I need to start this by saying that I am a picky person - very type A, and I don’t trust people to take control of situations often. However, Hannah is someone I felt comfortable putting my trust in - from the start, she was transparent, knowledgeable, and one of the most competent coordinators I talked to - and I say this because we had booked another coordinator prior to booking Hannah, and the prior coordinator was not good at her job. So when it came to working with Hannah, it was such a refreshing and relieving experience.
Take my word for it - this is the person to book if you’re wanting quality and competence in a coordinator - I will vouch for her 100%, she is truly worth the praise.
She was extremely professional and personable - basically she took the weight off our minds the whole time - from rehearsal to wedding day. Everything we were stressing about before, we were able to let go of - she took over, which meant decisions were being made and things were getting done. We got sooooo many compliments, even from my really hard to please family and friends - seriously, a huge part of the success of the wedding was Hannah’s planning.
The biggest and constant compliments we got was that the wedding had many thoughtful touches, was an actual fun time, and was well scheduled - “everything was seamless” is a compliment we heard a lot - and I agree. She kept the whole day moving forward while delegating and coordinating - I didn’t have a single thing to worry about, which is a rare feeling.
She even took videos and photos for us, which I had no idea was happening and was such a thoughtful surprise - it was so beautiful to have an album of memories to look at once the night ended - beautiful memories which was so nice since we knew our photographer would take a while to send us our pictures.
In summation, if I had to do it all again, I would go with Hannah every time. All my wedding party and close family that interacted with her was impressed with her skills and the way she directed vendors and handled crowds.
We were truly lucky that she was available for our wedding day.

Hiring Hannah as our day-of coordinator and partial planner was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was incredibly knowledgeable about every part of the process — from timelines and logistics to all the tiny details we never would’ve thought of. She constantly reassured us that we were on track, and her calm, collected energy kept us grounded when things felt overwhelming.
On the wedding day, she took charge seamlessly and made sure no one brought any stress our way. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish — she even offered to bring us coffee on her way to the venue! Hannah was organized, fun, patient, and so kind. Working with Hannah as my day-of coordinator was truly one of the best decisions I made during the entire wedding planning process. From our very first meeting to the final moments of the big day, Hannah was a calm, confident, and joyful presence. She’s incredibly organized, detail-oriented, kind, and just so much fun to work with.
There are countless behind-the-scenes details that go into pulling off a wedding, and I can honestly say I would have been completely overwhelmed without Hannah’s expertise. She thought of everything — including so many things I never would have even considered. She was always available to answer my (many) random questions, and she made each planning meeting something I genuinely looked forward to.
What really stood out was how many friends and family members went out of their way to compliment Hannah. Her ability to keep everyone on track during the rehearsal and wedding day — with warmth and grace — was nothing short of impressive. She managed everything flawlessly, and thanks to her, I was able to truly relax and be present on my wedding day, knowing everything was in the best hands.

Working with Hannah was incredible. I booked her for partial planning and day of coordination and it the best decision. She provided structure and a time line that was really helpful to keep things from piling up. All the details I shared with her were kept so organized and that made long distance collaboration much easier than I anticipated.
She was so available throughout the process. She made sure I knew I could always text her or quickly set up a phone call to talk through ideas I was working through or any questions I had.
The day of the wedding she kept everything flowing so smoothly. I felt like I could truly immerse myself in the day because she became the point person. If anything came up I knew I could trust her to handle it. She took such good care of us and kept our best interest at heart. She helped make my vision a reality and I can’t thank her enough.

Hiring Hannah as our day-of-coordinator was hands down the best vendor decision we made—and the top piece of advice we’ll be giving any friends planning a wedding. We were honestly on the fence about whether we even needed a coordinator, but after our first call with Hannah, we felt totally affirmed. She’s so easy to talk to—friendly, quick, responsive, and just on top of it.
She helped us iron out our timeline, calmed any logistical worries, and gave us the space to actually enjoy the week leading up to the wedding (and the day of!). I loved that she came to the rehearsal so our friends and family could put a face to her name too.
She had thoughtful suggestions, executed everything perfectly, and kept our reception running on time seamlessly. And the little things made such a big difference—she brought food from our cocktail hour while we were taking photos, made sure we got our dinner served first, and even kept drinks coming to us.
10/10 recommend—Hannah is a total pro and we’re so grateful we had her!

Working with Hannah was the best decision I made for my wedding! She allowed me to hand over the reigns and completely relax and enjoy my day. Hannah is so kind, loving, has great attention to every detail, is calm under pressure, communicates so well, and executed my vision perfectly. As my day of coordinator, she took all the questions from people, led out in set up and take down, communicated with all the vendors, made sure my wedding timeline moved along, made sure my husband and I had everything we needed, and SO much more. To anyone about to tackle a wedding, hiring Hannah will hype you up, keep you calm, and truly let you have the best day ever.

Choosing Hannah as the day-of coordinator for our backyard wedding ended up being the best choice we made for the whole day! Leading up to the event she was organized, responsive, and so thoughtful. She had plenty of fun ideas to offer and was willing to make our vision work from the start, from the initial quote conversation to the final decor run-through.
Hannah worked with all of our other vendors to basically pick up all the work we had done in planning and take it off our plates for the wedding day. She helped with troubleshooting, event layout, and other key functions that we wouldn't have been able to do on our own!
As the day drew closer, it was clear that there was going to be some rain in the forecast, which turned into more rain, and finally, a 100% chance of rain and "feels like" temperature of 45 degrees. Hannah showed up, undeterred, with a big smile on her face and a warm "it's your wedding day!!" greeting, and got to work setting up. The weather created the need for lots of pivots, but we had no trouble trusting Hannah to take care of those without needing to bug us while we got ready. What could have been a disaster turned into a wedding day that, while wetter than we initially intended, everyone loved and we will remember forever.
Hannah's attention to detail made us feel confident that we were taken care of. We are very type-A, detail-oriented people, and were nervous about little things falling through the cracks on the day when we were too busy to oversee them. This turned out to be totally unfounded, as Hannah thought of literally everything! For example, at the end of the night, she put together an envelope of keepsakes from the head table. We were devastated when we thought some of them had been lost (since guests had been passing them around), but then we found Hannah's envelope with all of our treasures and were so relieved!
Definitely book with Hannah if you are looking for someone who will make you feel amazing on your wedding day and isn't afraid to take action when things don't go perfectly according to your vision! She was easily the biggest return on investment of any of our vendors, and our day would not have gone anywhere near as well as it did without her.
