Stonebridge Country Club has one of the largest bridal suites and allows access as early as 8:30am on the morning of your event. This venue has all the needed items to accommodate up to 180 guests. Tables, Chairs, Linen, Accent Lighting, Personalized Bar Service, Planning and Day of Coordination are all include. Our Executive Chef and staff will prepare your meal with style and zest. We also take special care for our smaller guests and those with dietary restrictions. No guest will go home hungry.
With an open vendor policy, we welcome all dj’s, bands, bakers, photographers, videographers, etc. however we do have an amazing list of Tried and Trusted professionals we work with.
Stonebridge Country Club offers an array of wedding packages to allow you to customize your event and make it a memorable one. We offer All-Inclusive Packages as well as buildable customizations with addon’s like fireworks, sparkler send offs and late-night snack bars.

Hi Friends! I look forward to you joining me here at Stonebridge Country Club. Imagine your wedding day starting off as early as 8:30am in our spacious bridal suite with room service. While the rest of the bridal party plays a round of golf; then hit our locker rooms to shower & get snazzy! My staff & I will take care of your décor set up, ceremony draping, vendor greeting & Day of Coordination. I will check in with you throughout the morning & when we get close to complete, we will set up a viewing for you prior to guest arrival. The night prior I will host a rehearsal with the bridal party. We will walk you through line up, spacing & review the next days flow; you can even host your rehearsal dinner here in one of our other function spaces. On your big day I will repeat everything from the day prior & add a last minute fluffing & spot checks before sending you down the aisle. Once you become our newest couple; I will assist in organizing pictures & prepping for formal introductions. Throughout the reception day my staff & myself will check in to make sure you are well fed, have a beverage & are enjoying. We will assist with small details, timing & tasks like bustling your dress or shoe changes. We keep our eyes on the clock so you don't have to. I will touch base about sunset photos, formal dances & as the evening wraps up, we will assist with load out. With more than 25 years in the Hospitality & Wedding Industry I am proud to say "I work at Stonebridge Country Club". I joined the SBCC Team in 2013 & shortly after I married my husband. We started our family and in 2017 & I went out on Maternity Leave to be a mom to our Little Carter. While my maternity leave lasted longer than expected I was excited to return in 2023. The course & owners have invested in creating a space which is beautiful, flexible & often voted Best of NH. Growing up in the Boston area, he trained at the prestigious Ritz-Carlton Hotel and honed his skills while traveling across the USA and Europe, working with some of the world's leading hotels. Eddie also owned an acclaimed Italian restaurant, which was named Best of New Hampshire and ranked among the Top 10 New Restaurants. In 2017, he was honored to be selected as a Celebrity Chef for Restaurant Weeks. I am very happy to be a part of the Stonebridge team! We are dedicated to making brides and grooms' special days unforgettable, as well as ensuring golfers have an enjoyable round of golf and a relaxing experience at the clubhouse.

My husband and I do not have enough words to say how wonderful our experience here was. From the first message on The Knot to the morning after our wedding, we have been impressed. Jason, Cyndee, and Erin were a great team to work with. They made sure everything ran smoothly and took care of our entire wedding party. Cyndee and Erin were attentive and continually checked in prior to the ceremony both with myself and my husband. They were great with gathering everyone for photos and assisting our photographers and DJ with getting around the property. I highly recommend this venue and team to help make your day special!

I cannot say enough great things about the staff at Stonebridge, particularly Jason and Melanie who helped make our special day a dream.
We had a rainy wedding weekend that prevented us from hosting things outside (literal sideways rain). During the rehearsal walkthrough we spent time going through rain or shine scenarios so our village could be prepared for the next day.
We had a couple of coordinator turnovers leading up to the wedding, but GM Jason stepped in to ensure we were taken care of. They were quick to answer any/all questions we had and worked closely with us to make our vision come to life. We met with them 2 - 3 times the month leading up to the wedding to make sure everyone was on the same page. They ensured the day-of timeline moved forward as it should, allowing us to make the most of our time at the reception.
If you're looking for a wedding or event space - we'd recommend them 10x over.

My Husband and I got married at Stonebridge on September 9th. We couldn’t have asked for any thing to be different, it was absolutely perfect. The staff was incredibly nice and thoughtful, along with the GM (who also doubled as our event coordinator) Jason! Words cannot type what an asset Jason is to the Stonebridge Country Club. My husband and I knew nothing about weddings, no one in our families ever had an official wedding. Jason led the way, and guided us patiently, comedically, and effectively. Everything from the food, to the staff, to the atmosphere was everything we could have ever wanted. Thank you for truly making this a once in a lifetime experience.

Long review but worth the read if it saves a bride and groom from making the same mistake we did.
We had a list of disasters that occurred all through the day of our wedding.
For starters, we went through 3 different wedding coordinators in under a years time. Weeks before our wedding we were informed that our coordinator was on vacation so the manager and kitchen manager would be running the show.
On the day of, the bridal suite balcony was swarmed with bees, and the staff was aware but nothing was done to try to solve the issue. It was a beautiful day and we couldn’t even open the doors without them coming in. Our niece and my bridesmaid got stung at the ceremony and reception. As I was getting ready I counted the ceremony chairs, there were only 80 chairs. They were missing 40 until I spoke up.
It also came to my attention later that night that the buffet basically ran out of chicken and steak, leaving the last few tables to be called with barley any protein for their meal.
There was one bartender for 119 people. Causing a huge line with a waiting time of about 20-30 mins.
The biggest issue we experienced was when my 91 year old grandmother asked for the heat to be turned on and the tent immediately filled up with a propane smell and everyone feared for their safety, so they left the tent and most even left the wedding entirely. Ultimately we don’t understand how such a massive outdoor tent could fill up that quickly with a “propane smell”. After talking to numerous people they all believe it was due to a leech field malfunction, which would explain why the carpet in the tent was wet to begin with. We truly hope that isn’t the case and that it was propane, but either way our wedding was evacuated and cut short due to problems out of our control as bride and groom. All of our guests will now remember our wedding as a disaster, instead of the amazing time it should have been. We did not even once receive any sort of apology for the smell or explanation for the heaters not working. Staff had mentioned to a guest that it was the first time they turned them on this season but the wedding coordinator confirmed with me over the phone weeks later that that was a lie.
Also when speaking to the wedding coordinator over the phone about our issues, she stated they would do anything to make it right, now she is no longer responding to us. ( they probably moved on to the 4th coordinator by now 🤦🏻♀️)
Overall every aspect of this wedding from start to finish was substandard and chaotic. There was no direction and we feel that if at least the wedding coordinator was there that day that some of these issues would have been handled better (hopefully).
Truthfully I am embarrassed about my wedding and cringe when people ask me how it went. We are baffled that Stonebridge country club calls themselves the number 1 wedding venue in NH.

My husband & I were thoroughly impressed with our wedding at Stonebridge Country Club! Everything exceeded our expectations from the first tour, to the many questions answered in a timely manner, to the food tasting, rehearsal dinner & finally the wedding. the GM, Jason and event coordinator, Halley were SO easy to work with. They made sure we felt comfortable & confident in them since day one. We received many compliments on how flawless the wedding day went. They were sure listen to all of our wants and needs, and helped us each step of the way. We felt as if no task was too large for them to accomplish. If you are looking for an affordable wedding with Mountain View’s, Stonebridge is your place! We cannot recommend Stonebridge Country Club enough!!

Perfect venue and team! Our guests loved the food and bar /wait staff. Everyone was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, starting with a large coffee pot at 930am while getting ready. Olivia was magnificent the entire 6 months of planning. Always answering our questions timely and making sure we had everything set in the weeks leading up to the big day. We felt confident and comfortable the day of to enjoy ourselves because they’d all showed they could handle the event flawlessly. This place has everything and was the most budget friendly for us!

Okay first off, the food was AMAZING... and Kelly's Punctuality, professionalism, and personality = 100%. We had a pretty rowdy group and I was overwhelmed but Kelly took the reigns and made me feel supported and comfortable the entire time. Everyone is still talking about how fun our wedding was!

Olivia and staff at Stonebridge were simply amazing. Planning was easy and Olivia was there to help with any questions we had. We did add on a fire pit but in the mix of everything we spaced it. Olivia was right on getting us reimbursed plus we mistakenly and unknowingly over paid which again Olivia was right on top of it. The waitstaff and bartender were super friendly and attentive. They even hopped in the photo booth we had and snapped some pics. Highly recommend. Everything turned out perfect.

The venue was wonderful to us. Because of kovind we had to change our wedding date and shortly after that we also had to change our venue with only 7 weeks before the wedding. Luckily this venue had slots open and their wedding coordinator Kelly was amazing to work with. She was easy to get ahold of him very flexible. She was well organised. Their ceremony space with gorgeous and the reception area was a outdoor tent. It waz heated with heaters since it was October in a little chilly. Overall our families and guests seem like they had a great time.

My wedding at Stonebridge was perfect. We had a gorgeous outdoor ceremony in September, the trees and decorated arbor were a beautiful backdrop. We were a little worried about the temperature at night, but the reception tent kept everyone comfortable. The staff was all very professional, attentive and made us feel like true VIPs through our whole experience. They made everything so easy on us, we really got to just enjoy the day.

Kelley is absolutely amazing, I toured A LOT of venues and I was waiting to feel a good click with not only the venue but also with the wedding/event planner since they have so much to do with the entire process and I felt that click almost instantly at Stonebridge. Stonebridge has incredibly reasonable pricing that includes a lot more than most places. The venue is definitely beautiful and that was obviously a major reason for wanting to get married at Stonebridge but I can honestly say that was sold me was Kelley, she is extremely sweet and welcoming and you can tell that she is comfortable and loves what she does. In the end I chose to actually have a destination wedding in Jamaica instead of having a wedding locally so I didn't end up getting married at Stonebridge. I have always wanted a destination wedding and with Covid going on I temporarily gave up on the idea which is why I had toured local venues and decided on Stonebridge but in the end I decided to just follow my heart and take my chances with a destination wedding in 2021. If you are considering Stonebridge I would 1000000% recommend them, I know that Kelley and the rest of the staff at Stonebridge would have made sure my day was perfect. I hope to use stonebridge for an event in the future!

I really cannot recommend Stonebridge enough. Everything was absolutely amazing!!! Jason and Heather were a dream to work with and the food, staff, location, service, everything, AMAZING! Highly HIGHLY recommend! If you are considering using Stonebridge as your wedding venue do not hesitate! You won't regret it if you choose them!

There is so much to say about Cyndee and the staff at Stonebridge! From the first meeting, we felt very comfortable and Cyndee answered all of our questions quickly and showed us around. Leading up to the day she was consistently answering my emails with questions quickly and went above and beyond in making suggestions and making sure she had every detail down. When it came time for the rehearsal she was very organized which helped to make sure we got through everything quickly and efficiently. The actual day we were able to use a room on site to get ready and the staff was very accommodating making sure that we had water, bringing us a speaker for music, and checking in asking every once in a while that we didn't need anything. I had forgotten when I chose our cake that my maid of honor was allergic to nuts and it was an almond cake, she asked if they had ice cream she could have instead. I pulled Cyndee aside and explained the situation and asked if they had ice cream, without even hesitating she said no but that someone could go to the store what kind did she want. My maid of honor was SOO happy and we both couldn't believe that they would go above and beyond for this little detail. As the day went on Cyndee constantly had little tips and tricks that she shared and also made sure that everything ran so smoothly with our first look, pictures, organizing the bridal party, the ceremony, pictures after and the reception. We consistently had staff coming up to us throughout the reception asking what we needed, could they get us more food, another drink, etc. The attention to detail was phenomenal and they made a huge effort to make us feel like our day was perfect. If you're looking for a venue look no further because I guarantee you will love the venue and Cyndee!

The staff at Stonebridge Country Club did an incredible job in making our wedding day everything we dreamed of. They were accommodating, incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and didn't miss a beat on the day of our wedding. The food was delicious! We had an incredible time with family and friends and would highly recommend Stonebridge Country Club for a wedding or any event.

Our wedding at the Stonebridge Country Club was phenomenal. The venue was beautiful, and the staff went above and beyond to help set up/clean up all of our decorations for the reception. We had our ceremony and reception indoors and the day could not have been more perfect. The real gem of the venue was Cyndee, the coordinator. We had been planning our wedding for over a year and she was there to help every step of the way. She was so supportive and did everything she could to make sure that our day was flawless. We are so grateful that such a kind and legitimately caring person helped us make our day that much more special.

This place is truly a hidden gem! This place is so beautiful with amazing mountainous landscapes on a stunning/well groomed golf course. Our ceremony was so breathtaking and the tented reception was a blast! Cyndee, who is the wedding coordinator at Stonebridge, was so incredibly organized and knowledgeable, and made our wedding day experience a memorable one! A couple of our favorite things that really made it easy to choose Stonebridge was that the tavern next to the tent was open during most of our reception for anyone wanting to drink specialty drinks that wasn't available in the tented bar area (with a beautiful deck for guests to hangout and relax.) Also the golf cart procession was so such a fun and different that made this place stick out differently from all the rest! Stonebridge is affordable and made the process of planning so very easy! We really had a phenomenal experience with Stonebridge. Firstly, they have beautifully landscaped grounds and an excellent fall foliage backdrop! The outdoor ceremony option we had planned for includes an arbor and a lovely aisle. It rained on our wedding day it really ended up being lovely as well and we used the balcony for photos when it was misting so we still had some outdoor shots. The tent was very nice with pretty string lights elegantly covered with sheer fabric, white wooden chairs, dance floor, and because of the rain, side panels and heathers were also included. We used golf carts for our bridal party introduction!
We REALLY wanted a brunch wedding and they worked with us on a package that fit our budget, desires and theme. The food was delicious!
We give the most kudos to the coordinator, Brandi who was just special. She was really easy to work with, had great ideas (like an orange juice toast), and really made us understand that she was there to make things happen as we wanted and support us. It all came to be most meaningful the closer we got to the wedding. When we started to have last minute issues with a vendor she had an immediate backup plan and called to soothe me about it. She helped us make last minute meal accomodations for picky children. However, she was most amazing the day of the wedding when it rained and totally changed our plans for an outdoor ceremony. She and her staff cheered me up in the morning and as soon as I walked down the aisle and saw the room and the rest of the wedding play out, I was simply happy and amazed. You would’ve thought that everything was exactly as it was supposed to be and it was all beautiful. She was there to support us through the day and kept us on task with photos so that our guests could eat on time.
The rain made it so the day wasn’t as planned, but Brandi and the venue still made it the perfect day and we are so grateful (I teared up a little writing this).
