Great venue! A beautiful, affordable venue, the staff are all very nice and helpful when speaking with them. Most of the staff speak English and/or Spanish so very accessible to both languages! Parking is a little scarce but we had our event “earlier” in the evening (4pm) so our guests had better parking but there was also an event next door later in the evening (5pm or 6pm) and they were not as lucky with parking.

Great experience celebrating my daughter's Quince. Staff was very helpful, plenty of room and beautiful decorations. Catered food was amazing and it's very affordable. Would definitely use for my wedding . ~Yesenia Masson

Our wedding and reception were held here. The venue is very nice and they do everything! I would definitely recommend it as a one stop shop.

Our wedding experience was great. We had to change our date twice due to family emergencies and the staff was very accommodating to our situation. They were very thorough with our wedding details. Our day was absolutely perfect. The waitstaff were very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend Sterling Banquet Hall for your event.

If I could give less than one star I would. I went in for a tour and wanted to lock down our date. The manager Sylvia told me to hurry and come to put the deposit down so I rushed the next day, payed and signed the contract. A week later I get a call from her that she double booked my date and that I couldn’t have it anymore. She told me to come talk to her the next day to get a refund. I went back the next day and she was OFF. Also, they don’t give refunds at all locations which she didn’t tell me either. The whole situation was the biggest inconvenience for me and a complete waste of time. EXTREMELY unprofessional.

We just had our wedding reception this past Saturday October 19 and everything was amazing! The venues decor was beautiful from the centerpieces to the linens to the lighting! The chandeliers made it even more beautiful! The food was great, staff was so friendly, and Photobooth was a success! Thank you to everyone at Sterling Banquet Hall @ 77041 for such an amazing reception! I recommend them to everyone!

Had my wedding here August 17 and it was just the perfect night I got the dj from sterling and he did great! Service was beyond my expectations thank you so much sterling banquet!

We had our wedding here and it was absolutely perfect! They are very organized and have everything you need. We searched for about a year to find something that would accommodate our budget and our 300 guest. This venue was inexpensive compared to the other 8 venues we looked into. Our guest loved the food from their catering service, it really was delicious! The day of our event they had everything setup exactly how we wanted it and the staff kept up with our schedule. I would definitely have another event here.

Our daughter's Quinceanera turned out beautiful! We had an amazing time and the staff was awesome to work with. We would definitely used this venue again.

I celebrated my union on 08.04.18 at Location 1, Hall B. I was blown back with the decor provided by the hall and my own planner. I started my journey with Sterling 18 months ago, 1 bump in the road and it was corrected that day. I LOVE the fact that we were able to bring our own liquor, both families enjoy spirits. The wait staff was courteous as was the bartender. I'm still getting calls about how beautiful everything was. I would definitely recommend there services. ***NOTE*** although they provide chafers they do not provide the burners. It is best that you communicate what it is that you need and expect.

Our wedding reception was at Sterling Banquet Hall #4 in Pasadena, TX. The venue has beautiful chandeliers, marble floors, it has a bride room, and a groom room, and it's spacious. The event coordinator, Alejandra is really nice, and knowledgeable, she makes sure you have a wonderful event. They also offer a payment plan. Go take look soon, they get booked pretty quickly!

Please do not get this place. Management only cares about getting your money. Save yourself the headaches and please look elsewhere. They are rude and unprofessional.

We got married last weekend , at their Bingle location, both ceremony and reception , this particular venue was on 2 stories , the chapel was upstairs and reception on first floor, but they had an elevator , we went with the BBQ selection for food, everything was great!

found this venue after looking at several different venues around Houston , we wrre searching for months , after the first visit we fell in love with it , they have 5 different halls , you can choose the most appropriate one , we choose their venue off beltway 8 , the staff was super friendly and food was beyond our expectation and the total package price was probably 40% less all other venues we visited , thanks for making our wedding a success love y'all !

Upon visiting the venue, it seems elegant and well decorated. However, once you've booked your event and are in the midst of trying to enjoy the best day of your life, the venue's staff and accommodations begin to show themselves severely lacking. After paying for extra waitstaff, a security guard, and a bartender, also using the caterer required by the venue, we thought all bases would be covered. Trusting, however misplaced that because the company owns several venues around town and uses this caterer exclusively that my event was placed in experienced and capable hands. 1. We made our wishes known that we should have a sit-down dinner served at the reception. The caterer set up for a buffet style meal and then at the last moment plated the food very sloppily and unappealingly for our guests. We also ordered fruit and cheese trays which were substituted with a very unappealing serving of meat of a pork origin along with the various fruits and cheeses all piled upon itself. 2. The waitstaff was not to be found during the service of the dinner, the wedding cake, nor the champagne service. If it had not been for the hostesses and ushers who voluntarily participated in my event, the event would have been disastrous. 3. The bartender attempted to claim beverages purchased and brought in by our party. He also, put ice into a specialty drink to sit in for the evening resulting in a watered down and unpalatable substance when a serving container, specially made to hold ice in a separate receptacle was provided to him by our party. 4. Though we were told that Ballroom A had been newly renovated, we alerted the staff on 4 separate occasions that the wood surrounding the bar was hideously scratched and ruined, nothing was done to repair the damage. We were told within days of our event that if we would like to take it upon ourselves to do the repairs, that we could. In conclusion, once your money is paid, be prepared to do the lion's share of the work in order to pull off the semblance of an elegant event. BUYER BEWARE!!

Loved my experience with Sterling Banquet Hall. I was in HALL B at the Beltway location. I was so pleased with the catering staff, and heard nothing but great things about the bartender. Clean bathrooms, beautiful lighting, and very roomy! I made sure to refer two of my closest friends over and they booked right away.Thank you guys for making sure everything was in order for our special day. Thank you Sayed, Ali, Sakia for making sure this stressed bride was set to go! The only thing I disliked, was that Hall A's guest kept walking in and out of my venue, using my bathrooms to get dressed, the security guard was not very helpful and my photographer and bridal team kept directing people to go next door to the venue they were supposed to be at which was next door. Other than that, I would highly recommend this venue to everyone...thanks again! - Mr. & Mrs. Hernandez

Our experience with this banquet facility has been phenomenal ! we had a great time hosting our Wedding here , everything was very well coordinated and the decorations were suberb , we choose their location on the Beltway 8, food was good too, we had an outside vendor for the cake, and photography. will be posting our wedding pictures soon on their Facebook page. I thank everybody involved in this Wedding!

Venue is good if you are on a budget. Lots of things included in the package. The wait staff and bar staff were awesome and super helpful. The management could stand to be more friendly.

I absolutely loved this hall. For the items that were included with the price it was great. I did think it was tacky to have 2 birthday balloons from a previous party stuck to the chandeliers at my wedding when I asked to have them removed prior and was told that it would be taken care of. The upstairs bathroom did not close and it was filthy but overall the venue was beautiful and it was a great day.
