Words will never express my 1000/10 experience with Stellaluna Events, specifically with Hannah! We had a two year long engagement and from the very beginning, Hannah worked with us from start to finish. She was there for everything! Every text, every phone call, every email i sent in a panic. She coordinated EVERYTHING with all my vendors, point of contacts and more. I never once was stressed during my wedding day, because i had Hannah. I knew she had everything covered and was doing exactly what i wanted! Almost a month later, and my mom and I still are talking about Hannah and how her services were the best money we spent the whole process. My only complaint is not being able to talk to Hannah any more of a regular basis! She was my constant the whole planning process, and made me feel at ease and took my worry away. A thank you has never ever ever felt enough for what she did and provided for me the last 2 years of working together. I just love her so much! & could not recommend her enough to anybody planning a wedding of any magnitude. She was the very very best & i was so grateful to have her!

WOW!! I can’t believe my big day has come & gone, but I can easily say without any doubt that the reason it went by so quickly was because I got to ENJOY it, all thanks to Allie from Stellaluna Events. The professionalism and attitude she provided my now husband and I, as well as our family, had us blown away. My parents can’t stop raving about how easy she made everything! Not only were we planning a “destination wedding” to happen in Northern Michigan allll the way from Denver, CO., Allie gave us absolutely 0 worries. From the minute we met her, she immediately took control and helped layout the entire day before & day of timeline and reaching out to every vendor to coordinate so we didn’t have to. She showed up for the entire rehearsal day to help decorate the reception space, and even stopped by the morning of the wedding at 7:30 AM to check in on me & my girls! Allie is the sweetest soul and I encourage every future bride to use Stellaluna Events! Allie even went as far as to take care of our marriage license days after, and even drop off vendor rental items the day after the wedding so we didn’t have to worry about it. We worked with Hannah as our Day of Coordinator and I have to say that she was incredible! She always went above and beyond, making planning and the day of our wedding seamless and stress-free. All I can say is wow! Words cannot express how incredible it was to work with Emily throughout our wedding planning process. Emily was so organized, professional and amazing to work with. All throughout the process I felt like I was planning my wedding with one of my best friends. She was always there to answer any questions and give advice when making decisions. We could not be happier with her, from start to finish she was amazing. On the day of the wedding it was so wonderful having her there keeping everything on track with the timeline and our vendors. I never imagined having a wedding planner could be this amazing. The owner Hannah started the process with all their planning services and it was wonderful to meet and work with her as well. They are an incredible company and if you are planning any event especially your wedding they should be you #1 choice. Hiring a wedding planner for our wedding was the best decision we ever made and worth every penny.

I am not really sure where to even begin, but I can simply say hiring Hannah and her team was the very best decision for our wedding. I interviewed multiple wedding planners, but found Hannah to be calm and transparent from the first meeting together. I was also that bride that thought I could handle more things than I could, but with Hannah's assistance, I was put at ease during any stressful time. I'd say my wedding was perfect on the day, but truly I would have had no idea if something bad occured as Hannah handled the big and small items. I am serious when I say, we may not have made it to our wedding day without the help of Stellaluna. As an anxious bride to be, I was lucky to hear about Stellaluna from a friend early in the planning process and I reached out about 8 months before our wedding. We had nothing but our venue in Ludington booked at that point, and we went with the design and coordination package, which was worth every cent! We were planning the whole thing out of state and on a different time zone, but our coordinator Emily kept us on track from the very beginning with vendor recommendations and referrals. Shelby on the design team took the time to get to know us through a detailed questionnaire and came back with the most beautiful vision based on that and a couple quick calls. I couldn’t have dreamed up a better look for our big day! We checked in regularly and reached out often for questions leading up to our wedding and Emily was always there to help. This is all BEFORE the actual wedding weekend! The amount of thought and coordination that went into that was beyond what we expected, the entire thing ran so smoothly from the rehearsal to the wrap up. Our family and friends are still talking about what an amazing wedding it was, and we owe so much of it to Stellaluna. Do yourself a huge favor and book them for your wedding or event!

McKenzie with StellaLuna/Wohlfeil Events was amazing!!!! I had her as a day of coordinator and she made the entire process leading up to wedding weekend so easy and definitely helped me feel at ease. It was so nice to have someone handling the timeline so all we had to do was show up and have fun. She made the rehearsal quick and easy and made sure our wedding day went as smooth as possible. Hannah and her team at Stellaluna Events are amazing! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Working with Shelby on our wedding design was such a great experience. Our proposal was extremely detailed and thoughtful. She brought my vision to life. She went above and beyond with creating our driftwood place cards and seating chart, too! Hannah was wonderful from start to finish. She answered every question via text or email in a timely manner, she made me feel so at ease during the wedding planning process. I knew that my wedding day was going to be perfect because Hannah had everything handled. The day of timeline that she created for us was so helpful and her communication with our vendors was flawless. Our wedding day was the best day ever, our coordination was fantastic, and our guests gave us so many compliments. We had such a great experience with Stellaluna Events, we cannot recommend them enough!!!

Where do I even begin? Pajas was absolutely amazing from start to finish and I could not recommend a Day-Of Coordinator more. Throughout the entire planning process I could not have felt more confident (and relaxed) going into our big day. The wedding planning process can get overwhelming but at each touchpoint Pajas was a breath of fresh air and made us feel like we were on the right track. On the day of, she went above and beyond to make sure myself and my groom were taken care of every second of the day. We wanted to keep our timeline as simple as possible without too much down time or waiting for the next thing for our guests and it was absolutely perfect. Her hard work was not only noticed by the two of us, but many in our bridal party and our attendees picked up on her energy and mentioned what a BOSS she was all day. Every time I thought of something we needed I swear she was always right there ready, probably with what we needed already in hand. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator in the Traverse City area, look no further. MVP of the day!

Stellaluna is amazing!! For the services they provide, the price is extremely reasonable and the whole team went above and beyond. We are not from Michigan, so I knew we needed help and I'm so thankful we got to work with Emily and Shelby. They were proactive in sending recommendations for vendors, design ideas that fit our budget, and answering all of our questions. Once we got closer to the wedding Emily was the reason I was sane and able to actually relax on my wedding day, I cannot put into words how wonderful she is!! She worked around our crazy schedule to make sure we had regular touchpoints, reassured us during the stressful pre-wedding days, and even made a trip to our venue and facetimed us after our initial visit got canceled. It felt like having a friend with us the entire way and I could not recommend Stellaluna more. Thank you for making our wedding so special, we could not have done it without you!!

We HIGHLY recommend using Stellaluna for any and all event needs! They were so helpful and so responsive! They went above and beyond to match us with our event planner and make sure everything ran smoothly for our big day! Our event planner, McKenzie Wohlfeil was absolutely AMAZING! This review is long overdue but needed none the less. Hannah and her crew absolutely went above and beyond on our wedding weekend. Our wedding consisted of multi-day event with many moving pieces and locations. Hannah toured our event space prior to our rehearsal to make sure she understood our vision and how to make it happen. Leading up to the weekend, Hannah was consistently in full communication and a text/call away if we had any questions. One thing that really stands out with Stellaluna is their organization and turnaround time. Hannah presented the timelines months in advanced which allowed us time tweak and find tune things along the way. If an issue ever came up, Hannah was first to provide suggestions, alternatives and to link us up with the right vendors. We also want to give a shoutout to Emily from Stellaluna who also had a huge impact on our weekend and was Hannah’s 2nd hand along the way. We honestly couldn’t have never executed this wedding without Stellaluna. If we could do it all over again just to work with Stellaluna, we would! Hannah has a calmness surrounding her that everyone involved with the event commented on. My daughter and her husband were her priority in ensuring they were fed, hydrated, and having the time of their lives on their special day.

McKenzie Wohlfeil was an amazing day-of-coordinator, both leading up to and during our wedding! Planning a wedding in Michigan when you live in Miami can seem difficult but McKenzie was a great bridge to our vendors and made our long distance planning go smoothly. On the big day, she kept us on track and we were able to do everything we wanted to do without any hiccups. Even when the weather wasn't cooperating, she managed to keep the table settings from blowing away without disturbing the decor. We were able to fully enjoy our day without any worries knowing that McKenzie was taking care of everything, and that in itself is priceless!

Hannah was amazing to work with! She seriously thought of it all and we were lucky to hire her for day of coordination which came with some services beforehand focused on timeline and checking in with our vendors as well as local market recommendations. If we didn't have her timeline and checking with our vendors we would have missed a lot of important details to consider. Hannah truly made our wedding special--even going above and beyond to secure us a mic last minute for our vows and individually packaging the flower confetti and s'mores. Highly recommend!

I used Stellaluna Events for day-of coordination and limited design services for my wedding in July 2022. We worked with Hannah for day-of coordination and cannot recommend her enough! Although we only met in-person the da my before our wedding, it felt like we were friends the moment we had our first call! Hannah was so on top of things the day-of from coordinating with vendors, keeping pace with our timeline, and was the first to say “I’m on it” when we needed anything at all! The prices are very affordable for the service provided and the team was very flexible by offering a “limited” design option (I’d booked all my vendors - but just needed some help bringing the design-aspects to life!) I’d recommend Hannah and Stellaluna Events to anyone searching for a coordinator!

Hiring Stellaluna was one of the BEST decisions I made while wedding planning. Brooke & her team were extremely helpful during the planning phase and Kendra our planner executed our day perfectly! Kendra was wonderful to work with throughout the process and helped our wedding come to life. She was extremely professional, efficient and organized. I cannot stress how much of a relief it was to have her coordinating all of the details on the day of the wedding so we could enjoy and soak in the memories! I would highly recommend.

We 110% recommend Stellaluna Events for wedding coordination services! We planned our Grand Rapids wedding from a few states away and could not have done it without Hannah. The communication with vendors was SO helpful and saved us a lot of stress. Throughout the process she answered all of our questions quickly and kept us on track with what needed to be done. But the day-of coordination itself was worth every penny! Our day went PERFECTLY and we did not have to deal with anything but enjoying each other and our families. Working with Stellaluna events was an absolute DREAM. Their whole staff from booking a consultation to the execution of the day was everything I could have hoped for and more. They were so professional, I hired them for coordination services and if I could turn back time and hire them for full service I would. I was super nervous about the execution of the day because the planner that had come with our vendor wasn't great. But the Stellaluna team was so proactive and communicative that the day went out without a hitch. I felt informed of what was needed from me, by when, what decisions I needed to make, and what the suggestions were. They took my vision and brought it to life. I am forever grateful and HIGHLY reccomend them. Happiest day of my life and so grateful Stellaluna helped create that for us.

This was the worst wedding planning I could have possibly imagined. I was so upset and frustrated with the amount of time and effort that was put in. Months before the wedding we were proposed with multiple options for what we wanted help for. We wanted help for our wedding design, we’re promised 20+ pages of beautiful designs with clickable links to purchase from. We were given 3 pages of tacky ideas I already found from Pinterest. We paid THOUSANDS of dollars for this. I was so frustrated and disappointed with this service, we got a refund and did it ourselves. Before the wedding we were bombarded with this need for a PERFECT minute to minute timeline. The day of the wedding went to absolute CRAP. I had to ask our wedding planner Kendra for everything. We were promised lunch by a certain time and an HOUR LATER I found out the groom and groomsman were not fed. Right before the wedding the aisle runner was not even run down, I had to stand next to an un run isle (looked like Christmas wrapping paper) to get married to. I was HUMILIATED. The timing of everything was off. Kendra was no where to be found when we needed her. I have NEVER BEEN SO FRUSTRATED IN MY WHOLE LIFE. It was humiliating. Everyone was asking where Kendra (the wedding planner) was throughout the whole day. My maid of honor took over 99% of the responsibilities. When she was asked to do anything it wasn’t done. It caused literal FIGHTS between my wedding party. LITERAL WOST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I am so frustrated and angry about this experience. DO NOT HIRE ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY.

We highly recommend hiring Stellaluna Events, especially Hannah for your wedding! My husband was initially hesitant about hiring a wedding coordinator, but it was worth every penny. Our coordinator Hannah was extremely attentive during the entire wedding planning process and was so easy to work with. On the actual wedding day, she took care of all the little details and told us not to worry about anything. She worked with our florist to bring our wedding vision to life and we were blown away by how the ceremony and reception decor turned out. She was a calming presence and seamlessly dealt with several uncontrollable issues that arose throughout the day. I’m not sure how we would have dealt with these issues without Hannah. We cannot recommend Hannah and Stellaluna Events enough and are so thankful they were a part of our wedding day!

I am writing 2 reviews because I had different experiences with different aspects of this company. My second experience with them was event design services. There was a very small discount for booking both planning and design together, and since I was planning a Michigan wedding from Texas, I was excited for the design help. The designer I was assigned, Abbie R., initially emailed me with a questionnaire which was very detailed and thorough about what we were looking for. The first design proposal she sent me I was not a fan of at all, I felt like it was just a compilation of an already designed Pinterest board. I discussed this with her, and kind of gave her suggestions of the direction I was trying to go, so she found exactly the pictures I was referencing, and just copy and pasted them into the design. I was still disappointed with this because I wanted her help in using these ideas to come up with something unique using my vision and her expertise. If I wanted to use a pre-made Pinterest board, I would have just went to Pinterest myself. The third proposal was, to me, essentially no different and at this point I was frustrated that I was having to do all of the work when I paid for this service. I chose to save myself the stress of going back and forth with her and just do the designing on my own. Ultimately I was highly disappointed that I wasted money on this additional service that I essentially didn't even use.

I am writing 2 reviews because I had different experiences with different aspects of this company. I'll Start with Hannah L., my planner! She was absolutely incredible! From the initial consult via Zoom with Brooke, to the first meeting with Hannah, everything about the planning was amazing! I planned my Michigan wedding from Texas, and having Hannah to help with brainstorming and logistics from so far away was a lifesaver!! She was also SO responsive whether it was email, text, or calling. She seriously took care of everything from the back-end and on the day of, I did not feel like I had anything to worry about at all! Except for one time when I needed to vent, she listened to me, validated me, and then did what she could to fix the issue. I would recommend Hannah time and time again. My wedding was back on August 7th, and I would not have been able to have as amazing of a day without her help! Special shout out to her assistant, Pajas. Together they had all of my decorations just the way I envisioned them!

Cannot emphasize enough how wonderful Brooke and her team were in helping to make our wedding everything we could have dreamed of! As a COVID bride, Brooke stood with me through planning, reschedule, and replanning (including switching the venue). Her attention to detail, ease of communication, and calm nature on the actual wedding day made our planning seamless. Will be recommending her to everyone I know getting married in the next few years. My mom, bridal party, and I agree that our day would not have been nearly the same without her help. Brooke was wonderful to work with for our wedding. She helped keep us organized throughout the entire planning process with their online dashboard. She was so helpful in coordinating with the vendors as we got closer to the wedding and we are SO glad she was there during our wedding weekend. She ran our rehearsal with ease and made everyone comfortable. Amazing experience! I worked with Scout at Stellaluna as our day of coordinator and was so happy with my experience! Scout helped us with details as we planned, helped us navigate the confusion and stress of a rescheduled wedding due to the pandemic, and coordinated all our vendors the months before the wedding. Beyond that, on the day of, Scout noticed all the small details and made the finishing touches look better than I could have ever imagined. She adjusted decor to look the best possible as we moved from ceremony to dinner to dancing, the type of small touches that I notice and really appreciate. Scout supported me, my husband and my family throughout the whole wedding, allowing us to ENJOY -- a true gift!

I can’t stress this enough, HIRE STELLALUNA! We were on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, but after the first phone call with Kendra we knew we had to do it. Kendra was absolutely wonderful to work with from planning all the way to the day of. She is very thoughtful in everything she does and it really shows. The thing that sold us was coordination with the vendors. She told us that she will make sure all of the vendors will go through her, keeping the stress away from us. She also stepped up and made changes with the venue that made everything so much better for us. A first class company, with just great people. Kendra is a rockstar, and I think we gained a new friend too!! If you are a west side or up north wedding, Kendra is your person!

Hiring Stellaluna was honestly one of the best decisions we made, especially once we shifted our plans from a full-service venue to a family home (which required a lot more heavy lifting and different venders to coordinate). Scout not only fielded our many questions over the year leading up to the wedding, especially while we considered changing our plans, but completely managed vendor communication in the weeks leading up to the wedding and made sure everything was set up exactly how we envisioned it. We are so so so grateful we had someone on the scene we could trust to handle anything and everything while we got to relax and enjoy the day and cannot recommend Stellaluna and Scout enough!

Do it! Hire Stellaluna! I cannot say enough good things about Brooke and her team. Not only is Brooke incredibly professional and passionate about what she does, the girl is so easy to talk to and easy to work with. I hired Stellaluna to help coordinate my 2020 wedding and when we had to postpone to 2021, Brooke walked me through the entire process. I felt completely supported and I knew that I could trust her with anything and everything. Brooke is just so talented when it comes to the logistics of bringing creative ideas to life. I had a pretty clear vision for my wedding at The Fields of Michigan and Stellaluna did all the behind-the-scenes work needed to bring it to LIFE. They transformed our ceremony site into an after party in the woods, they turned a massage hut into a tiki bar, hung disco balls in the trees, pulled off an epic reception and so much more. Brooke is a seasoned professional. The weeks leading up to the wedding, she handled all communication with my vendors and only looped me into conversations when necessary (which is something I never knew I needed). On the day of my wedding, she was cool, calm and collected but so on top of EVERYTHING. Her team was delightful, and I know they are the backbone of Stellaluna. Brooke is the DREAM wedding planner! She is exactly what you hope for when investing in arguably the most important vendor for your wedding day. She is kind, professional, personable, organized, timely, fun and easy-going! My (now) husband and I agree that she was single-handedly the best investment we made for our wedding! As we sat at our head table and looked around at our incredibly beautiful wedding reception, we agreed that there was no way we could've pulled it all off without Brooke and her team!!! Initially, we did not have a wedding planner. However, after our first wedding got postponed due to covid, we decided that we needed to invest in one. We then came across Stellaluna on Instagram and decided to move forward with their team. Thank God we did, because shortly after that, our second wedding was cancelled by our venue! Brooke was amazing during this time, keeping her positive and encouraging attitude as she helped us brainstorm our new plan. We ended up moving our wedding from northern Michigan to Indiana. She then helped us select our new vendors and plan an entirely new wedding! Throughout every hurdle, she was kind, optimistic, and always available to chat & help answer any questions! When it came to the wedding weekend, we met in-person for the first time at our rehearsal. We had a pretty large & rowdy group that she effortlessly organized and guided through the rehearsal, while maintaining her sweet and bubbly disposition. As a detail-oriented bride, I had a very specific vision for our wedding but had no time to review where everything needed to go. I basically handed Brooke dozens of boxes of decor at the rehearsal and told her to text me with any questions. She reassured me that she'd take care of everything and not to worry about a thing. All that to say, she NAILED IT! She never even had to text me! While walking into our wedding space for the first time, I was completely blown away. She knocked it out of the park and everything was beyond beautiful!!! The best part of working with Brooke, though, was the peace of mind everyone had on our wedding day. My fiancé, family, friends, and I were able to enjoy every minute of our wedding knowing that Brooke was taking care of every detail behind the scenes! A huge THANK YOU to the Stellaluna Events team for making our wedding absolutely perfect!!! I can't express this enough, Brooke & her team are absolutely worth the investment! Scout was the sweetest and so very competent! I handed the reigns to her on Friday, starting at the rehearsal, and I never worried from there on out. I am very detailed and picky - Scout accepted my “100 page event dossier” with a smile! Ha! She executed everything down to all the fine points. She pulled together each vendor and and all their specifics! She even facilitated last minute unforeseen adjustments! We couldn’t have had nearly as an enjoyable or successful event without Scout & Stellaluna Events! Thank you from the bottom of my hear!

Brook & Scout at Stellaluna events are AMAZING. From the beginning to end, I truly felt like our best interests were always top of mind. My main goal of hiring Stellaluna was to make sure the day went seamlessly without having to have one of my family members or friends "be in charge." They 100% exceeded my expecations. I basically left all of our decorations in boxes and said, do whatever you think is best. When I walked out to the reception/ceremony, I was speechless. They put together something really wonderful. I would 10/10 recommend any bride to hire Stellaluna if you want your day to be stress free and perfect.

Brooke and the Stellaluna staff are incredible! As a mother of the bride, planning a wedding this year has been challenging and at times heart breaking. When Covid hit in March, we struggled with postponing, canceling or waiting it out as our daughter’s wedding was not until late July. By the end of June and with the constant changing restrictions, the wedding was planned perfectly but with limited guests. Three weeks prior, that changed. Brooke met us at our home and within a very short time, she had a vision of flipping a downtown urban wedding into the most magnificent backyard wedding! Our daughter mentioned afterwards that she could not have imagined a more perfect day. We owe this all to Brooke and her team. They stepped up to the challenge of creating a wedding in 2 1/2 weeks - finding and communicating with a dj, caterer, bar tender and rental company. She decorated the pool, ceremony, cocktail and reception areas in a way that seemed more like a resort venue than our backyard. Brooke and her team at Stellaluna Events turned our candlelit wedding day vision into a reality and it would not have been possible without them! Brooke was an absolute dream to work with, from quickly responding to emails, keeping us on track of our timeline, organizing and being aware of each detail, she made the whole process of planning feel seamless. She was invaluable in helping to create the bridal party and guest transportation schedule which was something I was dreading. From being a calming smile just before I walked down the aisle, lighting thousands of candles (not exaggerating) for the reception, and making sure all of the decorations, gifts and even left-over cake made it home, Brooke truly made our wedding day “the best day ever”! Stellaluna Events did the flowers for my fall wedding in Gaylord and they were gorgeous! Brooke & her team traveled all the way from Kalamazoo and did the flowers onsite at our venue and my husband and I couldn’t be happier with the flowers and received a lot of compliments from our guests! Words truly cannot express how impressed my husband and I were with Stellaluna Events. We had SO many family members, wedding party members, and even the other vendors for our wedding comment on how impressive Scout and the Stellaluna Team was in organizing the logistics of our wedding day. We hired Scout as "just" a day-of-coordinator, but she went above and beyond in providing guidance and support in the months leading up to the wedding. As a bride, it can be overwhelming thinking of all those little details needed for the big day. I had so much more confidence in my planning, timeline, logistics, etc. with Scout's insight and extremely helpful recommendations. I truly cannot say enough good things about this team. Although Scout is incredibly professional and detailed oriented, what I value most about working with her is her kind demeanor. My husband and I have said over and over that our wedding day would have been far more stressful had we not hired Stellaluna Events. I really can’t say enough good things about working with a Brooke on our wedding. Starting with the design process, she took the time to get to know us and our preferences/design aesthetic and came up with the most beautiful design proposal. Our guests were blown away by how beautiful the space looked. Brooke was also always there for us when we had etiquette or other questions. Importantly, the day of went off without a hitch and was incredibly well organized. We would absolutely recommend Brooke to everyone!

As a wedding planner myself, when my sister got engaged, I knew we needed to find a dream team of vendors so not only could she have the best day ever, but my family and I could have the peace of mind to celebrate with her and not have to execute it all. Brooke was my first and only phone call and I'd make that phone call over and over again. Even with the wedding taking place in a different state than she or I live, she jumped right in and made it all happen (even the flowers!) Confident, calm, and cared for: these are the words I would use to describe how Scout from Stellaluna Events made me feel – not just on my wedding day, but for the 6 months leading up to it, too! Although I hired Scout as "simply" a day-of coordinator, she took care of us beautifully starting 6 months before the wedding – having regular calls with me, responding to my "brain dump" emails, handling all vendor communications, and on the day of the actual wedding she was a godsend (even hand-lettering extra place cards because my vendor forgot to print them)! Scout kept me in the loop for all the important things that I would want to know about, but handled the minutiae effortlessly – never letting me see a hiccup during the wedding. She also earned the respect of my entire bridal party and family by keeping everyone on schedule in a truly caring way. And the fact that she set up and took everything down, then hand delivered it to our rental home, was white glove service at its finest!! I would never choose another coordinator - Team Stellaluna is best of the best. Thank you for giving us the wedding of our dreams, Scout!!!

Brooke and her team were so amazing to work with as the coordinator(s) for my wedding. Brooke has great professionalism and experience and it was always a breath of fresh air chatting with her to make sure we had everything squared away before the big day. She provided tons of resources and suggestions, all of which I took advantage of. Brooke is great at managing timelines and always on top of everything, particularly communication which is so important because as bride-to-bes' we tend to have a lot going on. We had a large venue *a campground* which we rented for the whole weekend so there was a ton of walking (and running) by Brooke and her team in order to execute everything perfectly. Wow! Brooke traveled all the way to Colorado for our wedding in the Rocky Mountains! She created the most beautiful and unique floral arrangements, boutiques, and boutonnières. Brooke also was our day of wedding coordinator and made sure everything ran smoothly! She even went to the extent of running in the rain to quickly tarp all of our rentals and chasing off a moose from our reception site! Brooke handled hiccups without hesitation in a controlled and calm manner. She was so kind and I truly felt how much she cared about making our wedding day the best day of our lives.

Brooke and her team were such a huge part in making our day perfect! She truly goes above and beyond for her couples and is amazing to work with! Working with Brooke from Stellaluna Events was an amazing experience. From the first phone call to the final text the evening of our wedding, she never missed a beat. She was always very organized during our calls and had an agenda of items for us to review, leaving time for any questions I might have. All my communication with her was prompt and she was very transparent about when she is working other events and might not be able to respond right away. The timeline she developed for our rehearsal and wedding day was so extensive and clear, and she communicated constantly through aisle planner to let us know when vendors had been contacted and for what. Every vendor I was in contact with complimented me on how organized and communicative Brooke was. I even had some vendors ask for her contact information because after working with her on a small scale they would like to be able to recommend her to clients, friends and family. Brooke is positive, professional and fun. We were able too truly enjoy ourselves because she left us with no doubt that everything was handled. I highly recommend her services to any bride and groom who are looking for someone to take charge, iron-out the gritty details and let you focus on what is important.
