Stir was incredible! 10 out of 10. The drinks were delicious, the bar front was so classy, the service was quick, and the vibes were immaculate. People loved our signature drinks, open bar, and the late night espresso bar. There was a constant flow of drinks, and people never had to wait in a long line to order.

The team at Stir Bev were very friendly, welcoming, and had awesome communication! We worked directly with Chad, and he was very great with accommodating our vision for our wedding day. The setup was beautiful, the drinks were delicious, and the service they provided was exactly what we wanted for our special day! All of our friends and family spoke about the experience they had with all the bartenders, and they shared nothing but positive words about it. We thank Chad and the entire Stir Bev team for making our special day special!

Cara, Chad and most importantly all of the members of the team who worked the day of our wedding were incredible. From day one, Chad was reaching out offering his services seeing if we were interested, even our planner told us how efficient and thorough their team was. We decided that we wanted to go with them. From the first call to every email exchange the Stir team was incredibly responsive, friendly and kind. We had many requests and specialty things we wanted at our wedding and they were more than happy to accommodate. We communicated with their team for about a year on and off through our wedding planner and they had a quick response time, always being helpful to whatever we needed. Not living in Hawaii and not being able to try sample our wedding his/her cocktails was incredibly nerve wracking for us, we left this in their hands and they definitely did not disappoint. The drinks were delicious, our guests went crazy for them. We had a large number of guests at our wedding, and up until this day, we have had people comment on how friendly, helpful and efficient the entire team was. A couple of reasons why you should book stir, my grandma went up to the bar multiple times, they remembered what she liked to drink and her allergies, this was huge and memorable. They had a drink waiting for us at our lounge area when we signed our marriage certificate as well as a designated person to my husband and I ensuring throughout the night that we never had an empty glass. Even while we were eating dinner, we never had to get up. Every one of the bar team members was on it. Drinks were never empty and they did it with a smile. I can’t recommend this team enough!

Having stir beverage at our wedding was one of the best decisions we made during our whole wedding planning process. They were recommended by our wedding planners Maui Love, and I must say that it was one of the best recommendations they had. First off their cocktail menu was vast, and it had drinks that were for everyone. When it came to our wedding, we were looking for three signatures that were going to be named after our two dogs and cat. We chose a lychee martini, a berry blast, and a bourbon and cigar cocktail. On top of that, we also had beer wine and other alcoholic beverages that were available to our guests. We also had a welcome pass for our guests after the wedding ceremony. The details that they had for the drinks really made them shine. They had lavender sprigs for the welcome pass, and they had orchid flowers for the cocktails, and it was simply beautiful. Thank you so much for making our wedding so special!

Stir Beverage was a vendor that I HAD to get for my wedding. From the beginning til the end of wedding preparation, they were very responsive and on-top of it. They have the perfect balance of professionalism and fun! On the day of the wedding, the set up was Soo beautiful and the staff were so so nice and so so patient with our guests haha. We had so many compliments on our cocktail drinks, even the glasses were pretty! You will Not regret Stir Beverage team!!

From the start of the process, the team was responsive to our questions and emails, and took the time to create a cocktail menu catered to our tastes. Not only did they end up tasting so good, but they looked amazing too (especially on the nice bar front and the beautiful glassware that Stir provided too). In addition, the bartending team was highly professional - they provided a level of service you’d expect from a high end cocktail bar. Special request for mocktails or off menu cocktails? You guys are literally THE BEST!!! We love you guys and our guests loved you guys! Drinks were amazing & beautiful. The taste & presentation were on point! Chad and his staff were all easy to communicate to and get a hold of via email with all our questions/concerns. We didn’t have an in person bar tasting but Chad took the time to hop on a zoom call and describe all the drinks we were interested in, in great detail! We ended up getting the Lilikoi mule and Island Sunset! They were a hit! Literally good vibes & positive energy all around! They are a fun team to work with! 1000% recommend!

Stir Bev was the best! Their drinks are high quality and delicious. They even made the cutest signature cocktail menu that incorporated our corgi. Nicki, our bartender and who also designed our menu, was the sweetest and very professional. Kara and Chad were so great too and made our planning so easy. Definitely recommend!

The team at STIR gave us an amazing experience for our wedding. My husbandʻs only "ask" was an amazing bar and Stir exceeded our expectations. Everyone was raving about their cocktails and the Beer bar. We will be recommend Stir for family and friends!!!

Courtney is the absolute coolest; we had a blast when she helped us come up with our "signature cocktails" and loved her concoctions so much we ended up picking three because they were all so versatile and yummy. The whole team was so much fun at our wedding and totally vibed with our guests. 10/10 would hire them again!

Having Stir bartend our wedding was such a highlight of the day! From start to finish, we had such a wonderful experience with them. We had so much fun with Chad at the tasting to select our signature cocktails, and it was very difficult choosing just two since they were all so good. Kara was also amazing, on top of the logistics and very easy to get in touch with. The bartenders we had the day of were superb, the drinks incredible and our guests couldn't stop raving about them!

When we first met with Chad and the Stir Beverage team, it was so clear how passionate they were about what they do and the experience they provide. Chad took our favorite flavors and created the most beautiful cocktails for the menu. He also really anticipated a lot of our needs in that first meeting which was really amazing! On the actual wedding day, Chad and the team really blew us and the guests away! The cocktails were the most delicious and also stunning to look at. Our signature cocktails were a Lilikoi Mule and a Gin Lavender Cucumber Spritzer. Both drinks were to die for! They also made beautiful mocktails for our guests who were not drinking. As the bride and groom, the team would frequently check in with us to see if we wanted another drink or if we needed water. Their energy on the day was electric and they made our day so magical. We and our guests have not stopped talking about Stir since the wedding and would strongly recommend them to everyone! Thank you Stir Beverage for the most magical day ever!

Chad and his team were unbelivable partners in helping us bring two of our wedding events to life. We had countless compliments from guests on how fantastic the cocktails were, the fun staff behind the bar, and the presentation of the final product (bar included). They also were super easy to work with - from the planning to the execution to the clean-up. They handled it all. 10 out of 10 would recommend them to any friend looking for a beverage & bar vendor!!!

The drinks are wow. Just wow. We received so many compliments on how fabulous our Mai Tai's and Skinny Margs were and they indeed were made with love and perfection. Stir was great to work with. Very affordable. Most importantly, their drink presentation and quality was top notch. Such a pleasure to have them at our wedding!

We hired Stir Beverage for our wedding at Lanikuhonua in September 2022. The team were easy to communicate and plan with (from Colorado) and executed amazing service for our event. With their clear experience they were able to guide us with our beverage order and also elevated our basic ideas for signature cocktails into delicious drinks that our guests raved about. Working with Stir was a great option for our choice in venue and they were also much more affordable than going with our caterers for full bar and beverage service. We are really happy that we chose to work with them for our wedding.

Stir Beverage was incredible! We planned the whole wedding remotely and they were SUPER responsive, which was awesome. They were really creative with their drinks and treated our guests like royalty! They created inventive creative cocktails that our guests adored (including fun mocktails that our sober guests raved about). Best of all, on the night-of, they were super speedy so there weren't long lines at the bar. 10/10!

We hired Stir Beverage on the recommendation of our planner and they were amazing! We wanted to go above and beyond the usual drink service and really treat our guests. Stir was the perfect choice. Chad and Chris were so responsive and really understood our vision. Courtney and her team on the day were amazing and really looked after us and our guests. And they were just fun! The signature cocktails are the cherry on top - our guests loved them.

Overall, the lack of communication and organization among the STIR team led to avoidable, and unnecessary, very last minute detail finalization to the night before the wedding. We were not reassured at all by the end as to whether STIR could execute the drink experience we wanted, given the staff's constant misunderstanding of our requests, and confusion around our program. For the premium service they advertise and charge, it was not worth it for us because one of our signatures wasn't even made properly - even though the team reassured us they knew what they were doing.

My experience with Stir was amazing! From the beverage tasting to the wedding, the staff was friendly and prompt, the drinks were delicious, and the set up was beautiful! I knew from when I started planning my wedding at Kualoa Ranch that they were my first choice and they did not disappoint! All my guests loved the staff as well! :)

I mean where can I even begin with my review!? I had seen the pictures and heard the reviews, but Stir completely exceeded all of my expectations! When I was booking other vendors and they found out we were having Stir for our bar service, everyone echoed the same "oh we love them," or "oh yes they're great!" But those are total understatements! We decided to opt for two add on services, the coconut bar and the cigar bar. And OMG they were the talk of the entire wedding night!! We were suggested to buy only 10-15 cigars based on our guest count of 66, (we purchased 15) but it was such a hit, we honestly should have purchased at least 25 cigars. Not that we were given wrong information, we just had no clue our guests would love it SOOOO much! And they LOVED the fresh coconuts as welcome drinks!! These two services are a MUST if you plan on having a destination wedding. As far as service, I mean TOP TIER!! Nick and Chelsea were AMAZING! I'll call Nick the silent assassin, he was very sweet, and kind, and always made sure we had a drink (or shot 😝) in our hands. He would walk up to our table place a shot down, smile and walk away. We never once had to go to the bar trying to get a drink. Unless a guest wanted to drink or toast with us. They were VERY attentive from the moment we arrived for cocktail hour with our coconuts and cocktails, until the end of the night. And Chelsea was SOOOO much fun!! And again, so attentive and made beautiful drinks!! Our cocktails were GORGEOUS!! 😍 we noticed some of our guests hanging out at the bar, because they were just so much fun to be around! The service was 5 stars all around! I don't have a single complaint!! So being honest, we thought Stir was going to be out of our budget. We initially booked another bar service, for JUST bar. But after crunching numbers, it financially didn't make sense. We decided if we spend a few hundred more dollars, we would get SO MUCH MORE bang for our buck adding the cigar bar and fresh coconut bar. So we decided to sacrifice in other areas to book Stir, and we are SOOOO glad we did!! The bar set up, signage, drinks, everything was just BEAUTIFUL! I cannot say enough positive things about this company! From our initial consultation call with Chad, communication was ALWAYS in a timely manner. All questions were addressed and they made us feel so comfortable and at ease. I could go on and on about how amazing they were, and how much we enjoyed having them for our wedding! If you are planning a wedding on Oahu, and want TOP TIER bar service, look no further and book them immediately!! You will not be disappointed! I promise it will be one of the best, if not THE best vendor you book for your wedding day!!! 🤍

If I could give Stir Beverage 6 stars I would. They go above and beyond. In choosing the Bar Service, as with other vendors, a criterion that was a must be a less than 24-hour turn round in email responses. Not only did Chad respond promptly he followed up with phone calls where he got to know us personally. His enthusiasm and professionalism were apparent from the start. The signature cocktails that were created were magnificent in taste as well as presentation. The bartenders were so enjoyable with over-the-top personalities. Chad made sure that there was an appropriate number of staff -as there were minimal lines at the bar. Thank you Stir Beverage, thank you Chad for a wedding day that will go down in history!

Stir Beverage helped us with so much more than just drinks. They were very personable and professional. They accommodated us through different time zones and even delivered drinks for our unity shot ceremony! Guests were in love with the drinks they crafted and are still talking about them!

Chad and his team were absolutely amazing! We were able to meet Chad prior to the wedding and he did a tasting for us so we can figure out what we liked and didn’t like. My husband is not a big drinker so it was important that he liked what we had to serve. And of course, Chad knocked it out of the park. We had the Island sunset and Baby Pina and they were absolutely delicious. The day of our wedding, the Stir Beverage Team took care of us throughout the entire night! They were so fun and easy to work with. We highly recommend Stir Beverage!

If I could go back, I would pick Stir Beverage every time. The bar was the #1 most important vendor at our wedding (we knew our audience) so I made sure to look at literally every bar service on island, and I'm so happy with the choice I made. Chad from Stir Beverage was SO communicative, genuinely kind, and understanding of our budget too. He offered a complimentary tasting AND brought it all to our house to make sure I loved the signature cocktails I chose! They showed up to the wedding early, were great bartenders, and a gorgeous setup. They made it so that I didn't have to worry about anything at all with the bar service (except tables and linens for barback setup), whereas other companies I looked at had the client be responsible for ice, straws, garnish, little things that would just add more onto my plate. One of their bartenders even remembered my drink and made it a point to scout me out throughout the night to bring me a fresh one, which was so nice because it was hard for me to find my way to the bar as often as I would've liked. All our guests absolutely LOVED the bar and the bartenders, I 1000% recommend! Thank you for making my wedding perfect!

We were stunned with how great the bar service was for our wedding! Chad was easy to work with, very responsive, and helped us choose drinks that aligned with our needs/worked for the guests. The bartenders that worked the wedding were phenomenal! So fast and kind. We chatted and they made special drinks for my guests. So many of my guests commented later on about how great the bar service was. 10/10 recommend!

We hired Stir Beverage for our intimate destination wedding in May 2022. Our event coordinator worked closely with Chad to bring together a wonderful bar service for our wedding. We only had 18 guests, but Chad helped us to determine the appropriate amount of alcohol to accommodate our small wedding. The drinks were delicious, the presentation was absolutely picture worthy, and the service was impeccable. They created a personalized menu to display on the bar, and just made it all feel really special. They have a large selection of specialized cocktails to choose from, and I really enjoyed having a variety to choose from. We would highly recommend Stir Beverage Bar Service for any event!

Our wedding planner referred us to Chad. We couldn't be happier. We were planning our wedding remotely from California and during Covid. Chad was responsive and so easy to work with. My sister and her boyfriend were in town and Chad was able to accommodate a taste testing for them. They loved the experience. The drinks were delicious and beautifully crafted. During the wedding, everything was flawless. Very professional. Our guests were talking about how delicious those drinks were after the wedding. We couldn't ask for a better vendor. Chad and his team are a must-hire. We can't wait to find another reason to have them at our events.

First off, Chad is the most pleasant guy to speak with on the phone & once you meet in person you truly feel like you're friends. His response rate is impeccable as you will find that is not always the case with native islanders & being that I planned my wedding from the main land, this took a massive amount of stress off my shoulders. He even gave me his cell phone number; if ever he was not available to assist me at that moment he'd send a quick reply that he was at an event but would reach out the next day... and he always kept his word. He runs his business with great detail & organization. As far as his bar tending service, we were absolutely pleased. His presentation supersedes all others and the actual specialty cocktails were gorgeous; tastefully curated with liquors, sours, fresh pressed mixers & each one, yes I said each one, adorned with florals & fruits. And let's not forget the very fancy spray of rose water. We would definitely seek Stir Beverage again, should we find ourselves hosting another event at the gathering place, Oahu.

One of the best parts of our wedding was Stir Bev!! After booking the venue and our coordinators, Stir Bev was the next vendor we booked. After our first meeting with Chad, we already knew we wanted to sign with him. But I went ahead and spoke with other vendors just for comparison. I even contemplated adding the drink service to catering package to save a little money but I'm so glad we hired Stir Bev because the attention to detail and the quality of service and drinks were worth it! Chad's personality even over the phone was infectious. His passion for his craft shows through his communication, his website, his social media and from guest reviews. He was a great listener and responded to all my emails from start to finish in a timely manner. We scheduled a tasting but due to scheduling conflicts, we had to send our close friends instead to do tasting. Our friends were raving about the tasting visit with Chad and had a hard time choosing from all the cocktail options because all of them were so good! In the end, we ended up choosing Lilikoi Spritz (tropical flavors of Aperol, lilikoi, and prosecco) and Yuzu Dreams (vodka, lychee, and Japanese Yuzu). We and our guests absolutely loved the signature drinks!! Chad also made the whole process easy for us from offering to do alcohol shopping and accommodating last minute requests such as adding a second bar stand for the cocktail hour and providing refreshments prior to guests heading to ceremony. If issues came up, he always had an option which put us at ease, especially towards end of planning stage. Chad's entire staff was so friendly and professional! Upon my arrival to bridal suite at Kualoa, I was immediately greeted with a cocktail. After the ceremony, Chad greeted us with cocktails. His staff made sure we enjoyed the drinks the whole night!! Prior to me writing this review, I have already made a several recommendations for Stir Bev just from my guests telling other people about their experience. Trust me when I say go ahead and hire Stir Bev. You won't regret it!!

They were so lovely to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better vendor for our wedding. They listened and delivered. We wanted in the first few hours for our open bar to only serve drinks on the rocks or mix drinks. Stir Beverage was one of the easiest and best decisions we made to have at our wedding at Kualoa Ranch in Hawaii! From the very first email/call, Chad from Stir Bev was very welcoming and promptly answered all of our questions and concerns and made it so easy to plan. Considering how stressful it was planning a destination wedding (we are from CA) during the pandemic, Stir Bev made it such a wonderful experience. They have so many different options of cocktails that are meticulously made with amazing ingredients. Since we were unable to do any tastings beforehand, we made our cocktail decisions solely based on the descriptions of the cocktails that were provided to us. And let me tell you, the drinks tasted AMAZING!! All of our guests kept telling us that our cocktails were the best drinks they ever had at a wedding!

The stir team were so great! Their signature cocktails they let us sample were all incredible, and our guests LOVED the ones that we chose. They worked with us throughout the process to help us with our vision and we could not be happier with the results!

We appreciate the attention to detail they put into making the drinks, e.g. they would taste a drop of every cocktail before serving, floral decorations in the cocktail glasses for the bride and groom. They were so great to interact with throughout, making sure everyone was enjoying the evening and always had a drink in their hands. Chad, Chelsee, and the team were nothing but a class act. My wife and I have been planning our dream destination wedding at the low camp location in Kualoa Ranch for over 2 years now due to COVID and could not be happier with Stir Beverage. Their website is beautiful and all the raving reviews across various social platforms made us select Stir for our wedding without trying any drinks! From initial booking. Chad from Stir is able to tailor a recommended alcohol purchase list based on the signature cocktails you would like for him to prepare for the wedding. Also with the challenging venue like low camp, Chad was able to recommend what glassware he would require for the service as well. Since our wedding was during the pandemic, Chad was very responsive and flexible to last minute changes to the guest count from new guidelines. During the wedding, I arrived at the venue and was able to meet Chad for the first time! He is a super friendly guy and was easy to talk to. All the guests were raving not only about the taste but also the presentation of the drinks. We had an intimate wedding with 25 people and I never saw a line for the bar. Chad was able to single handedly whip out delicious and beautiful drinks to everyone. He does have additional bartenders for large groups but the service was just spectacular. Not to be biased as this was our wedding day but Stir provided the best cocktails we have ever had! You can go with your standard "rum and coke", "vodka sodas", etc. but Chad goes above and beyond with all kinds of "surprise' drinks which I do not know what or how I can have it again to this day! The drinks were awesome, The set up was perfect!, The cost was fair, but the service was phenomenal. Chad was amazing! He really worked with us to come up with drinks that we loved. At the wedding, He didn’t just stay at the bar, He was out there with us and our guests making sure everyones drinks were full or refreshed! Anyone can learn to pour a drink but this guy had the personality to go right along with it. He learned and remembered our names and what we liked right away. That is where the professionalism and expertise plays its part. We loved having Chad/ Stir Beverage at our wedding! I’ve been to enough weddings/events to know that bartenders and beverage company’s like Stir Beverage are few and far between. I don’t know how we got so lucky. AMAZING service -- don't hire anyone else!! Chad and his team are so professional. They made amazing drinks, handled the signage for our signature cocktails, immediately served the bride and groom drinks (before we even realized we needed them!), and they even picked up and dropped off the linens we rented from another vendor. We had amazing conversations with them, too. We hired Chad and Stir Beverage for a back-to-back wedding weekend, and we're really grateful for all their hard work and incredible service.
