I’m giving this place one star because I am not impressed by the manager. She’s very rude and inconsiderate. My fiancé was stressed out for months doing business with them. They didn’t give her a refund that she and her bridesmaids absolutely deserved. The manager is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend this place for anybody at all.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
I made the mistake of ordering my bridesmaids dresses from this store. When we had our first consultation, their staff advised us that we should order the dresses by the end of February for a wedding in September (or else they might not be here in time for the wedding). The girls all called in with their measurements, but I took some time to decide on the color. I decided to wait to finalize the order until the first week of March as a result. So, the girls had paid for their dresses, but the dress order had not yet been placed with the designer.
Up until this point, the store staff had been advising me to wait to order the dresses for the flower girls until closer to the wedding, stating that they did not take as long to make. I even asked them if they were sure about this, and let them know that the designers website showed that it took just as long for the flower girls’ dresses to arrive as it did for the bridesmaids dresses. They assured me that this would be fine.
On March 1st, the price of the dresses that I had purchased (in an order that had not yet been placed with the designer) dropped drastically. When I called to finalize the order on March 2, 2023, the same staff that had reassured me multiple times that we could wait on the flower girls’ dresses notified me that the flower girls’ dresses would take just as long to come into the office as the bridesmaids dresses and if I had any expectation of them being the same color, they would all need to be ordered together. As a result, I had to rush to get the flower girls’ into the office the very next day for measurements.
The flower girls get fitted, we pay for their dresses, and we leave the store. I called the store after we left to inquire about a price adjustment due to the drastic decrease in the base price of the dress per the designers website. This is before the order was actually placed with the designer. They declined to make the price adjustment. The store hours were 12p-4p. At 10:30p (drastically outside of their posted business hours), I get an e-mail from the owner, saying that the order has been placed and the expected ship date is early June (nowhere near being in any danger of default for a September wedding). Additionally, they are essentially showing a three-month production period and if I had ordered direct from the designer’s website, they show an estimated production period of six (6) weeks. I e-mail back immediately regarding the price adjustment and received no immediate answer. The contract that we signed for the dresses said that they were non-refundable after the order had been placed with the designer, so the fact that they rushed to place the order outside of normal business hours after I inquired about a price adjustment is no surprise.
The next day, I called the shop and requested a call back from the owner, which I never received. She e-mailed me back much later in the day, refusing the price adjustment. I e-mailed her back thoroughly explaining that all of this appeared to be intentional and appeared to be quite dishonest. She e-mailed me back in great detail, essentially explaining that it’s the customers responsibility to protect themselves in commercial transactions and their store otherwise has the right to mistreat them. Her message was that if the customer doesn’t attempt to price match at the point of sale, they’re not entitled to any price adjustments, which is absolutely ridiculous and not standard practice for any retailer I’ve ever frequented before.
Long story short, it would appear that they knew about the price adjustments scheduled to take place at the end of February. They intentionally railroaded us into paying much higher prices for the same dresses, even going so far as to potentially lie to us about the flower girls’ dresses not needing to be ordered soon in an attempt to get us to place the whole order by the end of February. Once the calendar changed to March 1, 2023, everything that they had been telling us about the flower girls’ dresses changed. They refused the price adjustment and rushed to place the order outside of normal business hours so that it was no longer cancellable per their policy.
Using this store will cost you, literally. It cost us an estimated $470.00 in the base price of the dresses, plus an additional approx. $120 in service charges that they tacked onto the price of the dresses. Grand Total: An approximate $590.00 loss.
I had one dress for the bridesmaids and a different dress for the Maid and Matron of honor. On March 1, 2023, the price of the bridesmaids’ dresses decreased $85/dress on four (4) dresses and the price for the Maid/Matron Honor dress decreased $64/dress on two (2) dresses. Additionally, they add a service charge to the price of each dress, which is not mentioned anywhere in their contracts. The flower girls’ dresses were $124.50 per the designer’s website. Plus a 6% sales tax, the total amount would have been $131.97 and I was charged approximately $146 ($145 + change) for the dress. They’re adding an additional (approx.) 10% service fee charge to the cost of each dress.
Their business model, staff, and owner all appear to be extraordinarily dishonest. Why not charge an appointment fee for the consultation instead of baking additional 10% service charge into the costs of already wildly overpriced dresses? The more honest business practice would be to charge $15/person for those in attendance at the fitting and price match the dresses to the designer’s website. When I e-mailed the owner explaining all of this, she e-mailed me back with blatant falsehoods (lies) that she claims her staff told her about the situation.
I picked up all the dresses for my bridesmaids, and despite the situation outlined above, the attendant who helped us for all our fitting appointments (and there were multiple due to the circumstances) pretended not to know who I was. They gave us the merchandise, and my name was spelled incorrectly across the front of each bridesmaid dress, with the name of each bridesmaid directly underneath. There was also a note attached to each dress stating that the store essentially takes no responsibility for the quality of the dress, including, but not limited to: fabric snags, loose buttons and straps coming undone. It says that these problems can be fixed with a “needle and thread.” I’m sure that it’s every girl’s wildest dream to pay $200 + dollars for a dress that they will later be told they may need to sew by hand and not to complain about it. This place is a literal nightmare.
Save yourself time, money, and a terrible experience by ordering direct from the designer.
This is not the experience that any bride wants or deserves leading up to her wedding.
I wouldn’t wish them on my worst enemy on their worst day.
BUYER BEWARE.
This store is dedicated exclusively to bridesmaid dresses and in our area it has the largest selection of dresses and brands by far. This was the only place we went for bridesmaid dresses and we were able to find a style that flattered both of my bridesmaids and a color that fit into our scheme. They do not do alterations on site. For my girls this was not an issue because they were able to get alterations done in their own towns after picking up the dresses. There was only one girl working in the store the day of our appointment, so she was not able to give us her full attention as she had to answer the phone and run the rest of the store. My mother, mother-in-law, and I actually helped our girls in and out of most of the dresses.
DO NOT GO HERE!
The worst customer service I’ve ever had. If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would. The owner Catherine is so unprofessional I don’t know how she still is in business. She never submitted mine and another bridesmaid’s orders. Then tried to lie to us and the bride about it. She actually was trying to get me to call the other bridesmaid and bride to tell them like it was my job. She ended up having to show the bride the email that shows she made the mistake after lying about. She then told all 3 of us to go to her preferred seamstress and said she would cover the cost since it was all her mistake. Now is lying again and refusing to cover any of the costs. Save yourself A LOT of money and the worry of not having your dress done on time if at all and go somewhere else. This place is so not worth all the lies and extra costs plus the owner was a HUGE B****
I had a really mixed experience! The appointment in front of us ran almost a half hour over so we had to wait outside, limiting our appointment to about thirty-five minutes. If you are looking for a shop that you can have some free reign of the store this is a great place to go. However, the dresses are small so if you have bridesmaids that are plus size this is probably not the place for you. Also, they are not handicap accessible so if you need accomodations another place would be best. I ended up getting my dresses from a different place, but still has fun visiting the store.
They were very nice and the bridesmaid dresses turned out great! They arrived when they said they would and there were no issues. I was an out of state Bride and Catherine was great making sure I knew when they were ordered, when they arrived and who I needed to get after to get their measurements in. We went to several places and they were one of the only places to have some Junior Bridesmaids dresses my niece could try on. The only Complaint would be that they didn't have any dresses my sister could get into (being a slightly bigger gal). But over all they were great!
I came here in November of 2016 to look for bridesmaid dresses for my bridesmaids. Catherine was wonderful to work with. I found the color I was looking for and loved having the store to ourselves for the appoinment. there were many styles of dresses to pick from. The girls all loved their dresses. Catherine was easy to contact if I had any questions. I got married on August 19th, 2017. The dresses in the color looked beautiful.
rude worker!I believe she is the owner! I was plus size when I went in to try a dress, she told me that I couldn't fit into any of the dress the other girls had tried on, out of the 5 different dresses they had choose before i arrived the biggest size was a 8. I was in the process of losing weight for my own wedding and when the owner called to get my new measurements I told her I wanted to wait until the latest I could because I knew I would be losing more weight. She proceeded to tell me that I would not be able to lose the 20 lbs I had said I planned to lose by February (it was October). When I did call back with my measurements she was surprised that I had dropped 2 dresses sizes since the visit in August/September. Dress shopping can be stressful enough when you are plus size but this store made it a million times worse. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Also all the girls dresses are too big. I feel as though maybe they do not know how to measure correctly.
My bridesmaids & I were pleasantly surprised by our experience working with the ladies at Studio Bridesmaids. At our appointment, we received a very informed overview of the designers, fabrics, and styles of dresses they carry. My bridesmaids received great advice on the styles that would look best on their body types and were able to try on multiple dresses without any hassle or pressure. The dresses were more reasonably priced than at other salons, all came in on time, and were the right sizes/didn't require excessive alterations. I highly recommend Studio Bridesmaid!
My bridesmaids and I had a great experience at studio bridesmaid. Alexis was attentive and helpful. We visited the store twice in our selection process - once at the previous location in Royal Oak, and once in Berkley. The new store is great and I love the personalized experience it gave my girls. We had a lot of fun with it. (The champagne we brought in may have helped, too.) They have a good selection with really quality dresses - lots of different colors and fabrics to choose from - not just chiffon. I knew I wanted lace dresses and their selection was great. We chose two different dresses from the same designer, Dessy, for the bridesmaids and best (wo)man. The ordering process was extremely simple and I love that they took charge. They also called me right away when the dresses came in, so I was never wondering what was going on. One of my girls lives out of state, so they shipped her dress to her. I'm not sure of the costs of that, however.
Only slightly negatives: All of the girls required considerable alterations for their dresses. At least two of them were as much as two sizes too large. (Better too big than too small, I guess.) I also had to cancel one of the dresses the day of our ordering deadline but did not receive a refund until I called back over a month later once I realized I didn't get my money back. They were apologetic when I called and processed that refund right away.
Overall, I'd say it's a great shop and I'm really happy with the experience.
At first impression with the studio we were happy- had the place to ourselves and able to bring in drinks while my bridesmaids tried on dresses. However, the dresses we ordered were discontinued and then they were made wrong. They do NOT do alterations so we were stuck with the fabric in middle being too tight on everyone (even though they did measurements). Even had an appt with them to drive 45 minutes to their store only to find out they closed two hours early and failed to tell me or cancel our appt. I would look elsewhere if you are looking for a reliable dress.
As a bride, when I was looking for my gown, I was surprised how many stores carried 3-4 bridesmaid dresses and then had an iPad with their full collection. When I found Studio Bridesmaid, I was so excited because my girls got to look around and try such a variety of dresses. Their staff (and owner) are really great! They took a lot of stress off of me and made sure all my bridesmaids were happy with their fit/style.
When looking for bridesmaid dresses, I visited/called a few boutiques before stumbling upon Studio Bridesmaid. I scheduled an appointment and never looked back! From the time I walked into their store, Alexis was a dream to work with. She was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and any email I sent with questions was answered within 24 hours (if not less depending on when I sent the email). They had a great selection of dresses to look at in a range of prices. Once I chose what bridesmaid dresses I wanted, they took over communicating with my bridesmaids regarding ordering, payment, and shipping! It was one less thing for me to take care of and I couldn't believe they handled EVERYTHING. If in the market for bridesmaid dresses, look no further than Studio Bridesmaid. You won't regret it.
I absolutely loved all the ladies at Studio Bridesmaid. Not only do they have a huge selection of Amsale dresses which was designer I wanted for my wedding, they have current trends and styles for all different begets. The store front is very cute and really gives the bridesmaids a special feel- which was important to me. The only complaint I have is that I wish they offered alternations. However, they do provide bridesmaids with offsite referrals which my girls were very happy with!
I would recommend any bride looking a special place for their bridesmaids, this is the place to go
I am going to start with the positive. As I planned this wedding almost entirely on my own, with some help from a wonderful day-of coordinator, having someone else coordinate the ordering of my wedding party’s dresses was great, especially since 4/6 are out of state. Their dresses were ordered, came in, and were shipped out in a very timely manner, with plenty of time to perform alterations, and my experience with that aspect of SB was good, especially since the dress I’d picked out was discontinued, and they had to order two to three weeks earlier than expected.
That said, my matron of honor and her daughter, who was one of my bridesmaids, were the only ones who were actually sized at SB, and their dresses were completely ill-fitting, to the point that they had to have $200 in alterations each, more than the cost of the dresses themselves. The fact that the daughter’s dress was too small was particularly alarming, as it is much easier to take a dress in than out. When the dresses came in and I heard from the mother that the daughter’s dress was too small, I immediately called SB, understandably worried. I was told, rather dismissively, that they had been measured correctly and that there was at least a size worth of material in the seams, just in case. I saw the dress before the alterations were made, and agreed with the family’s assessment that there was no way there was enough fabric in the seams to sufficiently re-size and alter the dress so it would fit.
In addition to the fact that not only were the two people who were actually measured at SB sized completely wrong, and the subsequent dismissive and uncaring attitude of the staff when I called with the issues, my matron of honor had a number of poor interactions with them, relating both to the above issue and the fact that, although she was allowed to delay payment on one of the dresses, due to the combination of the facts that she had to pay for two and the significantly bumped up order and payment deadline, she was contacted by both e-mail and voicemail by someone at SB demanding payment very shortly after the dresses arrived. I obviously understand that businesses need to collect their money on purchases, but the way this was handled was surprising and unfortunate.
the bridesmaids dress options were great, the store was super cute, and the girls working there were very helpful!
Working with Studio Bridesmaid was a really fun experience. It was great to come in with my bridesmaids and have them try on dresses for my wedding. They are true professionals and gave great advice and tips (it was such a difficult decision for me to not only pick colors but the style of the dress). I loved the fabric of my girls dresses, the shades of pink they wore, and the quality of the dress. One of my bridesmaids is actually going to put a belt and a sweater with hers and wear it to another wedding this summer! Such a great selection of dresses and great service - thanks Studio Bridesmaid! :)
I selected to use them for my dresses and they worked very hard to get the dresses at the price I wanted. They were able to get me a couple different discounts, which was great for the girls! They were friendly and were able to ship dresses to my girls out of states, no problem!
I and my bridesmaids were very happy with Studio Bridesmaid and would recommend them to others.
I chose Studio Bridesmaid after looking at many other options. I was after a very particular color (of course I had to choose a color that's hard to find!), and Studio Bridesmaid had exactly what I wanted. They were also great about working with my bridesmaids (who live all over the country, from D.C. to Chicago to Hawaii) and keeping track of everything so I didn't have to worry about a thing. I'd definitely recommend them!
Studio Bridesmaid was an awesome vendor to work with during all wedding preparations! Lindsey(one of the owners) and Alexis were so easy to work with and were always accessible. They were able to adapt dresses to the different shapes and sizes of my bridal party. Also, I was able to rent vintage props (great prices) to help decorate my wedding reception rather than have to purchase a variety of things that I will only use one day. I was lucky to work with these lovely ladies during a very stressful planning year!
My experience at Studio Bridesmaid was awesome! Because it is appointment only you are the only person in the salon which means you get Alexis' full attention. Alexis is super helpful and patient and has a great eye for style. I described my dress and the type of wedding I was having and she pointed me in the direction of the best bridesmaid dresses for the style of my wedding. It only took one trip to Studio Bridesmaid for me to find the perfect dresses for my girls. I would definitely recommend it to any future bride!
Everything was perfect! Thank you so much!!!
This place is fantastic!! I used Studio Bridesmaid for my bridesmaids dresses. We ordered dresses from Lula Kate and they were amazing. Everything about my experience with Studio Bridesmaids exceeded by expectations. If you want the best this is where you need to go!
I had a great experience choosing my bridesmaid dresses from here. I had been to a few other places with a staff of old ladies that looked like I was annoying them by asking for color swatches. Alexis was SO friendly and helpful and gave us all her attention for our appointments (there were several). She explained all our options and the ordering process very clearly and we ended up choosing some beautiful dresses that we received tons of compliments on! They carry a great selection of designers with lots of customization of colors and styles available and they're not your usual stuffy bridesmaid dresses! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for bridesmaid or social dresses!!
Studio Bridesmaid really worked out well for us! I picked out the Donna Morgan pastel gowns for my bridesmaids and they looked lovely. Alexis was great! She called me to update me on the ordering and the receiving of dresses and she eased all my worries. They even gave a discount to my girls if I booked both my flowers through Flourish (their sister store) and my dresses through Studio Bridesmaid! Thanks Alexis and Studio Bridesmaid for a great experience!
We went their on a Saturday mid afternoon, it was empty. The lady who TRIED to help us was clueless about what materials and colors the dresses came in. It's not even like there was a ton of dresses in the store. They have the smallest selection I have ever seen. She had to keep running to the computer to go the the designers website or calling the owner. It was a disaster. Waste of my time. Whenever I drive by this store it is ALWAYS empty. It should have been my first sign.
Oh and to top it off they aren't a full service salon, they wont do alterations!!
My biggest worry while wedding planning was the bridesmaid dresses, having 9 maids varying is sizes, height & style. I searched and searched online and finally made an appointment with Studio 10months before our wedding allowing time to continue searching if needed. I had decided I was only going to pick the color but the girls could pick the style. After going to the store with 5 of my 9 girls majority ruled and they all liked the same dress. A big win as I realized it would have been hard to line the girls up if there was not 9 different styles but 4 different styles (thanks to Crystal & Colleen). I really enjoy the experience at Studio and so did my girls being the only bridesmaid dress focused shop in the area. Crystal & Colleen helped the girls try on lots of styles and helped me visualize the proper colors.
I had a couple negative experiences though which is why I did not give 5 stars.... One let down with the ordering was the price. I still feel the prices were a little high especially after realizing where I bought my gown offered the exact dress for $75 cheaper and Sutdio cost did not include alterations. I even confronted Studio about this to see if there was anything I could do for my girls, but because of their policy I was stuck. My other let down was the sizing. I feel my girls who were measured in person we put in the incorrect sizes. A lot of the sizing was done in comparion to the sample which was obivously stretched out from being the one everyone tries on. 6 of the 9 girls dresses had to be let out to fit which cost them a lot since alteration were not included in the already high price.
bottom line - I would recommend people go there for looking at styles etc but do not buy until homework is done on the pricing.
It was a pleasure working with ladies at Studio Bridesmaid. When I first met with them, I told them a bit about myself and what was I thinking about in terms of wedding theme. Then I asked them to select 3 -4 dresses to show me. Before, I went to the store, I browsed their website and I had come prepared with a list of dresses that I had liked from their website; however, I wanted to see if they really understood me and what I wanted. They did! They selected 2 of 3 dresses that I had picked, one of the which was the dress that I finally selected by my bridesmaids. My relationship with the Studio Bridesmaid staff has been great! They made sure that the experience was less stressful for me, the bride, by making sure to follow up with my bridesmaid with communications. They would also copy me in all communication and/or they would send me summary of where we were throughout the process (from measurement, to order, to payment and to pick up). The staff was so friendly which made the experience even better!
My mom, MOH, and I went to this shop one morning, and we were able to find both of their dresses! One a Coren Moore, and the other Lynn Lugo. We paid $350 each dress, and because we needed them by a certain date, we were charged an additional rush fee.... which was fine.
When the dresses came in, my MOH dress was sent to us without the pockets (that were offered to us by the store owner) My mom's dress came in, and apparently they don't look their gowns over before sending them out with their customers, because there was a 2" gap in the seam that went down the middle back of her dress.
Now either they are lazy with their ordering, checking over, something... or ironically enough 2 designers screwed up 2 dresses. This is RUSH QUALITY!!?? I may not have ordered 5 or 6 or however many dresses (because my bridal party was small, only MOH), but we still spent over $750 in there, and that was the type of attention i was given. Thank god I didn't order more... I'm sure they would have been wrong too!
The wedding was sept. 15. We had to ship the dresses back to LA and NYC mid aug. to be fixed by the designers. I incurred another fee of shipping both dresses back to the shop, to only be re-imbursed for one!! Besides the stress of wondering if the dresses would make it back in time, and if there would even be time after that for alterations!!
The owner could have cared less. She mainly communicated by email, which is a joke to me. I also am in a business where I deal with brides, and a simple phone call and efficient sort-out is what is expected. We felt like, once they had their payment for the dresses, we were no longer "worthy" of some customer service. I do NOT recommend shopping here!!!!
and in response to that, lindsey, since you only communicate via internet-you did not reimburse me for having to ship my sisters dress. you did reimburse my mother for her incurred shipping fee. you told me you would send me a check, and you never did. and do you really think that any bride is going to be okay with wondering if their guests' dresses will make it back in time? one month to get to NYC and LA, get fixed, get back to me in MI, and then go for alterations? no, i was completely uneasy about it the entire time. and, i did not ask you to email me when this first happened, it was a monday and you were not in the shop. trust me, i would have gladly taken your phone call, if that would have been an option for me, but it was not.
My dreams did come true when i saw my wedding all come together. Studio Bridesmaids was great to work with. I really enjoyed the day of shopping experience (especially as they were very patient with me as i argued with my mom) and the ordering process was seamless, giving the control to me, which was nice. I feel that the ordering process was a bit long and we got the dresses a bit closer to the wedding date than i would have liked, but it all worked out in the end as they do provide free shipping to those who are out of state- very nice. Overall i am very happy with my experience here and wish them all the luck with their new home in RO.
We worked with Colleen, one of the owners, and could not compare our experience with anywhere else. The atmosphere at Studio Bridesmaid is truly one of a kind!
To start, you sit on the couch and explain the dress you are hoping for. Next, we had Colleen show us options and helped us keep an open mind on some! After that, the dresses are tried on and you say yes or no. From there, you decide on a designer and see all of their color options.
There are so many things in a the wedding process that can feel overwhelming, but working with Colleen made the process so easy and zero stress!
You will not find the personal attention you get anywhere else. You are the only appointment and do not share your time with anyone else.
We had the bridesmaids and flower girls in Coren Moore, who has so many options in her line. The bridesmaids were in an orange/hot pink color (as they turned the dress changed color) and the flower girls in hot pink with a sash that matched the bridesmaids. The dresses were so perfect. We had 5 bridesmaids and 3 flower girls and would not have changed a thing.
We also used Studio Bridesmaid for our chair covers and runners. We received so many complements on how the hall looked because the sash of the chair was an orange/pink color.
I cannot say enough of this wonderful store! Thank you so much Colleen!!
I had the most wonderful time picking bridesmaid dresses at Miss Kate's. We were almost 30 minutes early (after a rotten experience at the previous salon that I won't name) but were still greeted and welcomed in with a smile. The associate started our consultation right away while the appointment ahead of us finished. There was plenty of room for two parties and the place was so cozy and bright.
The associate listened intently and began offering us a bunch of selections matching exactly what we asked for. The two girls working there (I believe one is the owner) were helpful, good listeners, outgoing and most of all made the experience fun for all of my maids and I! It felt more like they were part of our girls' day out instead of just salespeople. In the end, we found the absolute perfect dress all four of my girls adored and said was one of the most comfortable dresses she'd ever put on while still looking very elegant.
Skip the other salons catering to wedding dresses and treating your bridesmaid dress search as secondary. Miss Kate's is the absolute way to go!!
I had a wonderful experience selecting bridesmaids dresses from Miss Kate's Maids. The majority of my bridal party lived out of state, so I was on my own choosing for the girls (so much pressure). My only criteria was that I wanted comfortable dresses for an outdoor wedding that the girls could easily wear again. The staff at Miss Kate's guided me through the dresses and helped point out which would be best for the location, which fabrics photograph well, which dresses could easily be worn again, etc. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable and made the entire process so easy. On top of that, they had a beautiful and diverse selection to choose from. I would definitely recommend working with them to dress your bridal party!
Miss Kate's Maids is a fantastic place to go for bridesmaid dresses! The entire experience was so easy and the staff is wonderful to work with. We had the whole store to ourselves, they were willing to wait for one of my sisters who got stuck in traffic and they had a really good selection of dresses to choose from. I was so happy with the quality of the dresses and the variety of styles to choose from.
It was also nice that Colleen emailed all of the girls individually and helped them order/reminded them so I didn't have to worry about it. The dresses were a little bit more expensive but the quality was much, much higher than many of the other bridesmaid dresses I had seen.
I would definitely recommend Miss Kate's Maids to any bride!
I can to Miss Kate's for one of my bridesmaid's dress and my flower girls' dresses. Each time, I had a wonderful experience. Not only is the boutique welcoming, bright, and beautiful when you first step in the door, but the women at Miss Kate's are well informed, fun, have great suggestions, and know their products. They helped us find the right color sash for our flower girls, even though it wasn't by the same designer as the dresses. Everything we needed to do was put in the simplest terms, and they checked in with me often via email to make sure everything was going well. All of the dresses came in with ample time, and looked fantastic. I would highly, highly recommend Miss Kate's Maids to anyone in the area.
My bridesmaids picked out and wore the most beautiful Priscilla of Boston dresses from MIss Kate's Maids. It is appointment only, but that allowed us to pick a time when we would be the only ones in the shop which was really nice. We also got a 10% discount for having a certain number of dresses in the order. I found Kate and her team to be a pleasure to deal with and would absolutely recommend MKM!
My cousin and I just happened upon Miss Kate's Maids when we started looking for bridesmaid dresses. I am so glad we did because we found the perfect dress at a good price! Having the whole store to ourselves while we shopped was great. Once we found a dress, I really appreciated that Colleen contacted my bridesmaids directly with information on how to order and even sent them friendly reminders so I didn't have to!
