e initial planning to the months leading up to the big day, to the rehearsal and wedding, itself, Emily was a steady hand and was always on the ball. I think the best example of her skills, organization, and work ethic was the rehearsal and wedding itself as everything went off perfectly. We’ve been told that it’s rare for a wedding to go exactly how you planned it, but in our case it did! It was absolutely perfect, and we believe the majority of the credit should go to Emily. We also really appreciated her willingness to meet with us on Zoom and after work hours, as we are both attorneys out of state. The wedding process can be stressful, yet Emily was so good at mitigating that stress both in the planning stage and on the weekend of. We truly felt that we were in good hands. And we were! We are so thankful and appreciative of all the great work she did and would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone. It was a truly special day, and Emily worked so hard, so diligently, and so effectively to make our dream wedding a reality. All in all, Emily is a fantastic wedding planner and we will be forever grateful for the incredible work she did for us!

I never once was stressed during my wedding day, because i had Hannah. I knew she had everything covered and was doing exactly what i wanted! We had nothing but our venue in Ludington booked at that point, and we went with the design and coordination package, which was worth every cent! We were planning the whole thing out of state and on a different time zone, but our coordinator Emily kept us on track from the very beginning with vendor recommendations and referrals. Shelby on the design team took the time to get to know us through a detailed questionnaire and came back with the most beautiful vision based on that and a couple quick calls. I couldn’t have dreamed up a better look for our big day! We checked in regularly and reached out often for questions leading up to our wedding and Emily was always there to help. This is all BEFORE the actual wedding weekend! The amount of thought and coordination that went into that was beyond what we expected, the entire thing ran so smoothly from the rehearsal to the wrap up. Our family and friends are still talking about what an amazing wedding it was, and we owe so much of it to Stellaluna. Do yourself a huge favor and book them for your wedding or event!

Once we got closer to the wedding Emily was the reason I was sane and able to actually relax on my wedding day, I cannot put into words how wonderful she is!! She worked around our crazy schedule to make sure we had regular touchpoints, reassured us during the stressful pre-wedding days, and even made a trip to our venue and facetimed us after our initial visit got canceled. Leading up to the weekend, Hannah was consistently in full communication and a text/call away if we had any questions. If an issue ever came up, Hannah was first to provide suggestions, alternatives and to link us up with the right vendors. Hannah was so on top of things the day-of from coordinating with vendors, keeping pace with our timeline, and was the first to say “I’m on it” when we needed anything at all! The prices are very affordable for the service provided and the team was very flexible by offering a “limited” design option (I’d booked all my vendors - but just needed some help bringing the design-aspects to life!) ey were so professional, I hired them for coordination services and if I could turn back time and hire them for full service I would. I was super nervous about the execution of the day because the planner that had come with our vendor wasn't great. But the Stellaluna team was so proactive and communicative that the day went out without a hitch. I felt informed of what was needed from me, by when, what decisions I needed to make, and what the suggestions were. They took my vision and brought it to life. I am forever grateful and HIGHLY reccomend them. Happiest day of my life and so grateful Stellaluna helped create that for us.

ere proposed with multiple options for what we wanted help for. We wanted help for our wedding design, we’re promised 20+ pages of beautiful designs with clickable links to purchase from. We were given 3 pages of tacky ideas I already found from Pinterest. We paid THOUSANDS of dollars for this. I was so frustrated and disappointed with this service, we got a refund and did it ourselves. Before the wedding we were bombarded with this need for a PERFECT minute to minute timeline. The day of the wedding went to absolute CRAP. I had to ask our wedding planner Kendra for everything. We were promised lunch by a certain time and an HOUR LATER I found out the groom and groomsman were not fed. Right before the wedding the aisle runner was not even run down, I had to stand next to an un run isle (looked like Christmas wrapping paper) to get married to. I was HUMILIATED. The timing of everything was off. Kendra was no where to be found when we needed her. I have NEVER BEEN SO FRUSTRATED IN MY WHOLE LIFE. It was humiliating. Everyone was asking where Kendra (the wedding planner) was throughout the whole day. My maid of honor took over 99% of the responsibilities. When she was asked to do anything it wasn’t done. It caused literal FIGHTS between my wedding party. LITERAL WOST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I am so frustrated and angry about this experience. DO NOT HIRE ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY.

. Our coordinator Hannah was extremely attentive during the entire wedding planning process and was so easy to work with. On the actual wedding day, she took care of all the little details and told us not to worry about anything. She worked with our florist to bring our wedding vision to life and we were blown away by how the ceremony and reception decor turned out. She was a calming presence and seamlessly dealt with several uncontrollable issues that arose throughout the day. I’m not sure how we would have dealt with these issues without Hannah. We cannot recommend Hannah and Stellaluna Events enough and are so thankful they were a part of our wedding day!

discount for booking both planning and design together, and since I was planning a Michigan wedding from Texas, I was excited for the design help. The designer I was assigned, Abbie R., initially emailed me with a questionnaire which was very detailed and thorough about what we were looking for. The first design proposal she sent me I was not a fan of at all, I felt like it was just a compilation of an already designed Pinterest board. I discussed this with her, and kind of gave her suggestions of the direction I was trying to go, so she found exactly the pictures I was referencing, and just copy and pasted them into the design. I was still disappointed with this because I wanted her help in using these ideas to come up with something unique using my vision and her expertise. If I wanted to use a pre-made Pinterest board, I would have just went to Pinterest myself. The third proposal was, to me, essentially no different and at this point I was frustrated that I was having to do all of the work when I paid for this service. I chose to save myself the stress of going back and forth with her and just do the designing on my own. Ultimately I was highly disappointed that I wasted money on this additional service that I essentially didn't even use.

I planned my Michigan wedding from Texas, and having Hannah to help with brainstorming and logistics from so far away was a lifesaver!! She was also SO responsive whether it was email, text, or calling. She seriously took care of everything from the back-end and on the day of, I did not feel like I had anything to worry about at all! Except for one time when I needed to vent, she listened to me, validated me, and then did what she could to fix the issue. I would recommend Hannah time and time again. My wedding was back on August 7th, and I would not have been able to have as amazing of a day without her help! Special shout out to her assistant, Pajas. Together they had all of my decorations just the way I envisioned them!
