About this vendor
Event Planner and Coordinator. I specialize in the budget bride and groom. I enjoy being the hero to their ideal wedding. I own some amazing inventory which allows my clients to use at no extra charge. On occasion with large furniture pieces and props there is a need to charge for delivery and set up, also for linens I charge a minimal cleaning charge. I have an artistic design style that allows me to create what the bride and groom are looking for at a reasonable expense. I also buy locally from a wholesale house any flowers you would want and can make beautiful bouquets and centerpieces at a fraction of what retail florist charge. My goal is to make your dream wedding come true using your budget! My team is full of people who love what they do & it shows by our work ethic and events.

Stephanie Voth was truly the best day of coordinator I could have ever imagined. Her, her team her daughter were such a great help to me on my big day. They never made me feel over...
whelmed or were too dominant. They were a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. They made the day run smoothly. Stephanie made me feel at ease since day one. She is beyond easy to work with. She makes you feel comfortable. She accommodated all of my requests. She was very thorough. She assisted me with anything I may need. We hired her for day of coordination and floral and decor. What was so exclusive to her package was that her decor is included for free! She has a whole garage of stuff where everything is preserved. I gave her so many requests and specifics of what I wanted and she truly gave me my dream wedding. Her pricing is very reasonable and includes floral decor and day of coordination, what more could you ask for? She was never pushy, she isn’t about the money: she is absolutely about making her clients happy and make sure their day runs smoothly. Her flowers that she made for me was exactly what I wanted. I got so many compliments about my flowers, the decor and overall how she guided the day but wasn’t demanding or pushy. She was an absolute asset for my husband and I on our big day. I will truly miss working with her. We had many meetings prior to go over all of the details. Stephanie Voth and her team are exactly who you want to hire. They will make it your dream wedding and have the day run smoothly and you won’t have to spend alot for her. She is about making her clients happy and not the money and will accommodate in entirely. Hire Stephanie Voth and her team, you won’t regret it and she will give you your dream wedding!!!

en our original wedding venue cancelled our wedding with less than 30 days to go. Stephanie and her team had us rebooked at a new venue in flawless fashion in 72 hours. They care about their clients, know exactly what they are doing and they help you get the best things for the best prices. If you are even remotely debating using them for your wedding DO IT! Love love love them!!!

er had - it was something I never thought possible. I always believed no wedding could live up to my Type-A, Pinterest perfect expectations, but Stephanie proved me completely wrong.
She brought my vision to life so beautifully and effortlessly. Every single detail was intentional and thoughtfully executed. Stephanie and her team were an absolute dream to work with... Professional, attentive, calm, and kind from start to finish. They handled every challenge behind the scenes with such grace that I didn’t even know there were issues until after they were so carefully and perfectly solved.
Stephanie had the perfect resources for anything I could’ve needed. A photographer who matched my style perfectly, stunning décor, and a variety of vendors for equipment. She even called and lowered the high quotes I was given. We were able to save thousands of dollars without compromising on things! You think it’s impossible until Stephanie does it for you.
Not only was Stephanie our planner, but she also did our florals - and they were stunning. Truly the most beautiful florals I’ve ever seen, and far better than the high quotes for a half-job elsewhere. Her team listened carefully to what I wanted and then created a scene so magical like it was out of a movie.
What stood out to me most was how she cared not just about the event, but about me. She constantly called and checked in throughout the wedding planning process, and cared about what was going on with my husband and I - not JUST the wedding. On the morning of my wedding, she prayed over me first thing in the morning. It was such a sweet and grounding moment that set the tone for such a joyful day the Lord prepared for us.
I could go on forever about how incredible Stephanie and her team were. If you’re looking for a planner who will treat your wedding like it’s her own - with excellence, heart, and the most care - look no further. Hiring her was the best decision we could have ever made.

ing an incredible wedding. She has a great selection of decor to choose from that will perfectly fit your theme. Stephanie and her team will make your entire planning process so easy and your wedding day will be amazing! One of my favorite parts about my wedding was my flower arrangements! My bouquet was nothing short of a dream and my wedding arch was even better than I could have ever imagined. I will forever be grateful for Stephanie Voth Events!

roup. I vetted and phoned interviewed a LOT of people and something about her just felt right so I went with my gut and scheduled an in-person consultation. During the initial consultation, she explained everything about her process so I had clear expectations and she mentioned she also offered decorations and day of coordination services. After a tour of her inventory I knew she had everything I wanted and more so I booked all her services. Flowers, decoration package and day of coordination. Honestly that saved me so much time and money! During the wedding planning process, she was always timely and responsive even with the smallest questions and recommendations. As the day got closer we had multiple in person meetings and venue visits to finalize the vision and plan. The day before the wedding, a member of her team came for rehearsal (it was so very much needed lol) and within 30 mins we had it all down to a science. Wedding day came and I can tell you NOT A SINGLE THING WENT WRONG. I couldn't believe it! Her team arrived early and went above and beyond to make the venue look absolutely gorgeous. I had no idea how it was going to look because I wanted something very particular and it felt like she went in my brain and just brought it to life. During the wedding, she and her team were on top of everything! Everything that had to get done, the timeline, all the vendors, the guests, us. From making sure everything was where it needed to be at the right time to helping drunk people to handing out party supplies! I can tell you they worked behind the scenes to make magic!! My wedding wouldn't have been anywhere close to what it was without Stephanie and her team. My husband and I partied all night and had the best day of our lives without a single worry! Thank you Stephanie!!

ltation and right when I walked in the door, I knew she would be the right person for us. She is so warm, confident, and knows her stuff. She immediately started helping plan out our wedding even before we had booked her and called a DJ for us on the spot to reserve him for our date (Jason from Grant Hemond is amazing by the way). I sent her inspiration pictures for florals, and they came out better than the pinterest pictures!! Hire Stephanie and her team, you really won't regret it.

s through her storage to help us pick out what we wanted. She is the perfect balance of supportive but also allowed my husband and I to make our own choices. My wedding was outdoors and of course it had to start raining. Her team was fully prepared to move us indoors instead, however it stopped raining just in time for them to reset the outdoor seating and helped host our wedding in the muggy, drizzly outdoors! I appreciate all their hard work, they made my wedding absolutely perfect. A wonderful group to work with on your special day!
I was one of the brides ripped off by Jason’s creations, I didn’t find out until a couple months before the wedding, and with little time and budget (because I had paid him in full...
) I was scrambling to find another florist that you could deliver my vision. Stephanie Voth Events came to my rescue and I could not have been happier with the results. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I seriously can’t recommend her enough!

rmation of weddings that she had done in the past and I knew she would be the perfect fit. I originally planned on using silk floras due to the cost of fresh florals, I also assigned a family member to be day of coordinator, and I looked into various locations for decor rentals. Once Mrs. Stephanie gave me the total of everything (fresh florals, DOC services, and decor rental) there was no way I would’ve used anyone else! Her total for all three services came out lower then the other vendors that I contacted for each individual service. Mrs. Stephanie was not only cost efficient but she also has the best personality and truly knows what she’s doing ! There were things that went on throughout our wedding day that we didn’t know about until the best day. Mrs. Stephanie and her amazing team took care of everything, my husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding day without a worry. We will definitely be using her services again for future events!
Stephanie and her team were our day of coordinators. They helped the day become the most perfect day of our lives. They chose and prepared the flowers, decorations, table settings,...
timeline, photo booth, and even keep-sake drinking cups for our guests and light sabers for our exit. Couldn’t recommend them more for making a wedding day perfect! <3
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Stephanie! Hiring Stephanie was literally the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. She was our day of coordinator ...
and florals provider and she truly made our vision come to life. Stephanie was great to work with from start to finish; she made us feel extremely comfortable with her, asked detailed questions to make sure she understood exactly what we were envisioning, and kept in contact throughout the entire process. She walked us through the entire wedding and reception process and was there every step of the way. If it weren’t for Stephanie our wedding would have been extremely stressful but because she was there and was so on top of everything it went off without a hitch (that we knew of at least!)! She provided our “missing pieces” décor which really made our reception and ceremony come together to create the beautiful setting we were envisioning. Stephanie really stepped up to not only make sure the florals were great and the décor was set up and taken down but she even sat with kids and entertained them while the sitter got food and ensured the overly inebriated sat down and stopped making a scene without us even knowing it happened! She was absolutely amazing and we would 100% recommend her for any and all of her services!
Stephanie went above & beyond our expectations for our wedding and we are forever thankful for her. From the moment you have your first consultation, Stephanie really makes you fe...
el like family, and totally captures your vision! She not only put together our beautiful floral decor for the ceremony/reception, but she showed up early/stayed late and met with us personally as much as we needed, and was doing the most at all times. In a time of chaos, she brought calm and reassurance at all times, She made us feel like we were in great hands through the whole planning process. Forever thankful for her!

. I called Stephanie with Stephanie Voth events and explained the situation. Not only was she so empathetic to my daughter’s situation, but she sprung into action...creating the most beautiful bridal bouquet, groom’s flower, and backdrop spray I have ever seen. She went out of her way to find my daughter’s favorite flowers (pink peonies) and delivered them on time. I am forever grateful that she help salvage my daughter’s wedding!!!!

nd she was a godsend. Not only did she save us money but helped us find the best DJ and photographer EVER!! She also did our beautiful bouquets and was our officiant. Most importantly she was always there for me at the drop of a hat when I was feeling stressed out. Our wedding could not

ly she was able to create an incredible wedding but she also did the most beautiful flower arrangements that anyone could imagine. All from the decorations, flowers and her team made our wedding so special and memorable! She manage to keep everything in order even though there was a hurricane coming and we had to work on a plan B. Which was the best decision we could have made. Also, her team helped out through the wedding and became part of the wedding with incredible dance moves. They were all lovely and kind and I wish I could have a second wedding so I can have them all again!! Incredible people and increíble team!
Stephanie did a great job coordinating and decorating our May wedding at Davis Island Garden Club. She has a great eye with florals and decor as well as a huge inventory (candles, ...
centerpieces ect.) I was very particular with my floral arrangements and overall design and truly felt that Stephanie nailed the vision when I first walked into the Garden Club. The floral arch she created for our ceremony was stunning and we got so many compliments on the decor. One of our vendors delivered broken entry doors and Stephanie whipped up a beautiful entry way at the last minute. Thank you Stephanie and team for making our day so beautiful!

ng me to do all the planning and research and pay a crazy amount of money. She did all the hard stuff and was extremely reasonable price wise.
It was such a relief because I am very indecisive and I had no idea where to start and she helped me figure everything out. I trusted her and every one of my vendors was perfect!
She was great about sticking to the budget. She helped us figure out what was reasonable and broke everything down so we could see where our money was going.
My wedding was perfect and I highly recommend Stephanie Voth! She will definitely take care of you.

We booked our wedding at the St. Pete Lion's Club Beach House. Once we did that, I was completely stressed about decoration and coordinating, and my fiance and I were ALL over the ...
place trying to pick vendors. Stephanie solved all of our worries! I had a general idea of what I wanted everything to look like, but I was not one of those brides that is super picky so I had a hard time describing what I wanted. Stephanie helped guide my thoughts and make everything come together better than I could have ever dreamed! She helped us find fantastic vendors that were basically a dream team. Our wedding was even officiated by her, and she had the idea to beautifully include my daughter in our ceremony to show her stepdad's commitment to her as well. Stephanie, we can't thank you enough for exceeding our expectations and making our day magical! Our families are still raving about it!!

My wedding was on Oct. 12, 2018 in Young Harris, GA. I was able to have my dream wedding thanks to Stephanie and her team. From the moment I met her at a wedding expo, I knew I had...
to have her as my planner. She took all of my Pinterest ideas and turned them into reality. I was a slightly difficult bride in the fact that I had two wedding ceremonies, a catholic ceremony and a civil ceremony. I had no plans on doing anything fancy for my catholic ceremony and yet Stephanie made sure we had beautiful baby’s breathe bouquets. My bridal party was so impressed with how Stephanie coordinated the catholic ceremony. Especially because it was the priests first wedding! She had everything under control. For my civil ceremony, she made sure everything ran smoothly. She even officiated it (since we were already married at that point) and made the speech so personal. There was not a dry eye in the audience! The best part was seeing Stephanie shed tears when I walked down the isle. She made me feel so special! The best thing you can do is hire Stephanie and her team. She will give you your dream wedding! I could go on and on about how wonderful and amazing Stephanie is. Best. Wedding. Planner. Ever.

The day of the wedding Morgan and her staff worked all day to get things together and made changes if needed at the drop of a hat!! Everything was so beautiful and so many personal touches were done!!! We loved everything and everyone one!! We can’t say how many times people at the wedding said how beautiful everything was and how everything you did was great!! Thank you all for all the hard work an amazing awesome wedding for our daughter and new son-in-law!!!
