If I wrote a ten thousand-word essay, it would still not be enough to explain how phenomenal our Wedding Day was at the Historic Stone Mill Inn. On our very first day touring venues in the area, the Stone Mill Inn was our last stop of the day. We were greeted by Ken and Karen Painter, the owners, who welcomed us into their stunning home onsite. I quickly learned that part of this gorgeous, historic house doubled as THE BRIDAL SUITE. We were then given a tour of the property by one of the coordinators, Amy Flinn, visiting both The Woodlands and The Abbey. The winding pathways throughout the property were lined with moody, modern chandeliers that provided the perfect ambiance. We circled back toward the Mill and visited a picturesque fireplace that quite literally stole the show. Lastly, we viewed a grand, billowy outdoor tent and entered into the Mill. We chatted with Ken, Karen & Amy like seemingly old friends, just catching up and talking about our future. It all felt just right. Anthony and I got into our cars, looked at one another and agreed - this would be JUST the place to get married. We knew that we would be taken care of and treated like family. They delivered on this, and so much more. The entire team at the Stone Mill Inn made the wedding planning process easy and fun. We were treated to a complimentary food tasting, along with our parents, and other couples of the 2024 wedding season. Beyond that, we had two in-person meetings with Amy, as well as a final call over the phone. Throughout the entire process, Amy was so kind, thoughtful, and incredibly detail-oriented. She thought of EVERYTHING, and made the planning process seem not so scary. We could not have done it without her! Now, for the Big Day. Where do I even begin? The day was so beautifully-coordinated and each member of the team at the Stone Mill Inn made this possible. Both Amy and Olivia managed a perfect flow of events, allowing us to be fully present and carefree on our wedding morning. Every single one of my requests was honored, and if something went wrong that day, I still have no idea! Our ceremony went off without a hitch, and we were immediately greeted with appetizers and beverages that never went empty. Jim, Amy's husband, provided THE most phenomenal food and beverage service to us throughout the entire night. They were both there for anything and everything. Even Ken and Karen were present for the entire day. Karen helped me with my veil and draped our legs in blankets as we were getting ready. Ken was outside, making sure every detail would be perfect for us. They even served our guests cocktails. Truly, they treated us like family and it is something we will be forever grateful for. The food was phenomenal and two months later, my guests still talk to me about "the short rib." 10/10 dining experience. And if that wasn't fabulous enough, all of the leftovers, all of the extra cake and alcohol is packaged and waiting for you when you depart. In summary, the Stone Mill Inn was the PERFECT choice in venues for our Wedding Day. The staff and service, as well as beautiful scenery, make for the best wedding Venue in York and surrounding areas. We would do this day a million times over, but we don't have to. We recently celebrated our wedding at Stone Mill Inn. From the moment we booked, the planning process was so smooth. Nichole and the team helped us with every aspect of the planning process. Their attention to detail was evident in every step, and they made sure that nothing was overlooked. The venue itself is absolutely magical from the moment you step on property. The space offers a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces. The grounds are well maintained. The lighting, decor options, and overall atmosphere made it feel like we were living in a fairytale. Our guests were in awe of how beautiful everything looked, and it truly was a picture-perfect setting. Whether you’re envisioning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, this venue creates the perfect backdrop. The staff at Stone Mill Inn were phenomenal. On our wedding day, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The waitstaff, bartenders, and coordinators were friendly, attentive, and professional. The catering team provided top-tier service, ensuring our guests were well taken care of throughout the evening. The staff made it a point to check on my now husband and I to make sure all of our needs were met. While the venue may initially seem like an investment, the value is undeniable. When you factor in the quality of the service, food, and atmosphere, it truly felt like we got more than our money’s worth. The food was incredible and still has our guests talking. We chose a plated dinner with several options, and the food was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The convenience of having everything in one place, handled by professionals who work together seamlessly, was priceless. If you’re looking for a stress-free, elegant, and all-encompassing wedding experience, Stone Mill Inn is the place to be. It takes care of everything, allowing you to focus on the most important part: celebrating with your loved ones. Words can't even express how grateful we are that we chose Stone Mill Inn as our venue. It was so easy to fall in love with the beautiful mill and picturesque landscape, even having previewed it on a rainy fall day! Ken and Karen work to maintain the historic property, keeping up the maintenance so that the venue looks flawless year round, not just on your wedding day! The staff of coordinators are outstanding in answering any question, at any time and keeping your wedding day planned down to the finest of details. I always felt like a priority even months ahead of my wedding. The outstanding chef, event coordinator and catering staff, wowed our taste buds with outstanding food and warmed our hearts with service that was beyond top notch! Ken, Karen, Nichole, Olivia and Jim all feel more like family than staff who hosted our wedding and we miss spending time with them already a week later! I am forever grateful that they made our wedding day a memorable success and truly wouldn't change a thing about the day thanks to their attentiveness and high level of precision in carrying out our wedding plans!

We were extremely fortunate to have our wedding at Stone Mill Inn in September and we loved every second of it! The venue is absolutely stunning, you can tell the level of care that goes into the property and the grounds. We felt right at home from the moment we toured. We absolutely loved the food at our wedding and received so many compliments from our guests that attended regarding the food and prep! Everything was cooked perfectly! A huge highlight for us with Stone Mill Inn was our wedding specialist, Amy. She is truly amazing at her job and such a special person!! We are so thankful for all she did for us to help make our day so smooth and special. We could not recommend this venue enough!

Stone Mill Inn was a dream! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is incredible. All of our guests complimented how beautiful the grounds are and how smooth and organized the wedding was. They also said it was the best meal they ever had at a wedding. My experience as the bride was unbelievable. Not once during my wedding day did I feel nervous because SMI was there every step of the way. They also made the planning process super easy and they made it very clear on timelines and got to know us as a couple and what we want our dream wedding to look like. They executed it to perfection and we were able to have our dream wedding!

Words could not describe how amazing Stone Mill Inn is. The venue is absolutely stunning. The staff is BEYOND compare. Their attention to detail, attentiveness to the couple, the guest experience, you can tell they take great pride in that. We loved that everything was all included. The FOOD OMG THE FOOD! You know how you go to weddings and youre like meh, no, this is INSANE. Its been two weeks and we still have our friends and family talking about how good the food was and the service was. Ken, Karen and the whole team (AMY IS MY GIRL!) were so supportive and kind the whole entire time. My husband and I never felt like we were bothering them with our questions. We highly reccomend this venue for sure.

We truly cannot recommend the Stone Mill Inn enough. They went absolutely above and beyond for our wedding back in July and we are forever grateful. We cannot begin to express how helpful and informative Amy and the rest of the Stone Mill team were throughout the whole process. The biggest blessing was the fact that we, as well as our families, could enjoy our wedding day with no stress. The entire set up, execution, and clean up was completed by Amy and her team. Ourselves, as well as our guests, cannot stop talking about how great the venue, food, drinks, etc. was. THANK YOU to the whole SMI family.

I am the Mother of the Groom and this past weekend my son, and now daughter-in-law, had their wedding event here. I cannot find the words to adequately praise this venue! The owners, the staff, the food, the facility - were all magnificent! Not only did they make the bride and groom feel special and important, they gave just as much attention to families on both sides as well as all the other guests. There wasn't a single detail that wasn't considered. There was always someone to handle, help, or assist with anything. A niece asked the Maitre d what she could eat during the cocktail hour because of dietary restrictions, and he provided her with a plate rather than just telling her what to eat. He was outstanding. The bridal suite was stunning, the grounds stunning, the food fantastic...we received so many compliments on all aspects. As good as the food was when we did the tasting, it was just as good the day of the event. We walked away from this event so pleased, and in awe, at how well they planned and worked with such professional people who truly care about what they are doing. There is no doubt in my mind that they deserve 5 stars and then some! Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable wedding !

Our July wedding was everything we wished for and more. From our first time seeing the venue to our actual wedding day- everyone/everything was above and beyond. Nicole was our wedding coordinator at the venue and she took the time to get to know us as a couple to make sure our day was amazing. My husband is hard to open up to at first- but Nicole took the time to figure out a connection (the Army) before diving into details. This helped him have more of a voice in meetings and feel comfortable with the process. From every last-minute question to the day of random tasks, Nicole did it all without making us seem like a burden or ridiculous in any way. She was everywhere the day of but always made sure I got what I needed and felt confident all day. She does it all- and even helps serve the food! She was incredible in every way and we owe her many thanks! The staff- what is there to say besides- THANK YOU! The bartenders- amazing (the drinks were phenomenal!). Waitstaff- Amazing. Chiefs- Amazing. Owners- amazing! We heard so many things about our wedding but one consistent thing was how nice and helpful everyone was to our guests, along with raving food reviews. My Husband was and still is bragging about our menu! The venue itself deserves its own review- It was gorgeous. The house the bride and bridesmaid get ready is perfect to enjoy a relaxing morning. For pictures, there are so many breathtaking spots. We still only have our sneaks but I am showing everyone because every single picture is amazing! Coming from a family of gardeners- they were impressed with the grounds! Everywhere you look- beautiful lush gardens. The historical Mill is preserved so well that you want it to be in all your pictures! I could write another 5 paragraphs but it all comes down to, we were so lucky to have found Stone Mill Inn. It exceeded our expectations. We had our dream wedding and it was largely because of Stone Mill Inn! We would recommend it to anyone!!

We absolutely LOVED working with the entire staff at the Stone Mill Inn. From our first tour to the wedding day, they were so kind and truly cared about us and our vision for our day. Our coordinator Amy was so helpful in answering any questions that we had, and making recommendations to make sure the day ran smoothly. We loved the convenience of having catering on site, and all of the food was delicious! We enjoyed the tasting event a few months before the wedding to select our menu choices, and get a sense of how the reception would look. The property is STUNNING; with the natural beauty you don’t need to do much to decorate. On our wedding day, the staff took care of everything! From checking in on us in the bridal suite, directing vendors when they arrived for the day, helping stay on track with the timeline, even making sure we had a cocktail waiting for us at the end of the aisle after the ceremony!! We still get compliments from our guests on how kind and helpful all of the staff were, how beautiful the property is, and how good the food was!! We cannot recommend the Stone Mill Inn enough!!!

Hello Stone Mill Inn, Just a very quick e-mail of thanks for ALL of your hard work, consideration, and mindfulness throughout our daughter, Natalie, and her now husband, Kieffer's wedding last Friday evening (7/12). We know you are already gearing up for another eventful weekend, and you've been busy with other weddings since; but, we wanted to make sure everyone there knew how much we appreciated your efforts last week and we don't take for granted just how much work you put into preparing for, and making those visions come to fruition on the actual day! We got to see firsthand the many "wheels turning" from the moment the girls got there at 9 am. Your consideration for Natalie's hope to have the ceremony up at the Abbey was genuine and we are grateful that you waited until there was no other alternative but to hold it under the tent, which was beautiful and could not have turned out better! However, the most amazing part was how skillfully your incredible staff ALL pitched in to turn a cocktail hour space into a wedding altar, then break it down again back into a cocktail hour space! We still don't know how you all did so artfully and professionally. And for the weather to break long enough to get pictures up that the Abbey made the day all the more perfect! It is obvious that you care about those you serve. No doubt, you meet many types of people from many different backgrounds with many different expectations each and every week. Natalie and Kieffer are a special young couple (again, our bias shows), and both wanted their wedding to be a celebration! As two public school teachers, they worked hard to make their wedding day special. For our family, marriage is a sacred covenant and their wedding brought together family and friends who haven't seen each other in years. You ALL played such a big part in this and we give thanks for you. We finish with the top 5 things that really stuck out to layman eyes: 1) Amy. She just was so encouraging and positive with Natalie and we are so thankful for her expertise and passion for what she does; 2) Jim. He was always on the go! Again, so friendly and reassuring! 3) Teamwork. There were just so many examples of how EVERYONE pitched in to help (moving benches, checking on groom, FOB, FOG, taking things where they needed to go, setting up, packing up, etc.). This includes the obvious emphasis you put into the training and "togetherness of mission" to the staff. The ENTIRE waitstaff was TREMENDOUS and there aren't enough good things to say about the young men and women working Natalie and Kieffer's wedding. They were friendly, helpful, hardworking, and represented Stone Mill Inn in the highest way possible. 4) Food. It was delicious and we know we threw in a monkey wrench by going a little long with speeches/dances. So many attendees had such glowing comments about the food and appetizers! 5) Relationships with vendors. It was also obvious how welcoming you are to the vendors and just how "hand in glove" those relationships work. Amy and Jim had such great interactions with several! Well, we probably made this e-mail a little longer than expected; however, it really was important for us to let you know what a wonderful day it was and how good you are at what you do! Ken, Karen, and the entire Stone Mill Inn staff are a phenomenal team. It is so evident that they are all passionate about making each couple's wedding vision a reality. The investment with Stone Mill is well worth it for their attention to detail, hospitality, and service, and not to mention the peace of mind on the wedding day. My husband and I worked closely with Olivia as our day-of coordinator. Not only did she check-in with use regularly throughout our engagement via email to make sure we were on track with the necessary planning timelines up until the wedding, but she also had multiple meetings with us where we discussed each and every detail of our day. I don't think our wedding planning would have been nearly as successful without her assistance. Moreover, on the day of our wedding, we as the couple did not have to worry about a single thing. Stone Mill executed our day seamlessly. Their compassionate service is evident in every detail and you can tell the staff genuinely enjoy what they do. Every bit of the venue is truly stunning from the grounds that are so meticulously kept, to the Mill with its timeless beauty, to the bridal suite that's the perfect environment to enjoy a morning of hair and makeup with the ones you love. Our guests could not stop raving about the venue's charm! Stone Mill Inn was the venue of our dreams! It is a gorgeous property where you can truly see the care and love the owners put into it. Our favorite thing about Stone Mill Inn was there was no hidden fees. We didn't have to pay extra for the tent, or chairs, or lighting fixtures. It was all included! The affordability and look of the venue were the selling points that compelled us to book our wedding there. The staff is so nice and personable. They truly cater to you on your day and before. Amy was our venue coordinator, and she was so helpful in filling us in on how the venue operates, things we may not have thought of as far as details and is overall a lovely person. The catering team was phenomenal! We are now 3 weeks out from our wedding and are still getting rave reviews on the food! Everything came out hot and to perfection. Our friends who have allergies were accommodated as needed which was very important to me being a dietitian. I truly could go on and on about this venue! It is a venue you will not regret booking!

This was the PERFECT place to get married. My husband and I could not be happier with how the day went and the overall experience leading up to the day. Our coordinator Amy made the whole process so smooth and was available whenever I needed her for questions. All the staff was so accommodating and nice! They worked with us to create a special meal to prank my dad (long story) but they were so excited and happy to do it! All my guests said how amazing the food was and how beautiful and well kept the venue was. Our wedding party loved the service of drinks and hors doeuvres after the ceremony during some quick pictures before cocktail hour. I just cannot rave about this place enough and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a stress free day because they make it SO easy. The owners are phenomenal as well and have put so much work into making it beautiful! I want a friend to get married here just so I can come back again!

My daughter's wedding here was extraordinary! The grounds are just beautiful. The chapel is so lovely in the late afternoon light. The food was wonderful and the staff was top notch. This venue provides plenty of staff to get the food served hot and delicious. Our guests raved about how great everything was. Several commented that it was the best wedding they'd ever attended! I cannot gush enough about how well we were treated. Thanks for a perfect day for my little girl!!!

Words cannot describe how positive our experience was with Stone Mill Inn. The process for so effortless from start to finish and nothing seemed overwhelming. We received so many compliments from our guests about the service and food which are out of this world. I want to extend a personal shout out to our day of coordinator Olivia. She was calm, professional, and even sew my strap when it broke. I can’t say enough good things about this venue and I am so happy to have gotten married at this stunning venue 😊

I can’t say enough positive things about Stone Mill Inn! I’ve never been to a venue where the owners make an appearance at a tour-Ken and Karen are incredible people. They love what they do, and it shows in every aspect from landscaping to their amazing staff and even the food. The venue is absolutely stunning and the grounds are meticulously groomed. There are numerous options (both indoor and outdoor) for the ceremony, cocktail hour and even the reception. Not to mention all of the BREATHTAKING back drops for photos!! The bridal suite is elegant, with lots of natural light. It is spacious, has a bathroom, plenty of outlets, and can accommodate a large wedding party! The staff is attentive, kind, and does a wonderful job listening during planning meetings as to bring the bride and groom’s visions to life. We met with our Coordinator (we love you Amy!) in person and on the phone numerous times to ensure we were all on the same page. I knew if I needed anything she was a text, call or email away. She helped keep everything on track the day of our wedding and ensured everything ran smoothly. She was such an encouragement and brought a calming presence throughout all of the planning. I am truly grateful to her for making our day so special. I do have to give a shout out to all of the coordinators as we had numerous interactions with each of them and they are all truly wonderful! We had drinks waiting for us the moment the ceremony finished and the staff even followed us with Hor’s d’oeuvres while we were taking photos so we didn’t completely miss out on cocktail hour. The menu options are quite extensive and they can accommodate special requests for allergies, etc. The food is delicious, portions are big, and it is evident that the Banquet Coordinator, Jim, and his team take pride in what they do. I used to be a wedding coordinator, and I can honestly say that the staff of Stone Mill Inn go above and beyond for their couples. It is evident they want each couple to feel special and well-celebrated on their big day. From intimate weddings to larger parties, they are a fully equipped one-stop-shop. From one bride to another: If you’re looking for a venue that has it all, I highly recommend visiting and booking your special day at the SMI!!

As a guy who really didn’t want a big wedding IF I ever even had one….this place made my wedding day the best day of my life. The staff was unbelievable…my friends are still talking about how awesome they were. Amy is a gem, the owners are on top of everything, the actual venue is beautiful. Can’t recommend enough. My husband and I picked Stone Mill Inn not only because of the BEAUTIFUL landscape and gardens, but also because the staff was so amazing! We had Amy as our wedding coordinator and she was so responsive and loving towards us. Really felt like a part of the family. The food was so good (I swear by their crab cakes) and all my guests were blown away by the attentive service. The price of the venue includes all linens, glassware and the wedding coordinator! We didn’t even look at any other venue - as soon as we stepped on property, we knew. I promise you will not regret having your wedding at the Stone Mill Inn!

What more can we say other than phenomenal!!! Every detail was perfect and the entire staff made sure that we had everything we needed to have the most perfect day. Amy, our wedding coordinator, was always a text away throughout the entire process and gave great advice on how we could have the best wedding possible. She went in to an entirely other level the day of the wedding, making sure we never had to lift a finger. The entire venue was beautiful and required very little decor, it spoke for itself. The food was fantastic, we got many compliments of it being the best food at a wedding they ever had. I could write an entire book about how great everyone and everything was, but to keep it short, if you are looking for a venue that truly cares about making your wedding day the best day possible and will go out of their way to work with you, then Stone Mill Inn is the venue to book.

Our son and daughter-in-law had a summer wedding at Stone Mill Inn recently. We were so impressed with the planning, care and ease with which the staff executed everything. Stone Mill Inn was truly the BEST decision my husband and I made regarding our wedding. I would give them 10000 stars if I could. My husband and I only looked at one venue…. As soon as we toured SMI, we knew that this was the venue we wanted to get married at. My wedding coordinator, Amy, was truly such a pleasure to work with. She made this entire process seamless. I had zero stress or worry the morning of my wedding. Read that again! I truly was perfectly at ease knowing that the staff, Amy, Jim, Ken, and Karen were going to execute my wedding perfectly. From the very start of planning, stone mill inn will create a portal for you and your spouse regarding every single detail leading up to the wedding day. They are extremely organized, prompt, and guide you in the right direction from the time you make your deposit to the night of your wedding. After the ceremony ended, SMI staff greeted my husband and I with appetizers, our signature drinks, and space to enjoy our first moments together as husband and wife. The food was AMAZING. Definitely choose to have a seated meal- the staff was incredibly fast and they are masters at what they do. I got sooooo many compliments from my family/ friends that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. The seated dinner was incredible, the staff was extremely accommodating, and Ken and Karen made me feel like a member of their family. I could not have picked a better venue. From the bottom of my heart, I can not thank Amy (my wedding coordinator given to me through stone mill inn) enough for going above and beyond to make my wedding day perfect. It was hands down the best day of my life, and it would not have been possible without Stone Mill Inn. Do not look further for a wedding venue- this place is one in a million. Stone Mill Inn and their staff made our dream wedding come true. From the moment we set foot on their grounds, we knew we wanted to get married there. Karen and Ken were super welcoming, Olivia was the most helpful, patient, and kind wedding coordinator out there, Amy was so helpful on the wedding day, and Jim executed the catering to perfection. They treated my husband and I like superstars, making sure that we had everything that we needed throughout the entire wedding process. There's nothing more amazing than knowing that your wedding was one of the best days of your life and it's all thanks to Stone Mill Inn. Before, during and after our special day, they had gone above and beyond expectations for what I expected to take place. I've been to a couple weddings, but obviously had not much experience with what goes on behind the scenes to make it happen. I knew I had a lot of vendors to speak to, bookings to make and of course an overload of people to talk to about how to make my "happy ever after" happen. We toured a few venues along the east coast, changing our dates and thoughts throughout the time, but had finally come up with the idea of a "fall themed wedding" because we both LOVED the season. I knew I wanted a rustic vibe with some vintage tones and Stone Mill Inn popped up into my search results. We made an appointment and took the three hour drive up to explore the site. And I was blown away by how beautiful it was; the greenery, the woods, the stone of the castle building and the feeling of a "fairy tale" that I got touring around pretty much sold me before we even sat down at the table. I was already planning my wedding in my head as Olivia helped us go over the different prices and places we could hold the ceremony. Olivia was the best to work with; she was present and courteous, engaging, easy to talk to and knew every answer to whatever question that popped into our minds. We left feeling very excited for our future wedding. Also, getting to meet Ken, the owner, that day was so nice; he was so pleasant and kind and seemed to really care about his home and business. Moving forward, we had a couple meetings over zoom about the details: decor, vendors, food, seating, our bridal party, and everything else we needed to do. Olivia was great at keeping us on track and organizing our thoughts and questions. Talking to her felt like talking to a best friend about my wedding and not just someone who wanted to get their job done. I'll miss getting to chat from time to time! Months before the wedding, they invite all the wedding couples getting married that year for a food tasting, which we LOVED and thought was a nice touch; although, their food was all so good, it was so hard to narrow down what we enjoyed the most! A couple more meetings and follow ups after that, we were ready to drop our decor and everything a couple days beforehand during our rehearsal. Now, our bridal party was not able to attend because it was a semi-destination wedding, but Olivia was not concerned; she knew how to handle the timing of everything. And we couldn't have been happier with how everything came together on the day--our decor was set up nicely, it was nice and heated in the pavilion, everyone was on time and it ran like a well oiled machine! The culinary team did an amazing job with the food and even gave us an extra course (nice touch!). Overall, Ken, Karen, Jim, Olivia and everyone else with Stone Mill Inn--thank you for pulling together our amazing day. Our guests had nothing but the best time and couldn't stop raving about how much they loved your venue. It was beautiful. Best day of my life (besides my kids, haha)! (:

Ahh, there are not enough words to summarize how amazing Stone Mill Inn & the Staff are! We were drawn to this amazing venue, because of the beauty of the grounds (of course), but more so that the Owners Ken & Karen personally gave us the tour. We got to sit down in their own home and talk about what our vision was. My husband is a huge foody, and that was very important to him that our food was some of the best. SMI team killed it! FIRST we got a tasting day with our family that made choose so easy, but yet so hard at the same time, because everything was just amazing! At this tasting (almost 10 months before the wedding) was the day we first met our coordinator, Amy. We sat down with Amy on many occasions to discuss all the details from the large to the small details that many don't think about. I am a very organized person, and I loved that Amy was always on top of everything and just as organized, if not more than I am! Even when we did not have scheduled appointments Amy was always available by email/text to answer any questions we had! Ken, Karen and Natalie were the first to greet us when we arrived on our wedding day, they helped us unload the car and make sure all my bridesmaids and vendors got to the bridal suite okay. They each came in, many times during the morning to check in and see if we need anything. Fast forward to ceremony time and Amy was my girl! Got everyone lined up, in place & the most calming voice that eased the craziness of the day. She was the 1st one to great us (with food & drinks) after the ceremony and we walked down the aisle. Jim personally gave my fiancé and I our dinners and was always checking in on us seeing if we needed anything. Jim & Amy are a couple dream/power team. While the day flew by the SMI staff couldn't have made it any better! Our guest is still and will be for a long time talking about how amazing the venue, the staff, the food and everything was!! Thank you so much to Ken, Karen, Natalie, Amy Jim & the entire SMI staff for making my dreams come true and celebrating our big day with us!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Stone Mill Inn, and neither can my guests! My now husband and I toured the venue in December 2021, and knew immediately this was the place. We did not get married until Oct 2023, but every step of the way was incredible. We planned our wedding from out-of-state and had a huge amount of help from our PROVIDED day-of-coordinator, Amy. Coming from out-of-state, it was wonderful to find a venue that included so much - ceremony & reception sites, tent for an outdoor area, in-house catering, table/chair/linen/cutlery options, and day of coordinator. As well as a preferred vendor list for the services not provided. I did not lift a finger on my wedding day and neither did my family. The grounds are stunning, it is easy to see how much the owners, Ken & Karen, put into the grounds. Everytime we returned, there was something new. The food and service was phenomenal. My husband and I were never without a full cup the entire night and were greeted at the end of the aisle with hors d'oeuvres. You can absolutely not go wrong with Stone Mill Inn!

We had THE best wedding at the Stone Mill Inn. No other venue could compare to this place. Our wedding coordinator Olivia was AMAZING and made our wedding planning a breeze. On our wedding the ENTIRE staff made sure we were having the best day of our life (which we did). All of our guest stated that it was the best wedding they have been too. The staff truly pays attention to every detail. I felt like a queen on my wedding day. The owners of the venue truly make you feel like family, throughout our wedding Karen and Ken (the owners) made sure that we comfortable and having the best time of our lives. The staff sets up everything and even packs up your cars with all of your stuff so that you can spend every minute of your wedding day celebrating. In all honesty, when we went back to the venue the next day to pick up our cars my fiancé and I almost cried because we were so sad that it was over. Schedule a tour ASAP and see why we fell so in love with this place.

From the first time we toured Stone Mill Inn, we knew it was special. The grounds were so full of different colors and plant life, it was astounding! From our planning meetings with the SMI Team, we knew their service would be top-notch, but it wasn't until our wedding day that they absolutely blew it out of the water. From the start of unloading all of our decorations with care from the trailer to setting them up with care and precision. As the Type A, DYI bride, I was truly able to enjoy my whole wedding experience without a worry that something would be in the wrong place or would be missing. The day was perfect and the grounds were even more beautiful the day of. The service to my bridal party, us, and our families was OUTSTANDING! We were able to enjoy all the treatment as Bride and Groom. Our guests can't stop talking about how beautiful the venue is, the amazing food, and the top-notch service. I would love to come back as a guest at Stone Mill Inn!

Magical! From the moment we first visited, Ken, the owner, went above and beyond giving us an impromptu tour (we were visiting from out of town and just stopped by in the parking lot) of the stunning property. He even pulled up photos of our date from prior years to give us an idea of foliage. He reassured us about rain concerns on our wedding day, 9/29/23, and promised he would do all he could to get us outside. Luckily, the weather held and we were able to have our ceremony in the beautiful Woodlands. The service at SMI is top-notch. Jim ensured the groomsmen were taken care of the second they arrived at the venue and he consistently checked in with us throughout the reception. As soon as the ceremony was over, the wedding party was greeted with cocktail food and drinks. They even set aside a plate for us with cocktail food for dinner since we didn’t have time to eat much during photos. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were large. Many guests raved about the food! Amy, our coordinator, was with us every step of the way leading up to the wedding and was very responsive to my many questions. Kate helped us in the bridal suite the morning of and she was also fantastic! The day went so smoothly in large part because of Amy and Kate! Rehearsal and decorations drop off were a breeze. The SMI team unloaded our cars during drop off and loaded them after the wedding. Even without our officiant at rehearsal, Amy walked us through everything and we had a flawless wedding ceremony the next day. We are so happy we chose SMI for our wedding, and we would recommend this venue to couples seeking a stress-free, well-executed, and memorable wedding experience. Book early, as this incredible venue fills up fast!

I don’t even know where to start! Ken & Karen are wonderful, they are the most personable & kind hosts! It’s so nice being greeted the morning of by them! The staff are absolutely wonderful & on it. Amy is such wonderful human being. She is kind, respond efficiently and basically holds your hand the whole way through! From touring the property over 2 years ago, to the food tasting, the meetings, to the actual day it was all a wonderful experience! I highly recommend getting married here. All 12 acres is stunning. Thank you to the chefs, the staff, the coordinators, Ken & Karen. You guys have an amazing job, family & property!

Words will never be able to fully express our love and appreciation for the Stone Mill Inn and all its staff. From the beginning with the tour we felt it was meant to be. Karen and Ken took the time to understand who we were as a couple and our hopes and dreams for our future wedding. Fast forward through the wedding process they made it so easy with emails giving us guidance on where we should be on the wedding planning process as well as gave us recommendations for vendors whom we were completely amazed with! Their coordinating team was incredible. Olivia specifically worked with us and helped put our vision to life! Talk about super woman. Fast forward to wedding weekend, what a dream. From the day before wedding day, we were greeted eagerly by all the staff at the SMI. They helped us unload all 4 of our cars full of decorations and alcohol within 20 minutes. They made this process worry-free and surprisingly enjoyable. They were amazing! You could feel it from the moment we pulled into the lot how excited they were for us. The wedding day does truly go so fast, but the staff from Stone Mill Inn made it their mission we were able to soak it in and enjoy every part of it without the stress. The whole property was breathtaking and you can evidently notice the love and hard work they put in. The bridal suite was beautiful and an unbelievable experience to be able to get ready there with my bridesmaids and mom. They made all of our wedding dreams and visions a true reality from our Pittsburgh cookie table to even our welcome frosé freeze pops as guest entered, they made it all happen! After our church ceremony our bridal party was greeted off the party bus with hor d’oeuvres and drinks. The staff even came up to us multiple times during photos to make sure we had something to eat and drink. Shoutout to Jim for checking on us so much and waiting on us likely royalty- you made us feel so special! Let’s talk about the food- YUM! Not only was the staff phenomenal, attentive and so kind the food was out of this world. The food tasting months before gave us so many options. Our families are still raving about the food and service. We heard numerous times it was the best wedding food people have ever had. We appreciate the in-house catering team SO much for all their love they put into their work, it did not go unnoticed!! We also just want to thank them especially for the care and compassion they showed our families. We had two handicap family members and the SMI went out of their way to make sure everything was accessible and easy to get to. The staff checked on them multiple times throughout the night to make sure they were taken care of. I even noticed several times the staff holding doors to assist my family getting to the handicap accessible bathroom. They probably didn’t know we even saw, but it goes to show they go above and beyond for you and every single guest. Thank you and thank you SMI! We feel honored and blessed to have been able to celebrate the best day of our lives at The Stone Mill Inn. It truly felt like the best day because of them.

We truly can’t write a review that expresses how much we appreciate all the amazing staff at Stone Mill Inn. To say they (& the stunning property) blew our expectations out of the park, is an understatement. Not only did Stone Mill Inn have their arms wide open for my Husband & I to join their 2023 couple lineup but they truly valued our relationship and WHO we were as a couple rather than just another couple on their calendar. Amy was phenomenal. Wow. We were so blessed for such a loving, compassionate, & detail oriented wedding coordinator who turned into a friends. The patience & consistent wellness check ups did not go unnoticed. I could go on and on about Amy- she TRULY wants you to have the best day of your life. All of the staff at Stone Mill Inn do including the amazing owners which is so rare to find in the wedding industry now. These people *KNOW* what they are talking about & we are so thankful we put our trust in them to create our most perfect day. Not to mention their food is amazing. All of our guests were expressing their food was the best wedding food they ever had. Our family, wedding party, & guests were more than taken care of during our wedding. Stone Mill Inn was the first venue we toured, and we instantly knew that we might as well cancel the rest of our scheduled tours. As soon as you walk onto the grounds, you can feel the love, beauty, serenity and magic that radiates from the venue. The staff, including owners Ken and Karen and our amazing wedding coordinator Amy, make the experience so meaningful and unique from the start to finish, and even after. Each meeting we had throughout the planning process was seamless, and the team really thinks of everything to make sure your day goes as smoothly as you dream it to. Amy was available for any and all questions that I had, which at times were a ton, and never hesitated to help. She was above and beyond what a typical 'venue coordinator' provides. The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect, and the staff really does make sure all needs are met, from unloading vehicles on rehearsal day to decorating according to your plans, and tearing down and repacking everything at the end of the night. Kate and Amy made sure everything was perfect in the bridal suite and even set up our champagne and the food we brought in. Jim, who coordinates food & beverage, was an awesome help throughout dinner service and went above and beyond for my groom and his groomsmen as they hung out during the day. There isn't a groom suite, which is a bit inconvenient, but Jim was awesome to make sure the guys felt important and had what they needed. Our guests raved about the food, which was just as delicious as it was at our menu tasting. We also had the late night pizza which was a fun touch. It is so evident how much Ken cares about the grounds and the venue and making sure it is perfect at all times. He can be very particular about certain things, but it all has a purpose. Overall, my husband, myself, our families and guests can't say enough great things about Stone Mill Inn. It is the perfect venue for an indoor/outdoor wedding with delicious food, caring and attentive staff, and an all-inclusive package. If I could live on the property, I really would.
