She was truly amazing, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. From the moment the planning process began through our wedding day, she was organized, attentive, and incredibly reassuring. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing because Emily had every detail completely handled. Even with less-than-ideal weather, Emily worked her magic and somehow still made it possible for us to have our celebration outside, which meant so much to us. She handled everything with such calm professionalism, positivity, and care that our day felt entirely stress free. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, our wedding was absolutely perfect. We are beyond grateful and cannot recommend this venue and especially Emily enough.

From Day 1 when we booked with Stratton a year before our date, Sarah was in contact providing endless recommendations and insight as we booked our vendors, created our timelines, and chose decor and other details. As we got closer to the wedding, Sarah was on top of every detail, coordinating with our vendors seamlessly and calming our pre-wedding nerves. During the wedding weekend, Sarah and her team executed perfectly, and brought our vision to life. She was handling everything behind the scenes, so all we needed to do was enjoy our time. Outside of being amazing at her job, Sarah is the sweetest, friendliest, calmest person, and I could not imagine going through the wedding planning process without her. We are so grateful for all the time, love, and care she put into making us (and our families) happy. The best part of our wedding was getting married at the top of Stratton Mountain on the yoga deck. We were lucky to get great weather (despite some risk of rain), and Sarah and her team made sure the whole ceremony flowed perfectly. Our guests loved the ride up to the top in a gondola (with a Champagne toast!) and enjoyed the views from the top before the wedding started. Beyond that, we were very impressed by the food and service at Stratton Mountain Club. We had a tasting at Stratton a few months before our wedding, where we met the catering manager and executive chef, and thought the food was excellent but wondered how it would be at a larger scale. We were so pleased that the food exceeded our expectations, and several guests commented how delicious it was, especially the appetizers. We also heard from several people about how friendly and helpful the staff at Stratton were during our event, which added an an extra special touch. Overall, we were so happy with our choice to get married at Stratton. We felt so loved all weekend, and like local celebrities in the town of Stratton (with several posting signs congratulating us and welcoming our guests). The accommodations at the Stratton condos were comfortable, clean, and perfect for our large group. We enjoyed several activities over the wedding weekend, including pickle ball, hiking, and golf, and had a wonderful rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Grizzly’s. Choosing Stratton was definitely the best decision we made for our wedding, and we would do it again in a heartbeat.

he little last minute details she got it done. I just can’t say enough about her. I want to steal her for my other 2 boys wedding in the near future.. atention to detail was insane… my HUGE family and the brides… I’m one of 9 not to mention the spouse and 38 nieces and nephews she killed it. She was able to get Avery one to where they need to be in a timely fashion. The wedding would have been a busy and out of control if we didn’t have Emily.. Emily we love you and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for putting up with all the crazy stuff we planned. You orchestrated everything to the most professional degree. .
