Stone Valley Meadows was absolutely wonderful. The venue was stunning and the staff was so helpful. Stone Valley Meadows made my dream wedding come true. Stone Valley Meadows communicated well & was always available for questions to be answered. They made wedding planning seamless & helped to think of little things that weren’t thought of - even the smallest of details. We booked our wedding coordinator through Stone Valley Meadows which made a huge difference because Ali knew the venue like the back of her hand. The coordinator was there to guide us through the rehearsal and the wedding the day of. They helped to set up the wedding which was a huge relief to not have to worry about setup on the day of the wedding. The bridal suite is beautiful & made the day so simple to get ready and not have to worry about traveling. We had the ceremony in the meadow, however, Stone Valley Meadows had a backup plan for the ceremony to take place inside if it happened to rain. I would absolutely recommend Stone Valley Meadows!

Stone Valley Meadows was a perfect venue for our wedding! We got married there in April, and we were blessed with perfect weather for our outdoor ceremony. There were paved paths for elderly family members to get around on, and the reception hall is stunning and can be molded to whatever vision you have in mind. We received compliments for both of the getting ready spaces for the bridesmaids and groomsmen. The SVM staff are very friendly and accommodating. I mostly worked with Shelly who answered all of our questions, let us come look at the venue multiple times, and ran our rehearsal efficiently. Also, we couldn’t have had such a flawless ceremony to reception transition without her help and expertise. I highly recommend Stone Valley Meadows for anyone looking for a five-star wedding experience.

We had our wedding at Stone Valley the first weekend of June 2024 and it was a dream! The venue staff was extremely helpful throughout our 18 months of planning and was easy to communicate with. They provided help with finding other vendors and where to purchase event insurance. They made the whole process stress free and we specifically worked with Ali and Shelly and they couldn’t have been nicer or more organized. The place is beautiful and our pictures turned out amazing too! Plus there are areas for both the bride and groom to get ready on site at! They even gave us a little welcome bag on the day of our wedding with champagne and two wine glasses to keep!

We just held our daughter and her new husband's wedding at Stone Valley. It was fantastic!!! We had so many compliments about how nicely set up the venue was. Shelly made this stress free for me. She anticipated things that needed to be done ,before I even ask. This lady is 'CALM". and it helped settle a MOB's nerves The facilities allowed guests to meander outside, if the music was loud ,or hang inside for the fun dancing. Luckily the weather was perfect but the option of having the ceremony would have been OK as well. The wedding party loved being able to get ready together on site. A huge plus.
So happy that we have a Stone Valley Wedding on the books.!!!!!!

A STUNNING venue. Our guests raved about it and it was the perfect place to host 190 friends and family.
I’ll be honest, at first I was nervous. It is not a cheap venue, and communication was very professional and cordial. Other venues seemed more conversational and personal, but we couldn’t deny how perfect this one was. As time went on, I felt like the communication got more personal though and we ended up being very happy.
Pros:
- Grooms getting ready space. So many venues within this area have no grooms space or it’s a closet, and this one is amazing. The bridal suite is also gorgeous and being in the venue is really helpful.
- Built in bar is awesome and in a great location. Everything is very well thought out actually. Two dance floors, the DJ hook ups both outside and inside, the area for catering, etc. It’s very easy to envision everything.
- Stunning. Literally can’t overstate how pretty it truly is.
- Prompt communication from staff. Anytime we had a question, it was answered quickly.
- Pets are allowed which was nice! We brought in adoptable puppies for cocktail hour which they allowed, I loved that.
Cons:
- It is pricey, but you get what you pay for, and it was beautiful.
- Someone is not there the entire day of your wedding. We were let in at 9 AM and the person, who was very nice but also very new, stayed for an hour, then left and came back an hour before the ceremony. We had some questions in that time and a person there would’ve been helpful. Other venues seem to do that and for what you pay, it’d be nice. You also have to set up your own ceremony chairs if you do outside, which again, not a huge deal, but for what you pay, it’d be nice.
- We had some audio issues as did the wedding the weekend before us. I thought it was just our DJ, but the in-house sound system was a little hard to hear for the wedding the day before ours and the weekend before. No one could hear our speeches or dinner dismissals.
Overall: They are very professional, which makes sense with how out of hand wedding can get sometimes, but it can come across almost cold. Luckily, we didn’t feel that way as it went on and they were easy to work with. Their app really helps you design the whole space easily. The venue is stunning and they’re well respected in the industry, but do have some strict guidelines. But if you’re nice and don’t push the limits, they are actually easy to work with and were really nice about letting us set things up early, pick them up later, etc.
They can add some fees and things for caterer and bar, which can be annoying, but luckily we booked preferred vendors and were exempt.

We have 3 daughters and this was the worst experience we’ve had with a wedding venue! The venue is beautiful but that is all you get for your money! Read the contract carefully as you are responsible for all set up, including the chairs and clean up at the end of the night (unless you pay extra) with everything having to be out by midnight. You even have to provide your own ice. The staff is not friendly, helpful or flexible. During the wedding, the staff they had present looked like a high school kid in a crop top and torn jeans—not the professional appearance one might expect for a wedding with cocktail attire. She waited to use a leaf blower on the walkway until guests were arriving—it was disruptive. The staff opens the venue in the morning and then is gone until an hour before the ceremony—unless you pay extra. We had conflicts with the other weddings planned for the weekend to find a good rehearsal time and I was told, “We don’t owe you a rehearsal. It says it in the contract.” And, we lost our WHOLE deposit because our wedding planner helped pour wine to alleviate the lines (a violation of the contract—even though we stopped it as soon as we realized it). They will find any reason they can to charge you extra and to keep your deposit. Very disappointed!

iew critiques are simply untrue. We would like to start by saying that all of our policies are clearly listed in our contract that was signed by the couple. The contract clearly states what our rules are regarding alcohol, what the clean up looks like, that chairs must be set up, ect. We even had most chairs set up for you that morning, and alerted the couple that only ~30 chairs would still need to be added. Most aspects are also communicated in the initial tours we do with couples. As can be seen from other reviews, we are very flexible with our clients. But, we will not cancel other couple’s noted rehearsal preferences that have been noted months in advance to accommodate the time that is suddenly desired by another couple. When a Thursday wedding was booked, we reached out and explained all the ways we could accommodate your daughter’s rehearsal to take place during the week or the morning of, yet none of these appealed to you so you scheduled one with your own planner at the rehearsal dinner. Two days prior to the wedding, we were contacted and asked to add the clean up package. When we explained that this was unable to be done due to the wedding being two days away and us not having the staff to get this scheduled (also stated on the contract that packages are subject to availability) we were again met with pushback. As confirmed with your planner the day before the wedding, adding the cleanup package was only mentioned at a previous meeting and was labeled with a “maybe” and that we’d be informed if it was desired to be added. Said package was never added or paid for. As discussed with your planner who called for further information as to why it could not be added, said package would have our staff clean up items and have ready for you to pick up the next day. But, since our building ordinances do not allow for clients/guests/nonvenue persons to be inside the building past midnight, all items must be removed from the building at that time. This is also reiterated in the contract, and highlighted under the rental time you have booked with us. The only money kept was the refundable security deposit, and that was due to our alcohol policies being broken time and time again throughout the event. Our staff asked that self service be stopped multiple times, the bartenders asked that self service be stopped multiple times, and when asked we all were ignored and brushed off. We do have a written statement from the bartenders, as well as footage, showing all the instances that our words were ignored and the verbal altercations that both our staff and the bartending staff were exposed to by said guests. The loss of deposit stems solely from the safety risks that the venue, staff members, and bartending company were put at due to this recurring issue that night.

Stone valley meadows was so great! First off Ali, Shelly and all of the staff are super responsive and helpful! They have a great processes for planning and checking in. Their preferred vendors list was super helpful and we used a few on there! The barn itself is just absolutely stunning. The bridal suite was perfect and the groomsmen and groom loved the separate grooms barn! They had a blast all day! Our wedding was about 150 people and it was comfortable. The ceremony site is beautiful and intimate even for a larger wedding. I 1000% recommend and would choose them 10x over

We celebrated the most unforgettable wedding with our daughter and her husband . SVM was truly the perfect venue for their beautiful and memorable wedding day during Memorial weekend. The garden/Meadows looked lovely and the reception main barn ready and set up according to the floorplan they have chosen. Although there was a another wedding there the night before, on our arrival the following Saturday morning everything was tidy and perfect for our family's wedding to take place. The Bridal suite was spotless and ready for our bride as well as the Groom's barn, we could not have been more happier for the lovely couple. The staff at Stone Valley Meadows were very accommodating and helpful and kept in close contact to insure we had everything we needed. In fact from the first day we booked SVM the staff were always professional and was always ready to assist and answer questions, thank you Shelley you were phenomenal and Ali and all of the staff. We now have wonderful memories their wedding was BEAUTIFUL!! SVM has the best to offer all in one an amazing location, Best Venue, Thank You!

The venue was absolutely gorgeous and exactly what we were looking for. On the other hand the employees were not what we expected…. They did not help with anything, did not give any ideas while we were walking around/re arranging and thinking of what way we want our wedding to look like. They are not there for you they are all about their venue and how they look. We paid extra to have a “coordinator” and we did not get that. If you are someone who will need a lot of guidance I would highly recommend hiring a coordinator outside of the venue or choosing another venue.

As staff members, we are here to assist when asked questions, but we don’t overstep our role and offer unsolicited advice or try and dictate what decorations you choose for centerpieces. But we are always here to offer opinions when asked. Our coordinator package is limited to working in-house and with vendors that have already been chosen. Unfortunately, with our venue and schedules, we are not able to assist with meeting vendors with you initially and helping you book them. We do give recommendations though. We did sit down with you to aid in timelines, floorplans, etc; and communicated with vendors once we received their contracts to nail down their arrival times and monitor what they would be responsible for the day of. Your day of coordinator did set up the space with your linens, decorations, folded napkins once they arrived, and worked to ensure that the timeline was followed, vendors were greeted, and that the wedding party knew when to walk. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer any more in depth packages for planning than those listed on our site and package list.

Stone Valley Meadows made all of our wedding dreams come true! From the moment the barn doors opened & I saw my husband standing down the aisle by the windows, to our grand entrance together at the top of the staircase where we could see every single person who meant the world to us! Our wedding was a dream. Stone Valley was very easy to communicate with & very transparent with us about everything! We received countless amounts of compliments on how beautiful the venue was. We got married inside & then did a full venue flip & it worked out flawlessly! If you plan to do this, just ensure your caterer crew will help flip because SVM was only able to provide us with one or two employees to help! With the caterers & DOC we used & SVM employees, it didn’t take but 20 minutes! Their outside ceremony space is also stunning, if that’s the route you choose to go! Thank you Stone Valley Meadows for making our wedding day so dreamy. We couldn’t recommend you enough!

Stone Valley Meadows was absolutely stunning for our wedding. The staff was accommodating and easy to work with and overall pretty organized. You’ll have plenty of meetings throughout the process where they walk you through all of the information you need to know. The only thing I wished was that we worked with the same person along the way, but we met with someone different each time.
We paid for the clean up package which did save some struggle after the event. Overall, our experience with Stone Valley Meadows was great and our day went smooth and we continuously get comments about how stunning our wedding was. I would absolutely pick the venue again.

If you love this venue put a deposit down ASAP! We booked this venue in Feb 2019 before COVID and they were booked until Nov 2021. Absolutely gorgeous venue and plenty of space! You can have your ceremony and reception here which was really nice! All of the girls were so helpful on wedding day and were really responsive leading up to our wedding. You can definitely tell that the owners put so much thought into building this beautiful venue. They even give the guys their own barn to get ready in! What was also nice is you are able to split the cost of the drapes in the venue with a bride that has a wedding on the same weekend as you, as long as they agree. We did have to decorate ourselves, flip the room (with help from family members/friends) and clean up at the end of the night. You can purchase an extra package for this, but we had family/friends help with the clean up as well. Overall, this venue really was what my husband and I had dreamed of having our wedding at and it was a dream come true.

I knew the minute I got engaged I wanted to get married at Stone Valley Meadows. As soon as we booked, I knew I made the best decision. Ali was accommodating, quick with communication, and very flexible. Anytime I had a question or needed something, I was given a response right away. The day of the wedding, Ali was so helpful and made me feel at ease. Choosing Stone Valley Meadows was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

The venue is absolutely
beautiful. You have the option of indoor or outdoor ceremony. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. It is a bit pricey for just the rental of the facility Everything is extra, i.e., table linens, ceremony chair placement, planning, day of set up, wedding rehearsal assistance, tear down, etc. As long as you are fine with paying for everything, kind of ala carte, then this venue is great. Just be prepared, you will pay for every service you need. The day of the wedding, the air conditioner was not turned on in the bridal suite and it was extremely hot with sun pouring in, we called the owner, he came and turned it on. At that point it did nothing, it was too late. We also paid the extra $500 to have assistance set up before the ceremony so I could be with my daughter. The attendant put all the tablecloths on upside down and the seating chart was incorrect on the tables. Memorial flowers were not placed at wedding arbor as requested. At the end of the day it was a beautiful wedding and everything was fine. I am just not sure it was worth the price.

that day and we were unable to get a tech out to fix it that day. We are very sorry for that inconvenience. Currently, we are unable to provide linens with our facility as we do not have a place to launder and store them. We also don’t want to limit our customers to only using the limited selection that we may be able to provide. Set up of the chair is extra since many of our couple do not choose to utilize the space, but we will automatically take the chairs down so clients do not have to worry about them at the end of the night. We do include a rehearsal hour and assistance in the rental price of the venue, but should clients need someone to plan and organize the entirety of the rehearsal and ceremony, there is an extra charge associated with that since our staff will then take over the role of a day of coordinator or planner. We will relay to our staff to double check the linen’s bottom seams before setting the tables. As for the table numbers and set up of flowers, everything would have been followed via the set-up document that our staff collects prior to the wedding day. It is possible that the table number order and flowers were not highlighted on said sheet and that our staff followed those instructions before moving on to other added tasks. We will work on making a more in-depth planning spreadsheet to ensure that our staff has all the information needed to aid in the best set up possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Stone Valley Meadows was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. I was able to take an entire tour of the facility prior to booking and ask any and all questions before hand. They were super helpful throughout my entire planning process and was always quick with communication. They responded quickly to all emails and was always available for check in meetings with my coordinator when they were available. My guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was and it was perfect for the amount of guests we had. Planning a wedding during COVID was not something I ever dreamed of having to do but Stone Valley Meadows made it so much easier!

First impressions say a lot, including email response times. I tried multiple times to schedule a tour and the venue simply stopped responding. We are scheduling a pretty quick turnaround wedding, and had to move quickly to secure a venue.
That meant touring a lot of venues in a short amount of time. Stone Valley Meadows is the only place I had difficulty booking a tour. Disappointing because I really loved the overall look of the venue.

My sincere apologies but it seems that their was a technological issue, and it is possible that this issue inhibited us from seeing any follow up emails from you. We do have an up to date office number on our website, social medias, etc. and a redirecting voicemail should you have our old office number. We are in office nearly every day from various hours and would have been able to take any call and/or reply via voicemail.

The minute that we walked into SVM we knew that we had to book this venue. If you are looking for an a la carte wedding, then look no further. We were able to do exactly what we wanted without price that many venues hold for wedding packages. We purchased a few of their add-on packages, and it was totally worth it! Ali and her crew were so helpful and amazing through the entire process. They made the planning process, the day of, and after go extremely smooth! We walked in the morning of the wedding to a bag of goodies and a personalized cutting board. They sent a thank you card after the wedding with a little photo book of all of our decor and from the ceremony. Everyone raved at how beautiful everything was. We could not have asked for a more perfect day! Would highly recommend.

Place is so beautiful and team was easy to work with! Booked when the venue wasn't completely built yet and it was more than what I was expecting! Everything was thought of! The inside is just incredible! The windows, the chandelier! Just amazing! The table and chairs that come with the venue are also really beautiful! This venue does not need much decorations because it is so beautiful on its own and all the things that come with the venue! The outdoor ceremony meadow is amazing! The arbor is so incredible! They have a great sound system for inside and out! Everyone could hear everything! Because I had a covid wedding, we zoomed the ceremony. The people on zoom could hear everything that was said because of the sound system to the meadow and it really helped the people who weren't able to make it because of covid feel more included. The place is just gorgeous! There are so many great photo spots on the property! The bridal suite was so nice! We got ready there and it was so nice that we were able to get there in the morning and then not have to travel anywhere else. The make up and hair artist really liked the beauty bar! Made it easy to get us all ready! We also had a lot of fun there too! The groom's barn is amazing, a little jealous of it! Not going to lie! But it was really nice the groom was thought of as well and my husband and his groomsmen loved it! I loved that I could bring any vendor I wanted to the venue, I really got to personalize my day! They have great vendor recommendations too!
The team was very easy to work with and accommodating! They answered all my questions without me feeling annoying and I ask a lot of questions! They also worked with me when things were uncertain because of covid and helped me feel better about everything. They have an awesome program they use call all seated where you can set up the tables in the actual space so you have a better idea of how everything is going to fit in the space. And then they use that to have all the tables and chairs set up for you that week! It is a really nice program. They were very upfront on what was needed from me and the vendors for when we left, giving us all check lists. Me also asking a lot of questions to make sure I knew everything that was expected of me. My day of coordinator really helped with all of that too! They were so cute and sent us a date box with popcorn and candy about 2 months before the wedding and gave us a personalized bag with goodies in it that day of the wedding as a wedding present! So cute and made me feel very special!
All in all, I love this place and it was exactly what I wanted, minus covid! My husband and I and our family and friends had a great day! I would recommend it to anyone!

The main barn/ room is stunning with high ceilings, repurposed wood features, and huge chandeliers — and the adjacent lounge area is really neat. The ceremony meadow outside is the perfect setting for a wedding. The staff team and owners are friendly, professional, and want to ensure that their couples have the best event of their lives. I am a DJ and had the pleasure of working for a wedding here last night, and was completely impressed with the experience. From a vendor experience, the venue had everything I needed and more. One example was that I counted 4 electrical outlets outside in the meadow, where many outside ceremony spaces have 1 or none. The whole facility is wired with a great sound system that I was able to leverage to deliver sound throughout the event. The bride and groom were ecstatic with their choice of Stone Valley Meadows. I’m excited that I will be returning soon to help another couple celebrate at this awesome venue!

I am still in awe over how perfect our wedding day was! My husband and I booked this venue when it was still being built. We had been to other venues, but there were all missing something. I knew the minute that I saw the architect virtual tour and had our first meeting with Angela that this was the perfect place for our big day. With the outdoor ceremony space, on location bridal suite and grooms barn for day of wedding prep, space for yard games, and a gorgeous indoor cocktail area/ reception space we knew we had to book it! We went to visit the venue for the first time after it was completed during their open house in October 2019 and I was almost in tears with how beautiful it was! Angela definitely knew what she was doing when she designed this place!
The months leading up to the wedding, Angela and her team were quick to respond to the countless questions that we had and they were very easy to communicate with. Their assurance throughout the pandemic also helped put my mind at ease and they were very accommodating.
Our wedding day was perfect! Amber and Meredith were both on site during the day. They were very helpful and willing to answer any questions and assisted making the day run smoothly from set up to clean up. We had so many compliments on the venue. Our DJ was amazed at the sound system that was provided by Stone Valley. Our guests kept commenting on how beautiful the venue was. We also had the best sunset that could be viewed from the large windows in the venue that all of the guests got to take advantage of for photos!

Beware of Owner!!!!
My wedding date was 08/28/20.
Brides, let me say, this venue is absolutely gorgeous. I fell in love with it right away. But I had problems with the owner and management every step of the way. Angela, the owner, is very manipulative and refuses to admit when she is wrong. Don’t get yourself in the same situation as me. I was so close to my wedding date and had no way to back out. When I realized how crooked of a person she was, I was too scared to confront her and get kicked out or dropped from my wedding date. I wasn’t able to add full details to this review as there wasn’t enough room. Please check the venue Facebook reviews to see my details all supported by text and emails. I would not use this venue if I had to do it over again.

with you the entire time during the Covid situation, making multiple date changes to ensure you a date as things continued to be a moving target with the governor when venues were able to reopen. Once things started to settle down you reached out to me to ask about the bartender having to be licensed and insured. I confirmed they had to be. You stated that was not listed specifically under the bar tender section of the contract, but I showed you where the contract states that all vendors have to be licensed and insured. This is both a legal zoning requirement and a safety issue. I am not willing to take that risk. I am sorry that it upset you. However, I am not willing to have folks leave the venue over served, and put one of your guests or someone in the community at risk.
With all that being said, it’s evident that the person you used as a bartender failed to do their most important job, safely serving the guests (they over served your guests and my janitors had to clean up vomit in the stalls of the bathrooms.) Your bartender also allowed guests to bring in random bottles of alcohol and pass them around. My attendant requested the bar to be closed at 10:30pm due to these actions. A competent bartender would have follow the trained “safe serve protocol” and stopped service until the outside alcohol was removed. I have instructed my team that if this ever happens again to call the police. We will not tolerate those behaviors.
You added the clean up package which clean up of the areas of the barn the wedding party is responsible for. Vendors are responsible to clean their areas. Your bartender, a vendor was under the impression that they didn’t have to clean their section of the barn, even though they were presented a cleaning checklist the beginning of the night. And therefore left the bar area trashed (I would recommend that you don’t use or recommend them in the future. We will be putting them on our not allowed vendor list)
Unfortunately, your bridal party thought that clean up package meant they could leave trash every where except in a trash can. You left the bridal suite trashed. No one in your party had any respect for the space or my staff. Your caterer showed up late (my team even tried to contact them on your behalf) and then they proceeded to not want to follow the policies and procedures as well. This is exactly why venues have preferred vendors because of situations such as this. Folks have zero respect for other folk’s property.
We specifically allow brides the ability to pick and choose their vendors, but I can tell you that we have a list of folks who are not welcome at our venue because of the manner in which they have left it and both of your vendors are now on that list. We allow brides the option to pick whomever they would like to use so that it can potentially save them money. However, they are still required to follow the policies and procedures.
At the end of the night, you, your husband and bridal party were completely unprofessional to my venue coordinator to the point that she was crying. To her, it was obvious that there was al lot of alcohol consumed by they way the group was screaming at her and stating you paid for the bar to be cleaned up by our staff (as discussed above, you pay your vendors to serve and clean their spaces. You paid for our staff to clean the spaces you are responsible for. You already paid the vendors to clean their areas). This is why we give the vendors the cleaning list upfront.
There is no BUYER BEWARE here. We have been very transparent with what we said we would provide. I don’t mind receiving constructive feedback from anyone who has ever been at our venue., However, you and your friends stated that you were planning to leave a bunch of bad reviews. You had all your family and friends leave a series of reviews on Facebook that were simply untrue.
I have been a business owner for 20 years and i can tell you, I do not have that kind of history in any industry of the picture you have painted. I think the real reviews speak for themselves in terms of the content of my character.
With all that being said, one of your friends did bring up what I felt was a valid issue with storing the chairs in the pod at the end of the night. I have since added that into our package. So thank you for that valid feedback.
Everything else you and your friends stated is simply UNTRUE. My manager and coordinators can speak first hand to your behaviors. Our doors are always open if you would like to meet in person or virtually to discuss this.

We booked Stone Valley Meadows last June when they were just putting installation in. From day one we were impressed with Stone Valley Meadows. This venue is made specifically for weddings so it has everything in one place which is very unique for venues. It seemed like every time another vendor asked us a question about venue capabilities they were always impressed to know that Stone Valley could meet their needs. This also helped us save money since other vendors didn't have to provide certain supplies. It is also nice that they let you pick your own vendors and not go from a list they require. We got married at a church but it was nice to have the option to have everything in one spot. With being a bride during COVID, it makes you realize how important back up plans are. Whenever we reached out to SVM they were very quick to respond and they were extremely flexible. The amount of indoor and outdoor space they have allow for many options when it comes to furniture set up. They also were very accommodating for anything we wanted. You can tell they put a lot of thought in all details. On the day of our wedding they were extremely diligent with set up and it helped the day go so smoothly. Almost every single one of guests commented on how amazing SVM is. It is a natural beauty that doesn't require many decorations. We were so impressed with every part of working with Stone Valley Meadows we would choose them a thousand more times. They were one of the best if not the best vendor choice we made for our wedding. We couldn't recommend them enough!!!

Angela, and the rest of Stone Valley Meadows, has been a pure joy and pleasure to work with. It isn't easy to try and get married during a pandemic, but they made it as do-able as possible. Angela was extremely fair in the options we were presented, and exceeded the communication I expected. I experienced non of the covid related issues that previous reviewers mentioned. The venue itself is among the top I have seen/experienced. We knew it was the place to go, just by looking at pictures, but even pictures did not do it justice. For anyone looking to do any kind of ceremony, reception, or just a casual get together. Stone Valley Meadows should strongly be considered.

My sister asked me to come along when she toured Stone Valley Meadows for her upcoming wedding (Summer 2021). I had never heard about this location, but as soon as we arrived, I could see exactly why my sister was so excited about it. This venue is absolutely gorgeous! The attention to detail is evident in every single room- not a single thing has been overlooked. The decor is so classy and elegant, yet feels so welcoming and inviting at the same time! I was also very impressed with how Angela, the owner, was so attentive to all of my sisters questions and concerns. She didn’t seem to push my sister in any decisions, but instead just answered her many questions until she felt comfortable and happy with what she was getting. My sister had spoken so highly of the owner from speaking with her before our meeting, and I agreed wholeheartedly after meeting her myself- Angela is a true professional, and the pride and dedication she demonstrates for her venue just shines!
I wish there had been a place like this available when I got married, and I will definitely be recommending Stone Valley Meadows and it’s professional and personable management to anyone I know who is looking for the perfect place for their event! I am looking so forward to celebrating my sisters wedding here next summer!

We toured Stone Valley Meadows last weekend and we knew as soon as we walked in that we wanted our wedding here! The way the venue is decorated inside is absolutely stunning. The property itself will be so perfect for our summer wedding. We were so amazed by all the details, from the doors to the ceiling to the floors...it is truly remarkable. I love the bridal sweet, the grooms barn and everything inside was so unique and unlike anything we have seen during our search. The owner was so incredible to us, she spent so long making sure we had everything we needed and answering all of our hundreds of questions! She was always available to talk when we called, and she met us there on different occasions to show our family. We can not say enough great things about the venue and the owner. We were referred by a friend who attended a wedding there and gave it rave reviews. We are looking forward to our big day, and there is no where else we would rather have it. We feel like this location has the best photo opportunities of any place we have seen. We highly suggest checking out Stone Valley Meadows. It is one of a kind!

BRIDES BEWARE
My fiancé and I first went to SVM for a Christmas party in 2019. We fell in love with the venue and thought it would be perfect for our wedding. Fast forward to April 2020: things started going downhill the day we had the tour of the venue with the owner, Angela Norman.
Angela is incredibly difficult to work with and has proven to us that she takes personal offense when challenged on her contradictory contract or with simply inquiring about their payment structure given the economic uncertainty for small businesses due to COVID-19. We simply wanted to ensure we understood the contract that we were going to be signing-these are questions that I’m sure other couples have had in the past or will have in the future.
During the tour of the venue Angela said chair setup was included in the package for set up/wedding coordinator, but when I emailed to confirm she shared that it would be an additional $175 for them to set up the chairs in their outdoor meadow. This is nowhere on her pricing page and I shared that I felt it was bad business to do that. To us, it felt like she was nickel and diming us just because she could. The tour consisted of “we have this that you can rent for a nominal fee” and at one point she saw tree slices outside (used for table decoration) and said “I have no idea where those came from, but I can rent them to you for $50 or something”. Therefore, having her then renege and say meadow chairs cost extra seemed like a poor practice.
On our scheduled Zoom call she was not respectful of our time and showed up late (similar issue during our tour of the venue-she initially called 30 min prior to our appointment having forgotten about us, pushed it back 30 minutes, and was still late after she pushed it back). When we inquired about how the virus may impact her business she was quick to say she owned two Goddard Schools, her husband worked full time, and she didn’t need the money. She said SVM was her side hustle, but her customer service skills were lacking. She also was quick to say she did not know our relationship and we could break up and not pay her if we did not do her payment structure (75% of the money up front between now and November for a May 2021 wedding). We have asked the same questions to every vendor we intend to do business with-this was not meant to be personal, but Angela was defensive with us and clearly took personal offense.
We assumed all was well after our Zoom call, but Angela then sent us an email this morning that she did not want to do business with us. This initially came as a shock to us, but we believe we dodged a bullet. Angela will not take ownership for her faults and instead projects the blame on myself and my fiancé. She did agree to two items we brought up for consideration, but then reneged on the entire wedding. This is not how you do business with potential clients of your venue.
In Angela’s email cutting ties she said she wanted to give couples an AMAZING experience, but the experience we received was far from amazing.

re your day is amazing. We take pride in not nickel and diming our brides hence why we include all the chairs ( both inside and outside) , tables, audiovisual system, outside patio furniture, furniture in grooms barn, furniture in the lounge, use of the entire property for the day ( where some venues charge for different portions of the venue like the bridal suite or etc)a program to utilize for your layout of our venue so that you can plan your room scape to name just a few. Like most venues, we do have items that brides can incorporate into their special day that are an additional expense. The wooden patties you asked about would be an additional expense. However, I would hardly consider that nickel and diming. You are correct, i did not know where the wooden patties came from but it was obviously an item that one of my other employees purchased to be use by the brides. It comes down to personal preference.
As it relates to the outside chairs set up, they are not included in the set up / tear down package and as I stated some brides will not even use the meadow to get married. Therefore we also did not want to fuel questions that would consist of deducting items that were not in use. As you are aware, I did include those in those in at no charge. I was definitely taken back on how you handled the matter when you did accuse me of bad business practices. Your fiancé later discussed your tone and tried to smooth it over.
As you have stated, in a comical gesture, I do state that the barn is not my “ main hustle” , the reason I share that with folks is to hopefully provide them with peace of mind that I am not miss managing my business and we have every intention of being here for them in the long haul. I think for most folks they can see that I have poured my heart and Soul into the venue with every detail that I believe that can make your day special. I think they can also see that it was a very expensive project and do not take the management of it lightly.
As it relates to Covid like many venues, I have done everything on my side to be as accommodating with brides including waiving change fees, allowing them to put soft holds on other dates, allowing them to have small ceremonies on their actual day. We are all trying to navigate something that is truly unprecedented.
As it relates to your zoom appointment, I had explained when you scheduled the zoom call that I had a private school at the facility looking at the barn for a prom and it could possibly run over and it might be best If i call you. However, you insisted on a zoom call. Obviously i took the zoom call and the school administrators came back to the barn and interrupted your call. Unfortunately, there is not a lot I could do about that. At the same time another group came in as well to look at the venue. I unfortunately could not ignore either of the parties. Again, I was trying to be considerate and even apologized to you multiple times for the interruptions.
I think there are PLENTY of brides that can definitely attest to the fact that I will most certainly provide them with the opportunity to make payments, adjust due dates and etc. However, your request to pay $1000 and then pay the balance at 30 day before the event was unreasonable. I explained that in the event that you had to cancel the date I would not be able to rebook it. I also explained that if you had to cancel, you would have a better chance of rebooking your date and refunding those monies once another bride assumed that date. I also explained that I could be flexible with the payment plan, but you kept pushing to pay the remainder at the end. As you can imagine, I do not have access to your finances so I have no way of knowing if you can come up with $6,000 at the end which is why we do a payment plan. As I said to yo, this has been the policy even before Covid. However, what I am 100% confident that I know of several brides that will definitely concur that I have been more than flexible with their payment schedule. Especially for those folks who have lost their jobs and been furloughed and etc. however, that was not the case for you, you simply wanted to pay at the end because you felt my business would not be operational. It was at that point, that I explained my personal financial situation. I also explained that this was a completely new industry for me and I honestly didn’t know what was the best payment structure - that I was still working through those details. I was completely honest and up front with you as well as any bride.
As we continued to meet, it became increasingly evident that I was not going to be able to meet your needs. For example, you wanted the All Inclusive Coordination package but stated that you would do the rehearsal off site if I was unable to do it on a Thursday. I explained that I could not make that guarantee because with all of the Covid brides potentially needing dates, I can not predict what May of next year would look like. I explained that I could walk your bridesmaids / groomsmen through the morning of worst case scenario and have stand ins for each of you. Justin stated you all would come at an earlier date and I could show you were folks would be. He was not open to us doing any sort of rehearsal the day of. I have done enough weddings to know, that not having a rehearsal at the venue before hand with your bridal party would be a HUGE mistake. Again, case in point, you have booked this package with us, but we are unable to fulfill the service in a manner that we know has been successful. You all refused to be open for my suggestion. Even though we have experience with having weddings at our venue. We know that several run throughs are always appropriate. Now if you think back to the very first interactions, when you accused me of not including chairs in meadow package ( as bad business practices) how do you think it would have ended if I was unable to effectively implement the day of coordination package which is literally 3 times the amount of money as the set up package or clean up package. I felt that you would have accused me of it being a rip off when in essence you were upfront handcuffing us to be able to do our job effectively . I honestly felt that you would immediately posted a bad review after your wedding that you didn’t get your monies worth, or it was a rip off etc. In my mind, I felt that the Day of Coordination was a critical component of the success of your day and I did not want to be apart of it not going the way that you had envisioned it.
In summary, my goal is to make each brides day special, unfortunately early on in the process, I simply felt as though I was not going to be able to meet your needs. We have booked over 100 plus weddings and you all are the FIRST that I felt we were not going to be able to make happy. I fully expected to receive this review from you, but quiet honestly I would rather have a one star review from you now versus you not being happy with your wedding and then giving us a one star review. I realize you are disappointed, but I honestly felt this was a better option than not making you happy on one of the most important days of your life. I wish you and Justin peace joy and happiness. Again, at the end of the day, it’s not personal, we simply do not want to fall short of your expectations. I think that brides will be able to see from all of our 5 star reviews who ACTUALLY have had weddings at our venue that me and the team bend over backwards to make your day special. My daughter had her wedding and reception at Stone Valley Meadows November 2019. This is quite possibly the best venue option in the Cincinnati/Dayton area. Owner and facility designer, Angela Norman went above and beyond when planning the venue’s functions and amenities. She thought of EVERYTHING......from a state of the art sound system, designer decor, elegant lighting and a strategic location with beautiful sunset views.
A few details which set this facility apart from others we were looking at:
* no extra charge for wedding ceremony use
* ability to use the caterer of our choice (bartender as well)
* longer rental period.....from 9am to 12am
* ample chairs and tables included in rental
*separate groomsman cabin
*separate bridal suite
*picturesque location
* open concept with space for many guests
We are so happy that we chose Stone Valley Meadows for our daughters wedding. Guests are still saying that it was one of the most beautiful events ever attended. And I have to agree......it just wouldn’t have been the same anywhere else!

As the Mother of the Bride, I have to confess, when my daughter called us and said they had found the perfect wedding venue and I asked what it looked like and her response was “well , we don’t know for sure cause it hasn’t been built yet”, my husband and I were more than a tad bit nervous! But we trusted our daughter and Angela. So very glad we did because this was the perfect place for our daughter to get married! It is gorgeous and everyone commented on how beautiful it is. This venue gave my daughter the wedding of her dreams. Angela and Linda were so helpful and answered a lot of questions as the big day approached and were so supportive on the actual day. You can be confident if you have your event at Stone Valley Meadows, it will be all you hope for. The meadow is beautiful and perfect for an outdoor ceremony and the barn is fabulous for your reception. The interior of the barn is so beautiful, you can have simple decorations and it will be gorgeous. A bonus is the Groom’s Barn for the guys to have a place of their own before the wedding. Thank you Angela for all you did for us!!

I was & still am BLOWN away with this place. Literally when my now husband and I saw the land in December/January it was NOTHING. Ground hadn’t been broke, it was just dirt. We were so totally turned off but everything else was booked for when we wanted (honestly a sign from God that this was meant to be). We decided to take a risk with Stone Valley and BOY ARE WE SO GLAD! Our wedding day was the most beautiful and special day thanks to Stone Valley, all the hard workers to help get it done, Angela and her husband and for Linda helping the day of. Words cannot express my gratitude for the kindness & love everyone showed my husband and I, my bridesmaids and family and friends at our wedding. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Stone Valley is a DREAM & trust me when you see it you’ll know it’s perfect place to be. Every single aspect of SVM was planned and executed precisely to the T. Truly the most beautiful & special place for a wedding and many other events. I already want to go back😂😭💕 but seriously our vendors & guests were so obsessed with this place - I had people from other states saying “Oh my God where is that place?? What’s it called??” So if I were you I would get in there ASAP & book before it’s too late 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

Perfectly Amazing! This venue holds its own with a few decorations and a simple spread of food. You can kick it up a notch though and add some bling and fancy food and it’s pure elegance. Unique picture opportunities both inside and outside. It is truly a breathtaking place to have your wedding or really any special celebration!
