Omg there is not enough room here to explain just how wonderful Stephanie is! We hired her as our month of coordinator, but as soon we signed she sat in on all meetings we had with our vendors/event venue even though we were still months out. Every recommendation she gave in terms of vendors was absolutely amazing. We had several issues with our event venue (which we booked prior to hiring Stephanie), as they scheduled a second large wedding just next to ours at the same time with only one event coordinator, therefore Stephanie was basically doing 2 jobs. I tend to be a bit of a pushover, but Stephanie made sure our vision was realized during every discussion with vendors and the venue. Leading up to the wedding we met several times to go over every single detail, most of which my husband and I would not have thought of ourselves. She was extremely organized and continuously updated the timeline as we went along. She also caught issues with the contract from the venue when they had not updated details after our discussions. On wedding day, Stephanie helped us to get everything ready. She brought down all of our self provided materials from our hotel room and made sure everything was set up exactly as we had discussed. During the ceremony, cocktail hour, and receptions she made sure the entire wedding party was prepared and knew where to be and when. She helped the DJ with timing of introductions, dances, and speeches. She even gave us advice on how to be efficient in seeing all of guests during dinner so that we could enjoy dancing. My bridal party and parents have all reached out to tell me how great Stephanie was throughout wedding day. I cannot sing her praise enough! If you are looking for someone detail-oriented, experienced, and available when needed, look no further!!!

We used Stephanie to help plan our honeymoon to Australia and New Zealand. She planned the most amazing trip for us. The whole process was super easy once we narrowed down where we wanted to go. Stephanie partners with local travel agents to pick the top hotels and excursions. All of our plans went accordingly which made the trip stress free. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone looking for a travel agent.

If you want your wedding to go smoothly, hire Stephanie! We hired her after our orginal coordinator fell through and honestly I am so glad that happened. From the start she is so organized and responsive! She sat in on all our final meetings with vendors and was on all communication with them as well. She coordinated everything so closely with the other vendors and made sure we had a detailed timeline for all of them to follow. She made sure the reception was laid out exactly as I envisioned. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing on the day of! She gave us such peace of mind and we are so thankful we had her!

I cannot recommend Stephanie enough. We hired Stephanie for her full-service wedding planning package, and it was easily the best decision we made in the wedding planing process. As someone who was very overwhelmed by the prospect of planning a wedding, I knew that I needed someone to walk me through the process and recommend different vendors for our big day, and Stephanie went above and beyond to help make our day special. Stephanie is so organized, communicative, and easy to work with. We spent about 18 months planning our wedding, and she was with us each step of the way. The sheer amount of wedding vendors can be incredibly overwhelming. Not only was Stephanie was great about recommending vendors that fit within our budget and were familiar with our venue, but she also recommended vendors that fit with our personalities. Everyone vendor she recommend was perfect, which speaks not only to her skill as a wedding planner, but her knowledge of the industry as a whole. On the day of the wedding, Stephanie took care of everything- all we had to worry about was enjoining our day and time with our guests. She made sure that our wedding day went off without a hitch. Stephanie really took the time to get to know us as individuals and as a couple, and helped ensure that our day was perfect. Our wedding day (9/7) was truly a dream come true! Anjie Henry at SDE was a perfect match for us, thank you for bringing her into our lives! I am very type A person - Anjie was excellent at communicating with our vendors, kept the day moving with ease, and was a huge sense of stress relief when minor things didn't go as planned- I didn't have enough table number holders- but Anjie improvised and everything looked AMAZING. This was just one of many things Anjie tackled to make our day wonderful. She is very good at what she does and her background in teaching has a great positive influence on her event-coordinating skills!

We were so lucky to have Jaime and Stephanie as a full-service planning team and can't recommend both of them and the full planning option highly enough. We continually found ourselves saying "we have no idea how we'd have done this without them." Jaime and Stephanie helped make everything we dreamt of a reality, despite working with two men with nearly zero concept of style, frequent changes in our plans and opinions, and the fact that we had to plan from overseas. If they can handle those problems, they can definitely handle any wedding! We instantly connected with Jaime, and her ability to understand our vision -- sometimes even better than we did -- and bring it to life was truly remarkable. Stephanie brought critical expertise in vendors, structure, logistics that kept us sane and organized. They could not have been a more perfect duo for what we needed. It's hard to imagine anyone planning a wedding without a planner, given the thousands of micro-decisions you have to make. We can't thank Jaime and Stephanie enough for keeping us on pace, bringing extra touches to make it special, and ultimately delivering the best day and weekend of our lives!

Working with Stephanie was an absolute delight, and we couldn't be happier about our decision to hire her for our October 2023 wedding. From our very first conversation, Stephanie was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire planning process a breeze. We chose her "Ultimate Dreams" package, which was worth every penny. She helped us with everything from selecting a venue, caterer, florist, band, rentals, and all of the little details in between. She was also always on time for meetings and quick to respond to texts/emails, so we always felt confident that she was on top of things, and knew that she would keep everything running smoothly on the wedding day (which she did!). Hiring Stephanie as my day of coordinator was one of the best decisions I made through my wedding planning process. She is SO much more than a day of coordinator, she was there along the way to answer any questions I had. Stephanie knows what she is doing, knows the ins and outs of the wedding industry, and can even help with any honeymoon planning too! I am a very type A person and was having a hard time with the thought of not being there to set up the venue how I wanted it, but I was able to relax day of knowing that Stephanie was there. Everything was handled perfectly, the way she set up the venue was even better than I could have imagined. Her daughter, Faith, was there to help and was equally as amazing! I went back and forth about hiring a coordinator but I am extremely glad I found Stephanie! Day of, they both were right there if me or my groom needed anything at all. Stephanie did an amazing job coordinating everything and putting my mind at ease the day of the wedding. She also assisted with vendor recommendations and planning periodically throughout the planning process. She is well organized and pays attention to detail. She can be a shark when it comes to negotiating with other vendors in order to get you what you want but is also very cognizant of the bride/grooms wishes without stepping on toes. Where do we even begin to describe our experience with Stephanie? Stephanie was referred to us by another planner in the area and from the first call we had with her we knew she was organized, personable, and fully invested in helping us build our dream wedding. She flawlessly organized all of our vendors (we booked her as a Day of Coordinator but, like she'll tell you, she is more accurately a Month-plus coordinator) to the point that I as the bride did not have to deal with a single phone call or email from our vendors in the days leading up to the event. On the day of, she absolutely nailed setting up our venue the way we had dreamed of. Calm in the face of a storm, Stephanie was my go-to person when I realized I had mud on my wedding dress from my first look and in less than 2 minutes she was back in the room putting club soda on my dress and making it fade away. She's truly a hero!!! And finally, Stephanie even worked with my groom to plan a special surprise performance for me on the day of. She's sneaky! I give Stephanie (and her daughter Faith!) my absolute highest recommendation for your special day. She's absolutely wonderful. We could have not dreamed of a better person to work with.

Stephanie is the absolute best! She was our wedding planner for our wedding on 9/4/22. From the first day I reached out to her to the wedding day, we spoke every day and she literally made all of our dreams a reality. She communicated with all of our vendors to ensure everything was taken care of, and seamlessly handled our wedding parties to make sure they all knew what to do the day of the wedding. I am the mother of the bride, and we were coordinating a wedding in Maryland with the bride in Italy, and if we hadn't had Stephanie's help it would have been a disaster. She is such a calming influence, and takes care of all the small details - things I would never have even thought of. As the mother of the bride, I was determined that I could do all of the planning myself. However, a friend who had been through a wedding convinced me that I at least needed a day of coordinator. Stephanie was so much more than a "day of" planner. She began working on our timeline months in advance and made us aware of details we had never thought of. She made recommendations as needed and kept in touch with all our vendors. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and also helped book my daughter's honeymoon. On the day of the wedding, Stephanie and her daughter kept things working like clockwork. The venue was set up just as we asked, without me having to worry about any of the details. At the end of the night, Stephanie gathered all of our belongings so we could pick them up the next day. If you're not sure if you need a day of coordinator, you do! We could not have felt more confident and secure in having Stephanie as our event planner for our daughter's wedding at the Baltimore Museum of Art on Jan 22, 2022. She offers different levels of planning which worked great for us. Stephanie was amazing to work with. She is very organized, methodical, detailed oriented, and helped us to keep focus on the most critical items first. Our wedding was in the middle of the Covid19 pandemic surge and that brought a myriad of complexities over and above the normal complexities of planning a wedding. For example, in the last weeks before the wedding two different photographers had to back out due to Covid and she keep it all together for us when it could have been a nightmare. Then, she worked hard with our caterer, venue and us as we had to rework numerous seating changes. Again due to Covid. Every family has a certain "dynamic", and our's was certainly no exception. In addition to her organizational and planning skills, she also has a degree in psychology, which I'm sure she relies on while working with families and individual personalities, priorities and visions for the perfect wedding. day. Our daughter's wedding had the added complexity of having us pay for the venue and some vendors while she and her fiancee payed for the rest of the vendors. So Stephanie worked hard to keep the lines of communication open for us all. Stephanie has wonderful vendor recommendations. Not only that, but she was also able to help us negotiate and compromise with vendors to fit our timeline constraints. We would give Stephanie Day our highest recommendation.

I am a VERY type-A, planning-oriented person, but I knew I wanted a coordinator of some kind to help me navigate all the crazy details of planning a wedding, and especially to have someone take the stress of my guests, my husband, and I on the day of our wedding. Stephanie did all of that and much more. My husband and I hired Stephanie as our day/month-of coordinator for our wedding, and she went above and beyond. Take my advice and hire stephanie immediately!! She is incredible and worth every penny. She is so responsive and helpful. She loves to brainstorm with you and help your day be the best it possibly can be. Any time I had a question about something on the day of, her answer was “it’s already done”. She’s always one step ahead and she works so well with all of the other vendors. My photographers RAVED about her timeline as it was thorough and accounted for everything they needed! She is an expert at what she does and she truly provided so much comfort to my husband and I. Her daughter asked to come along for our wedding and we said of course. Pleasant and professional I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie Day Events and Travel! Stephanie managed to pull off an absolutely beautiful wedding in the midst of a pandemic. This included dealing will a change of dates, change of caters, change of venues, and many other unforeseen hurdles all due to the ever changing Covid restrictions and regulations. Stephanie was professional, organized, and remained positive and encouraging to a bride and mother-of-the-bride who were feeling the all of the stresses of the pandemic. On the day of the wedding, Stephanie very discretely took care of everything and the day was a huge success! At the end of the evening, the decorations were cleaned up and my car was packed. It was such a huge relief to not have to worry about things myself so I could just enjoy the day! Stephanie Day is the best in the business. Steph helped us with planning our wedding, day of coordination and booking our honeymoon with Sandals in St. Lucia! As everyone knows, planning a wedding can just be a little bit stressful-Stephanie was full of ideas, suggestions and helped ease all of our anxieties we had regarding how the day would go. Hiring Stephanie for full wedding planning services was one of the best decisions we made, and was totally worth the investment. She helped us find the perfect venue twice, after our first one unexpectedly went out of business just 5 months before our wedding day. Stephanie didn’t bat an eye and immediately had visits lined up at new locations. We also used her recommendations for our other vendors, and they were all amazing – starting with her suggestions saved us a lot of research effort, plus we knew that the whole team would work together seamlessly. Even if you only hire Stephanie for day-of coordination, it’s worth it – she took care of everything from tracking down a lost, special bouquet wrap to getting our drinks to toast with at dinner. There were a couple of times when she got busy with other clients, but she stayed organized and remembered all of our details. We highly recommend working with her!

I don’t even know where to begin. Stephanie is absolutely incredible. I didn’t think I needed a wedding planner until a few short months before my wedding. I decided to hire Stephanie and it was the BEST decision I made throughout the wedding planning process. She thought of every single little detail that the bride can easily miss (errors in contracts with vendors, timeline and flow of the wedding day, props that were needed on the wedding day that vendors don’t supply) From beginning to end my wedding day was incredible with all thanks to her. She worked with every single vendor and made everything run so smooth. She was even able to get a mud stain out of my dress before the ceremony (thanks to her bringing a ton of random emergency supplies) Hiring her was 110% worth every penny and I’m so happy I found her !!! Stephanie is amazing! Super organized and helpful. Easy to work with and makes sure everything runs smoothly. We had an issue with our bus shuttles before and after our wedding and I had no idea anything had gone wrong because she took care of everything. I decided to hire Stephanie after she worked at a wedding I was in and I am very happy with that decision. Highly recommend.

I am so glad we decided to book our honeymoon with Stephanie! She went above and beyond to make sure our trip was spectacular as well as providing me with some great bridal & wedding tips along the way! Our trip ended up getting cancelled a few months before we were suppose to leave and having her there was such a relief to handle everything! She made sure we got the best room at a different resort and our trip was fantastic. I will be using Stephanie to book all of our future trips and cannot recommend her enough!

Stephanie Day is the best of the best! She is personable. professional and reliable. From our first meeting, to the end of our wedding, my experience with Stephanie was wonderful. Not only is she highly experienced in this field, but she is able to take charge when needed. I was a very controlling, OCD bride, and Stephanie handled all of my requests so well! She did all of the major tasks such as contacting my vendors, creating a timeline, and coordinating the wedding party, flawlessly. She also did little (yet amazing) things like carry my makeup in her purse for me to touch up when needed, and wrapping up cake and putting it in our refrigerator to have after the wedding. Stephanie is clearly incredible! So much so that my bridesmaid hired her for her own wedding after seeing her work at mine. Do yourself a favor and hire Stephanie too!

We used Stephanie as our "day of" wedding planner and she was a life saver! My mom and I met with Stephanie a few times before the day of the wedding to go over details. Stephanie was incredibly thorough and attentive to exactly what I was looking for without being overbearing. She was very flexible, was able to roll with the punches (even when I was changing things in the middle of the rehearsal the night before), and helped me to feel at ease on the big day.

I am SO thankful that we selected Stephanie as our wedding planner. Working with her was a true pleasure and she ran our wedding day like a true pro. I was able to truly relax and enjoy my wedding because she had my back. When last minute unexpected hiccups came up (like the priest telling us at the rehearsal that the ceremony would be 40 mins longer than he originally said), Stephanie took care of all the logistics and details, and made sure I never stressed out. For every step of the wedding planning process, Stephanie was 100% accessible and always ready to give good, honest advice (that turned out always to be right). We hired Stephanie as a day of wedding coordinator and she was a tremendous help! She was very organized, on top of things, and professional. She coordinated all the vendors on the day of the wedding and ensured that things were running on time and in the order that they were supposed to. It was such a huge help to have her there to run things because then we and our guests were free to enjoy the day. Stephanie is very thorough and took the time to go over the whole itinerary with us and understand where people were supposed to be at what time and did a site visit with us to familiarize herself with the venue. She took care of other details such as ensuring cards/gifts from guests made it up to our room, ushering guests into the ceremony and reception, and making sure the speeches and reception program ran on time and smoothly--it was very helpful to have there to take care of these details and anything else that came up. I highly recommend her--she will keep things organized and on track so you can enjoy your wedding!

Stephanie was wonderful from our first contact with her. We were planning a wedding from a different country due to being active duty military, and she was very flexible in scheduling Skype calls to accommodate the time change and corresponding mainly via email. When arrived back in the States two weeks before the wedding, she helped us schedule vendor meetings to ensure everything was ready to go. On the day of, she kept everything running smoothly down the tiniest detail. It was a wonderful day due in large part to Stephanie's attention to detail and positive personality. If my daughter were to do her recent wedding over again, my first call would be to Stephanie. She was absolutely amazing! She was a calming presence in the swirling winds of planning, she had the answer for every question, she knew whom to call for what was needed (and often at a better price), she had practical tips and solutions, she was there for us all the way, she was a cheerleader, and she did it all without breaking a sweat or being anything other than her sweet, kind self! The night we retained her was the first night I got a good night's sleep after the planning began. What more can I say?

Stephanie is absolutely spectacular! I highly recommend to anyone seeking an event planner. ESPECIALLY WEDDINGS! To name just a few of her outstanding qualities- she is able to maintain a highly professional demeanor but was also fun and genuine. I was recently telling my husband that I feel as if I had developed a friendship with her and was sad to see our constant communication regarding planning details for the wedding come to an end. You can truly tell that Stephanie loves her job. That's what makes her stand out from so many others. Despite some minor bumps from our other vendors- she was able to hold complete composure and solve the problem on the spot- quickly and professionally, all with a smile on her face. I had people approach me throughout the wedding asking me how I found this hidden gem of a person. I have absolutely zero complaints or recommendations for improvements for her because she was absolutely perfect. If there was a way for me to rate her 100/10 I would. I cannot speak highly enough about her.

She provided insight, answered our many questions and gently guided us through. She made the wedding day worry free -- something my daughter and I really needed at that point. I have worked with Stephanie on both my son'e wedding (in 2010) and my daughter's (Apr 2016) and couldn't imagine either event without her! Because she is involved from day 1, she is able to make sure that all details run smoothly for both the rehearsal and the wedding/reception! She was the best go-to person if anyone had a question or issue (helping me be the Mother of the bride/groom and not having to worry). We have one more daughter to get married someday and there's no way I can imagine a wedding without Stephanie involved! Getting Stephanie was one of the best decisions we made during our planning process. She truly was my mother's and my backbone. We had an issue with over turned staff at our venue, however Stephanie took away all the hassle of stress that could cause a bride. She went out of her way emailing them, calling them and going to every meeting. Thanks to all of her hard work our day was perfect and ran so smoothly. We couldn't thank her enough and would highly recommend her!!

We recently (09/15) used Stephanie Day to help plan our daughter's wedding. As FOB, I have got to say that I can't imagine being more pleased with the outcome. Stephanie's experience was invaluable in planning all of the details and setting up contracts/arrangements with the vendors. And I was so happy to have her there for the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. All went very smoothly and I had a giant smile on my face at the end of the night. Stephanie Day Event Planning was amazing!! I don't think I could of planned our wedding without Stephanie's input and suggestions. Stephanie was able to give trusted recommendations for all the vendors we needed to interview. She kept me on track with planning, made sure I wasn't forgetting anything important, and helped with budgeting. As the Mother of the Groom living in Florida with a wedding in Maryland I could not have done it without Stephanie. From helping me find vendors, to accepting items shipped to Maryland and getting them to the Rehearsal Dinner to setting everything up; coordinating the vendors and staying on top of everything, she was wonderful! If I needed anything before or during the event she would say, "I've got this". All I had to do was spend time with my guests. I also hired Stephanie to help the Mother of the Bride, who lives in Ohio, on the day of the event. Stephanie was my day of Planner for our 300 person wedding with 2 ceremony sites, 2 cocktail hours, 3 wardrobe changes, 8 hour event. I was constantly overwhelmed with the planning and Stephanie was so helpful. We had a few calls, I emailed when I had questions I felt I wasn't able to answer on my own and we did a final walk thru of the site. She thought of things I would have missed and was so helpful coordinating with our 12+ vendors. The day of, I felt NO stress. She kept vendors from asking me questions and always reminded me to enjoy myself. I would highly recommend working with Steph. She was amazing!
