Came here for family vacation. This hotel is absolutely beautiful and clean. They're so respectful and LGBtq friendly. They are amazing to our kids and dog. We did have a couple of issues but they did everything to fix the issue and I'm happy. ...

Stayed here with 3 little kids in a beautiful suite, the patio looked out onto a splash pad. Staff were very accommodating and understanding. Indoor/outdoor pool area was amazing. However, it does close during thunderstorms due to its nature of...

Ali was hands done the best customer service representative I have worked with at any hotel. She was kind, friendly, courteous and went above and beyond to ensure that she took care of a minor room issue that occurred upon check-in. Ali single ...
handedly resolved an issue and was highly respectable throughout the process, if not for her kindness and empathy our baseball weekend could have started out much differently and we thank her for that!

It was fine during the weekdays but weekends are terrible. The noise for the surrounding area (one bar specifically) was so loud I thought it was a neighboring room. I would like to be able to sleep at some point but apparently that won't happe...
n until the bar closes. I'm used to downtown hotels and such but this was like there was no insulation and the windows mught as well not have been there. I have no idea why other hotels can keep the outside noise out but this one cant.
Our key cards regularly didn't work and at one point I had to wait 15 min just till the front desk showed up to fix the issue. The lobby smells of propane, the hallways smelled like weed, but the room was clean and large. The pillows were tiny and very uncomfortable, but the bed is fine for a hotel bed. My kids appreciated the unlimited pancakes at breakfast but other than that it's not great. Our fridge made so much noise as well. I thought there were glass bottles in it, but nope just weird clinking noises and loud shaking for some reason. I won't be staying here again.

I would have given this hotel more stars if it wasn't for the employees. I reserved a themed room and had a issue which I relate to the front desk. I asked to have a manager call me back which no one ever did and it's been 3 to 4 days now. So I...
decided to call the corporate number and asked to have someone call me back from there about the situation I had. And again, no one ever called me back from corporate. Even if management did not agree with what I had to said they could have at least called back to see what the issue was.
As far as the themed room, it was just average. They say they did an upgrade on this hotel which is barely noticeable.
I am very very very very disappointed in the staff and management. For as much as I paid for this room I should have received a call back.
I will not be staying at this hotel ever again!
And as far as Silas, supposed manager, the ONLY REASON he called me was because of this review!! When I returned his call, I had to leave a message, which AGAIN, WAS NEVER RETURNED!
Employees have bad attitudes here and the management is not good at their duties as far as resolving issues or even caring if they do or don't.
They already have a bad reputation and their management makes it worse.
I'VE NEVER HAD WORSE SERVICE ANYWHERE ! EVER !
Small note for Stoney Creek hotel in Moline IL, act like you care about your patrons concerns. We pay good money to stay in your establishment only to get really really really horrible service.
And I'll say this one more time...
I'VE NEVER HAD WORSE SERVICE ANYWHERE ! EVER !
