My Husband and I booked a suit for my 30th bday. We also had our service dog accompany us, when I had booked the hotel requests that we were bringing said dog. When we got there they made us feel so special! As soon as they saw our SD theu aske...
d if he was and once confirmed they instantly told us they had been waiting for us and ready had our cards out. We were to our room on under 10 minutes "she had to show some guests to there rooms."
The hotel was booked full as well do we did have a problem with hot water. When I looked at my invoice they automatically took off $40 for no hot water! They offered our SD puppy treats as well and everyone is so friendly we will be going back in 6 month!

I could not speak any more highly of this hotel! From the cleanliness to the staff and whole experience i was so impressed and satisfied. The manager Sarah went above and beyond for our stay. Sarah was so kind, accommodating and no exaggeration...
she made this one of the best hotel stays we've ever had. She truly loves her job and it shines so brightly through her work and how she handles guests. Thank you sooo much again for being so amazing and accommodating to us. I cant express enough praise or gratitude for her!! The whole place feels very cozy and it is very clean. If i could give a higher rating than 5 stars i absolutely would! Thank you again Sarah!!!!! 😊

Enjoyed the warm, comfortable rooms. Nice tvs and internet. Hotel is clean and has good parking space. Breakfast is alright. Location is not noisy with access to highways nearby. Restaurants are in the area. Great value.

This hotel needs a massive overhaul, it could be a great place with how beautiful the lobby is however the pool area was in desperate need of cleaning and updating. The pool and hot tub were DIRTY, not so much the water(although since it’s an i...
ndoor outdoor combo there was some things floating around like dead leaves and stuff) but around the pool was nasty. There was mold and rotting wood everywhere, paint peeling off the walls and ceiling and mysterious piles of rotten food? Around the hot tub. There was a vent that had fallen off the ceiling near an outdoor exit in the pool room that had brought a bunch of nasty stuff down with it, with what appeared to be zero effort to clean it up, and the pool room bathroom was out of order which is very inconvenient with children. Our room while very large and spacious also had issues with water damage and cleanliness and could have used a good deep clean.
The staff was however wonderful!

Too many people at check-in. Three people being helped, three people in line. Had to wait. Manager was rude about telling people where to go. Manager had unprofessional appearance - looked like m...
aintenance. Fire outside property and staff had to knock on door to evacuate. Is there not a fire alarm? Walls are paper thin. I could hear the neighbors laughing. The doors slam shut. We were "upgraded" to a room across the hall from a room full of rowdy teenagers constantly in and out and telling and stomping in the hallway. There was a watch party in the lounge that ended at 10:30-11pm and the guests were loud and cheering and I could hear it on the third floor. Bar closed at 10pm - supposed to close at 1am? I wanted to play pool. Tub drained VERY slowly. No hot water in the morning for a shower. Pancake maker didn't work. Average selection of food at breakfast. Lamp in room broken and just turned to hide broken part. AC control cover broken.
