Event Planner and Coordinator. I specialize in the budget bride and groom. I enjoy being the hero to their ideal wedding. I own some amazing inventory which allows my clients to use at no extra charge. On occasion with large furniture pieces and props there is a need to charge for delivery and set up, also for linens I charge a minimal cleaning charge. I have an artistic design style that allows me to create what the bride and groom are looking for at a reasonable expense. I also buy locally from a wholesale house any flowers you would want and can make beautiful bouquets and centerpieces at a fraction of what retail florist charge. My goal is to make your dream wedding come true using your budget! My team is full of people who love what they do & it shows by our work ethic and events.

whelmed or were too dominant. They were a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. They made the day run smoothly. Stephanie made me feel at ease since day one. She is beyond easy to work with. She makes you feel comfortable. She accommodated all of my requests. She was very thorough. She assisted me with anything I may need. We hired her for day of coordination and floral and decor. What was so exclusive to her package was that her decor is included for free! She has a whole garage of stuff where everything is preserved. I gave her so many requests and specifics of what I wanted and she truly gave me my dream wedding. Her pricing is very reasonable and includes floral decor and day of coordination, what more could you ask for? She was never pushy, she isn’t about the money: she is absolutely about making her clients happy and make sure their day runs smoothly. Her flowers that she made for me was exactly what I wanted. I got so many compliments about my flowers, the decor and overall how she guided the day but wasn’t demanding or pushy. She was an absolute asset for my husband and I on our big day. I will truly miss working with her. We had many meetings prior to go over all of the details. Stephanie Voth and her team are exactly who you want to hire. er had - it was something I never thought possible. I always believed no wedding could live up to my Type-A, Pinterest perfect expectations, but Stephanie proved me completely wrong.
She brought my vision to life so beautifully and effortlessly. Every single detail was intentional and thoughtfully executed. Stephanie and her team were an absolute dream to work with... Professional, attentive, calm, and kind from start to finish. They handled every challenge behind the scenes with such grace that I didn’t even know there were issues until after they were so carefully and perfectly solved.
Stephanie had the perfect resources for anything I could’ve needed. A photographer who matched my style perfectly, stunning décor, and a variety of vendors for equipment. She even called and lowered the high quotes I was given. We were able to save thousands of dollars without compromising on things! You think it’s impossible until Stephanie does it for you.
Not only was Stephanie our planner, but she also did our florals - and they were stunning. Truly the most beautiful florals I’ve ever seen, and far better than the high quotes for a half-job elsewhere. Her team listened carefully to what I wanted and then created a scene so magical like it was out of a movie.
What stood out to me most was how she cared not just about the event, but about me. She constantly called and checked in throughout the wedding planning process, and cared about what was going on with my husband and I - not JUST the wedding. On the morning of my wedding, she prayed over me first thing in the morning. It was such a sweet and grounding moment that set the tone for such a joyful day the Lord prepared for us.

roup. I vetted and phoned interviewed a LOT of people and something about her just felt right so I went with my gut and scheduled an in-person consultation. During the initial consultation, she explained everything about her process so I had clear expectations and she mentioned she also offered decorations and day of coordination services. After a tour of her inventory I knew she had everything I wanted and more so I booked all her services. Flowers, decoration package and day of coordination. Honestly that saved me so much time and money! During the wedding planning process, she was always timely and responsive even with the smallest questions and recommendations. As the day got closer we had multiple in person meetings and venue visits to finalize the vision and plan. The day before the wedding, a member of her team came for rehearsal (it was so very much needed lol) and within 30 mins we had it all down to a science. Wedding day came and I can tell you NOT A SINGLE THING WENT WRONG. I couldn't believe it! Her team arrived early and went above and beyond to make the venue look absolutely gorgeous. I had no idea how it was going to look because I wanted something very particular and it felt like she went in my brain and just brought it to life. During the wedding, she and her team were on top of everything! Everything that had to get done, the timeline, all the vendors, the guests, us. From making sure everything was where it needed to be at the right time to helping drunk people to handing out party supplies! I can tell you they worked behind the scenes to make magic!! I originally planned on using silk floras due to the cost of fresh florals, I also assigned a family member to be day of coordinator, and I looked into various locations for decor rentals. Once Mrs. Stephanie gave me the total of everything (fresh florals, DOC services, and decor rental) there was no way I would’ve used anyone else! Her total for all three services came out lower then the other vendors that I contacted for each individual service. Mrs. Stephanie was not only cost efficient but she also has the best personality and truly knows what she’s doing ! There were things that went on throughout our wedding day that we didn’t know about until the best day. She walked us through the entire wedding and reception process and was there every step of the way. If it weren’t for Stephanie our wedding would have been extremely stressful but because she was there and was so on top of everything it went off without a hitch (that we knew of at least!)! She provided our “missing pieces” décor which really made our reception and ceremony come together to create the beautiful setting we were envisioning. I was a slightly difficult bride in the fact that I had two wedding ceremonies, a catholic ceremony and a civil ceremony. I had no plans on doing anything fancy for my catholic ceremony and yet Stephanie made sure we had beautiful baby’s breathe bouquets. My bridal party was so impressed with how Stephanie coordinated the catholic ceremony. Especially because it was the priests first wedding! She had everything under control.
