It was disappointing because Scott was great to work with, and everyone enjoyed the music. They just had a few major mishaps.

He was so easy to work with, so polite, he kept everyone on time (Vendors/wedding party/etc), he communicated with everyone to know what was going to happen next and when things needed to finish up to move on to the next part. I would absolutely hire him again! The music was amazing and he kept people on the dance floor all night. He is from Des Moines so he had to travel a bit to our venue, but I am SO happy he did!!!

She was very calm and collected and great with all the guests. I had numerous people reach out and tell me how awesome she was. So she definitely deserves a shout out! Both me and my wife were so pleased with the set up and the music. 10/10 recommend

The music and audio was something we didn't need to worry about which is exactly what you want during your wedding day. Numerous guests have told us since that they thought he was one of the best wedding DJs they've heard. My wife and I highly recommend him.

COVID-19 struggles. STE Event Group had a nice website planning feature that helped us organize our musical plans. We had two DJs, Tito and Lexx, staff our wedding. They did well with the ceremony piece and were so kind to my nephews who came by the DJ station often with questions and curiosity. STE Event group kept the music going at our mid-size wedding all night and was responsive to the mood of the dancers. Pricing for services was appropriate.

We initially had lots of questions, and Scott helped answer them and out our mind at ease, while also giving us additional ideas and recommendations for our big day! Everything that we had discussed ahead of time and asked about having included at our wedding was delivered on and then some! We were so happily excited with the way absolutely everything came together, and we know a ton of hard work and effort were put in to make our big day just perfect. Scott sent us a really easy-to-fill-out event sheet, which made it very convenient for us to give our music selections. Then he also met with us at rehearsal to go over the ceremony music, which also made us feel 100% comfortable that everything would be ready to go! He also gave us recommendations (that we went with) for a photographer as well as where to get our photos taken, which we were also incredibly happy with! We had a photo booth in the front room, so guests could sign the guest book and take a photo before heading outside to the backyard reception – this flow worked out perfectly. Everyone loved the photo booth, making repeat visits for several different poses and lots and lots of fun! The music and overall atmosphere were thoroughly enjoyed by all guests - we got several comments about how nice everything was! Alex, the DJ, helped to keep everything moving along with ease throughout the evening, as well - the announcing of dinner, speeches, and cake cutting were all handled so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Alex was also flexible with quick changes if we needed to wait just a few more minutes or switch something small up. The music was flowing all night long and had some guests dancing even though we didn’t have a formal dance! Alex went above and beyond just playing music. She made sure to introduce herself to both the me and my husband prior to the ceremony, and while I was “hiding away” in the office prior to the ceremony, she noticed my pre-ceremony jitters and did all she could to keep me calm and smiling. She grabbed me a drink, reassured me, complimented our beautiful day, and just chatted to keep my mind at ease. We thoroughly enjoyed talking with and working with her throughout the day. The hospitality we were shown was above and beyond all expectation. STE Event Group provided an excellent guest experience at our wedding!

Scott hit a home run on the types of music we selected and mixed in some other types so the "I don't dance people" were on the floor shaking there booty and they were ,We also rented the photo booth and are so glad we did. There was someone dedicated to helping with the photo booth the entire evening. It is so fun to go through the photo album and look at all the goofy photos of our friends and family. As you can see I am extremely impressed with their services. They truly are a class act !!

Their music provided just the right atmosphere during the ceremony, dinner, and dance - they had everyone on the dance floor, young and old - our guests had a lot of fun with their photo booth too - they worked hard for us and we really appreciated everything they did for our celebration - you need to party with these people!

my favorite songs and musicians. Only he can play Coldplay without everything thinking “here’s another Coldplay song” (my favorite band ever). I didn’t realize how much the DJ contributes to the night but I am so grateful they were both there. I feel like I made two new best friends. 10000/10 would recommend. Also Scott was so responsive during planning. I was never stressed about DJ planning. He helped us plan the timeline which was so helpful as we were pretty clueless. This is a fantastic group and I will recommend them to any and all who need a DJ for whatever event.

We had chosen STE Event Group to do our wedding and had agreed on a price, but Scott had been doing a radio promotion around the same time we were going to make the rest of our payment and actually offered us the same pricing as the promotion instead, which was totally unexpected and very kind of him to do. The night of our wedding flowed so smoothly. Scott communicated with us without being in our face the entire night and he kept the party on the dance floor the entire night! They say the entertainment is one of the most important things to get right at your wedding so that everyone has a good time and I can say very confidently that Scott was everything we could have hoped for in a DJ.

He was organized and kept us in the loop all night about what was going on, but didn't take up any of the time from our guests to do so.
