the Month of/final 30 days out and day of coordinating for our wedding. There is no way I would have made it through the last 30 days leading up to the wedding without Lisa’s guidance/help. She went above and beyond to help my now husband and I during that final month. She communicates and responds quickly and was so incredibly patient with us and all of our last minute changes. She was also a lifesaver dealing with family issues as arose as well with all of the wedding stress. The day of the wedding went very smoothly! I was able to enjoy our wedding day and truly hand over the reigns to them. I could not have asked for a better team!!

she did not want to hear anything I had to say. She told me over & over again to calm down & she would handle everything day of. I asked about practicing before the ceremony & she said it was unnecessary. I left the meeting upset but my husband reassured me that everything would work out. She said she would take care of it. On the morning of the wedding we showed up & Lisa never submitted the updated seating chart. It delayed us setting up immediately. Questions were asked during setup & every response was snarky & uncalled for. She told me she would assist with set-up and did nothing at all. Folding napkins was the only thing she did all morning- a separate service I paid for her to do. This should have been completed upon her arrival. She sat in the corner of the room with her assistant the entire time we were setting up tables. She never offered to help as she watched my bridal party & I rush to set things up. When we were lining up for the ceremony her assistant was extremely rude to the wedding party. We wanted to go over the ceremony with Lisa at the details meeting but she insisted she had it taken care of. She said she would send everyone out for the ceremony herself. The wedding party was getting yelled at for asking questions & she didn’t go over exiting the ceremony with them at all. Several of the guests weren’t seated until after I already walked down the aisle, she should have been watching for this. She didn’t tell us simple things that a coordinator should- like where to stand prior to going down the aisle/that someone should stand to let the guests know the bride is about to walk down the aisle. Instead my bridesmaids had to ask people to stand. After the ceremony ended, neither of them were directing guests on where to go to cocktail hour. I asked a family friend to go light candles during cocktail hour and she wouldn’t let them in. She rudely told them they had it handled. As everyone was getting their sparklers lit for our exit, the assistant told our guests to “shut up” and then proceeded to threaten them, telling everyone that we will be charged if they didn’t handle the sparklers properly. She spoke to our guests like children. Lisa also casually came up to me stating she “promised” another bride the florals from the staircase that I paid for. She made it seem as if she was doing me a favor when it was a simple removal. It was sneaky of her & very unprofessional. She was focused on this instead of helping get the venue set up. We never got a piece of our own wedding cake because she did not put one aside for us. She did not make sure we had drinks for our toasts- my family did. As icing on the cake, family members shared with us that the coordinator shared her contact information with them after they expressed how beautiful the wedding was. She didn’t explain to guests that the bride & groom actually decorated the venue completely themselves- she took credit for it. You want to be able to trust that your coordinator is there to make your day the best possible. They should have your back. I never heard from Lisa after the wedding. We never received an apology.

The day of, she and Natalie helped me envision what my ceremony would look like at our “plan B” location because it was pouring rain and they helped set the scene and made my vision come to life for my wedding. Even in the pouring rain, Natalie went out and grabbed my decorations and brought them in for me so i wouldn’t get wet. They went the extra mile and truly are just so wonderful. I was never stressed out once, or worried about anything since it was in Lisa's hands. I would HIGHLY recommend Stress Free to anyone that is getting married!

Lisa was able to pick up, set up all our decor and rentals and drop off and everything looked gorgeous! Including the surprise firework show that I had planned for my husband and our guests during our first dance. No one else knew about the fireworks except myself and Lisa. This surprise took expert level coordinating as I wanted the show to begin at a precise moment and time. Lisa coordinated with the DJ, photographer, and pyrotechnic team flawlessly. It's very rare that you get this level of personalized service anywhere. After talking with her a few times, I felt like I was talking with an old friend. She keeps it real. Lisa’s industry knowledge allowed us to make sure we were spending our budget on the most impactful items. She had a great relationship with all our vendors and that made everything run smoothly. We decide to do the full planning package and that was a wise decision. Definitely, worth the extra expense. On the day of the wedding, everything went smoothly and without incident. My mom and I did not have to do one thing on the wedding day but focus on getting ready, spending time with our guests and enjoying the day. From the firstlook through the exit, Lisa was in control and made sure everything was perfect. They made the day truly Stress-free. Lisa spent so much time with us and was always available to answer questions and provide insight. She was a wedding planner and a friend. Unlike many of the other wedding planners we interviewed, she is not a florist with wedding planning as a side business. She is uniquely focused on wedding planning and making sure your whole wedding experience is flawless. Since my wedding, several of friends and bridesmaids have asked for her information and will be using her to plan their special day.
