Lisa and her team were unbelievably remarkable at making our wedding day perfect! She helped us coordinate with every single vendor, joined us on tastings, set up meetings, and helped us coordinate every single detail you could imagine. She and her team truly went above and beyond for us and have become a second family. They absolutely create a stress free experience allowing you to embrace every beautiful moment of your special day! I did not have a worry in mine the day of my wedding because I knew Lisa was handling everything. I cannot recommend Stress Free Events and Weddings enough!

Lisa and her team at Stress Free were amazing! As soon as we got engaged we knew we needed help so we worked with Lisa for over a year to help us plan our special day. She was so helpful, took the heavy loads off or me, and became more like a friend than a wedding planner. She knows so many people in the industry and made sure we had the best of the best, while respecting our budget. I couldn’t recommended her more!!! I had Lisa w/ Stress Free plan my destination wedding to Las Vegas! I put off getting married for 2 years due to the anxiety and fear of having to plan a wedding. My fiancé (now husband) and I decided on a destination wedding in Las Vegas. Lisa planned everything from where we just showed up at the wedding chapel & said “I do”, to transportation to/from the airport. She doesn’t specialize in destination weddings. However, if she was able to pull of a Las Vegas wedding with no connections in that area, I cannot imagine what she can do in Dallas w/ her resources. 10/10 recommend!

I am so eternally grateful for Lisa and her team, especially Ashley who was also with us at our Rehearsal and wedding ! I hired Stress Free Events by Lisa to help me manage all of the Month of/final 30 days out and day of coordinating for our wedding. There is no way I would have made it through the last 30 days leading up to the wedding without Lisa’s guidance/help. She went above and beyond to help my now husband and I during that final month. She communicates and responds quickly and was so incredibly patient with us and all of our last minute changes. She was also a lifesaver dealing with family issues as arose as well with all of the wedding stress. The day of the wedding went very smoothly! I was able to enjoy our wedding day and truly hand over the reigns to them. I could not have asked for a better team!!

Brides must be warned before booking with Lisa. We waited a long time to have our big day and she knew this. She has a “details meeting” a few weeks before weddings. At our meeting she did not want to hear anything I had to say. She told me over & over again to calm down & she would handle everything day of. I asked about practicing before the ceremony & she said it was unnecessary. I left the meeting upset but my husband reassured me that everything would work out. She said she would take care of it. On the morning of the wedding we showed up & Lisa never submitted the updated seating chart. It delayed us setting up immediately. Questions were asked during setup & every response was snarky & uncalled for. She told me she would assist with set-up and did nothing at all. Folding napkins was the only thing she did all morning- a separate service I paid for her to do. This should have been completed upon her arrival. She sat in the corner of the room with her assistant the entire time we were setting up tables. She never offered to help as she watched my bridal party & I rush to set things up. When we were lining up for the ceremony her assistant was extremely rude to the wedding party. We wanted to go over the ceremony with Lisa at the details meeting but she insisted she had it taken care of. She said she would send everyone out for the ceremony herself. The wedding party was getting yelled at for asking questions & she didn’t go over exiting the ceremony with them at all. Several of the guests weren’t seated until after I already walked down the aisle, she should have been watching for this. She didn’t tell us simple things that a coordinator should- like where to stand prior to going down the aisle/that someone should stand to let the guests know the bride is about to walk down the aisle. Instead my bridesmaids had to ask people to stand. After the ceremony ended, neither of them were directing guests on where to go to cocktail hour. I asked a family friend to go light candles during cocktail hour and she wouldn’t let them in. She rudely told them they had it handled. As everyone was getting their sparklers lit for our exit, the assistant told our guests to “shut up” and then proceeded to threaten them, telling everyone that we will be charged if they didn’t handle the sparklers properly. She spoke to our guests like children. Lisa also casually came up to me stating she “promised” another bride the florals from the staircase that I paid for. She made it seem as if she was doing me a favor when it was a simple removal. It was sneaky of her & very unprofessional. She was focused on this instead of helping get the venue set up. We never got a piece of our own wedding cake because she did not put one aside for us. She did not make sure we had drinks for our toasts- my family did. As icing on the cake, family members shared with us that the coordinator shared her contact information with them after they expressed how beautiful the wedding was. She didn’t explain to guests that the bride & groom actually decorated the venue completely themselves- she took credit for it. You want to be able to trust that your coordinator is there to make your day the best possible. They should have your back. I never heard from Lisa after the wedding. We never received an apology.

My wedding day was so the best day ever because of Lisa and Natalie. While planning, Lisa was so communicative, responsive, and beyond helpful. She made the wedding planning process so easy. The day of, she and Natalie helped me envision what my ceremony would look like at our “plan B” location because it was pouring rain and they helped set the scene and made my vision come to life for my wedding. Even in the pouring rain, Natalie went out and grabbed my decorations and brought them in for me so i wouldn’t get wet. They went the extra mile and truly are just so wonderful. I was never stressed out once, or worried about anything since it was in Lisa's hands. I would HIGHLY recommend Stress Free to anyone that is getting married!

Lisa was a great wedding planner and an incredible asset throughout our entire planning process. We postponed for a year out from our original date due to the pandemic and Lisa supported us the whole time! It was so valuable to have someone that is so connected in the wedding industry in DFW and she made finding our vendors fairly easy. Our wedding day ran smoothly and her assistant was SO incredible and helped bring my vision to life. SFEW is the way to go!

The name really says it all, Stress free!!! The moment I first talked to Lisa, she made me feel like she was going to take care of everything and she did. Lisa and Arin were absoutley crutial to the planning of this wedding. I wasnt going to hire a wedding planner at first because I thought I could handle it on my own, but I was so wrong. They kept everything on schedule, made sure our vendors were where they were supposed to be, started the sparkler exit on time (which at that point, I had a couple of drinks and didn't know what time it was), but she made sure that everything went off flawlessley. I would recommend Stress Free Events & Wedding highly!!

Arin and Lisa made our wedding stress free and fun! Everything ran so smoothly and I had peace of mind knowing my guests and vendors were being taken care of by the Stress Free team. Arin even kept the groomsmen on schedule, which is no easy feat in our group! We rented table clothes, chargers, and lanterns from them as well to make our wedding vision come to life. It all turned out gorgeous! I highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding!

I’m so thankful for Lisa! Our wedding day was originally set for last year but because of the pandemic we had to postpone until this year. She reached out to all of my vendors to let them know and rebooked them. Although she was just our day of coordinator, she was there for us months leading up to our wedding. I loved working with Natalie and Lisa! They kept me calm the entire day, and continuously checked up on me to make sure I was doing good. I hired them for the month of coordination, because I had already planned a lot of the aspects of the day before I decided I needed help the day of. Let me tell you, that was the BEST decision I made for my entire wedding. As soon as I booked them, I felt taken care of but still in control of all of the decisions. They did every last thing that needed to be done and had everything so organized (which I really appreciate). The day of the wedding, everything went so smoothy, and I can almost guarantee it is because they were there to run the show! If you are like me, who liked to be in control for major decisions but needs help with the tiny details.... HIRE THEM. They will make your day as perfect as you picture.

Lisa was the best to work with! After 2 postponed weddings, a few stressful moments, and a lot of texts, emails, and video calls - we’re basically family now! She took so much on and helped so much when I was getting anxious, annoyed, and *unpleasant*! Her and Arin made our day so incredible! Hiring Lisa was the best decision I ever made when it came to planning my wedding. She was absolutely incredible. Her attention detail and overall caring personality made me feel like I was working with my mom the whole time. My wedding got moved 3 times due to COVID and Lisa was there every step of the way to help ease my anxiety and remind me that my day will be perfect no matter what. Lisa was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process, including when our wedding was totally derailed by covid. Hiring her was easily the best decision we made. She was helpful, fun to work with, and beyond flexible. Our wedding did not go to plan when we had to postpone it, or when our makeup artist was unable to come for medical reasons, but Lisa helped make new plans and I cannot stress enough what a relief it was to have Lisa on our team. Words cannot even begin to describe how amazing and talented Lisa is! Due to COVID, I had to move my wedding from California to Texas with only three months to spare before our wedding date. Needless to say, I was stressed! After only a few minutes of speaking with Lisa, all my worries began to fade. As for day-of wedding coordinators, I could not have hoped for a better team and support system than Lisa and Tiffany. As to be expected with all weddings, problems arise, however, I had zero clue about any of it all thanks to my Stress-Free team! They handled every problem -- sometimes even before they became a problem! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Including the surprise firework show that I had planned for my husband and our guests during our first dance. No one else knew about the fireworks except myself and Lisa. This surprise took expert level coordinating as I wanted the show to begin at a precise moment and time. Lisa coordinated with the DJ, photographer, and pyrotechnic team flawlessly. It was a perfect moment we will never forget! I cannot thank Lisa enough for her hard work and dedication to making my dream wedding possible. Katy took care of me 100% on my wedding day. I had zero stress. All of my guest loved her. If looking for a coordinator Stress Free is who to go with. Seriously - Lisa is AMAZING. We went with the full service package because I really wanted some outside help selecting vendors since vendor selection can really can make or break your big day. Lisa is a pro and has been doing this for a long time. She gets to know you and your personality and matches you up with appropriate vendors depending on what you tell her you like and her general observations about you. It's very rare that you get this level of personalized service anywhere. After talking with her a few times, I felt like I was talking with an old friend. She keeps it real. If something isn't to your liking with a vendor or a service, she's all over it and makes sure it's corrected ASAP. Seriously I was actually able to feel like a guest at my own wedding and the entire process was pretty seamless. I am so happy with my choice of Stress-Free Events and Weddings to coordinate my wedding day. They were the first planner we interviewed and after talking to 4 others decided to go with Stress-Free. We could not have been happier with our decision. Lisa was responsive from the initial inquiry and throughout our whole planning process. Through her network of vendors, we were able to create the wedding of our dreams within our budget. Lisa’s industry knowledge allowed us to make sure we were spending our budget on the most impactful items. She had a great relationship with all our vendors and that made everything run smoothly. We decide to do the full planning package and that was a wise decision. Definitely, worth the extra expense. On the day of the wedding, everything went smoothly and without incident. My mom and I did not have to do one thing on the wedding day but focus on getting ready, spending time with our guests and enjoying the day. From the firstlook through the exit, Lisa was in control and made sure everything was perfect. They made the day truly Stress-free. Lisa spent so much time with us and was always available to answer questions and provide insight. She was a wedding planner and a friend. Unlike many of the other wedding planners we interviewed, she is not a florist with wedding planning as a side business. She is uniquely focused on wedding planning and making sure your whole wedding experience is flawless. Since my wedding, several of friends and bridesmaids have asked for her information and will be using her to plan their special day.

From taking care of all the big and small issues to checking in to see how we are doing, I could not have put my trust in anyone else. Lisa became like family to us. Her partner, Tiffany, is also phenomenal. We did not order enough plates for our reception, and Lisa, without hesitation, went out to buy more to match. Lisa is great!! She was in contact with me from day one and made sure I kept my head on straight. She found our venue for us (we found a venue after we picked a date, I don’t recommend this) and she found our florist for us. Our wedding day was perfect and ran so smoothly. Tiffany was her assistant day of and she was just the sweetest. I wasn’t worried at all about things being exactly how I wanted. It was absolutely stress free.

Lisa and Katy are the best! Lisa is just like family, she truly cares and it shows! She is quick to respond and will be there anytime you need her. She made planning so much easier, and honestly handled my stress better than I ever could’ve. She’s not just a planner, she is there for YOU. Lisa was awesome to work with. My fiance and I planned a wedding in Dallas in the midst of a move from Boston to LA and it would not have been possible without Lisa. She was always SO accommodating about working with the time differences in planning calls and check-ins (at one point I was traveling for work and my fiance, Lisa and I were all in different time zones for a big planning call and Lisa was so flexible in finding a time to chat). She kept track of all of the big and small details. She backed me up on email chains with vendors when I felt like certain vendors were not giving me what I needed. She and her team did an incredible job setting up our decor just as we wanted it - I had a specific vision in mind of what I wanted and she executed it flawlessly. Most importantly, she kept the day running smoothly. I've been to weddings where the timeline gets off and then you look up and you only have 30 minutes on the dance floor before its time to leave, so that was a big fear of mine. But not with Lisa. She ran a tight ship, which I appreciated because we were able to just enjoy the day without worrying about anything. As two working professionals with very busy careers, Lisa was a perfect fit .Thank you, Lisa, for everything!

Some of the best money we spent for our wedding! Lisa was amazing to work with leading up the wedding day. We opted for the day of coordination package, but their support leading up to ensure they had it covered the day of was incredibly helpful. Lisa and her team had it covered from start to finish on our wedding day and we have no idea what we would have done without them. In the beginning of the planning process, we weren’t sure if we need to hire a day of coordinator. In the days after the wedding, when reminiscing on the day, we keep talking about how it was the best money spent and it allowed us to sit back and enjoy our wedding. I did the 2 month Stress Free package with Lisa for my June 8, 2019 wedding. She was fabulous to work with! My biggest compliment to Lisa- she was my biggest advocate. She knew exactly what I wanted for my special day and did everything in her power to make it happen and communicate with vendors and family members. My wedding day had a few small hiccups- as all days will have- but Lisa took care of everything and eased my mind every step of the way. Loved working with her.

Lisa and Sabrina were amazing to work with!!! I was looking for a “day of coordinator” for my wedding day, and I got soooo much more than expected! I cannot imagine our wedding without Lisa from Stress Free. She went above and beyond our expectations for "Day-of-coordination". She was with us from the moment we hired her in June all the way to our wedding in April.
