Bridal Studio Hair and Makeup - We were lucky enough to book bridal hair and makeup for the bride as well as bridesmaids and family. The bridal studio was right next to Lawnhaven and was so convenient. Kelsey (bride) did her hair and makeup trial and final bridal look with Carolyn. Carolyn listened to every detail and made sure that I was comfortable and felt and looked the most beautiful I have ever looked. Thank you, Carolyn for making sure that I felt so perfect and confident on this incredible day!! Reception - our reception area was set up absolutely perfectly. We walked in and were so happy with all of the details and mindful placement of everything. Ann was in charge of ensuring everything during the reception went smoothly. She did that and more! Ann consistently checked in with us to make sure timing was correct, if we were happy with how everything was going and made sure we stayed on schedule. Thank you so much, Ann! Amy was our bride and groom waitress that made sure that we were happy, had drinks at all times, and made sure we got to eat the delicious food Stroudsmoor has to offer! Thank you so much, Amy! Food and Dessert - Stroudsmoor has some of the best food we have ever eaten. So many of our guests were raving about how delicious cocktail hour appetizers were. The dinner came beautifully plated and they ensured all allergies were properly handled. We had the opportunity to try all of this food at their sampling event, which was a blast! The Stroudsmoor bakery is absolutely incredible. We chose cupcakes for our dessert and guests have told us that they are going to be talking about them for the rest of their lives!! We ended up ahead of the game, which put all the anxieties at ease. Our event coordinator was Alex, she was absolutely amazing! So personable and caring. I went in having absolutely nothing planned other than my colors, and she helped us put everything g together with such ease.  We got married at Lawnhaven, and all of our guests were throughly impressed with the event in its entirety. They made it so easy to put the menu together and fined vendors with their tasting events.  We were surprised at how much fun my husband and I had planning everything! If I had to do it again I would not change anything!!

Weddings are expensive, but we do feel like we got our money’s worth, and I appreciated that there was room to cut costs wherever we wanted - it allowed for a lot of flexibility throughout the process. Tons and tons of variety and options. Kaylie helped the whole thing run smoothly and she maintained a calm control throughout the process. Grayson and the floral team totally floored us with the designs and decor, turning the reception hall into a bonafide dark academia / elven fantasy masterpiece. We got so many compliments on all the smallest details, and she was super receptive to our vision - totally knocked it out of the park. Ryan, Ann, and Bronte - along with the rest of the day-of staff (bartenders, servers, etc) were unbelievably accommodating and kind, going as far as to physically pick up waste from birds and woodland creatures that ended up near one of the ponds we wanted to take photos at. Everyone was locked into our needs without us even needing to voice any of them, and it all felt very personable - I felt very much like they were seeing us as people and individuals rather than just clients.  Compliments to the chefs and cooking staff too. The dinners were very good and the cocktail hour apps and platters were awesome - super creative and really tasty! Couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Planning the wedding was easy with their help, and during the wedding itself, SCI staff provided stellar service and attention, making sure we were fed, had enough drinks, and that our families were taken care of too. We got married at Woodsgate, and felt it was the most beautiful, scenic, and magical place to hold a ceremony. We received so many compliments from our guests too, about the food, the cocktail hour service, the venue, and the staff! We had the best wedding imaginable, and at an affordable price, too. We cannot recommend Stroudsmoor enough!

Being an all-inclusive wedding resort, the only vendors we had to hire that were not directly included in the package were transportation, a DJ and a photographer. However, to continue to make our lives easier the Stroudsmoor hosted a gorgeous event where we could do a tasting of the food/cakes, test out bouquet sizes, and meet and greet local vendors -- which is where we hired the vendors we needed for our day. The wedding weekend with our rehearsal dinner, day of, and morning breakfast after were all perfectly hosted. The Stroudsmoor has world class food, and is extremely attentive to detail. We cannot thank their staff enough for giving us the best weekend of our lives. We will be back for all our anniversaries since this gorgeous place now has an extremely special place in our hearts. <3

It was so great to have our close friends and family all staying together on site. This venue is amazing because there are so many things on site: the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner the day before, the bridal studio for hair, the florals, and the bakery! I’m so thankful I also had a bridal assistant the day of (which I didn’t even know I would get!!), I had a very heavy veil and we had a lot of issues trying to get it to stay in my hair, and she was able to get it to stay!! The staff all made sure we had plenty of food and drinks and were so attentive. You get so much bang for your buck here. We had an absolutely amazing time and could not recommend this venue enough!

my now Husband and Step-Mom we signed the contract and were all ready to get into planning a wedding. We had our wedding at Woodsgate, which is the most beautiful of the venues on this site in my opinion. There is truly no wrong venue to pick; decide the vibe and guest count and Stroudsmoor has a perfect venue for you. Working with Malia was the best; she allowed us to take the reigns in what we wanted for the wedding day whhilst putting her input on what she think would be best. Then on the day of she had complete control of any situation that came up; lucky for us that was minimal. We did our florals/decor rentals through Stroudsmoor with Grayson and she made our vision come to life! I could not imagine going to anyone else for this. Plus they included set up and pack up! HUGE PLUS. The cabins on site are a bit on the older side but they have a charm to them. For the bridal party we booked the Ledgemere suites to get ready in which were more than enough room to pack in vendors and photographers. The biggest plus was the food and drink packages; your guests will leave full drunk esp if you decide to go open bar. This property is all inclusive and they make wedding planning a breeze. It has been a luxury working with everyone on this site at an affordable price. Run, don't walk and book your wedding or special event at Stroudsmoor!

Stroudsmoor being such a one-stop shop made everything easy- no need to look far or wide for vendors, everything we needed was there. Alex was a fantastic coordinator, who made sure that everything and anything we could need was there for us and taken care of even before we knew we needed it. The Stroudsmoor County Inn is beyond beautiful, we knew we had found our venue before we finished our tour. You simply cannot recreate the views we had anywhere else on the East Coast. Lodging on-site made it easy for our wedding party to be close by and close together. The vibes were "woodsy and rustic" while still also being elegant and tasteful. We got to have the wedding we both wanted, where we wanted it, how we wanted it, and with who we wanted it. The entire staff made our day so, so special and it started and ended with Alex. Cannot recommend the Stroudmoor Country Inn enough.

rayson did amazing with the flowers and even added a pendant for my late grandfather last minute. The night would not have gone as smoothly without our attendant and supervisor, Belkus and Ann. Belkus literally changed my shoes for me and taught me how to go to the bathroom in my wedding dress. Everyone at Stroudsmoor made me feel relaxed and allowed me to really enjoy our special day. I also love that so much is on site like lodging, the spa, florist, food beverage and bakery. I could not recommend Stroudsmoor enough, they really know what they are doing. I would not have changed anything about our wedding!
