Stellaluna is the best of the best! We are so beyond grateful for Hannah and her team. Hannah was such a calming presence throughout our entire planning process and we always felt ...
better after talking to her. She is so kind, organized and incredibly responsive. She was always available by text and made us feel like we could reach out whenever we needed her. I’m definitely a procrastinator, so having someone as organized as Hannah made such a huge difference. She always knew what needed to happen and kept everything moving without ever making us feel stressed about it.
By the time our wedding weekend came around, everything came together so beautifully. We were able to actually enjoy the weekend and be present with our family and friends thanks to her. She truly felt like a friend throughout the entire process and we are so grateful we got to have her in our corner.
We absolutely loved working with Hannah and could not recommend her enough!
Truly can't say enough kind things about Jillian B. and Stellaluna Events!
Throughout our whole planning process, Jillian was patient and helpful, while asking the right questions...
. It took a ton of stress of our plates to have her as our Day of Coordinator leading up to the event.
She was even more helpful during our wedding weekend, as she handled anything, big or small, that came our way and helped to make our day magical!

ss so easy and was always incredibly organized, attentive, and on top of every single detail, both big and small.
One of the things we appreciated most was how available and responsive she was throughout the entire process. Whether it was a text, email, or phone call, Hannah was always there and responded so quickly. She knew every detail of our wedding inside and out, and we always felt completely confident knowing she had everything handled.
When our wedding weekend finally arrived, everything came together more perfectly than we could have imagined. Hannah worked so hard behind the scenes to make sure everything ran seamlessly, which allowed us to be completely present and enjoy our wedding without worrying about a thing.
We are so incredibly grateful for Hannah and everything she did to make our wedding weekend so special. She truly went above and beyond for us. We could not recommend Hannah enough!
Cannot recommend Stellaluna Events enough!

e all of the design and sourcing for our wedding myself, but still wanted someone to help guide us through the planning process and bring everything together as the day got closer. We stumbled upon Stellaluna Events and their Partial Planning service and are SO happy we did! We were paired with Addison who was a rockstar.
From the beginning, Addy was organized, thoughtful, and so easy to work with. She helped us tremendously throughout the planning process, especially when it came to vendor recommendations, answering questions, and making sure all of the moving pieces came together. She understood that I had a specific vision and was incredibly supportive of allowing me to take the lead creatively while stepping in wherever we needed her expertise and guidance.
On our wedding day, Addy truly helped bring my entire vision to life. She made sure everything was set up and executed the way I had envisioned it, while also keeping the day running smoothly behind the scenes. We were able to actually be present and enjoy our wedding without worrying about all of the little details because we knew she had everything handled.
Beyond being amazing at what she does, Addy is just such a wonderful person to have by your side on such an important day. She genuinely cares about her couples and made the entire experience feel personal and special. Our wedding was everything we had hoped for and more, and we are so grateful that Addy and Stellaluna were such an important part of it. We truly cannot recommend them enough!

n voice memo! She handled everything for me and took care of things I didn't even know about. So many family members are even raving about how great she was day of and how helpful she was. I will recommend her + her team to any future brides, she truly helped my vision come to life and I am so grateful for her!

her! She made the planning process a breeze for us, communicating and coordinating with our vendors, and taking care of so many details on our wedding day. We're so glad to have hired her and we'd give her, and StellaLuna our highest recommendation. Thank you!

ss. I will say though, hiring the right planner matters and Stellaluna Events is by far the best. We were paired with Hannah and wow was she amazing. We had our wedding in Southwest Michigan and the only vendor we knew we wanted was a family friend who does flowers. Hannah expertly built all these relationships with stellar vendors in the area who were amazing. The catering, the string quartet, the DJ, the ice cream vendor. 10/10 everyone she sent us. The only work we had to do was look at the 3-5 vendors and read reviews. Saved us hours of groundwork. She also nicely kept us on track throughout the whole process through calls, emails, texts. She always asked if she could handle stuff for us and she was always always available by text. And the day of the wedding! She came in so clutch. I could keep going, but take my word for it hiring Hannah will be worth your weight in gold.

tly what I needed to enable me to enjoy the day without fear something would be missed, it was absolutely magical and WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY!!

nator at our reception venue and an offsite ceremony (with no site to begin with), so had a bit of a custom situation -- Addy went above and beyond our expectations with attentiveness, responsiveness, and care for our special day, fitting all the puzzle pieces together seamlessly. Every time we hung up with her we felt a little weight come off our shoulders. And as someone with indecision paralysis / decision fatigue, I super valued her being able to nudge us along in the best way. Anyone who gets to work with Addy is truly lucky!
McKenzie at Stellaluna was amazing!! She made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. She handled everything!! We had to change our ceremony to our rain plan and she made sure we loved...
it just the same. When everything started to get crazy busy leading up to the day of the wedding, McKenzie took so much stress off. I would 100% recommend.
Emily and the Stellaluna team were an absolute pleasure to work with from the early planning stages all the way through the wedding day.
What stood out most to me about Emily was ...
her incredible attention to detail and communication. She was happy to sit in on basically every vendor call, whether or not the specifics directly pertained to her, took thorough notes, asked great questions, and consistently covered our blind spots.
Throughout all the chaos, it genuinely felt like it was us and Emily against every problem that can and will come up during the wedding planning process. She was our rock.
I would highly recommend Emily without reservation as a planner, day-of coordinator, and overall wedding subject matter expert for any wedding.
Hiring Stellaluna as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made. We started meeting a few months before the wedding with Allie to go through all the details, and she...
was organized, thoughtful, and incredibly reassuring every step of the way. On the wedding day itself, we truly didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Allie handled everything seamlessly—and I know she managed countless things behind the scenes that we didn’t even see. She set up all of the extra décor we brought, made sure everything looked perfect, and at the end of the night packed it all up and even put it directly into my car. Even our bridal party commented on how helpful and attentive she was throughout the day—any time we needed something, she was immediately on it. Her care, professionalism, and attention to detail allowed us to fully enjoy our day. We are so grateful and would recommend her to any couple without hesitation.

really made my vision come to life! She gave great recommendations and was able to achieve all of our goals within our budget, and made it so easy for us to book all of our design vendors.
For planning and day of coordination, we worked with Emily, and she is an absolute angel on Earth! She worked with all of our vendors to make sure our timeline was set, answered all of our questions (big or small), set up all of our decor perfectly, and made sure the day ran perfectly.
We cannot say enough good things about our team and would recommend them to anyone!! Love you Stellaluna!

big day, she has a special way of helping you feel confident in your choices, and focus on what really matters. Our wedding day went so smoothly, and we had many compliments from our guests for how well planned it was. Hannah makes it look easy. We are so blessed to have gotten to work with her, and highly recommend her.
We had the best experience with Hannah at Stellaluna for our August 2025 wedding! We opted for the Partial Planning Wedding Coordination and could not be happier with our decision....
Our meetings with Hannah started about a year out and she assisted us every step of the way. From the aisle planner wedding organization website, to the preferred vendors list, the zoom call check-ins, and to being in contact with all our our vendors, Hannah made the wedding planning process much easier and enjoyable for us. Hannah created our wedding day timeline several months out which allowed us ample time to fill in any gaps and to make sure nothing was missed. On our wedding day, she was at the venue bright and early— she took the responsibility of set-up off our hands and she frequently checked in with me and the groom to see how we were feeling and if there was anything we needed! She was also there till the very end, helping with break down and clean up. Looking back on it, we don’t know what we would have done without her and we are so glad that we decided to work with StellaLuna. Some of the best money we spent on the wedding. Highly recommend!!

e initial planning to the months leading up to the big day, to the rehearsal and wedding, itself, Emily was a steady hand and was always on the ball. I think the best example of her skills, organization, and work ethic was the rehearsal and wedding itself as everything went off perfectly. We’ve been told that it’s rare for a wedding to go exactly how you planned it, but in our case it did! It was absolutely perfect, and we believe the majority of the credit should go to Emily. We also really appreciated her willingness to meet with us on Zoom and after work hours, as we are both attorneys out of state. The wedding process can be stressful, yet Emily was so good at mitigating that stress both in the planning stage and on the weekend of. We truly felt that we were in good hands. And we were! We are so thankful and appreciative of all the great work she did and would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone. It was a truly special day, and Emily worked so hard, so diligently, and so effectively to make our dream wedding a reality. All in all, Emily is a fantastic wedding planner and we will be forever grateful for the incredible work she did for us!

It's been one month since our wedding day, and I haven't stopped gushing over Hannah and her Stellaluna team. Hannah, single-handedly, was the reason that I was able to relax, be p...
resent, and fully enjoy my wedding day. From the start, during our first phone call a year ago, to the very end of our wedding night, Hannah kept me grounded with her professional, friendly, and patient nature. Throughout the planning process, she was readily available to answer to any of my worries, second-guessing, and questions, ensured we were on track with all planning, and more often than not, thought of a detail that needed addressing even before I did. She was in communication with all of our vendors leading up to the day (even without me knowing many times!), so that set up and execution ran smoothly on the day of. Throughout wedding weekend, Hannah was so gracious and kind and loving to me, my husband, and our families - I could just go on and on about her, and we were sad to say goodbye when it was all over! Do not hesitate to book a coordinator with Stellaluna - they were BY FAR the best investment of our entire wedding.

much nailed what I had in mind for my vision. Her item list made it very easy for me to look for everything that we needed. Hannah was the main person we communicated with besides our planner. She kept me in the loop of everything and was wonderful to work with. We started out with Emily and ended with December for our planner. I was nervous for the change, but everything went smoothly. Their communication was amazing through the whole process. Everyone was very professional, yet fun to work with. December and her assistant were amazing on our wedding day. We didn't have to stress about a single thing because they took care of everything from the set up of the decorations to the packing up of everything. The day went so smoothly and we were so grateful for that. We were able to just be present and enjoy our wedding day with our friends and family. We would highly recommend Stellaluna for your wedding planner needs!!
Amanda was beyond amazing and helpful! She made wedding planning a breeze and took all my stress away. Very reliable, kind and helpful! Highly recommend!

e very first moment, Hannah took our stress away and turned our vision into a beautiful reality, far beyond what we could have ever imagined.
She not only embraced our ideas but enhanced them with her own creativity and attention to detail, making our wedding day truly magical. Every detail felt perfectly aligned with our vision, showing how deeply she understood and cared about what we wanted. It was like having a friend who just got us, making sure everything was exactly as we hoped.
If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond to make your day extraordinary, look no further. We couldn’t have done it without Hannah and we will be forever grateful for her kindness and commitment.
Thank you so much for turning our dreams into reality and for making our wedding day unforgettable. We can’t recommend you highly enough!

ut our wedding weekend so that we were able to relax and fully enjoy the day without worrying about vendor communication, decor setup and breakdown, or any issues that came up. During the planning process, we had several helpful check in calls with McKenzie and she was always very quick to respond to texts for any random questions that popped up. Thank you for all of your help and support to make the wedding of our dreams a reality!

s from start to finish. She was there for everything! Every text, every phone call, every email i sent in a panic. She coordinated EVERYTHING with all my vendors, point of contacts and more. I never once was stressed during my wedding day, because i had Hannah. I knew she had everything covered and was doing exactly what i wanted! Almost a month later, and my mom and I still are talking about Hannah and how her services were the best money we spent the whole process. My only complaint is not being able to talk to Hannah any more of a regular basis! She was my constant the whole planning process, and made me feel at ease and took my worry away. A thank you has never ever ever felt enough for what she did and provided for me the last 2 years of working together. I just love her so much! & could not recommend her enough to anybody planning a wedding of any magnitude. She was the very very best & i was so grateful to have her!

om Stellaluna Events. The professionalism and attitude she provided my now husband and I, as well as our family, had us blown away. My parents can’t stop raving about how easy she made everything! Not only were we planning a “destination wedding” to happen in Northern Michigan allll the way from Denver, CO., Allie gave us absolutely 0 worries. From the minute we met her, she immediately took control and helped layout the entire day before & day of timeline and reaching out to every vendor to coordinate so we didn’t have to. She showed up for the entire rehearsal day to help decorate the reception space, and even stopped by the morning of the wedding at 7:30 AM to check in on me & my girls! Allie is the sweetest soul and I encourage every future bride to use Stellaluna Events! Allie even went as far as to take care of our marriage license days after, and even drop off vendor rental items the day after the wedding so we didn’t have to worry about it. I am so glad we had the opportunity to work with Stellaluna & Allie - 12/10 recommend!! Thank you so much for making the best day of my life possible with your hard work & knowledge of the industry!!

On the day of the wedding it was so wonderful having her there keeping everything on track with the timeline and our vendors. I never imagined having a wedding planner could be this amazing.
The owner Hannah started the process with all their planning services and it was wonderful to meet and work with her as well. They are an incredible company and if you are planning any event especially your wedding they should be you #1 choice. Hiring a wedding planner for our wedding was the best decision we ever made and worth every penny.

ound Hannah to be calm and transparent from the first meeting together. I was also that bride that thought I could handle more things than I could, but with Hannah's assistance, I was put at ease during any stressful time. I'd say my wedding was perfect on the day, but truly I would have had no idea if something bad occured as Hannah handled the big and small items. Please do yourself (and anyone involved with your wedding) a favor and hire Hannah; I promise it will be worth the expense, and you will be SO thankful you have her and the team on the big day. Thank you Stellaluna Events for our perfect day.

rly in the planning process and I reached out about 8 months before our wedding. We had nothing but our venue in Ludington booked at that point, and we went with the design and coordination package, which was worth every cent!
We were planning the whole thing out of state and on a different time zone, but our coordinator Emily kept us on track from the very beginning with vendor recommendations and referrals. Shelby on the design team took the time to get to know us through a detailed questionnaire and came back with the most beautiful vision based on that and a couple quick calls. I couldn’t have dreamed up a better look for our big day!
We checked in regularly and reached out often for questions leading up to our wedding and Emily was always there to help. This is all BEFORE the actual wedding weekend! The amount of thought and coordination that went into that was beyond what we expected, the entire thing ran so smoothly from the rehearsal to the wrap up. Our family and friends are still talking about what an amazing wedding it was, and we owe so much of it to Stellaluna. Do yourself a huge favor and book them for your wedding or event!

Hannah was wonderful from start to finish. She answered every question via text or email in a timely manner, she made me feel so at ease during the wedding planning process. I knew that my wedding day was going to be perfect because Hannah had everything handled. The day of timeline that she created for us was so helpful and her communication with our vendors was flawless. e felt more confident (and relaxed) going into our big day. The wedding planning process can get overwhelming but at each touchpoint Pajas was a breath of fresh air and made us feel like we were on the right track. On the day of, she went above and beyond to make sure myself and my groom were taken care of every second of the day. We wanted to keep our timeline as simple as possible without too much down time or waiting for the next thing for our guests and it was absolutely perfect. Her hard work was not only noticed by the two of us, but many in our bridal party and our attendees picked up on her energy and mentioned what a BOSS she was all day. Every time I thought of something we needed I swear she was always right there ready, probably with what we needed already in hand. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator in the Traverse City area, look no further. MVP of the day!

p and I'm so thankful we got to work with Emily and Shelby. They were proactive in sending recommendations for vendors, design ideas that fit our budget, and answering all of our questions.
Once we got closer to the wedding Emily was the reason I was sane and able to actually relax on my wedding day, I cannot put into words how wonderful she is!! She worked around our crazy schedule to make sure we had regular touchpoints, reassured us during the stressful pre-wedding days, and even made a trip to our venue and facetimed us after our initial visit got canceled. It felt like having a friend with us the entire way and I could not recommend Stellaluna more. Thank you for making our wedding so special, we could not have done it without you!!

y moving pieces and locations. Hannah toured our event space prior to our rehearsal to make sure she understood our vision and how to make it happen. Leading up to the weekend, Hannah was consistently in full communication and a text/call away if we had any questions. One thing that really stands out with Stellaluna is their organization and turnaround time. Hannah presented the timelines months in advanced which allowed us time tweak and find tune things along the way. If an issue ever came up, Hannah was first to provide suggestions, alternatives and to link us up with the right vendors. We also want to give a shoutout to Emily from Stellaluna who also had a huge impact on our weekend and was Hannah’s 2nd hand along the way. We honestly couldn’t have never executed this wedding without Stellaluna. If we could do it all over again just to work with Stellaluna, we would! Thanks again Hannah and your team for making it the best weekend of our lives.

We were able to fully enjoy our day without any worries knowing that McKenzie was taking care of everything, and that in itself is priceless!

ugh! Although we only met in-person the da my before our wedding, it felt like we were friends the moment we had our first call! Hannah was so on top of things the day-of from coordinating with vendors, keeping pace with our timeline, and was the first to say “I’m on it” when we needed anything at all! The prices are very affordable for the service provided and the team was very flexible by offering a “limited” design option (I’d booked all my vendors - but just needed some help bringing the design-aspects to life!) I’d recommend Hannah and Stellaluna Events to anyone searching for a coordinator!

But the day-of coordination itself was worth every penny! Our day went PERFECTLY and we did not have to deal with anything but enjoying each other and our families. We are so thankful for Hannah and Stellaluna Events, we wouldn’t hesitate to book them again!

ey were so professional, I hired them for coordination services and if I could turn back time and hire them for full service I would.
I was super nervous about the execution of the day because the planner that had come with our vendor wasn't great. But the Stellaluna team was so proactive and communicative that the day went out without a hitch. I felt informed of what was needed from me, by when, what decisions I needed to make, and what the suggestions were. They took my vision and brought it to life. I am forever grateful and HIGHLY reccomend them. Happiest day of my life and so grateful Stellaluna helped create that for us.
