I absolutely loved this place! They made the wedding planning process a breeze and the day of went so smoothly. They are much more than just a gorgeous venue

All I can say is WOW! The Stone Oak team was absolutely incredible. Over the year long process of planning our big day at SO, Rhonda and her team were so incredibly helpful and attentive. Any time I had a question, Rhonda was always available to chat and help me settle my nerves. The day of, the team was so incredibly helpful. They make the couple, families, and bridal party feel so comfortable and at ease. Having the team there to assist with all of the day of coordinating was extremely helpful and made it such an enjoyable process for me. After the ceremony, they made sure we got our food delivered to our table, and even packed up an additional meal for us to take to our hotel afterwards. I’m so incredibly thankful for the amazing work the SO team did on our big day- it wouldn’t have been such a smooth day without their help! I can’t recommend Stone Oak Ranch enough.

Could not have placed our wedding in better hands! From the beginning, I was so impressed with Rhonda’s professionalism, efficiency, and experience. The venue itself is naturally beautiful, requiring little decoration on our part; the team does a phenomenal job maintaining the grounds. Rhonda answered all of our questions in timely fashion and provided with us with wonderful, reliable vendors. On our wedding day, both Rhonda and Robin (our included day of coordinator) took charge, handled all of our stresses for us, and kept us on time. Highly recommend this venue and team!!! The venue is beautiful and the staff was great up until the day of the wedding. We had an hour long meeting with the venue a couple weeks prior to our wedding date. We sent an updated timeline a week prior to our wedding, and made sure it was read. The day of the wedding came and we had our coordinator all ready to go. As soon as we arrived the owner of the venue was coming off way too strong towards family members and everyone involved. As the night went on it got worse. She said that they never received an updated timeline. She also very obviously did not receive any information from the long meeting we had with the venue. She was extremely bossy and rude. Also, when it came time for me to walk down the aisle she told the guests “we have a bride who is adamant about walking down the aisle rain or shine so get outside.” It was barely sprinkling and she made me feel like crap for continuing to do it outside. (It stopped raining once I came down the aisle.) my guests even thought that was very unprofessional. She followed me around while getting my proctored done asking me a million questions that had already been answered. She made my day 100 times more stressful than it needed to be. I specifically asked that nobody throw my and my husbands plates away at the reception so we could snack throughout the night since we didn’t have time to sit down and eat. Her or her staff threw them away so we didn’t even get to eat. For how much money is invested into an even like that, you would think someone would be a little more sympathetic. Nope, once she got her money she ran all over us. I know I’m not the first one with this issue because I was warned by others before our big day even came. For someone who owns a venue like this, they should be professional but also have a calm inviting demeanor. I have worked at many venues under high stress and never seen people treated this way. Honestly, we cut our reception off an hour early and had all of our guests come to our house just so we could enjoy the rest of the night.

Stone Oak made our day absolutely perfect. The venue is gorgeous inside and out. Rhonda and Robin went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect.

Stone Oak Ranch was phenomenal. The owner sat down with me 2 months before my wedding and planned the day of timeline. Down to the smallest detail. We had a long engagement so, she allowed us to come on the property whenever we needed, for pictures, measurements, whatever we needed. Originally my ceremony was suppose to be outside, but it ended up raining the day of, of course, and she came to me an hour before and asked where I wanted the wedding. She was very clear that it was absolutely up to me, and I said we could move it inside. Her and her staff took care of everything. Moving dinner tables, setting up new rows for the ceremony insid all of it. It turned out even more perfect than I could have imagined. Her & her team were amazing, and I would recommend them and the venue to everyone.

This venue is absolute perfection. My husband and I toured venues in May 2015 and this was the first place that we viewed. No matter how many other places we saw this one kept moving back to the top of the list. Our wedding was in June and we could not have made a better decision! Rhonda is an absolute professional and made sure that every detail was finalized before the day of the wedding. Everything went off without any issues and I have heard from countless guests that it was one of the most beautiful venues that they have ever seen. Highly recommend!!

Stone Oak Ranch was the absolutely perfect venue for me and my husband. It has a gorgeous rustic reception barn and beautiful little outdoor wedding chapel. Rhonda was the best coordinator out there and definitely knew what she was doing. We had quite a few problems with other vendors and she took care of every last one - even issues that happened just days before our wedding! We wouldn't have changed a thing about our special day and I know that Stone Oak Ranch is a huge reason for this. Couldn't thank them enough for everything that they have done for us! #GandBFoundLoveOnTheSea

Best day ever! Stone Oak Ranch was amazing. They helped me find the best wedding package and pull off the most amazing wedding. Their staff was so helpful through the whole process. The day of the wedding was a breeze for my family and I they took care of everything. I could not be happier with my choice of having my wedding there.

I cannot imagine my wedding anywhere else. I saw a picture of Stone Oak several years ago, and thought it would be the perfect place. When I got engaged, I looked it up and checked out the venue to discover that it was indeed the perfect place! Rhonda and her staff were SO helpful. They knew every little detail and made sure we were comfortable and relaxed. The venue itself was gorgeous and needed very little decor due to the natural beauty. All the details were covered! Note: The bride's suite for getting ready was wonderful! Lots of mirrors and plugs and places to hang things. According to my husband, there were no places to hang things in the groom's side and only one mirror. Just something to know going in! But absolutely not a deal breaker. I had the wedding of my dreams within my budget.

I couldn't have asked for a better location for my special day. It was gorgeous, cost effective, and the owners were simply spectacular. I definitely recommend this perfect venue.

Stone Oak Ranch was a dream come true. When I first saw the venue I was blown away by its beauty and the gorgeous setting... and the best part was that they are very affordable! I was even able to take my bridal pictures there and they turned out great. The venue coordinators were very helpful throughout the entire process. The day of the wedding ran very smoothly with their help. They were always there to lend a helping hand. I had a great experience and I would refer them to every engaged couple.

The staff is fantastic. They are a well Oiled machine. They know what needs to happen, if you are clueless like I was. I thought I understood the big picture and they showed me there were so many details I hadn't thoughts of but they had already taken care of. I rec so many compliments during and after the wedding. It is in the middle if nowhere but it's truly a gem if you make it worth your time and stress that to your quests your wedding will be magical.

I was the most picky about my venue for our wedding, and this one was just perfect. The atmosphere and charm was spot on for what I wanted. They would have Five stars for just style and amenities, but there were a few things that could have gone a little smoother with the set up and meetings before the wedding day. But this place is amazing and so cute. The owners really work hard to give you exactly what you want. Love it!

Around this area, it is hard to find a good place to get married. This was one of the best places that I found. I thought it was so beautiful and the owner and staff were so helpful and nice! My only complaint was that it was a little small and expensive for only one days use.
