Stone Ridge was a literal DREAM of a wedding venue!!!! Could not recommend this place enough! From the planning process, to the complimentary tasting event, to the rehearsal, to wedding day…we could not have asked for a more perfect and seamless wedding venue! Chelsea was amazing to work with and helped us along the whole planning process, she was a blessing!! On wedding day, Chelsea and the whole Stone Ridge staff were scattered throughout the venue to help with anything & everything our guests needed. The whole staff was so attentive & quick! Our dinner was served right on time & tables stayed clean all night long! Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful of a venue it was & how kind the staff was! It was truly a dream of a wedding day and we are SO thankful for Chelsea and the whole Stone Ridge staff!!

Chelsea and the Stone Ridge staff made our experience so wonderful and easy! From setting up, helping us plan, and the night of the wedding they were fabulous every step of the way. The food is truly amazing and every comment we heard was that they had the best wedding food ever. The staff were so attentive and friendly. We would absolutely book the venue again and plan to for other life events that need a celebration here!

Our wedding at Stone Ridge was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Chelsea worked with us for several months to make sure every detail was exactly how we envisioned it. She was quick to respond, made any accommodations we needed, and ensured we were completely taken care of throughout the entire process.
On the wedding day, everything went flawlessly. The setup looked exactly like we had pictured—beautiful and seamless. The food was incredible, especially the mandarin glazed pork chop, and the team made sure there was plenty to serve everyone. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good everything was, especially the late-night burger bar, which was a huge hit.
The staff truly went above and beyond. They kept everything on schedule and even prepared a special meal for our best man, who has autism and couldn’t eat the main dish. That kind of thoughtfulness meant a lot to us and our families.
From the bar service to the decor, every part of the day exceeded expectations. Chelsea and the entire Stone Ridge team made our wedding unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend them more highly to anyone planning their big day.

Chelsea was so kind, patient, helpful, professional, insightful, you name it. Not only her but her entire team. We presented her our vision and she made it a beautiful reality. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding reception at Stone Ridge Golf Course — it was everything we had dreamed of and more! From the moment we booked the venue, the entire process was seamless, professional, and incredibly well-managed.

Her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and passion for making every event perfect were evident from day one. Chelsea and the Stone Ridge Golf Club Team truly go above and beyond to ensure you have the best day! My husband and I made the difficult decision to push our reception to 2022 due to COVID but kept our original 2021 wedding date. We decided to move our venue to Stone Ridge when we pushed our reception and it was the best decision we made!
Planning with Chelsea and her team was so easy and she is a blast to work with! When we had our tasting, it was so hard to make selections for our menu because everything we tasted was incredible!
Our reception was an absolute blast and that can be credited to Chelsea and her team. Their customer service was phenomenal and they made sure we were taken care of all night. We received so many compliments on the venue, food and overall experience from our guests!

My husband and I loved this place! We had a church ceremony so we only had our reception here. We looked at 9 venues total around Toledo and surrounding areas and this was by far the best and wasn’t overly priced! Chelsea is amazing at her job and tries to help you with anything she can. She is very responsive and very personable. She genuinely tries to make your vision come to life and gives her opinion if needed but also lays every option on the table. Chelsea will also work with you and your budget to get what works best for you. The whole staff was great and took out a lot of the stress of a wedding by setting up and taking everything down and having the stuff ready for us to pickup the next morning.
This venue was perfect for us! We got married in June 2024 and the site was gorgeous and our guests loved the deck overlooking the golf course. The food was great and we got so many compliments from our guests on how amazing of a wedding and venue it was! There were some very small minor details that didn’t quite go as how we planned them, however, they were only things my husband and I noticed and they weren’t anything that would “ruin” the day. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would recommend Stone Ridge to anyone looking for a venue! If you’re on the fence, BOOK IT!

Chelsea at Stone Ridge Golf Club helped to make my husband and I’s wedding day perfect! Everything leading up to the big day was made easier by Chelsea’s expertise and her team of professionals. Everything from choosing the right colors, picking out the menu, and pricing out the options, to figuring out what companies to use for flowers/dj/etc. and how to arrange seating for our guests, Chelsea was there to help. It was an excellent customer service experience that made wedding planning feel so easy. We got so many compliments on the venue, smooth timing of events, and the food from our friends and family. We could not have had a better experience!

I cannot recommend Stone Ridge Golf Club enough! Chelsea and her team went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was absolutely perfect. As a bride, I was able to be completely stress-free because they took care of everything, from setup to teardown. My husband and I are so happy that we went with Stone Ridge for our ceremony and reception! Chelsea was amazing to work with and was so helpful in the planning process. She also set everything up the week of our wedding and made sure that everything went perfect the day of. That helped take so much stress off of us!! The food was so delicious and many of our guests continue to bring it up to us! One of the best parts was how so much was included that isn’t at a lot of other venues (linens, fancy chairs, cutlery, glassware for centerpieces, some decor, and more)! The other staff were so friendly and helped make dinner service go smoothly! We can’t recommend SR enough, they helped make our big day so perfect and we are so thankful :)

Chelsea and the staff at Stoneridge did EVERYTHING to make sure our special day went smoothly and seamlessly. Chelsea was so helpful and the venue was absolutely beautiful. They truly made our vision come alive and the staff worked diligently throughout the night to make sure every table was cleared and cleaned. The bartenders were awesome and so friendly when taking requests from our guests. I truly couldn't have asked for a better venue to get married at as well as host our reception. Our guests were extremely impressed and even complimented my husband and I, as well as giving the venue coordinator a nice email about how much they enjoyed our wedding. I never thought I'd be able to say that our wedding truly went PERFECTLY in every single way. THANK YOU GUYS!

I truly cannot recommend Stone Ridge GC enough - - their staff is AMAZING. Chelsea is an absolute hero & made my day absolutely perfect. I felt no stress around her and she was on top of things. Her communication was SO timely, the food was absolutely delicious (we still have family & friends telling us how yummy it was!), and the service was unmatched. Stone Ridge was a fantastic venue for our wedding reception. We had 200 people in attendance and it didn’t feel crowded at all. There was plenty of space on the dance floor. We loved the big bar area and balcony with a gorgeous view of the golf course.
The food was AMAZING. Several guests made positive comments and we are still hearing about it 3 weeks later. The open bar / drinks were also a huge hit with many options and the ability for our guests to get creative with their drink orders.
Chelsea & her staff worked extremely hard leading up to our big day. From the initial tour to final details, Chelsea was extremely detailed and organized. Our reception was exactly how we pictured. Her staff was unbelievably kind and attentive throughout the entire event. We loved how they even signed our guest book!
We would also like to acknowledge the shuttle service to and from our hotel (for extra $), free use of glassware for the centerpieces, and the beautiful lights, curtains, and chandeliers that amped up the space. We also appreciated the staff setting up and cleaning up.
We would recommend Stone Ridge for any event to everyone!

There are not enough stars in the sky to accurately rate Stone Ridge Golf Club, Chelsea Smith, and the rest of the staff at this venue. Stone Ridge offers everything you could think of to make your wedding day seamless. Chelsea is the built-in wedding planner for this venue, which saves on having to hire someone else. Chelsea listened, communicated every step of the way, envisioned, and NAILED our wedding details. We had to bring our decorations, and she made magic happen. The other staff members who worked diligently to make the day run smoothly were polite and accommodating, ensuring every transition was as smooth as possible. The reception food was raved about by every guest in attendance, especially the late-night sliders and fries. The food-tasting event that Stone Ridge holds is very well organized, fun, delicious, and helpful in further wedding planning. Stone Ridge offers a shuttle service at the end of the ceremony back to your designated hotel. This gave us a sense of relief that everyone would be making it back to their rooms safely, and we could all enjoy the evening without worrying about how we were getting back. You will not be disappointed by choosing Stone Ridge as your wedding venue. Thank you to each and every one of you for making our day perfect.

Stone Ridge was the best choice we made for our wedding!! Chelsea, the kitchen staff, servers, and bar staff were all so accommodating, professional, and went above and beyond for us on our special day! Chelsea helped guide us through planning our day, gave us great advice to help everything run smoothly, and allowed our day to be stress free by taking care of setting up and cleaning up on our special day. I just have to say thank you! Our wedding was an absolute dream and we could have not asked for a better day, location or staff. We had the best night ever and made memories that will last a lifetime! Everyone loved the food and the atmosphere they created for us! The bartenders were fabulous and all the servers were great and very attentive. I will recommend anyone looking for a wedding venue to check these guys out. You hear so many horror stories about wedding but ours was just perfect. I truly truly appreciate everything they did for us! Thank you for the most special night!

Stone Ridge is truly the perfect wedding venue. Chelsea, Megan and the staff were so helpful during the planning process and the day of! They made everything stress free for us! Stone Ridge is a beautiful venue with a gorgeous spot for your head table. They provide catering and the bar so there is no need to look for outside vendors. The food was incredible and there are so many food options for your budget! The staff sets up and tears down everything. All you do is drop off your items and pick them up after the wedding. This was huge for us! No need to stress about setting up and tearing down when the wedding is over. They do it ALL. They also have several items you can use for free such as votives, table numbers, easels, and card boxes. They also provide the option for a shuttle to go to and from the venue to local hotels. We could not be happier with our choice to use Stone Ridge!!

When we were deciding where we wanted to get married we asked ourselves “how do we want to remember our wedding day in 30 years.” We both wanted to remember our wedding day as a beautiful and relaxing day. Once we asked this, we immediately knew that Stone Ridge Golf Club was the place where this would happen. Stone Ridge Golf Club is a beautiful venue that allowed us to have a picturesque outdoor ceremony and a beautiful reception. Not only is the venue beautiful, but the staff are AMAZING! Chelsea is a star to work with and she truly is so good at her job! She gets back to you so quickly and she remembers all the special details to help bring your wedding vision to life. The food at Stone Ridge is so delicious! Our guests mentioned how much they enjoyed their meals multiple times and the late night pizza was a hit with our guests. The waitstaff and bartenders are the best – they have amazing customer service and they were all so kind and in the best mood! Stone Ridge has so many amenities that can help take so much stress out of wedding planning! We cannot recommend Stone Ridge enough as a wedding venue. We would choose Stone Ridge Golf Club over and over again!

Our wedding at Stone Ridge & working with their coordinator Chelsea was an absolute dream! When we were looking for a venue for our wedding, it became very stressful and hard to decide. What ultimately made us go with Stone Ridge was meeting with Chelsea. She is very easy to talk to and knows what she is doing. Our day could not have gone more smoothly. We get compliments all the time about the food. The bar also did a great job keeping up with our signature drink all night long. The venue is very beautiful and you can't go wrong working with Chelsea!

We are absolutely IN LOVE with Stone Ridge and their staff! We got married there in August, and knew it was the perfect place the moment we walked in the golf club. We loved working with Chelsea as she felt honest. laid-back, and truly made our dreams come true. Stone ridge was the perfect place for our wedding. Our outdoor wedding was absolutely beautiful and the indoor reception was stunning too. The food was amazing and got tons of compliments. The entire day was perfect. When we were deciding between this venue and another we liked, what swayed our decision was definitely chelsea. She is a superhero. She was great at answering all of my questions and so organized. She did so many things for me that I was expecting to have to do myself. The whole place is great but Chelsea will make your lives way easier during a stressful time.

My husband and I got married in March at Stone Ridge and it was the best choice we could have made! Trying to plan a wedding during COVID times was so incredibly stressful. Chelsea helped ease any of our concerns and was able to help make our dream wedding come true. The food was amazing and everything was set up so beautifully. We chose Stone Ridge Golf Club for our daughter’s wedding. The setting is beautiful, the food is delicious and the accommodations included in their wedding packages are generous. Once we made our decision to choose Stone Ridge, we worked with their staff to plan for the special day. Unfortunately, we needed to postpone the wedding. This was a difficult decision to make but we were set at ease when we contacted Chelsea and we were able to change the date and continue planning without skipping a beat.
All of the staff were so kind and courteous to our family. Their organization and attention to detail made the special day flow beautifully. We could not have asked for a better experience.

I am not sure where to begin! Stone Ridge was nothing but the best for my wedding. From the moment I saw the reception hall to the ceremony spot I was in love and knew my wedding had to be there. Chelsea was everything I could have dreamt of for being a wedding coordinator and planning the day with us. It was a blessing to be stress free the morning of my wedding knowing that Chelsea and her team were taking care of my florist, cake, food, alcohol and all the decorations. Not only this but the amount of table decor, table numbers etc. that you are able to borrow is a major plus! Our food was amazing and cooked to perfection, every guest continued to compliment the food on how delicious it was! We ended our night with a pizza bar - and wow was it a hit! Our guest’s loved Stone Ridge just as much as we did. I would choose stone ridge time and time again if I had too. Thank you so much for making our wedding the best day we could have ever dreamt of! I could not have imagined having my wedding anywhere else! Stone Ridge really has it all; a fantastic staff, a beautiful venue and amazing food! The best part was having Chelsea there to help! I was really nervous about planning my wedding but after meeting her it put my worries at ease. Chelsea was absolutely amazing to work! She is so sweet and helpful which made the process an absolute breeze. I was so amazed to see the great job Chelsea and the rest of the Stone Ridge staff did at setting everything up, they really did such an amazing job transforming my vision into reality! Chelsea. Is. WONDERFUL. My husband and I would absolutely have our wedding here over and over again because of how amazing the venue and staff are. The venue is beautiful, the food is great, and the staff make sure that your day goes just the way you planned. Wow, how do I put in everything I loved about StoneRidge in just a paragraph. When we first booked our wedding at StoneRidge Kara was the coordinator but she got promoted, once Chelsea took over at first I was a little nervous someone I hadn’t met would be helping us plan our big day. When we first met Chelsea at the tasting event all my worries went away. She is just as sweet and attentive to detail and made our wedding planning process feel so smooth. In the era of Covid that says a lot. Chelsea and her staff at StoneRidge were amazing and made our day better than I could have imagined. She set up all our decor and it was spectacular. The food was the bomb and I got so many compliments from our guests about every detail. I have no idea who does events better than they do. I highly recommend them to any couple looking!

Chelsea and the rest of the Stone Ridge staff are absolutely amazing! Even with the pandemic causing issues with wedding planning, we still had the best wedding we could ever imagine! This venue is the most perfect venue to have a wedding. We got so many compliments! Chelsea and the team does so much, so you don’t have to worry about a lot of things! Stone Ridge Golf Club staff, especially Chelsea, were FANTASTIC in all aspects of the very caring planning and detailed preparation for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding on August 1, 2020. (The original date was April 18. The next date was May 23. With the perfect wedding taking place on August 1.) There are not enough words of gratitude or happiness to express how impressed I was about the entire SRGC Team who literally moved heaven and earth, during a rain storm, to bring the ceremony inside the ballroom...and we were still walking down a perfectly set, beautiful aisle on time!
All evening, guests complimented the beyond DELICIOUS meal, FABULOUS table service and FRIENDLY bar service!!! Our daughter smiled so brightly from the ceremony to the dance floor due to the genuine enthusiasm and attention to detail she felt from Chelsea and the SRGC Team! Our family will always have the most cherished memories of our kids' wedding day because of the dedication to customer service that we and our guests experienced throughout the day at Stone Ridge Golf Club.

This was the best venue! It had everything we wanted. The do all the hard work behind the scenes and the patio with the view of the golf course was a huge hit! Chelsea did an amazing job. Everything was perfect, especially with being a corona bride. They helped us change every detail, worked to help us make it the most perfect night. We want to do the whole day again.

Chelsea and the staff at SRGC made our day SO perfect. Everything looked so amazing, the food was great, drinks were fabulous. Everything was just absolutely perfect thanks to Chelsea, Kara, and the crew at SRGC. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a venue of any sort! Thanks again guys!

We had our daughter's wedding reception at SRGC & are soo glad we did! It was beautiful & we have got so many compliments on everything from our guests on everything. They loved the hall, the staff, the bar, & they are still talking about the buffet! We splurged on the prime rib & also added their artichoke dip appetizer. Both were worth every penny. Delicious!! They put in new carpet & dance floor this year as well as additional lighting on ceiling & headtable backdrop. These changes were an added bonus that makes the hall look so elegant. I was a little nervous when Kara took a new postion at SRGC & Chesea took over, but they went above & beyond to ensure a smooth transition. Everything turned out wonderful & everyone had a great time. My only complaint is that the evening went too fast!!

The perfect wedding venue! Perfect for couples looking to have ceremony & reception at same location. It's also very convenient to not have to hire and keep track of numerous vendors as they supply the food, drinks, tables, chairs, linens, etc. All for a very reasonable price as well. The clubhouse and property are breathtaking. The wedding planners are amazing. Kara & Chelsea were always very helpful and quick to respond with any questions I had. They made sure wedding day went perfect with absolutely no hiccups. There's not one thing I would've changed.

What a wonderful memory of an incredibly beautiful day! Stone Ridge was absolutely amazing to us! They were fantastic throughout all of our planning and initating and were so attentive to our every need! So many people raved about the day and how smoothly everything went--and the food was amazing!! We had people tell us it was the best wedding food they ever had! Stone Ridge was a huge blessing to our daughter and son-in-law's special day! Thank you!

Stone Ridge was absolutely perfect and the staff there goes above and beyond to help your vision become reality! Kara and Joe were amazing throughout the whole wedding process and made sure our day was everything we ever dreamed of and more. We have received so many compliments on the food from our reception--the chef's food was phenomenal! We cannot thank Stone Ridge Golf Club enough for all the time and effort they put into our wedding, we really appreciated it!

I'm so glad we choose to have our summer wedding here. Best decision ever! The staff is so unbelievably friendly and they take such great care of you. Deciding on Stone Ridge for our big day was by far the best decision we could have made. Kara was amazing and went above & beyond to make our day perfect. We planned on an outdoor ceremony, and unfortunately it did end up being a rainy day (hopefully meaning good luck). We made the call to have the ceremony indoors a few hours before and I was bummed, but once I saw the way the staff had set up the indoor ceremony, all my fears was eased. It was beautiful. I had many compliments of how helpful and kind everyone on the staff was, how great the food was, and overall how great of a day it ended up to be. We can't thank Kara and the Stone Ridge staff enough for all of their help in making our wedding day easy and wonderful.
