flow going, even went around to let certain tables go to keep congestion down for the buffet. The songs played were all hits on the floor and there was hardly a moment with the floor empty. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect night!

Absolutely recommended! It was a million degrees, outdoor wedding and reception, they provided music for both and Scott and his crew did everything to make sure the music played all night and all had a fantastic time even tho they were sweating buckets! Highly highly recommended!

Scott was friendly band professional from the first time I spoke with him. He played a great variety of music, and kept our requests in mind. He was great about interacting with people and helped keep the flow of our receptiong going. We also did a photo booth and I can't recommend it enough! I've been to a lot of weddings and the biggest thing is that people need to like the songs to get them on the dance floor and we had at least over 50 people that stayed the whole time because they loved the music he was DJ'in. Scott was one of the best choices we made for our wedding. My husband John and I live in NYC and had a NYE wedding at The Embassy Club in Des Moines Iowa. We did all of our planning from NYC. One of my favorite tools was Scott Tudors, online planning system. It includes a series of forms to fill out that asked about your reception, type of dances you want to celebrate etc. On the day of the wedding Scott showed up on time, looked fantastic in his tux, and did an amazing job DJ'ing our wedding. We also did a special choreographed dance with special lighting effects cued to music. We had never practiced this with Scott before the wedding due to time constraints yet Scott executed it with PERFECTION! It was one of the best parts of the wedding! Run don't walk to STE Entertainment-he's your guy!

We were incredibly focused on the equality of love. The importance that love is love and that everyone has the choice to love whomever they choose. Scott was very easy to work with considering we were making all our decisions from New York for our destination wedding in Iowa. Scott did a phenomenal job MCing and DJing our wedding. Dance floor was packed all night and we received SO many compliments about Scott! My husband is from NY so we had two very different formats for events of the reception and he was completely up to the challenge. We were also planning from a distance, so we didn't met Scott in person until 30 min before the dance started and that wasn't an issue at all, he is incredibly personable. He has an easy online system to work with, he takes the time to learn pronunciations of names and quite seriously, no one left the dance floor. Loved our decision & highly recommend!!

Scott was hands down the best! He DJ'd for our wedding on December 30th, and everyone raved about how awesome our music was. He took time to meet with my husband and I before our wedding to make sure he got all of the details and the order of things correct, and was super accommodating. We had a completely full dance floor until the lights turned on at 11:30. Seriously could not have hoped for better!

Had a great time at our reception with Scott Tudor as the DJ! Scott was very accommodating to our plans and had suggestions as we were making several decisions. The day of the reception went very smoothly and we had a full dance floor from the first dance until lights on. We were concerned about the sound at the venue (Bash on Locust) since it's all hard surfaces but the speeches were clear and the music was loud on the dance floor but you could still easily have a conversation at the back tables and in the bar area. Watching video of the night makes us want to relive it each time!

I cannot say enough great things about Scott and his work. His support through the planning was amazing. When it came time for the big day, he was able to read the room and keep everyone entertained from beginning to end, and he made our day even more spectacular. Five stars is not enough.
