I need to start this by saying that I am a picky person - very type A, and I don’t trust people to take control of situations often. However, Hannah is someone I felt comfortable p...

utting my trust in - from the start, she was transparent, knowledgeable, and one of the most competent coordinators I talked to - and I say this because we had booked another coordinator prior to booking Hannah, and the prior coordinator was not good at her job. So when it came to working with Hannah, it was such a refreshing and relieving experience. Take my word for it - this is the person to book if you’re wanting quality and competence in a coordinator - I will vouch for her 100%, she is truly worth the praise. She was extremely professional and personable - basically she took the weight off our minds the whole time - from rehearsal to wedding day. Everything we were stressing about before, we were able to let go of - she took over, which meant decisions were being made and things were getting done. We got sooooo many compliments, even from my really hard to please family and friends - seriously, a huge part of the success of the wedding was Hannah’s planning. The biggest and constant compliments we got was that the wedding had many thoughtful touches, was an actual fun time, and was well scheduled - “everything was seamless” is a compliment we heard a lot - and I agree. She kept the whole day moving forward while delegating and coordinating - I didn’t have a single thing to worry about, which is a rare feeling. She even took videos and photos for us, which I had no idea was happening and was such a thoughtful surprise - it was so beautiful to have an album of memories to look at once the night ended - beautiful memories which was so nice since we knew our photographer would take a while to send us our pictures. In summation, if I had to do it all again, I would go with Hannah every time. All my wedding party and close family that interacted with her was impressed with her skills and the way she directed vendors and handled crowds. We were truly lucky that she was available for our wedding day. Thank you for everything Hannah - you’re a spectacular person and wedding coordinator. I’m forever grateful for you.

she was incredibly communicative, organized, and proactive. She walked us through every detail, answered every Type-A question I had, and genuinely left no stone unturned. I always felt informed, supported, and completely at ease knowing she had everything under control. On the wedding day itself, she handled every part of the event with calm confidence and genuine care. We had a few unexpected vendor hiccups, and she managed each one like an absolute pro—shielding us from any stress and keeping everything running seamlessly. She set up our wedding exactly as we’d envisioned it (and honestly, even better). What impressed us most was how much she cared about the experience of not just my husband and me, but also our entire wedding party and close family. She checked in on everyone throughout the night, made sure people were where they needed to be, and ensured we all felt supported and taken care of. Because of her, we were able to be fully present and actually enjoy our wedding day without worrying about a thing. We are beyond grateful for her dedication, professionalism, and kindness. on the fence about whether we even needed a coordinator, but after our first call with Hannah, we felt totally affirmed. She’s so easy to talk to—friendly, quick, responsive, and just on top of it. She helped us iron out our timeline, calmed any logistical worries, and gave us the space to actually enjoy the week leading up to the wedding (and the day of!). I loved that she came to the rehearsal so our friends and family could put a face to her name too. She had thoughtful suggestions, executed everything perfectly, and kept our reception running on time seamlessly. As my day of coordinator, she took all the questions from people, led out in set up and take down, communicated with all the vendors, made sure my wedding timeline moved along, made sure my husband and I had everything we needed, and SO much more. Choosing Hannah as the day-of coordinator for our backyard wedding ended up being the best choice we made for the whole day! Leading up to the event she was organized, responsive, ...

and so thoughtful. She had plenty of fun ideas to offer and was willing to make our vision work from the start, from the initial quote conversation to the final decor run-through. Hannah worked with all of our other vendors to basically pick up all the work we had done in planning and take it off our plates for the wedding day. She helped with troubleshooting, event layout, and other key functions that we wouldn't have been able to do on our own! As the day drew closer, it was clear that there was going to be some rain in the forecast, which turned into more rain, and finally, a 100% chance of rain and "feels like" temperature of 45 degrees. Hannah showed up, undeterred, with a big smile on her face and a warm "it's your wedding day!!" greeting, and got to work setting up. The weather created the need for lots of pivots, but we had no trouble trusting Hannah to take care of those without needing to bug us while we got ready. What could have been a disaster turned into a wedding day that, while wetter than we initially intended, everyone loved and we will remember forever. Hannah's attention to detail made us feel confident that we were taken care of. We are very type-A, detail-oriented people, and were nervous about little things falling through the cracks on the day when we were too busy to oversee them. This turned out to be totally unfounded, as Hannah thought of literally everything! For example, at the end of the night, she put together an envelope of keepsakes from the head table. We were devastated when we thought some of them had been lost (since guests had been passing them around), but then we found Hannah's envelope with all of our treasures and were so relieved! Definitely book with Hannah if you are looking for someone who will make you feel amazing on your wedding day and isn't afraid to take action when things don't go perfectly according to your vision! She was easily the biggest return on investment of any of our vendors, and our day would not have gone anywhere near as well as it did without her.
