We could not be more thrilled with our experience at this wedding venue and with the planning team! From start to finish, everything was truly exceptional. The venue itself was stunning, the food was phenomenal, the music was perfect, and the overall service was above and beyond—truly A++.
They worked seamlessly within our budget, were incredibly communicative, and showed so much accommodation and hospitality throughout the entire process. The Stroudsmoor was the most perfect wedding venue from the hors d'oeuvres, to the food, to the atmosphere, to the incredible and breathtaking scenery at the Ridgecrest, and the outstanding service. Our event planner Kaylie and all the staff were so responsive during the wedding planning process and on our wedding day! My husband Matt and I could not recommend the Stroudsmoor more! Our guests also raved so much about the Stroudsmoor!

The Stroudsmoor Country Inn was the perfect place for our wedding. Each venue is charming in it's own way. We chose the Lawnhaven venue and it was perfect for us. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spots were perfect and fit our vibe. The Stroudsmoor Country Inn was truly a one-stop for all of our wedding needs. Their preferred vendors knew exactly what to do and where to go which made everything stress-free.
Wedding planning - Grace, our wedding planner was a joy to work with. She made everything so easy to make decisions with. We did not have any stress leading up to our wedding as we knew everything was taken care of. She gave us great suggestions and ensured that all of our details and ideas came to life. Not only was she organized and quick to respond, she was also so much fun to work with! Thank you, Grace!!
Floral and decor - We worked with Grayson on our floral and decor pieces of our wedding. We gave Grayson our Pinterest board and visions for floral and she did exactly what we envisioned! All of the decorations and details were absolute perfection! Thank you, Grayson!
Bridal Studio Hair and Makeup - We were lucky enough to book bridal hair and makeup for the bride as well as bridesmaids and family. The bridal studio was right next to Lawnhaven and was so convenient. Kelsey (bride) did her hair and makeup trial and final bridal look with Carolyn. Carolyn listened to every detail and made sure that I was comfortable and felt and looked the most beautiful I have ever looked. Thank you, Carolyn for making sure that I felt so perfect and confident on this incredible day!!
Reception - our reception area was set up absolutely perfectly. We walked in and were so happy with all of the details and mindful placement of everything. Ann was in charge of ensuring everything during the reception went smoothly. She did that and more! Ann consistently checked in with us to make sure timing was correct, if we were happy with how everything was going and made sure we stayed on schedule. Thank you so much, Ann! Amy was our bride and groom waitress that made sure that we were happy, had drinks at all times, and made sure we got to eat the delicious food Stroudsmoor has to offer! Thank you so much, Amy!
Food and Dessert - Stroudsmoor has some of the best food we have ever eaten. So many of our guests were raving about how delicious cocktail hour appetizers were. The dinner came beautifully plated and they ensured all allergies were properly handled. We had the opportunity to try all of this food at their sampling event, which was a blast! The Stroudsmoor bakery is absolutely incredible. We chose cupcakes for our dessert and guests have told us that they are going to be talking about them for the rest of their lives!!

Our overall experience was excellent. Everyone at the Stroudsmoor was excellent and helpful every step of the way. We went into this without having an actual budget set, but it's safe to say we did not exceed anything we would't be able to cover. Everyone at the Stroudsmoor always had a smile and great attitude when it came to helping plan your day.

The Stroudsmoor is the perfect venue for a wedding. The property is gorgeous. The staff and service is beyond perfect! Their food and cake is absolutely delicious. The drinks from the bar were made great. Their event staff made the planning process smooth and stress free. Their lodging team and the overnight rooms are great. Where do I even begin! I held my ~180-person wedding at the Stroudsmoor this summer, and they were an absolute dream team to work with.
Stroudsmoor is a family-owned and operated business, and that personal touch shines through in everything they do. From their extensive list of vendor partners to their in-house food, lodging, and variety of venue spaces, they can provide everything you need under one roof. They’re seasoned professionals and a rare gem in the wedding industry!
Beyond their beautiful venues and amazing food, it’s the service and staff that make Stroudsmoor so exceptional. Belkis was by my side for more than 15 hours on my wedding day, working tirelessly to make sure I had everything I needed. My wedding coordinator, Alex, was patient, organized, and incredibly thorough—she worked with us every step of the way to bring our dream vision to life. She was an absolute powerhouse, from all the pre-planning and thinking through every last detail to flawlessly executing throughout the entire wedding weekend, which included three separate events (rehearsal, welcome party, and wedding)!
I can’t emphasize enough how much Alex and the entire team genuinely care about their couples. They make such a sincere effort to connect with you, guide you through the process, and provide reassurance when the planning inevitably gets overwhelming. You can feel how deeply they care about making sure their couples have the best time ever—it’s truly from the heart.
My husband and I had the best night of our lives thanks to Alex, Belkis, and the entire Stroudsmoor team. If you’re thinking about hosting your wedding there—don’t hesitate. You’ll be in the best hands imaginable.

We got married at the Woodsgate site on October 11, 2025. Everyone at the Stroudsmoor, including our planner, lodging coordinator, and reception servers, made sure everything happened the way we wanted it to. Our ceremony outside was beautiful, even in the rain, and our guests were constantly commenting on how great the venue was and how much they loved the food. We had vegetarian and vegan guests (including me), and there were tons of food options for us. I can't recommend the Stroudsmoor enough My husband and I can't wait to return for our anniversary!

From the moment we stepped in to the event office to just sit down and see what they had to offer, We knew this is where we wanted to get married!
Everyone was so welcoming and easy to talk to.
We were given a timeline as to when we had to have certain things done and when we should schedule the next appointment. We ended up ahead of the game, which put all the anxieties at ease.
Our event coordinator was Alex, she was absolutely amazing! So personable and caring. I went in having absolutely nothing planned other than my colors, and she helped us put everything g together with such ease.
We got married at Lawnhaven, and all of our guests were throughly impressed with the event in its entirety.
They made it so easy to put the menu together and fined vendors with their tasting events.
We were surprised at how much fun my husband and I had planning everything!
If I had to do it again I would not change anything!!

We got married with only 7-8 months notice and the venue and staff pulled it off tremendously. From the first meeting, our planner - Kaylie - was professional and receptive to our ideas and needs. We wanted a sort of “magic forest” theme and they delivered beyond our expectations. Weddings are expensive, but we do feel like we got our money’s worth, and I appreciated that there was room to cut costs wherever we wanted - it allowed for a lot of flexibility throughout the process. Tons and tons of variety and options. Kaylie helped the whole thing run smoothly and she maintained a calm control throughout the process.
Grayson and the floral team totally floored us with the designs and decor, turning the reception hall into a bonafide dark academia / elven fantasy masterpiece. We got so many compliments on all the smallest details, and she was super receptive to our vision - totally knocked it out of the park.
Ryan, Ann, and Bronte - along with the rest of the day-of staff (bartenders, servers, etc) were unbelievably accommodating and kind, going as far as to physically pick up waste from birds and woodland creatures that ended up near one of the ponds we wanted to take photos at. Everyone was locked into our needs without us even needing to voice any of them, and it all felt very personable - I felt very much like they were seeing us as people and individuals rather than just clients.
Compliments to the chefs and cooking staff too. The dinners were very good and the cocktail hour apps and platters were awesome - super creative and really tasty!

When my husband and I were searching for a wedding venue, we dreamed of mountain views and rustic charm. The moment we saw Stroudsmoor Country Inn's Woodgate venue, we fell in love with the woods ceremony spot and the beautiful barn reception space. It felt like a mixture of Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings. It was everything we wanted and more - with perfect weather on our day (and a great backup option too if needed).
Stroudsmoor truly thought of everything: phenomenal food and drinks that our guests raved about, amazing staff, on-site lodging, and even a bridal suit perfect for hair and makeup. We were given every vendor recommendation around the area; photographer, DJ, officiants, rental cars, and more. What truly made the experience unforgettable was our planner, Grace. She was our saving grace - always attentive, quick to respond, super sweet and caring, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. She made the planning process stress-free and the wedding day seamless.
Every guest was blown away by the venue, the food, and the atmosphere. If you're looking for an outdoor or indoor venue that delivers on every detail, Stroudsmoor is the place. A 10000/10 experience - the best decision we made for our wedding.

We held our wedding at Terraview at Stroudsmoor Country Inn this July and it was a DREAM. It's impossible to know where to start. The venue and views were absolutely stunning, the food was plentiful and delicious, and most importantly, the service was top-notch. Our wedding coordinator Alex was AMAZING and worked extremely hard to make sure our vision came to life. We searched many venues in the Catskills and around NY/PA, many with a much higher price tag, and none of the venues compared to the quality of service you can expect at Stroudsmoor. It will always be an extremely special place to us and I highly recommend Terraview/Stroudsmoor Country Inn to you as well!

We got married at Woodsgate at the Stroudsmoor last weekend and to say it was perfect would still be an understatement. All but two of our vendors were internally through the venue and they took care of everything! From food to cake to makeup and hair to decorations, the Stroudsmoor team did a fantastic job putting together such a magical day for my husband and I. Our closest guests and us stayed for the weekend and enjoyed their gorgeous rooms with woodsy views and a delicious breakfast buffet for both mornings. Throughout the weekend, the staff were friendly and personable and were a part of some of our best memories from the weekend. It’s a week later and our guests still have not stopped raving about the food and the incredible service. The overall price was reasonable and well worth the money! We are extremely happy we made the choice to sign with the Stroudsmoor and look forward to staying here in the future and even attending more weddings here in the future! A huge thank you to Linda, Alex, Kaylie, Corinne, Grayson, Colleen, Gina, and the rest of the Stroudsmoor Team! We are so thankful to have had such a stress free, enjoyable weekend we can remember for the rest of our lives.

We got married this past July at Ridgecrest at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn and could not have been more thrilled with our experience. We had our rehearsal dinner, wedding AND post-wedding brunch on site because they were so easy to work with and provided such value for their cost. The Stroudsmoor provides an easy planning process as they have lodging, hair/make up, catering AND florals on site. Our wedding coordinator, Alex, was exceptional from day 1. Can not recommend enough! Just had my wedding there and everyone on their staff is fantastic! Our coordinator kept in regular contact and helped us along each step of the way, our florist had the place looking amazing even with our last minute changes, and our day of attendant really went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed throuout the whole event! Our wedding at Ridgecrest at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn was everything we wanted and more! We couldn't imagine a more perfect weekend even if we tried. Our planner, Alex, was an absolute DREAM to work with from start to finish and made the process feel less scary and seamless. Stroudsmoor Country Inn is THE PLACE to get married! Everything turned out just as we dreamed! The Stroudsmoor team is fantastic and works very closely with you to make sure everything is how you want it. We felt so taken care of, both leading up to the wedding and the day of. SCI staff, especially Kaylie, Grayson and Belkis, went above and beyond to cover every possible detail and make sure everything ran smoothly. Planning the wedding was easy with their help, and during the wedding itself, SCI staff provided stellar service and attention, making sure we were fed, had enough drinks, and that our families were taken care of too. We got married at Woodsgate, and felt it was the most beautiful, scenic, and magical place to hold a ceremony. We received so many compliments from our guests too, about the food, the cocktail hour service, the venue, and the staff! We had the best wedding imaginable, and at an affordable price, too. We cannot recommend Stroudsmoor enough!

Stroudsmoor is the real deal. When we got engaged, my top priority was that I did not want to be stressed on my wedding day. Leading up to the day, I knew there was a lot of work, a lot of planning, but on my actual wedding day, I wanted to take care of nothing. I wanted to be in charge of nothing. I used to work in events, and I know the depth and insanity that comes with planning an event and how hard the actual event day can be. I knew that whatever venue we picked, it would need to be as all-inclusive and simple as possible. Everything about Stroudsmoor was a dream. The entire process was seamless. They were so professional. They were upfront on costs. Any service they did not offer themselves they had a list of preferred, recommended vendors. Leading up to the wedding day, we met with our planner, Kaylie, regularly, their on-site florist, Grayson, and Gina and the whole team at the bridal salon were incredible. They walked us through everything, step-by-step. We got married at Woodsgate this summer – surrounded by the forest, it was absolutely gorgeous and everything we could have hoped for. We are so happy we chose them and we will continue to recommend them to everyone!

Thanks to the Stroudsmoor Country Inn, the wedding weekend of our dreams became a reality. We cannot express enough how happy we were with the Stroudsmoor Country Inn as our wedding venue. They made the process of planning a wedding easy and seamless. Being an all-inclusive wedding resort, the only vendors we had to hire that were not directly included in the package were transportation, a DJ and a photographer. However, to continue to make our lives easier the Stroudsmoor hosted a gorgeous event where we could do a tasting of the food/cakes, test out bouquet sizes, and meet and greet local vendors -- which is where we hired the vendors we needed for our day. The wedding weekend with our rehearsal dinner, day of, and morning breakfast after were all perfectly hosted. The Stroudsmoor has world class food, and is extremely attentive to detail. We cannot thank their staff enough for giving us the best weekend of our lives. We will be back for all our anniversaries since this gorgeous place now has an extremely special place in our hearts. <3

Our wedding here was everything we could have dreamed of and more. Everyone kept talking about how amazing all the staff was!! Our day of coordinator, Kaylie, was so helpful and worked so hard to help us every step of the way. The venue (Terraview) was breathtaking, the food and cake were delicious, and the lodging was perfect!! It was so great to have our close friends and family all staying together on site. This venue is amazing because there are so many things on site: the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner the day before, the bridal studio for hair, the florals, and the bakery! I’m so thankful I also had a bridal assistant the day of (which I didn’t even know I would get!!), I had a very heavy veil and we had a lot of issues trying to get it to stay in my hair, and she was able to get it to stay!! The staff all made sure we had plenty of food and drinks and were so attentive. You get so much bang for your buck here. We had an absolutely amazing time and could not recommend this venue enough!

Stroudsmoor Country Inn was the perfect wedding venue for us. From the start, our event coordinator, Alex, and her team made us feel completely taken care of by answering all our questions and accommodating every request. On the big day, the staff went above and beyond, anticipating our needs with fans to keep us cool, food and drinks always ready, and constant support. We were nervous about the heat (85° in late June), but the Ridgecrest ceremony site was fully shaded and very comfortable for us and all the guests. The venue is absolutely beautiful—scenic, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. We’re so grateful to the Stroudsmoor team for making our day so special.

During our wedding planning experience, all of our vendors said they loved working with the Stroudsmoor and after having our wedding here, I can certainly see why! Their team took care of us throughout the entire day, guiding us through difficult weather decisions and always making sure we had something to eat and drink. Our coordinator, Kaylie, was fantastic and made sure everything went smoothly the day of.
We had our ceremony and reception at Woodsgate, which was spectacular. So many of our guests said it was the most beautiful ceremony they've ever attended. If I had to replan my wedding, I'd happily choose the Stroudsmoor again.

The Most Magical Day at Stroudsmoor Country Inn – Lawnhaven Venue
We got married at Stroudsmoor Country Inn at the Lawnhaven venue on June 14th, and we truly cannot say enough amazing things about our experience. From the moment we toured the venue to the moment we said goodbye to our last guest, everything was absolutely seamless—and it’s all thanks to the incredible team at Stroudsmoor.
Our coordinator, Grace, was an absolute gem. For months leading up to the wedding, her communication was always timely, thoughtful, and incredibly reassuring. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but Grace made it feel manageable, personal, and even fun. She thought of every little detail and kept us calm and organized the whole way through.
Greyson from the floral and decor department deserves a standing ovation. The floral arrangements and decor were beyond anything we could have imagined. He took our vision, elevated it, and made the entire venue feel like it was pulled straight from a dream. Then there’s Alex—our wedding day hero. It rained almost the entire weekend, but Alex made sure not a single wrinkle showed in the day (literally and figuratively). She was calm, proactive, and completely unshakable, handling any curveballs with professionalism and grace.
The food? Incredible. Our guests are still raving about the bacon-wrapped scallops, the brie and apricot pastries, and the mac and cheese bites (those went FAST). Every course was perfectly prepared, beautifully served, and deeply enjoyed by all.
But what really set Stroudsmoor apart was the staff. Every single person we encountered—from servers to bartenders to shuttle drivers—went above and beyond not only for us but for every one of our guests. We felt genuinely cared for, celebrated, and supported at every turn.

Between the over the top service from both our planner Alex to the staff on wedding day, the stunning views, the clear communication - this was a 15/10 experience (to use the same words as a groomsman). We are SO glad to have chosen Stroudsmoor to host our special day, the BEST day, and can't wait to be back for future celebrations!

Everything was perfect, we could not have asked for a more seamless day! Our planner Kaylie was amazing, Grayson and her floral team made my bouquet exactly as I had envisioned. We had a great experience at the onsite bridal salon, hair and make up were perfect. Appetizers were fantastic and everyone loved the property.

The staff at the Stroudsmoor went above and beyond our expectations and were there with us every step of the way from planning right to the very end of our reception! Grace met our needs and matched our quirky ideas all while making sure we and our guests had the best time. We had our wedding at the Stroudsmoor on 05/30/2025 and couldn’t have asked for a better day.
Grace, our planner, was absolutely incredible. She was so quick to respond with emails and questions, she truly made the whole planning process so easy. She was extremely organized and on top of making sure every little detail of our wedding went perfectly. She made the stress of wedding planning SO much easier and made the entire process fun and exciting, always ensuring that we were in good hands. And we absolutely were in the BEST hands.
The entire venue was absolutely STUNNING. I gave the stroudsmoor my vision and they absolutely made my visions come to life!! Grayson and her team in the floral department did the most amazing job with my flowers and decorations. I had the most beautiful day because of them. The food was INCREDIBLE. From the appetizers, to the actual meal, to the delicious desserts. We had compliment after compliment about how delicious the food was. My Husband and I always say when we are guests at a wedding that the wedding is only as good as it’s food, and the food at the Stroudsmoor was some of the best we’ve ever had!
Belkis was our right hand woman throughout the reception and we couldn’t be more thankful for her. She made sure everything went according to plan and that we were happy every second of the night. She was consistently checking in with us to make sure we were doing okay. No matter what we needed during the night, she was always two steps ahead of us, ready with what we needed. Our drinks were replaced with fresh new ones once they began to get low without even having to ask for another. She was so sweet and caring and we truly appreciated her.
The hair and make-up studio did a fantastic job with myself and my bridesmaids also! We all loved the way we looked.
The entire Stroudsmoor team honestly made our wedding go so perfectly. Everyone always hopes for a stress free and smooth wedding with no issues, luckily my Husband and I truly got to have that thanks to their team.

We recently held our wedding reception at the Terraview venue, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. From the very start, the venue team made us feel like we were in expert hands — they were professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our big day perfect.
The space itself is absolutely stunning. Whether it was the beautiful décor, the lighting, or the thoughtful setup, everything came together seamlessly to create an atmosphere that was both elegant and welcoming. So many of our guests commented on how gorgeous the venue was!
But what really stood out was the team behind the scenes. Linda and the entire staff were incredible. They anticipated our needs, handled every little detail with care, and went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We felt supported and relaxed the whole time, which let us truly enjoy every moment.
From the smooth coordination with vendors to the impeccable timing of the evening, everything flowed perfectly. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the entire celebration felt personal and meaningful.

I truly cannot put into words how thrilled we were with our wedding at Stroudsmoor Country Inn. We chose the Ridgecrest venue—and I genuinely believe it’s the most breathtaking location in the Poconos. The entire day felt like a dream brought to life. From our very first tour to the final moments of our wedding day, our coordinator Kaylie was an absolute gem—kind, flexible, and always transparent. Her guidance made the planning process smooth and enjoyable.
On the day of our wedding, Margie, Grace, and Kerry went above and beyond. They were incredibly warm and attentive, ensuring that my husband and I (and our bridal party) were completely taken care of every step of the way. One of our biggest priorities was keeping the day flowing smoothly—from the ceremony and photos to cocktail hour and the reception—and the entire team executed it flawlessly. We recently had our wedding at Stroudsmoor Country Inn, and I cannot stop raving about how magical the entire day was! From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable.
Grace, our planner, deserves massive credit. She completely understood my vision of creating a romantic yet fun-filled wedding. Her expertise, organization, and support ensured every moment was exactly how we had imagined.
Grayson was in charge of our floral and decor and while I came in with a vision, Grayson brought it to life in a way that exceeded all my expectations. Every detail was beyond stunning, making the venue feel straight out of a fairy tale.
We were met with a major surprise on the wedding day – snow! We woke up to about 4 inches of snow, completely unexpected, as we were prepared for rain. Despite this, the incredible Stroudsmoor team pivoted seamlessly, ensuring all adjustments were handled with ease and grace. Their flexibility and quick problem-solving gave me so much peace of mind when I could've been stressed.
The food was a standout hit! Instead of a sit-down dinner, we opted for passed appetizers during the reception, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how delicious and unique everything was. It turned our reception into such an enjoyable, social experience.
I have to give a special shout-out to Belkis, my bridal attendant, who is nothing short of a miracle worker. She is either secretly a fairy godmother or perhaps JLo from The Wedding Planner! From fixing the tiniest details to genuinely caring for me and ensuring I was calm and happy, she made me feel cherished like I was family. I was in awe of her dedication and attentiveness.
Planning a wedding can be such a daunting and overwhelming task, but the Stroudsmoor staff made it incredibly easy. Not only were they professional, but they went out of their way to make sure our day was nothing short of perfect. They even generously upgraded us, which was a beautiful and thoughtful gesture.
Thanks to the entire Stroudsmoor team, our wedding day turned into the magical, memorable celebration we dreamed of. Every single staff member played a role in creating such a special experience, and we can never thank them enough! We highly, highly recommend Stroudsmoor Country Inn to any couple looking for a venue that truly cares about bringing your vision to life.

Our Company does many Weddings at Stroudsmoor country inn. By far they are one of the best in the business. From their outstanding service to the quality of their food they are second to none. The grounds are meticulous and the venues are breathtaking. We love working there because they are so organized and everything always run smoothly. It all started in October 2022 when Michael and I bought a house in the area. We were driving around to explore and stubbled upon Ridgecrest. I had always wanted to get married on the side of a cliff. I said wouldn't it be so cool to get married here? Right in our town? Fast forward to seeing an ad for Stroudsmoor wedding expo. I wasn't even engaged and I booked us two tickets. It was just one day before the expo, when Michael proposed. I only had one venue in mind. Ridgecrest. When I would tell people where I was getting married at, I will never forget what everyone said; "it is so pretty there and the staff take such great care of you". And oh my gosh, YES do they ever take care of you! I can have panic attacks but the staff kept me focused. I was well care for with patience and love. I learned new techniques to distract me from anxiety that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. Thank you Belkis, Corinne, Kaylie, Becca, Corinne's sister and Carolyn. You ladies kept me together. At the end of wedding night, I have received nothing but positive compliments of how stunning my wedding was. It was the best wedding some guests had attended. The most beautiful. The happiest. Room was filled with love and everyone could feel it. Guests told me the food was great. So much food. So many IPA choices. Appetizers were great. Band was awesome. Venue stunning. Views of the valley gorgeous. Live painter was amazing. Hair and make-up made my girls into bombshells. A luxury deluxe wedding. I went all out for this wedding. Deciding to book it for March and hoping for snow. And sure enough, during my vows I got my a small flurry of snow. This place is magic. I would do it again and again. Wedding planning is stressful but this place made it easy with an all in one package. Hair and make up, catering, floral and decor, bakery, and lodging ALL on site!! Then just use their wedding expo to research and pick a photographer, music, transportation and officiant. And you have all the major stuff already done! The next day after my wedding I did not have a feeling of let down. I was on cloud 9. And I told Michael, this place can just take my money again and again.

Having our wedding at Stroudsmoor was the best decision my Husband and I made.
The first time I toured it, my Mother in Law and I knew this was the spot; afer the second tour with my now Husband and Step-Mom we signed the contract and were all ready to get into planning a wedding.
We had our wedding at Woodsgate, which is the most beautiful of the venues on this site in my opinion. There is truly no wrong venue to pick; decide the vibe and guest count and Stroudsmoor has a perfect venue for you.
Working with Malia was the best; she allowed us to take the reigns in what we wanted for the wedding day whhilst putting her input on what she think would be best. Then on the day of she had complete control of any situation that came up; lucky for us that was minimal.
We did our florals/decor rentals through Stroudsmoor with Grayson and she made our vision come to life! I could not imagine going to anyone else for this. Plus they included set up and pack up! HUGE PLUS.
The cabins on site are a bit on the older side but they have a charm to them. For the bridal party we booked the Ledgemere suites to get ready in which were more than enough room to pack in vendors and photographers.
The biggest plus was the food and drink packages; your guests will leave full drunk esp if you decide to go open bar.
This property is all inclusive and they make wedding planning a breeze. It has been a luxury working with everyone on this site at an affordable price.
Run, don't walk and book your wedding or special event at Stroudsmoor!

We felt like princesses on our wedding day with all the attention and help we had moving from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception. First I would like to say- the moment my husband and I went to check out our venue we knew it was perfect for us. From the older European vibes to the beautiful outdoor ceremony spot in the woods it was all so cohesive. The staff was amazing. As the bride, they made sure I did not want for anything the entire evening. All I had to do was show up and it was decorated absolutely beautifully. Alexandria DiGrazia (my coordinator) was so helpful and kind and really went above and beyond in helping us plan our wedding day. The hors d’oeuvres we’re 10/10 amazing and the cake too!

We fell in love with the Stroudsmoor early on in the venue browsing process, and fell in love with it over and over during the planning process. We wanted to select a location that was equal parts beautiful and easy for us to plan our special day at. Stroudsmoor being such a one-stop shop made everything easy- no need to look far or wide for vendors, everything we needed was there. Alex was a fantastic coordinator, who made sure that everything and anything we could need was there for us and taken care of even before we knew we needed it. The Stroudsmoor County Inn is beyond beautiful, we knew we had found our venue before we finished our tour. You simply cannot recreate the views we had anywhere else on the East Coast. Lodging on-site made it easy for our wedding party to be close by and close together. The vibes were "woodsy and rustic" while still also being elegant and tasteful. We got to have the wedding we both wanted, where we wanted it, how we wanted it, and with who we wanted it. The entire staff made our day so, so special and it started and ended with Alex. Cannot recommend the Stroudmoor Country Inn enough.

My husband and I got married at Ridgecrest on Oct 25th, 2024 and there are truly no words to describe how unbelievable our day was… but I will try :) The weather was perfect and that venue is stunning so there was no way that our wedding couldn’t have been amazing, but the Stroudsmoor staff were absolutely exceptional. We had the privilege of having Kaylie as our Event Planner and she was the absolute best. She was so helpful and responsive throughout the entire planning process and couldn’t have made it more stress-free. We used an outside Florist for flowers but worked with Grayson for ceiling drapery, linens and table numbers, and same thing - she was fantastic, and coordinating with her couldn’t have been easier. I was also blown away by how amazing the day-of staff were. Margie & Kerry specifically were unbelievably amazing. The kindest yet most hard-working women in the room. Both of them, as well as all of the rest of the staff that I spoke to, genuinely seemed happy to be there. They were friendly and efficient and everyone was raving about how good the food and drinks were all night. I always dreamed of an amazing wedding and it’s easy to set your exceptions too high but my wedding was truly better than I ever could have imagined. We would relive that day forever and I will be depressed for the next year. 1000/10 recommend. I can’t imagine a better venue or company to work with, and they will all always have a special place in our hearts.

I got married at Woodsgate almost two weeks ago and it was the best night of my life. Kaylie, our wedding planner made sure that everything was perfect and did not miss a detail. Grayson did amazing with the flowers and even added a pendant for my late grandfather last minute. The night would not have gone as smoothly without our attendant and supervisor, Belkus and Ann. Belkus literally changed my shoes for me and taught me how to go to the bathroom in my wedding dress. Everyone at Stroudsmoor made me feel relaxed and allowed me to really enjoy our special day. I also love that so much is on site like lodging, the spa, florist, food beverage and bakery. I could not recommend Stroudsmoor enough, they really know what they are doing. I would not have changed anything about our wedding!

I am a wedding vendor of my own. I am a live wedding painter and have worked over 100 weddings and thus have experienced the food, atmosphere and hospitality at over 70 different venues. After a great deal of consideration, we decided to hold the wedding of our dreams at the Stroudsmoor’s Ridgecrest venue. We are so very glad we did. The Team at Stroudsmoor thinks of EVERY DETAIL, leaves no page unturned, and will help you throw a wedding that is unique to you. We had 220 guests coming from out of state. It was a destination wedding, so hospitality was of our highest priority.. and they delivered. Notably, the venue is owned by Italians. This put my parents concerns as ease, who expected the food to be superb, which it absolutely was! Being assigned Alex, our coordinator, was the best part of our wedding package. She is super cool, calm and patient, extremely experienced in the wedding industry. She kept us on track, stayed organized when we absolutely were not, considered every single detail, exercised flexibility in areas that were important to us, and made the whole wedding planning process a LOT easier on us. We owe every ounce of gratitude to Alex, as well as Greyson for our INCREDIBLE flowers, Linda for allowing us to have the Cookie Table of our dreams, Belkys for making sure we didn’t go four steps without a drink in our hand, and every person the day of our wedding who went above and beyond to put on a great bash. THESE ARE WEDDING PROS! 10/10 recommend.

The first part of this review is dedicated to Alex, our wedding planner. I have to rave about her because she was so incredible throughout the entire process and made the planning fun and easy. The second part of this review is about Stroudsmoor, which is a great venue because they have everything you could possibly want or need on site. It made booking catering (which is delicious), the wedding cake (also delicious), flowers (beautiful) and ceremony, if you decide to have your ceremony there, super easy. They also accommodate your wishes/ideas so everything ended up looking exactly as we had always imagined, which was incredible. The third part of this review is just talking about the venue, because Lawnhaven was absolutely beautiful. Even with minimal decorations it's such a beautiful area and building, so with the decorations that we chose and that Stroudsmoor set up, it looked spectacular. It was exactly what we had pictured and wanted. We're thrilled that we had our wedding at Stroudsmoor and I highly, highly recommend booking Stroudsmoor for your wedding.

Our wedding at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn (Ridgecrest) was amazing. Kaylie was our planner and she was helpful throughout the entire process. She was timely in answering many emails and if she could not help, she connected us with the right people on property. They could not have made the process easier for us. On the day of the wedding, the other staff was super attentive to the wedding party and the guests. We even had servers bringing food and drinks to our photos after the ceremony. We could not have asked for a better day and our guests gave rave reviews of the property and staff.

The Stroudmoor is a beautiful venue with the pituresque backdrop of rolling hills of Northern Pennsylvania. My wife and I settled on having our wedding at the Lawnhaven one of the multiple venue options at the Stroudmoor. Malia and her team made all of the prepartion and planning leading up to the wedding far less complicated than i thought it would be. Furthermore they continue to guide us through all the steps even working with us as we lived out of state. Honestly though, the WOW Factor didnt really sink in until the big day. Our bridal attendant was a super women. Her anticipation of our needs and magical ability to appear a the perfect moment with all of the attention to detail was more than we could have ever asked for. We arte incredibly greatful to all those involved in making our special day even that much more special.

When I was looking for a woodsy venue to get married at on the east coast, I stumbled upon Woodsgate at Stroudsmoor and it immediately stood out to me! We could get married surrounded by trees, with the ease of an all inclusive reception a short walk away. When we visited and saw the woodland chapel, even in the middle of winter, my breath was taken away and I wanted to cry because of how perfect and beautiful it is. It’s very secluded and has a lit-up walk to the ceremony site up an adorable path, and the reception hall has a cozy homey feel, while being straight out of a fantasy novel. We didn’t need much floral decor because of how beautiful everything is already, but the floral we did get was the perfect finishing touch, and I’m still obsessing over my bouquet.
Aside from the gorgeous fairytale setting, the service was phenomenal and both our planner, Malia, and the staff were there to see to all our needs and make the day as stress-free and easygoing as possible. Malia was always quick to answer any questions, and was very willing to bring our unconventional ideas like Rock Band karaoke at the reception to life. Sometimes with all-inclusive venues you’re limited with customizing the wedding but that was not at all the case with Stroudsmoor. Everyone was so kind, professional, and our guests raved about the incredible food and service. I couldn’t imagine getting married at a more perfect place, and highly recommend this to anyone looking to have their own whimsical woodland wedding!!
