Stephenson's was amazing throughout the whole process of finding my perfect dress. They took what could've been a disaster and made everything so easy. When they ordered my dress, based on my measurements they ordered the correct size. However, when the dress arrived it wouldn't even zip halfway up my back. My consultant Maureen was so compassionate during this stressful situation. The shop even agreed to eat the cost of the first dress and ordered me a new one at no cost to me. When it came in, aside from needing hemmed, it fit perfectly! My seamstress Suzette did a beautiful job with my bustle and the minimal alterations I needed. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Stephenson's was amazing! They were so patient and flexible to meet all of my needs and more! Laci was really sweet and knowledgeable about which wedding dresses would be best suited to me.

My mom and I stopped into Stephenson's on a whim one day to look at dresses and I absolutely fell in love with one, it was from the designers newest line. I was going to California to visit family and wanted to try the dress on out there to show my sister and not one of the 13 bridal salons I called, in Los Angeles, had it, but Stephenson's did, talk about impressed. Deb was absolutely amazing through the whole process of trying on, ordering and arranging alterations. When we went to pick the dress up three days before the wedding there was a major issue with the fit of the dress, it absolutely didn't fit. PANIC! but the ladies at Stephenson's were amazing. They worked tirelessly until they found a seamstress, Shawna, who even though she was extremely busy, stepped up and took it on. By the next afternoon, the dress was perfect. It fit like a glove and was gorgeous. I would recommend that anyone looking for a wedding dress look at Stephenson's. The selection is wonderful and the service is second to none.

I literally just bought my wedding dress from them. It was on the sale rack, perfectly my size and I just fell in love. They had a great selection and Deb was great to work with. I had a very pleasant experience.

I did not buy my dress from here. We did although get the bridesmaids dresses and tuxes from stephensons. We were told to order the dresses 3 months in advance... Which we did. All the dresses came in a week before the wedding! This although, was not stephensons fault. One of the dresses was completely screwed up though. There was 6-7 inches that could not be zipped on my MOH's dress. When figuring out alterations that needed to be done we were also never given a quote which threw off some of the girls, especially having to come up with the extra money 4 days before the wedding! Very unhappy with this! Deb was very great to work with personally though. She stayed on top of things and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way! She went above and beyond to help!

I called and set up an appt wanting to try on a specific dress that they carried. I let them know this. We got there and they apparently didn't have the dress and claimed they didn't have my number to call and let me know it was sold, which when I made the appt I had to give not only my number but my address as well. They had no selection and the lady who was supposed to help us just said well go look and see if you see anything and didn't help at all. We drove over 2 hours to come to this store and was not happy at all. Luckily we did some googling in the dressing room and found another bridal salon a few blocks away named elegant designs. Before we could even tell the lady we were leaving, she already had put everything away and walked away. Thank goodness we found the other store, the men there were terrific and helped me find a fantastic dress!

I married my high school sweet heart in May of 2012. I wanted my bridesmaids to each have a different dress and get them for a reasonable price. I purchased my bridesmaids dresses from Stephenson's, all three different styles and they happened to be on sale so got them for less than $200 as well. I was so excited! Deb just let me loose in the store and I felt comfortable, not rushed and Im glad I chose to come there. Thank you all!!

My consultant did a great job, they didnt have a huge selection but I found my dream dress and couldnt have been happier!

Stephenson's was wonderful to work with! I purchased my dress in December of 2010 from Jeanette, and from then until my final dress fitting in September of 2011, everything was breeze!! Would definitely recommend Stephenson's to any bride, they were amazing!!

Stephenson's was the perfect place for shopping for the bridal party and my own wedding gown. Their dresses are affordable and absolutely beautiful. They go the extra mile at Stephenson's to make you feel special. The woman who sold me my dress, Deb, was there for me every step of the way. She called when my dress was ordered, when it was in, and answered all my questions perfectly. Deb remembered my name even when I hadn't been in for 6 months. My dress came in quickly, and they held it at the store until right before my wedding, when it was steamed amazingly and given to me. They wished me luck and even said I would be missed after I picked up my dress. I would recommend Stephenson's to anyone anytime!

I was visiting Elkhart from Indianapolis (after dress shopping at three stores in Indy) and wandered in Stephenson's to browse. I described what I was looking for and the consultant went directly a dress I had pulled a photo of from The Knot magazine--and I hadn't even shown her the photo! I was by myself so she had to fill in as my mom/sister...and she did a great job. There isn't a huge selection of dresses in the store, but it was all I needed. The price was great and service was even better. Plus, I loved being able to support a small business on Main Street.

I am so glad that Stephenson's is in Elkhart! They are such a great one-stop-shop for ALL wedding attendants. I was planning my wedding from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and could not have been happier with the help I received from Stephenson's. I not only bought my dress there, we ordered the Groom's tux and all the groomsmen's tuxes as well as all the bridesmaids dresses! I got a great discount on my dress for paying it all at once. They also offered payment plans for the members of our wedding party and shipped the dresses to the out-of-town bridesmaids. Deb and Claire were so helpful! Only two of our bridesmaids lived in Elkhart and they made it so easy for our attendants to order and pay over the phone. They were so encouraging and seemed anxious for me. I really enjoyed spending time at Stephenson's planning the wedding. They let me come in when I was in town to make arrangements and showed incredible customer service. I would recommend Stephenson's to ANYONE who is getting married in the Michiana area. 5 STARS! GO TO STEPHENSON'S! (And ask for Deb!)

Stephenson's has a beautiful dress and accessory selection for both the bride and bride's maids. Unfortunately that is the only positive thing about my experience. They had all my girls order their dresses too big in hopes of us using their in-house alteration services. One bride's maid did trust her dress to Stephenson's steamstress, who made a horrible mistake on the alteration 4 days prior to the wedding. They refused to reorder after damaging the dress. Thankfully we found an independent steamstress who was able to repair the damage done enough that it wasn't noticable.

I actually found my wedding dress at Memories in Kalamazoo and ended up getting the same exact dress from Stephenson's for over $200 less. They run a sale every January for 20% off, if paid in full. Their sales associate, Deb is simply amazing. She worked with me throughout the process, helping me with alterations, shoes, veil, and jewlery. Every time I went into the store she remembered me and made it a point to make me feel special.

Everyone in Stephenson's was friendly and helpful. I worked with Clare who was so sweet and I was always the center of her attention when I was in the store. Since I was an out of town bride they held my gown in their store room until I was able to take it. Alterations were easy and very well done. My dress was beautiful and fit like a glove, every girl's dream! I would highly recommend this small bridal salon to anyone looking for beautiful, affordable dresses and superior, personal service!
