Mackenzie was our planning coordinator and she was easy to communicate with and if she was not available, someone else from their team could easily step in to answer our questions. Our day of coordinators, Hannah and & Sarah, were attentive and made sure we were on time. Our banquet captain, Alex, also did a great job at keeping the line moving quickly at the buffet table. Plus, he provided us with leftovers that we took back to our hotel! The food was delicious. DJ Jeff played the songs we requested, plus a few similar songs, and we constantly had people on the dance floor! Kasey from Sweet Peas Florals & Gifts did an amazing job with our flowers. Even if you don't know a lot about flowers, she will create something beautiful. Sarah and her team at Sweet Arleen's made our cake and cupcakes and they were delicious! We received a lot of compliments on our desserts. The venue was recently renovated and it is a beautiful airy space with plenty of space inside and a patio outside. The ceremony took place outside and the views are absolutely beautiful. It was a convenience for all of us to have the ceremony and reception taking place within steps of each other. Sterling Hills is a beautiful location.

The day could not have gone any better, and these people texted with me back and forth for the six months leading up to my wedding, answering any questions I had. They are truly wedding experts! They just renovated the venue before our March 2023 wedding, so I highly suggest that you go and tour the venue to see how beautiful it is. The packages are fully customizable, so you can choose a premier package, for example, but swap out table linens or chairs to your preference, or add an extra entree, etc. Bottom line? I would get married here all over again in a second!

On the day of the wedding, Mackenzie was on top of everything and allowed me and my husband to be very hands off, which we are very grateful for. Near the end of the night, she handed it off to Alexx, and he was also very helpful and packed us 2 plates and cake with champagne to go. All of our guests raved about the food and we are really happy we were able to work with the chef and manager to make a vegan meal option that worked for us.

that could work with us and our very busy lifestyle. We are both working full time and our schedules don’t always match up. So when we were looking for a venue Wedgewood sold us a fairytale that everything was going to be handled and they had a long list of vendors to work with. Well let me tell you that was a lie, not only do they pretty much not handle anything except for the day of they don’t have this “long list of vendors”. We had struggled with getting them to open their calendars to see us and go over specifics, we had a vision of how we wanted our wedding. Now fast forward a bit as it’s getting closer to the wedding we keep trying to make appointments to see the “vendors” and no responses. We call Wedgewood and their response is well if you don’t like our vendors then you are more then welcome to find your own. Excuse me!!! This is not what we were promised, we were sold a lie from beginning to end. They have a vendor by the name of Chuey, he is their only vendor for decor and let me tell you his list of accomplishments are very small, he does curtains and that’s it. So if you have some idea you wanted extra decor forget about it. He is by far the most unprofessional and messiest business for decor I have ever seen. So now let’s get to 2 weeks before the wedding and we are completely stuck because Chuey never answers his calls his text emails NOTHING!!!! We have no choice but to accept the fact that we can’t get extra decor due to Wedgewood dragging their feet getting Chuey to answer if he’s going to do it or not. There was a lot of other issues, but the decor was a big one for my wife and I especially since we were trying to get answers for months, we started calling and seeing what Chuey can do in early March. There was a litany of other issues, such as most of the vendors treating you like your a small budget wedding even though we had an open checkbook for our wedding and spared no expense, they all treated you like you don’t have the money to upgrade which I guess is most of their clients. So things did not get better until 1 week before our wedding and they put a different location manager and Kendalyn was not there to poorly run this place, I don’t know if she’s back but If she is I would run for the hills because she will not treat you as if you are a client, but yet just a number or just another sold sucker. If I had to look back I would have seen the early warning signs and should have pulled out and went to Calamigos like we originally were going to. We chose not to use Calamigos because of our busy lifestyle and would have to do everything ourselves, in which we had to with Wedgewood also, don’t fall for the lies, you will be doing 96% of all the work for your wedding, they will not be doing it for you nor will they even help guide you in the right direction expect for tell you if you don’t like it find your own vendor. The End

ad our first conversation with Wedgewood, it was such an easy yes. The entire team, from the beginning of the planning process to the day of our wedding, was so helpful and attentive to every single question and request we had. The customization of Wedgewood, and the fact that it’s all under one roof, made everything so smooth and less stressful. In addition to their in-house offerings (catering and bar packages—amazing!), all of their preferred vendors were great as well (florist, bakery, photographer, DJ, photo booth). Special shoutouts to all of the wonderful team members we worked with: Kendalyn (our true rockstar), Jennifer (day-of coordinator), Jenn (bar captain), and Lukas (banquet captain). Our wedding was truly the perfect day, and we cannot recommend this team and venue enough!

Sine the engagement was so long, we ended up working with several different team members throughout those 2 years and every single person we worked with was just as lovely as the last. Sarah coordinated our rehearsal and day of and was a dream to work with, she was so on top of everything you would literally never know that we had just met and gone over the details only one day before the wedding. Everyone from the banquet captain to the security guard was so beyond sweet and helpful the whole day. Our guests only had great things to say about the property and the food and kept asking me how I found this gem of a venue. Of course Sterling Hills holds a special place in my heart, but I would recommend Wedgewood in general to anyone planning a wedding, they have a wide range of venues and working with them is such a breeze since everything is all inclusive, there were never any hidden fees, the financial aspects of it were always very cut and dry and simple. A huge thank you to everyone at Wedgewood that made our day so truly special and beautiful, Jennifer, Kendalyn, Jobelle, Sarah, Ashley, Lukas and the whole team at Sterling Hills, we can't thank you guys enough!

They made our ideas and diy decorations come out better than we imaged. Their florist Kasey of Sweet Peas Flowers, was amazing and had ideas and tips that I would never have thought of doing! DJ Robin was excellent, and gave us great suggestions, and so fun to work with. We feel so blessed to have gotten to meet such amazing people! Very highly recommended!

The price was not crazy expensive and was worth EVERY cent. The food, all of our guests are still raving about. The team...I honestly can't say one person was better than the other, they are ALL amazing at what they do!!! The planning process...they simplified, made easy and put our minds at ease. Not ONCE did I stress AT ALL. They answered all of my random questions in a timely manner and helped guide us with our questions. They made sure ALL of my DIY decor was in place and ready to go on the day of and I had A LOT. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you ALL for making our day seamless and magical. NOT to mention...they even thought out the part where the bride/groom barely get to eat and sent us home with to go boxes! We love Wedgewood and will recommend it to everyone we can.

to be able to do everything for us because I hate planning haha. Jennifer and Kendalyn were PERFECT. They not only did everything on such short notice, they did it well and were so helpful for me in deciding on which food to pick or the color of the naplkins ect. On the day of the wedding, Kendalyn was amazing. She was so straightforward and I knew I could trust her to get it done. After the beautiful wedding that was so organized and well planned out, the staff saved us food knowing that we wouldn't have time to eat. Multiple times Kendalyn would nudge me and say "make sure you eat, or how are you doing?" I thought that was so endearing and cute. Also a shout out to my florist Casey... wow, she was amazing. I gave her my idea and she made it come to life while also helping me with the budget. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend going with Sterling Hills. I never write reviews and loved it so much that I knew I had to. If you want an affordable place that does most everything for you to take the stress of your shoulders, go with them :)

Planning: From the beginning to end of the entire planning process Kendalyn and Jennifer were amazing. I always got a quick response answering whatever questions I had that week, and they were so helpful in every aspect of planning. They have amazing wedding packages and their vendor team is top-notch. I promise, if you are looking for the least amount of stress possible, trust this amazing team. Even though everything was basically taken care of, you still have so much room for any DIY you want. If there is a specific vendor you want to use you simply let them know and they customize the package for you! They send you home with a binder with everything you could think of, appointments and reminders already written down, estimates on the quantity of what you should order, every part is broken down and guides you along the way. The vendors we went with in our package were DJ Pablo, GTZ Entertainment for Photobooth and Floral Designs by Roni for our centerpieces - all exceeded my expectations. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend going to their Extravaganza, it really helps you get an idea of what the venue will look like. They have different tablescapes, all vendors are on-site, food and drinks available - if you are trying to figure out what you want, go to this event. Day Of: We (myself and bridal party) got to the venue around 3pm and went right up to the bridal suite. The ceremony wasn't until 5 so we had plenty of time to take some photos (our photographer LOVED the lighting in the bridal suite btw), relax, celebrate with champagne and make any final touches if needed. We even decided to do the first look with my dad in the bridal suite because it is such a cute and perfectly set up space, I liked the privacy of it versus going downstairs for it - I can't wait to see how the photos turned out. The guys got there around 4, they took some photos too, and then hung out at the pub connected to the reception site - another perfect bonus pre-ceremony. Kendalyn and Jennifer took care of EVERYTHING. They are so professional and know what they are doing, they kept everything on time and we had the perfect start. Everything was set up just how I pictured it, if not better. I am definitely a planner/control freak, but once I dropped off our items at the rehearsal I wasn't even nervous - I knew it was all going to be okay in their hands. We had a short and sweet ceremony and then guests got to enjoy cocktail hour with DELICIOUS food and drinks. We added the lawn games too and the weather was perfect for it. After we took our photos we walked around to their office where they had a drink WAITING FOR US. I mean, c'mon, we didn't even have to say what our favorite drink is - somehow they found out and had it waiting for us. After we did the first dance and got to our sweetheart table, they introduced us to Corey our Banquet Captain and Jen our bartender, who would be taking care of us from that point on. Corey and Jen constantly checked in on us and made sure we had whatever we needed. We kept to our timeline and DJ Pablo was playing all of the right music!

Cory, the banquet captain, made sure we were taken care of. Pablo, the DJ, did a great job keeping the energy of the party up. Jen, the bartender, went above and beyond as if she was another coordinator who was there to help us with anything we needed. The food and the cake were unbelievable. The flowers and the set up of everything was even more gorgeous than I could have hoped for. The photo booth was so fun! It was amazing how much was included in such a reasonable price and how easy the sales/planning team was to work with and communicate with. I cannot recommend Wedgewood Sterling Hills enough! You would be making a huge mistake by going with any other venue!

Couples are able to customize their wedding packages to any level they would like with regards to decor, experience, cost, etc. The end result was beautiful- we utilized some of the venue's recommended vendors Passion Flowers and A Gift of Taste and both went above and beyond my expectations. Our day of coordinator Kendalyn was a rockstar- I was sick the day of the wedding and she took extra care to make sure I was taken care of and that I did not have to deal with anything that would cause me stress. Everything went perfectly the day of. We had lots of extra requests for the venue including lots of handmade decor and an animal ring bearer and Kendalyn and the rest of the Wedgewood team executed everything perfectly even though I can be very particular about things. During the planning process the coordinators answered all of my questions almost immediately via email and phone. I felt very supported throughout the whole process- especially the day of the wedding. I would highly recommend Sterling Hills to anyone.

Those moments I did they were quick to reassure me. On our meeting days they always offered me my favorite, a corona with a lime so I would feel at ease. Everything was customizable. You could add or delete anything from your package and you can pay in payments until one week before your wedding day. I’m bad with names but the whole team was sooo super helpful and friendly. The team even sets up your whole event and directs your vendors. My family and I didn’t have to do anything except drop off our props or any additional décor the day before. The day of coordinator was definitely helpful and every single little thing I would ask for down to bobby pins or safety pins, she would have on hand! I was having a hangry moment and they were quick to bring me veggies and snacks. They would constantly ask me if I was ok or needed anything. They also always made sure my drink was full! Haha. The food was amazing and our guests complimented the food up to this day. Everything came out beautifully and I could not be happier. Worth every penny. Thank you to all who were part of our day. Forever grateful.
