We decided approximately one month before our wedding that we wanted to book transportation. Sterling Limousine was patient and responsive with lots of questions from us to determine exactly what we should book. We were able to book a smaller passenger van (gorgeous Mercedes) for the bridal party prior to the ceremony and a larger, super fun party bus to shuttle guests and the bridal party back to hotels after our reception. The drivers were all early, patient and extremely professional. Highly recommend Sterling Limousine!

We used Sterling Limo for transportation to and from our hotel and wedding venue. Our driver, Robin, was great to work with. She was very professional and friendly. She made sure that no one got left behind. She added a nice touch by offering mints to guests when getting on/off the shuttle.

We used Sterling's shuttle services for our Doylestown wedding on July 13th. The planning process was seamless - the team spent hours on the phone with me throughout our wedding planning and had our shuttle schedule down to a science. Emails back and forth were detailed and consistent. They have a ton of experience and know exactly what questions to ask, and how much "buffer" time to build into the schedule. This eased our minds and we knew we were in great hands. The actual wedding day: We had a lot of out-of-town guests staying at nearby hotels and Sterling ensured that everyone got to and from our venue safely and timely. The drivers were able to make several stops, which was very helpful for us as we had room blocks at multiple hotels. We were also given a link to track our driver in real-time, which I was able to give to my wedding planner. It was a (very) hot summer day and many of our guests commented about how great the AC on the bus was. We also received compliments about the music and overall vibe on the bus - I think it really got everyone excited for the wedding as they were on our way to our ceremony. We would recommend Sterling Limousine & Transportation Services ten times over!

You will not regret working with Sterling!! We used them for our Memorial Day weekend wedding at Durham Hill Farm (which I also highly recommend!) and could not have been happier. I was so worried about getting everyone to the venue from two locations on time for the ceremony since I would already be at the venue, but Jennifer made me feel so at ease and they executed perfectly. One pick up was going to be on/around Main St. in New Hope, which is narrow and congested – they actually sent someone to check out the area by the hotel ahead of time to make sure we had a clear plan, which helped us feel so much better on the day of. They were also amenable to adding in an extra stop on the return trip (as of a few days prior) to make sure guests got to the after part safely. The Sterling buses were clean/comfortable for our guests, the pricing was competitive and the team was exceptionally easy to work with...I don't think I could ask for much more!

Initial interaction requesting service for my daughter’s wedding went smoothly…courteous and pleasant. Limo was on time if not a little early…very professional.

I hired Sterling for both transportation for my bridal party and guests staying at the hotel. I really liked the fact that they offer "No Guest Left Behind", which means they ran the shuttle from the hotel for 2 hours on the front end and 2 hours on the back end of my reception. I was able to pick these times. It allowed for my guests to check in and freshen up before attending cocktail hour and not having to worry about being the lobby to get on a bus at a specific time. As far as the party bus that I had for my bridal party it was amazing! The interior was super clean. Our driver Falcon was amazing! He informed up of hooking up our phones for Bluetooth, was sure to stock the bus with all of the beverages and snack that I had supplied. Mad sure to have the bus cool, as it was the hottest day of the year! But most importantly he kept us informed of his location when traveling between my venue and church for the drop offs and pick ups of the bridal party. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I used them 11 years ago for my senior prom and was so happy to be using them again for my wedding day! You will not be disappointed with Sterling! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I hired Sterling for son's wedding and they were excellent. A few days before the wedding I received a phone call that the one bus I reserved blew an engine but they had something similar that they just bought and that we can use that and get a partial refund, I was a little nervous but it ended up being a beautiful bus. Sterling was easy to work with leading up to the wedding with all emails answered within 12-24 hours. They were accommodating with changes and they were always professional. We hired 3 - 41 passenger busses to take our guests from our room block to our venue and then back again at the end of the night. On the day of the wedding the shuttles seemed to work seamlessly. Guests showed up to the venue on time and I heard some rave reviews about the quality of the shuttles themselves. Many thanks to Sterling for giving us one less thing to worry about on our big day.

We used Sterling Limo for our wedding to take guests to and from the hotel to our venue. Their team made scheduling and booking effortless. I even had to change the vehicle type along with the times needed and they were super helpful with updating my changes right away. The driver we had on our wedding day was very prompt and listened to my husband’s and I’s request for taking the bridal party from the hotel to the venue separately from the regular wedding guests. Sterling Limousine was so easy to work with! From the minute we inquired all the way to the day of they were so communicative! The bus was beautiful and well kept. They were very timely. We had a big bus and a smaller one take guests from the hotel to the venue, and at the end of the night used the bigger bus and had the driver make rounds from the venue to the hotel from 11 pm - 1 am. Sterling Limo was very easy to work with and offered the perfect package for our wedding - a 2 hour service to get to the venue and a 2 hour service to take guests back to the hotel. We used Sterling for our wedding at the Valley Green Inn. The roads to get to the venue can be narrow and tricky for a bus to navigate but Sterling had no issues. On top of that, there was a crazy rainstorm on the day of the wedding and it did not impact transportation at all. The driver was professional, on time, and made all stops/trips as expected. Everyone at the company was very responsive and easy to work with!

We hired Sterling to help with transport of wedding guests to and from the hotel to the wedding venue. They did a fantastic job. Fast, efficient, on-time and very very courteous and helpful. The driver assisted some of our older guests and was very friendly with a constant smile on his face. We would highly recommend. BTW we used the 31 person bus/ coach and it was super comfortable and very clean.

Working with Sterling Limo from start to finish was an easy, professional, and enjoyable experience. The hotel we stayed at actually had two weddings on the same day, and our guests all commented how much nicer the Sterling shuttles were than the other buses. Sterling was so great and easy to work with, and their team was extremely helpful when planning our transportation timeline. We got married in Warrington, PA, and their knowledge of the area really helped us gauge when exactly to get the day started, and what type of shuttle to book. Their shuttles are affordable and high-end, and their drivers are professional, personable and very friendly. The shuttle for our wedding showed up early both ways, and they were perfect on timing with getting guests to and from the venue. Highly, highly recommended!

My husband and I got married 12/2/23 and it was the most perfect day, with the help of Sterling! We used them for our party bus for the wedding party to get to the church and then to the reception venue. Afterwards we also used them for a shuttle to and from our hotel for our guests to the venue. The drivers were on time and so sweet, the vehicles were clean and everything was so easy.

Because we chose an isolated ceremony location away from the reception venue, we knew we wanted to have transportation – for both ourselves and our guests. Sterling Limo has a wide variety of vehicles available from Sedans to Mini Buses and was easily able to accommodate all of our requests. We ended up choosing a Mini Coach which was able to seat 41 guests and booked two separate trips with them – one for helping transport to and from the ceremony location and another for at the end of the night. As we had 3 separate hotel blocks in the area and needed the bridal parties and parents to arrive at staggered intervals, Sterling Limo ended up having to make multiple trips, one of which had 10 stops. They executed everything perfectly and really proved that they take their “No Guest Left Behind” policy seriously.
