Overall, great experience. Christy was easy to work with and the price was reasonable. We had 13 people on a 22-passenger bus and with our flowers and other stuff we could've only fit maybe 2 more max. It was the perfect size for us, but it definitely couldn't fit 22. We could only adjust the sound from the bluetooth system, not from my phone. We didn't have any issues with finding the driver since he stayed nearby when we got off or him finding our locations and we went to several. I received his contact info before the day. Definitely pass it onto a couple people in the party so they can contact him when needed. Biggest problem: our driver was definitely smoking weed before we got on and we could smell it before we got on the bus and on the bus. I didn't give him a tip for this reason.

We had a great experience with STL Party Bus! The bus was very clean, spacious and comfortable while providing the perfect atmosphere to get our party literally and figuratively moving. Our driver was friendly, punctual and flexible with our stops for pictures and Christy in the office was a great help with information and booking.

The booking process was very easy and the price was reasonable. The bus itself was very nice with comfortable seats, a great sound system, and plenty of storage for the stuff we needed to bring. The bus driver seemed nice enough but he wasn't dressed very professionally and it was apparently his first time driving the bus. We took pictures in forest park and he had trouble navigating to where we wanted to go initially, it all worked out in the end though and we mostly stayed on schedule. It also would have been helpful if he gave us his contact number early on since at our first stop he kind of drove off to park the bus without us having a great way to call him back.

STLParty Bus was the perfect choice for our wedding (April 30, 2022). They were easy to reach and extremely accommodating when a few weeks out I needed to add time to my reservation. Our driver, Fred, was on-time, super polite, and kind. He navigated pick-ups and drop-offs and a busy Forest Park during prom season without any issue. We had a 28-passenger bus but only ended up with 11 people, we possibly could have gone down a size but having the extra room for dresses and coolers was very nice. The bus was fun and clean and the temperature was great. I would recommend STLParty bus to anyone who needed transportation for an event!

We rented the 15-passenger bus and it was nice, clean, and comfortable. We fit 10 people on comfortably with belongings and snacks. It was a little challenging to get the music hooked up to the bluetooth system and the bus was late arriving to pick up the bride and maids, but overall, it was a good experience.

The party bus arrived on time and dropped us off at the correct locations. We rented a 22 person party bus and only had 14 people total, and it felt tight. I can't imagine what it would have been like with us having the full capacity, so something to keep in mind when thinking of numbers. After our wedding my mom had told me that our bus almost didn't show up. They had some behind-the-scenes issues but did everything they could to make sure our day was not disrupted. We all had a blast on the bus, and I was worried we were being a little obnoxious but our bus driver said that she loved our bridal party and that we were a ton of fun!

Our experience with STL Party Bus was great. Steve was very helpful and very quick with responding to my phone calls. Christy called a few days before the date and went over every detail. Our wedding was on July 31. I knew I wanted a party bus to transfer us to the park to the reception hall. I looked on TheKnot.com to see if I could find a company. I found STL Party Bus, I called them and they are the nicest people. Very easy going and easy to work with. Our driver was Michael, he was super nice, calm, and got along with our bridal party! He was the best driver got us where we needed to be (and on time). If you need a party bus for your wedding I highly suggest STL Party Bus. They are organized and easy going. We enjoyed our experience with STL Party Bus! We appreciate how flexible and accommodating they were. We postponed our wedding date due to COVID, then had to change our timeframe about a month out from our wedding, and we switched up our drop off locations the day of our wedding due to the weather. STL Party Bus was willing to work with us through all the changes. Christy, our driver, was kind, friendly, and had no problem with our last minute change of plans. We would definitely recommend for anyone looking for transportation for large groups!

We had a great experience with STL Party Bus. They were easy to work with, accommodating to our questions and requests, even a change in our timeline and an extension of our rental the week of the event! We rented the 29-person Diamond Passenger Bus which was brand new and super nice and clean. The speaker system worked great and our wedding party was pumped up because we could play our own music and bring on our own coolers of drinks. There was even a trash hole in the bus so our wedding party didn’t have to worry about cleaning up our trash when our rental ended. We highly recommend this party bus company!

Bus was on time, they called and confirmed deets with me week before, very easy going and ok with last minute changes, and even asked for another contact person so bride and groom didn’t have to be bothered on the day of. Everything went perfectly.

STL Party Bus is awesome! We used them to transport our wedding party and they were exactly what you want for a stressful event! I had worked out the schedule prior, and the day of I didn't need to tell the driver anything. He had the schedule and was ready to go! We made one small change and he rolled with it. The appearance of Jay (the driver) and the bus immaculate. Much better than the pictures actually. They made getting from point A to point B soooo much more fun!

I've used STLPartyBus a few times for different events and decided to use them for our wedding. Working with them was very easy and accommodating. The driver was polite and professional... and most importantly they were ON-TIME for everything we needed them to do. Buses were nice and everyone had a great time. I will be using them again in the future!

They gave us a bus with no AC in the middle of August on a 90 degree day. When we reserved they told us there were back up buses available if anything breaks down. Well there were no other buses available! We had to drive individual cars. Not only was this annoying in my wedding dress but it ruined a big portion of my day. We did not get to relax and hang out with our wedding party on the bus, a part of my day I was really looking forward to. I would never recommend them.

STL Party bus took us everywhere we wanted to go, and made sure we were on time. They are very easy to work with, and made sure that I was happy with the schedule for the day. We had multiple stops in picking up bride and bridesmaids and groom and groomsmen and he was on time to all of the requested times. Our driver went to multiple locations for photos as we requested, even during bad weather. Our driver was very professional but made the day fun for us. Highly recommend! They were the only transportation company that would allow me to do a 3 hour package so I went with them based on that solely. BUT they totally exceeded my expectations! The bus was amazing and fun and the driver did an excellent job.

We had a great driver, bus pickup and drop off went smoothly, pricing was extremely inexpensive which was awesome. Cheapest I found for sure. However the bus was very small. The "built in coolers" are behind the seats on the bus we chose, making the aisle VERY tight. We got 24 people on our 28 person bus and could not fit another person if we tried. I recommend getting a bus much bigger than you need!

Our driver was great and very accommodating. We had a great time and would definitely recommend STL Party Bus to anyone else. The only thing I will say is that the bus was supposed to fit up to 28 people and our group of 23 was fairly crammed in the bus. Just keep that in mind when you are trying to pick which bus you want. But it wasn’t a big deal since I booked one that would fit a few more people than what I had. Overall, it was a great experience!

This is a great party bus company. They were very helpful on the phone in getting everything set up. I used them for a bachelor party I was setting up and could not be happier. The driver was great as well. He calls you a few days before so you have his number and even helped us pick out good stops for our route. I recommend them for all future events

My wife and I got married this past week, March 4th, 2017 and our party bus was amazing! It was a brand new vehicle with all the bells and whistles!! Multiple TV screens, great audio capabilities and even a stripper pole that was enjoyed by the Best Man and several others!! Great vendor and very easy to deal with – I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!!

This is a newer company, and I know sometimes people can be hesitant to book with the newer company. But they are great! My cousin used them for her wedding and I was able to book them for our shuttle at the end of the reception. I wanted to use them for in between the ceremony and reception also but the bus that we needed was already being rented out that day. They have very competitive prices and great customer service. I would definitely book with them again.

After helping us choose a bus large enough to hold our wedding party, they made the rest of the planning process easy through email communication and only one quick phone call to answer a few questions! Our driver was on time, courteous, extremely helpful, and knowledgable. He drove us to multiple locations for pictures before taking us back to the church for the ceremony. Throughout the ride, he allowed us to play the music we wanted to, and it was a fun couple of hours for my wedding party to hang out and get to know each other even better before the ceremony and reception! Service was great. Everyone showed up on time only because of this awesome bus service. Only hang up us is that we were told that we needed to give locations so the company can inspect routes for road closures and we ran right into the closed road for Mari Gras. The man of honour had to go sit by the driver and direct us to the reception. We only arrived on time because we were running early. The drivers were very courteous, otherwise. Thank you for getting us where we need to go for our beautiful wedding! Update: I received a call just a couple days after I wrote this review from Ryan Carter with Stl Party Bus and he personally apologised about the delays and refunded us our deposit. Everyone makes mistakes, not everyone owns up. I stand by this company as a business. They will do everything they can to take care of you, and if something happens, they will do everything they can to make it right. These guys are a sure thing!

I wish I could write two separate reviews for this vendor...5 stars for our driver, Mark, and 2 for STL Party Bus. Mark was polite/professional, knew the routes/area, and to top it off did not kill us when we got confused by the time change- our phones switched back so there was some confusion as to why he was leaving "early"...that was totally on us. Now the company... We requested services on 9/19 for our 10/31 date. We knew it was late but they assured us they had the slot and even our requested vehicle. We double checked and my MIL, who had decided to get us a bus so no one was driving, submitted the deposit. Two weeks later, it still had not been processed and the money still in her account. She called and they said it wouldn't be an issue it just hadn't gone through yet but we were booked. Not to worry. DAY OF OUR WEDDING the company calls my then fiance multiple times, even after he gave them my MIL's info and told them she was the one booking, AND that he was in the middle of our first look pictures so please don't call. Finally they connected with my MIL. Turns out our reservation had never been officially booked, they just wrote it down on a note to give to the person in charge (who had been out of the office...NO ONE TOLD US THAT) and they were overbooked. At 6:22 pm, roughly 38 minutes before our wedding I got an email stating our driver's name and cell. We ended up with this huge van instead (it could have fit half of our guest list in one go) but I guess some would see that as an upgrade so there is that. They get two stars for rectifying the situation... But over all it was just a lot of unnecessary stress. If they had just been up front about things, like our person is out of the office can you call back at this time....etc they would've gotten 5 stars easy (things happen, we get that)...but having my husband on the phone trying to solve the problem between shots slowed things down and we missed out on some serious photo time with our bridal party :/

STL Party Bus was awesome!! We found them because we live right next door to the garage where they keep the buses. We were able to see all the buses and pick which one would work for us. Before the bus picked me up at the hotel the groomsmen were able to load the bus with our coolers. Our driver was great, he listened to where we wanted to go and knew exactly where he was going. We were able to listen to our music on the bus and we had a great time. I know one of our groomsmen have already booked a bus for a bachelor party and I will most likely use them again for my husbands 30th birthday!! Great Company!!

I wanted transportation for my bridal party, but could not afford to spend a fortune. They were very reasonably priced, great to work with, and our driver was so friendly.

We used STL Party Bus to transport the wedding party around for pictures between our ceremony and reception and then a larger bus for a shuttle to and from the hotel and reception. The drivers were great to work with and the buses were nice and clean. The whole process from ordering to the day of ran really smoothly. We would definitely recommend to other brides or any other event.

STL party Bus was a great company to work with. Before booking, they drove the party bus to a location near our home so that we could view the exact vehicle we were rending. Danielle offers fantastic customer service and can help with any questions that come up before the event. She even sent us a smaller shuttle for the end of the night to get guests home safely and reduced the minimum hours for us to make it work. They were extremely friendly and flexible, and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them!

The driver called me the week of the wedding to go over all of the details, and to make sure he had the pick up time and location correct. He showed up 40 minutes early, so I knew we were covered before the wedding even started. The driver was also fun and helped make sure we had a great time. He and the photographer worked together and just took us from place to place. It was a very fun time!
