highly recommend! we worked with joanna for our wedding this past weekend and she captured everything we wanted and more. the final result was incredible and exactly what we dreamed of.

Josh was very personable at the initial consult visit. We were getting married at the sands and he was a listed vendor where we would get a discount. He quoted us about 3,500, which was fine. A week later we get the contact... quote was nearly double. We reached out multiple times to adjust the contract and downgrade whatever he could and he never responded to us. I am very disappointed. We ended up going with Jack and Rose florist. highly recommend.

Stefan’s did a fabulous job for our wedding this past weekend. The room was gorgeous! Everyone called us the next day to tell us just how beautiful the flower arrangements were. Josh totally got my vibe and knew I wanted clean and modern! Thank you for an awesome night and a beautiful room!

Two stars only because the flowers were generally very good and the price was reasonable (considering NYC). But, my experience was overall negative and I wouldn't recommend them. We initially worked with Arlene pre-covid, and we really liked her. But our wedding was postponed due to the virus and Arlene retired. We got switched to another rep who was not responsive and I was constantly chasing him. I mentioned it to my venue (since the venue required that we use one of their three florist vendors) and then he finally called and sounded annoyed. They also forgot to deliver the groom's boutonniere and it's a good thing my husband didn't care, because that is a big deal. When I mentioned it to our rep after the wedding he was surprised that I wanted a refund given the low cost of the boutonniere, but I'm not in the habit of paying for things I don't get! Prior to the wedding, my husband called him to try to have lots of flowers delivered to the bridal suite at our hotel and he never responded. He lost a $500 sale with that.

Stefan's did an amazing job on the flowers for my wedding. Josh was easy to work with throughout the whole process and truly understood what I wanted. The centerpieces and bouquets were all stunning. So happy we chose them for our day!

The flowers for my wedding came out absolutely gorgeous!!! Josh was so helpful and made the process so painless. I’m not one to know much about flowers and I left it in his hands. The flowers that Danae Stefan did were exactly what I wanted. the chuppah was stunning, the table arrangements lush and beautiful, the garlands on the bars perfect, the escort card table imaginative and so pretty, even the bathrooms looked great!

Joshua and the team from Stefan's put together lovely floral and votive designs for tables and the Chuppah making the venue look and smell even more beautiful, beautiful bouquets for the bridal party and easy to work with made me do something I rarely do, highly recommend this vendor!

Joshua was very helpful. He found the right flower and color combination for my special day. He answered all of our questions and was happy to work with us! We were very satisfied, he even made a special bouquet for my mother on our Mother’s Day wedding!

They did my wedding flowers in 2014. I will say, great service, and great arrangements. My flowers were a hit! Come 2021, they are doing a wreath for a funeral, customer service was great with us, the funeral got postponed quite a few times and they really helped us out no matter how annoying we were lol. Ordered flower's for Mother's Day 2020 through their online service and received a confirmation email. The delivery never came. I didn't receive any email, phone call or any other form of communication. I sent them an email and a phone call on Mother's Day to ask about the status of my delivery. I never received a response. I followed up with them the day after, and their phone line and email were disconnected. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges to get my money back. I strongly believe that this florist knowingly took online orders on Mother's Day in the midst of the pandemic never intending on fulfilling them to inject their business with an influx of cash to offset the business they were losing during the business closures.

Josh was great to work with! He was really accommodating to every little tweak I had along the way. My centerpieces were gorgeous, flower arch was insanely beautiful and my bouquet/ my bridal party's bouquets were all so gorgeous. I'm so happy that Josh was able to make my floral vision come to life. I'd definitely recommend Stefan's/ Josh for a wedding or event.

All my flower dreams came true all thanks to Josh!!! I have been dreaming about my wedding day for my entire life, I had an exact vision of my wedding flowers and after meeting with many florist on Long Island, Josh was the only one that understood me and made my vision come to life. Josh and I hit it off immediately upon meeting and hiring him to create my flower dreams was the best decision I made. Josh was so creative, talented and an absolute pleasure to work with. His listened to EXACTLY what I wanted and my reaction on my wedding day when I saw the flowers was one that I will forever remember. He left my speechless and the happiest bride ever!! I was so impressed with every aspect of his work and the flowers were absolutely STUNNING , fresh and perfect!!!! They even lasted the next day for my brunch! Look no further when choosing a florist for your wedding day. Josh is your guy and he will make flower magic happen!!

I am giving Stefan’s 2 stars for our wedding given that our ceremony arch was beautiful, and the day of staff did redo my bouquet for the ceremony given how awful the original came out. Other than that, It was a horrible experience with Arlene and Stefan’s for our wedding this past Labor Day weekend. We were limited to four vendors to choose from with our venue, all of whom were obscenely overpriced, but I went with Stefan’s as they were one of the least expensive. With that said, I had itemized bills from other florists in the area from friends of mine who have recently been married in which beautiful giant centerpieces and large gorgeous bouquets were a fraction of the price I was quoted by Stefan’s. Friends of mine who paid a portion of what I paid also described experiences with their florists taking them through the creative process and designing in front of them, which certainly was not my experience with Arlene. Instead she met with us one time to show us nothing but a centerpiece (which I’d made clear I didn’t care about as compared to the bouquets), and was disrespectful to my mother the whole time who was simply asking what Arlene thought of our venue since she works it frequently, along with talking down to me the whole time about the different types of flowers to work for August (I wasn’t even very particular, I just wanted white flowers and tons of greenery...). After this meeting, Arlene sent me an update contract in which a piece that we hadn’t changed at all during the meeting was shadily updated to reflect a more expensive price than previously agreed upon. Luckily I caught it and was able to have the price adjusted correctly, but it certainly put a sour and distrustful taste in my mouth. This all would have been fine if the high prices we paid translated to quality in the end, but on the day of our wedding I received bouquets for myself and the bridal party which were nothing like the pictures I’d sent Arlene, nor what we agreed on, nor the rest of the centerpieces and arch for that matter. I’d made it abundantly clear that I wanted a textured organic look with lots of greenery, and a few flowers at most. Instead what I received was 6 bouquets of tight white roses with a few leaves. The moment I saw my own bouquet I hated it so much I immediately planned not to take any pictures or walk down the aisle with it at all. I emailed Arlene to let her know there must have been a mixup and that I needed a replacement for at least my own bouquet, and she never even responded. Luckily, I had a phenomenal wedding coordinator who ran out to assemble a brand new bouquet in the style I wanted for pictures in just a few hours and completely free of charge. When I showed some family and friends the pictures of what I sent Arlene versus what I got, one actually said “well I guess they are similar in that they are both... flowers...” In the beginning, Arlene had up sold me on some things by saying that she wanted our guests to leave asking who did our flowers. Well, they’re asking now because they saw how frustrated I was and the disparity between agreement and reality. I hope this review saves others from a lot of disappointment by going with a different florist than Stefan’s.

I don’t even know where to begin. From the planning to the day of our wedding, Stefans florist was amazing. We worked with Josh. Josh respected our budget and was beyond accommodating. He listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I wanted while adding his expertise. Josh was open to our suggestions and we never ever felt rushed meeting with him. He met with us several times and made samples for us to see. He made me and my mom a bouquet to take home every time we met with him. The bouquets, the centerpieces, and all the decorations were beyond beautiful. The flowers made the room breathtaking. My guests are still talking about how beautiful the flowers were. Several people told me they have never seen roses so big and beautiful. My bouquet is still alive two weeks later. They decorated the church with beautiful flowers and bows and it looked so elegant and beautiful. We can not thank Stefans enough for making our day so beautiful.

Stefan's did an amazing job with the flowers. Danae was so lovely to work with. She listened to us and came through with flying colors- but mostly with white because that's what we wanted. She gave us what we wanted in an elegant way and she's such a sweetheart. All the tables looked amazing, elegant and inviting. The bouquets were very pretty, the chuppah was cool and everything worked out beautifully. There were no issues, questions or doubts that Danae would provide gorgeous flowers arranged beautifully! Arlene was incredible !!! She is so talented, so easy to work with and brought our vision to life !! Our flowers were fresh, perfectly arranged and made the day even more beautiful !! Our reception was brought to life with Arlene’s centerpieces. I’m so happy we chose Stefan’s- Arlene was such a pleasure to work with and truly created exactly what we had planned.

Danae from Stefan's was absolutely amazing!! I am not an artistic person at all, so I sent her a few pictures and basically put all of my trust in her that she would understand my vision. She exceeded my expectations by far!! When I walked into the ceremony and saw my chuppah, I was immediately in awe and could not stop smiling. She also hung flowers from the ceiling and it really felt like we were in a garden. I would use her again in a heartbeat, and I am so glad that I trusted her! She will not disappoint!!

Danae is the best florist. Period. She is accommodating, resourceful, listens to what you want, and delivers on your vision. We were absolutely thrilled with the way everything turned out, and the way it all looked, from the bouquets to the centerpieces and beyond. Not to mention, the coordinator for my wedding said Danae was the best florist she had worked with, and they do a lot of weddings! Truly exceptional. Thank you Danae!!!

You can't get better than this!! Absolutely the best people to work with when planning a wedding. Chris as the owner was gracious and wonderful! Josh couldn't have been more accommodating if he wanted to as he went out of his way to make sure that EVERYTHING was perfect for my daughter's wedding. Really large centerpieces artistically created with flowers all over the place. Josh was patient and oh so knowledgeable. During the planning stage we spent time with him to figure out what we wanted and he never was rushing us. You could tell that he valued us as a client and tried to please us with everything. His ideas were great and his experience invaluable. The two of them are the NICEST people that you'd ever want to deal with. My daughter and I both voted them as the best vendors of all the ones that we hired for the big day. Their price was FANTASTIC! We have 2 more weddings coming up and there is no use in shopping around as we know that we couldn't get better value or service from any where else. 35 years ago I used them for my wedding and their reputation continues to be stellar. Save yourself time and use them as you won't be sorry. We will always recommend them as they so deserve it. When I have a complaint with a company I will always complain, however, when someone is good they deserve to be commended as well. Kudos to Stefan's to a job superbly done!!!

The flowers for our wedding were perfect! Josh was the best! I told Josh generally the ideas I had and he made everything look spectacular! Since he worked with our venue before, he knew exactly where to put certain types of flowers. The centerpieces were GORGEOUS! Josh worked with our budget and made sure that we received exactly what we wanted. I appreciated him listening to what I wanted (where other florists I went to tried to give me something I did not want!). I will definitely use Stefans Florist the next time I have an event. I could not have asked for a more perfect florist.

I had to wait some time to write this so I could cool off a bit! I am still so upset over what went wrong on the day of my wedding that this will never make me feel better. They do beautiful work but when it comes to communication, that is where they are lacking. I asked for specific things like any Bride would and they did NOT deliver. I asked for my Chuppah to look a certain way and I was promised many, manyyyy times by Josh that it would look they way I wanted it, along with the Arch/Arbor thing we were creating and all the bouquets and centerpieces. They only got the centerpieces right!!! That was it! It's a big deal to any Jewish bride to have the Huppah of her dreams and they royally screwed that up! I was so upset on the day of my wedding that I actually cried. I can't get back that day or change how it looked and it will forever upset me. They messed up my sisters Huplah at her wedding and I was PROMISED they would not do the same again. Well, shame on me for choosing them to do my flowers for that day. Shame on me! We probably won't ever use you again or for my other sisters wedding (when she gets married). Just to clarify what exactly went wrong: I asked for certain flowers and a certain look for the Huppah, Arch/Arbor, and for the bouquets and what they gave me was their own look. They started by looking at a picture, which I told Josh would only confuse his workers because of the color and he said no don't worry I will write notes. He did write notes but the workers didn't really follow them and Josh was supposed to be there in the morning to explain how things should go (after promising us that too) & of course they came very late and Josh was NOT there to see things through in the morning. They were supposed to keep the construction of the Huppah in the pic but have completely different flowers on it. I know that Cherry Blossoms were out of season for my wedding 6-10-17, but Josh promised to get me fake ones just for the Huppah & Arch/Arbor to give it a look that I wanted. Um he picked up whatever flower was in the picture which was NEVER a color we wanted nor discussed upon. I don't know how, if you have a contract w/ it all written down, how you could get that confused. The Arch/Arbor thing was never supposed to be connected in the center. It was only supposed to almost touch. Well, it was exactly what I didn't want. And it looked nothing as discussed either. I may sound like I'm knit picking but when you ask for things a certain way & you hire someone to do that and they say they will, they should deliver on that and they didn't. Now the bouquets were all the wrong color pink & mine looked so dead it was terrible. They did their best to fix it but once again it was not how it should've looked at all. The centerpieces were the only thing that looked good except for the tree centerpieces that should've had a bit more color on it. I let those slide cause I couldn't fix any more things and they looked good. Josh should've been there that morn. & I should've gotten some money back! So, I'm still upset!!

Our flowers were beautiful, however... -We hired Stefan's because they did a great job with my sister's wedding. They have a "style" of work that is lovely but don't expect them to differ from what is comfortable. The flowers weren't quite what I hoped for based on photos I had given as inspiration for a more earthy, natural, romantic look. -The delivery was late and we have very few pre-ceremony photos with bouquets and boutonnieres and none with ceremony location decorations, except during the actual ceremony. -During the planning process, Josh (who worked on my sister's wedding) was frustrating to work with. I had a very easy time with all vendors working on my wedding and am disappointed in Stefan's ability to communicate- sometimes one word email replies or ignored completely. Rather than giving me the confidence that he could deliver, he was a "yes man" until the end which came across as phony and insincere. When you're spending that much money on flowers, you should feel confident in the ability of the floral staff.

Stefans Florist did an amazing job on the flowers for our wedding! Danae is so creative and talented, when we met to get ideas for the wedding we spoke and went through some photos and then she knew exactly what I wanted and casually walked around the store in what seemed like a minute and created a beautiful bouquet of what I envisioned instantly. The flowers the day of the wedding were beautiful and people are still talking about them today. Thank you so much stefans for making our day beautiful!

The flowers for my wedding were amazing. They were warm, colorful, vibrant, and fresh. My color scheme was jewel tones and Josh completely understood the look I wanted. They were easy to work with and the final set up was more gorgeous than I even expected!

If you are getting married at The Sands, do not used this vendor!!!!! Of all the vendors we used, Stefan's was a huge disappointment. I was extremely let down by Josh. It was evident that he put no effort or cared. When I called him up after the wedding, he had the audacity to call my mom difficult. I found this to be extremely unprofessional, especially because he was being paid to do a job. My mom definitely made it known she was annoyed at him, however this was because he came to an appointment late and we were left to wait in a dark room for close to an hour while the staff were trying to figure out where he was. I requested some of our money to be returned being that they did not do the job they were supposed to nor was to our satisfaction. Josh said he would return some of the money, I'm still waiting. I don't expect him to follow through with that, being that he didn't follow through with anything he said. At this point money can't undo the memory of looking at my bare chuppah and being mortified. My bridal bouquet did come out as discussed. There was supposed to be mason jars with flowers in it for the table that held the table placements, instead there were mason jars filled with sand. When I spoke to Josh, he seemed to have no clue. He lied and told me he spoke to my mom after the wedding and was happy with the results- they spoke, but she was not happy and as a sorry, he offered to send her a bouquet of flowers. Our venue confessed that Josh tends to be a little lax. They came late to set up the day of our wedding.

This is the only vendor I was disappointed in. It took me a few weeks to write this review as I was very upset by this vendor but I think other brides deserve to be warned so here it is: I drove an hour and a half to meet with Josh. During this meeting I specifically focused on the importance of two things: my bouquet (as I love flowers & planned on preserving it in a shadow box) & the centerpieces. I really wanted peonies but Josh informed me that it would not be possible for my August wedding, fair enough. So we came up with a with a beautiful assortment of similar, plush flowrers Josh recommended. Here is the follow up email I sent following our meeting: As discussed: blush, Ivory, mint(succulent), and champagne accents using soft tones and plush flowers. Envisioning the body primarily with opened Ivory and blush roses,ranunculus, a couple blush dahlias(if possible), 1 cream hydrangea. We discussed a slightly cascading bouquet, nothing huge but I'm thinking a couple short vines of ivory orchid on the bottom. As accents: subtle spray of succulents, eucalyptus(nothing coming too high off the top please) to incorporate the mint. Also, some Stephanotis flowers with crystals/pearls as accents(as seen in the third to last picture). Crystals on the bouquet holder, preferably a crystal anchor. If you don't have one let me know and I'll see what I can find". (If anyone would like to see the pictures of what I requested vs. what I got please contact me; I have no problem sharing). Well, the day of my wedding I walk into 5 bouquets (I have four bridesmaids). All were closed pink & white roses, some browning on the edges. One bouquet, which I thought was the MOH bouquet (we were supposed to get two of those) had the Stephanotis flowers with crystals and there were tiny orchids springing out all over the top. Where is my bouquet? Well, as it turns out, that was my bouquet, there were no MOH bouquets whatsoever. My girls helped me remove the orchids; we ALL agreed they looked ridiculous. I know it may sound silly to some but since I fell in love with my husband, I had this vision of me walking down the aisle with this amazing bouquet and now it was just gone. I will never get that back. I started to tear up, but honestly, it was my wedding day and I felt it was ridiculous to let this ruin my spirits. So I left the bouquet in my bridal suite & moved on. My mom pleaded with me to please carry it down the aisle, which I did, but did my best to keep it out of pictures so it wouldn't be a blemish on my otherwise beautiful day. Other smaller things that were messed up: my aisle flowers were supposed to be pink & ivory but they used all white flowers, centerpieces were supposed to use dusty miller & they used eucalyptus, boutiniere, they took the gold mason jars I painted back to their warehouse over an hour from where we lived & we were expected to pick them up, the jars came back scratched a damaged, and the communication was a struggle throughout the entire process. If you want your flowers to be a beautiful accent to your special day I would recommend searching elsewhere. To Stefan's: I understand you probably do so many events and to you this was "just another wedding" but to me this was my one and only wedding. You by no means ruined it because it was beautiful and amazing regardless but you certainly tarnished it with your carelessness and complete disregard for everything we discussed.

Chris and Josh gave us absolutely beautiful flowers for our wedding. Their creativity and attention to detail was showcased in all of the arrangements, from the table arrangements, to the bridal bouquets and flower girl crowns. The chuppah and all of the flawless execution of the ceremony space decorations were more perfect than we could have asked for. We truly appreciated the level of service they have shown to us and our family over the decades of our relationship with this excellent company. Would definitely recommend Stefan's flowers for picture perfect flowers on your special day.

Josh was a dream to work with! He took my grand ideas and made them a reality- all on a budget! I'm still amazed when I look at the photos of the amazing flowers. I will definitely use Stefan again!

We got married a month ago and used Stefan's four our flowers and we had a mixed experience. To start with the positives, the bouquets were SO perfect and amazingly beautiful! They were breathtaking and done so well. My photographer was swooning over them and got some really amazing shots of them. I still look at pictures and can't believe they were mine! Regarding working with Arlene, she took time to speak with us numerous times over the course of several months before the wedding. Though via email she doesn't always communicate well, in person she communicates much more friendly and takes more time to respond to questions that may not feel answered in emails. We went over with her several times to talk about our centerpieces. We ended up with two styles. The first, centerpieces with the branches in water, turned out just as we talked about. They were so gorgeous as well. We also loved our Chupah, which also turned out exactly as described to us. The chupah was also absolutely gorgeous..we recieved so many compliments on it. Unofortunately looking back, there were some draw backs, which we found quite disappointing being that we were really feeling like the work we agreed upon would be stellar, especially given their reputation. We feel overall the centerpieces were not given as much attention as the bouquets were. There were a few things we were surprised to see that did not match with our conversations and our contract, which saddened us to see given how many times Arlene reassured us the details we reviewed several times. Specific flowers and flower colors were added to 2 different centerpieces the day of the wedding that were not discussed and we felt, did not match at all. We were so very surprised to see this. Another disappointment was the different type of large candle centerpiece used on tables, different than what was agreed upon in the contract. We felt that if the other type were not available, we should have been notified of this change. Overall, we enjoyed working with Stefan's and really appreciated all the time they took to review all the details of our wedding, and were surprised and disappointed to see some things not be followed through from the original contracted plan. Arlene is great in person, rather than over email, and always made us feel really reassured- so we can't quite figure out how things were changed the way they were. Still I am very thankful for my beautiful bouquets.

Stefan's Florist is one of the vendor's our venue recommended, so we checked them out (after checking out 5 florists before them!). We met with Josh, who is creative, professional, and personal. He took the most time compared to the other florists we visited to sit down and create our 'vision'. He showed us several examples of events they decorated, all beautiful, but really wanted to piece together exactly what we wanted for the bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquet, bouttainerres, mother corsages, etc. He also captured the vision we had for the room where cocktail hour was held, and entrance hall, and most importantly, the Grand Ballroom. The flowers and the decor were perfect! We also used Stefan's for the uplighting in the room. They really go above and beyond. Highly recommend for any event!

We just recently got married on July 24,2015 and used Stefan's Florist. I had heard of the gorgeous work that they do and I was not disappointed! Danae helped me through the whole process and she made me feel like family. Our flowers and center pieces were more detailed and elegant than we had imagined and I am so happy that we chose Stefan's!

Words cannot express my level of devastation in regards to my florist selection for my wedding day. Our contract with Josh from Stefan's was very detailed. The devastation goes beyond the actual flowers. An itemized review: 1. My bouquet as well as bridesmaid bouquets and boutonnieres were to arrive at my parents house at 9:00 AM. Only after several phone calls from my husband did they arrive at 11:30 AM!!!! DUE TO THIS WE MISSED OUR ENTIRE OUTDOOR PHOTO SHOOT IN LONG ISLAND. 2. Upon arriving to our venue the vases had ugly candles rather than floating flowers, the red carpet we ordered was two pieces of carpet (different widths) placed together. The carpet was DIRTY. Our photo/video team were horrified and had to halt filming until it was removed. 3. We were promised fresh bouquets of flowers in the ladies room. They were never placed there. 4. We had a sample created for us by josh a month before the wedding. My parents were present at the meeting and many notes were taken. We specified HATING a specific flowering branch. Low and behold they were placed in EACH of our 18 center pieces. 5. Lastly, it was SO important to me that the front of my venue be lit up with purple lights. I had spoken to several vendors and almost considered paying 1,000.00 just for the lighting. Josh assured me he could do it and included it in the price. Furthermore it was written into my contract. IT WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT DETAIL FOR ME TO HAVE IN MY PHOTOS. However, there was no uplighting outside of my venue. During the wedding I went outside and cried hysterically. 6. I would also like to add that during the contract signing process contracts were emailed to my husband that were incorrect, lacking information and late. At some point my husband had to rewrite portions of the contract and have Josh approve them (this is josh's job not ours). Emails were ignored on a constant basis. Being the bride I needed to know my vision could come to life, when I asked for pictures of our upcoming chuppah, money box, bride bouquet and other details Josh had nothing to show. He was very condescending every face to face meeting whether I was with my mother or my husband. I should have known to run right then and there. I was a bride less than three weeks ago. Brides - I beg you to spare yourself the heartache I am currently feeling.

Josh and his team and Stefan's are flower and arrangement geniuses! Our flowers (chuppah, centerpieces, bouquets, even trees!) were exquisite. They were colorful, happy, and filled up our room exactly as we wanted them to. The flowers we kept have stayed fresh and perfect for days! Josh was awesome to work with -- he was accessible, extremely knowledgable, and is an all around nice person. He even taught my matron of honor how to preserve my bouquet! On our first visit to The Royalton, we coincidentally loved the flowers that were set up for the wedding that upcoming night. I asked which florist created them and we were told that Josh at Stefan's was the creator. After booking at The Royalton, we were given 3 options for flowers. As smart shoppers we met with all 3 vendors, but naturally only connected with Josh at Stefan's (the florist of the wedding that was set up that day we visited). Josh is a really cool guy and he is awesome to work with. He’s so down to earth and says it like it is and I appreciate that! One of the reasons why we loved Josh is because he knew the exact layout of our wedding venue. He completely drew out every ledge, shelf and fireplace mantle on a piece of paper, which made us feel like he really knew the place (which the other florists we visited with did not). We went over colors, arrangements, bouquets, lighting, the chuppah, aisle, centerpieces, tables, etc. He really knew his stuff! He drew up a contract that was perfect and assured us that he would create the floral arrangements of my dreams and stay within my budget. A few months later we met with him to view our arrangements. Originally, I wanted centerpieces that were low, and that’s exactly the sample that Josh created. It was beautiful and it was exactly what I asked for, but I just wasn’t connecting with it. Even though I wanted something that was “low” I think in my head I really wanted a larger arrangement that was higher up. Josh worked with my husband and I (yes my husband participated in the flower choices) for over an hour until we were completely satisfied. I really appreciated this! This made me feel like he really cared about me and I was not just another bride. He was so kind, so accommodating and so flexible with the arrangements. I have no idea how he did it, but he created the vision I had in my head when I was unable to verbalize what it was. It’s interesting because you sit down and you decide so many different aspects of the floral arrangements in different segments – but you never actually see the whole vision until the day of the wedding. What Josh and his staff created for our wedding was breathtaking. I was speechless at the beauty they brought to my wedding day. The chuppah was the most gorgeous chuppah I have ever seen. Josh exceeded my expectations and created the most gorgeous ceremony. My bouquet was called an “in and out” bouquet (Josh’s suggestion) it was beautiful and wrapped in lace. The colors in my bouquet and the bridesmaids’ bouquets were unreal. He truly captured my vision. The centerpieces on the tables were talked about all night. They had candles going up them with petals on the tables, the colors were perfect and there were branches coming out of them. The lighting set the mood – It was truly perfect. Also, the tree on the entry table was awesome, unlike anything I have ever seen at any other wedding. That was my husband’s choice and he was very pleased with how it came out. Josh and his staff were professional, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I intend to only use him for my floral needs. I HIGHLY recommend Stefan's and Josh!

I read lots of reviews of horror stories about florists when I was planning my wedding. So, I had a specific photo of colors and flowers I was asking for in my bouquet and arrangements. My venue required that I pick one of two florists they contract with. I did not like either when I met for initial appointments, but ultimately chose Stefan's as the lesser of two evils. I provided Josh at Stefan's with a photograph of exactly what I wanted (nothing too exotic...typical wedding flowers) and in the exact color scheme I wanted. I ended up going to him 4 times over a 6month period to see samples that he promised me would look exactly like my photo...they never did (hence me asking for another sample appointment...and another...and another). Josh was condescending and never was able to create a sample that resembled my picture (Callas, roses, hydrangea). He was lazy and unprofessional...on one occasion, I drove all the way there for an appointment to see samples, and he had nothing prepared and sent me home. I insisted on seeing my arrangements as they put them together two days before my wedding because i was still so worried that it would not be what I asked for. The arrangements were ALL WRONG...the colors, the flowers, everything. I insisted that he change them...to which he was totally condescending, telling me everything will be fine...not to worry (well, I worried anyway). They day of my wedding, the arrangements were CLOSER to the picture I provided...enough that they were acceptable (and I refused to let it ruin my day). The actual flowers were fresh and lasted all night, they just did not really look a whole lot like what I had asked for (repeatedly). Then the delivery guy complained to our best man (who was in charge of distributing tips) that the tip should have been $100 more than we gave him! The nerve! I spent more in gasoline driving to and from the florist to see samples over the year I was planning! The experience of Stefan's created more stress than it was worth.

Everything from the bouquet to the chuppah and center pieces were perfect. I had so many compliments on my choices and I have to thank Arlene for all of those because she was able to guide me through different flowers to make the right choices for my wedding day.

The flowers were gorgeous, Arlene was incredible to work with and we couldn't have asked for more. The flowers were everything that we wanted and more. would 100% recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Just incredible! I worked with Danae who exceeded my expectations and put together the most amazing decor- many guests have been telling us that they cannot get over the flowers and have never been to such a beautiful wedding. Use them! You will never be so happy!

Stefans has been amazing to my fiance and I since the very beginning of our planning from Josh our consultant to the owner Chris. The flowers on our wedding day were incredible as well as the ceremony space they created. The entire room looked like a romantic dream that you would not wanna wake up from!!! Thanks to the entire Stefans team for making our wedding a memorable one!!!!

I used this company for my wedding and didnt find it easy to work with. Took me at least 4 appts to finalize my centerpieces and a week before my wedding found out that the person I worked with passed away but no one told me that untill I decided to go over there to speak to him. Found it very unprofessional but at the end of the day there were able to pull everything together and make my venue look beautiful.

We had our wedding at The Royalton, so we only had two florists to choose from. The other choice was off the table almost immediately due to their poor attitudes and lack of desire to show us many options for centerpieces. We were a bit worried, but our worries were eased when we went to Stefans. We worked with Josh who was WONDERFUL. He was very laid back. He made me feel as if nothing would be a problem and that he could "fix" or "change" anything we didn't like. I even told him to find me on the wedding day because I knew he would put me at ease! We even met the owner several times (George?) Best of all, every time we left, my mom and I were sent home with a bouquet of flowers! I had high hopes for the wedding day. On the day of the wedding, I would rate the flowers as acceptable. The personals were beautiful. The centerpieces were as described. However, we felt a little more decor could have been placed around the ballroom and cocktail area for the price we paid. I had asked (in writing, via e-mail) for a throwing bouquet which never showed up. I had to throw a bridesmaids bouquet. We also ordered amber uplighting for the ballroom after seeing the Royalton well let up with it in photos. That was the BIGGEST waste of money. There were maybe 3-4 boxes plugged in along the walls. The amber color was hardly noticeable that night or in photos. Despite all this, the people were wonderful. In fact, George, the owner, showed up that night and sought out my husband and I to congratulate us and be sure we were happy with everything!

I only did bouquets and flowers for the groomsmen and they came out really nice and the price was very reasonable. I dealt with Josh and he was very easy going and new what he was talking about.

We used Stefans because of their relationship with the Royalton. I was afraid of what I would be getting when I knew that they had an exclusive contract with the vendor but I was wrong! Paul was great, he was personable, patient and knew exactly what I wanted. I gave him an idea and he made it work. The flowers we beautiful and the colors exactly what I was hoping for.

My venue gave me a list of florists that I was required to use. As I met with different florists I realized how expensive flowers are and how many of the people selling them are just pure salesmen. Then I met Arlene Lee. She knew it all! I was blown away by her knowledge and style. Working with her and Stefans was worth every penny!

When looking for flowers for my wedding, I met with 3 different vendors on LI. Josh at Stefan's was the only one who really seemed to get my exact indecisive vision of having all different bright flowers. He worked with us on budget and laid out (with drawings!) every detail from arrival to ceremony to reception. He was more than willing to adjust the details in the contract regarding types of flowers after I reviewed it. A couple of weeks before the wedding we were able to see a mock up of the centerpiece to make sure everything was perfect for the wedding day. This was a great service as I definitely did some adjusting when we met! Josh was great to work with and the flowers day of were beautiful- Josh even made sure to hand deliver my bouquet to me! I will say that there were 1 or 2 arrangements that were slightly off (the flowers on the sweetheart table weren't displayed exactly as discussed) but everything was of the highest quality and so beautiful that I think I was probably the only one who knew anything should have been different. Every time I look at my photos I see the amazing pops of color from the beautiful flowers and I couldn't be happier!

Stefans far exceeded my expectations! I gave them ideas of what I wanted, but ultimately left a lot of the decision making to them... They are the experts and giving them free reign was the best decision I ever made. The flowers were plentiful, not a single wilted flower and tasteful. They not only built a huppah, but they made a matching arch for the beginning of the aisle. I asked for crystals, candles and flowing material, but also simple/sophisticated... They understood what I wanted and nailed it. I did show them a picture of a bouquet I loved with all white flowers and pearls - - They made a version even better than the picture. Although they were not keen on 'gray' flowers, at my request they added Dusty Millers into the bridesmaids bouquets even though they were not in season. They do not skimp out!!! The eccentric owner (Chris) is a riot... Don't listen if people warn you against working directly with him... He tells it like it is, loves repeat customers and negotiates a very fair price... Although some might think it's expensive he refuses to agree to a price that won't allow for perfection as he has a reputation to uphold. If you don't want to deal with his longggg stories then work with Josh or Denae... Everyone there is amazing!

The flowers were gorgeous! Arlene Lee from Stefan's is a pleasure to work with and she has a great eye. She is very patient, knowledgeable and does an excellent job! I highly recommend her and Stefan's. Our flowers were better than I dreamed of.

Stefan's was amazing! I worked with Josh and he did a fantastic job. He made a sample centerpiece for me and when it wasn't exactly what I had envisioned he was quick to fix it and made something beautiful, showing he truly listened to what I said. The day of the wedding they looked even better and the bridesmaid bouquets were smaller versions of the centerpieces. They also decorated the sweetheart table with three mini centerpieces and the chuppah for the ceremony. Everything was absolutely gorgeous. The only thing I wasn't 100% happy with was my bouquet. What they made was gorgeous, it was just not exactly what I had wanted. I had asked for white flowers and these seemed more like ivory. Although this wasn't exactly what I had wanted, I would highly recommend them, just don't be afraid to ask for samples of everything!!
