one hair trial and two makeup trials prior to wedding day. I still wasn’t 100% sure on my makeup prior to wedding day and I ended up having them use some of my own products which they were very flexible about. Amy did my hair trial and wrote down specifics to get it similar on the wedding day. Turned out beautifully! Only thing that didn’t go quite right was they ran out of mascara for my maid of honor so she had to apply some of her own when they left. Overall, wonderful team to work with and very thankful I hired them for my wedding!

ry. On my wedding morning, I was forced to stand outside in the snow until they decided they were ready for me because of COVID restrictions. I understand that there need to be restrictions but I was wearing a mask and I would be coming in soon anyway, so why make the bride stand outside in the cold, snow? When I asked about this, they told me it's the rule and to go back outside. After I got my makeup done, I put my mask back on as I was told, but then was scolded by some woman who wasn't even doing anything to put it back on. I was just trying to show my bridesmaids my finished look. These are just some examples of ways I was treated as less than a bride on my wedding day there. They acted as if it was a burden for me to be there getting my make up done. I was also promised a hand treatment and gift that I PAID FOR and they did not give those to me. Overall, good stylists if you can deal with that terrible management. I hope that rude, older woman feels good about yelling at me on my wedding day.

air started coming loose before the wedding even started. It was very frustrating. My party was also supposed to get their makeup done there. I ended up cancelling all of their appointments as my trial appointment went horrifically... I am pickier when it comes to my make up, but after this appointment I looked greasy. The eyeliner wasn’t even close to my eye. All the makeup was caked on. And my lashes were falling off before I even got home... The salon is very nice on the inside, but I was not satisfied with the service I received... my bridesmaids hair looked good though...
