ose from that I needed her professional services and guidance. We had decided to plan the "wedding of the year" and Rachelle sure came through for us. We had a solid timeline and budget and needed to balance that with our dreams and desires and she helped us design the perfect event!!! We became so comfortable and confident in her capabilities, that we often just said "you decide... we trust you"... and she took it from there. Our wedding turned out to be an event of all events and one that our guests will remember forever. Just as we had hoped. From every detail such as a roaming oyster shucker, to a 5 course dinner complete with wine pairings for each course, a 3 day wedding that spanned multiple venues and an after party complete with a contortionist on top of an enormous disco ball... every detail was captured. A few months after the wedding, I had someone comment at a restaurant how the flatware looked like the ones at our wedding... The flatware? Who remembers the flatware at a wedding...?? The guests that come to a wedding planned by Rachelle do! All the partners/vendors she pulled in were excellent and knew how to work with her. I even loved how she pushed back when we started to get crazy ideas. The perfect balance we needed to make a perfect event. She is simply the BEST...

r our cocktail reception from what we have ever seen. Rachelle and Anna immediately went to work ensuring it was perfect and everything we envisioned. Their everchanging creativity and sense of style made our special day truly unique. During the planning process, there was nothing that felt “cookie cutter” or repetitive making it truly a one of a kind wedding. Their attention to detail and expertise truly made planning our wedding stress free. They are really masters of their craft. We are so glad we entrusted them with our day. We have and will continue to recommend them to everyone we know. Thank you, Rachelle and Anna!

t to life. Every detail was meticulously planned, and their creativity, professionalism, and calm demeanor made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. On the big day, everything flowed seamlessly. The decor was breathtaking, the timeline was perfect, and every vendor they recommended exceeded our expectations. We were able to fully enjoy our wedding, knowing that Anna had everything under control. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about making your wedding day as special as you do, look no further. Anna is a dream to work with and made our day absolutely magical. Thank you for making our wedding day the best day of our lives!

we have pretty crazy schedules with limited availability, so we were a little worried how we would find time to get everything done. Rachelle went above and beyond to cater to our schedules and made sure we stayed on track with all things planning. Rachelle is extremely organized and detailed, which was SO helpful. Without an eye for design and a lack of creativity on our end, we really leaned on Rachelle’s expertise in this area and wow did she deliver. Every element was spot on from the cake to the table setting to the floral, and everything in between. The design and overall vibe was better than we ever could have imagined. I would recommend Rachelle to anyone that wants a perfectly executed wedding - the whole experience was excellent!

ontact and planner. We could not have asked for a better fit. Anna was calm, confident and fun. She seamlessly directed the planning and was our rock on the day of the wedding. Everything was done, all special requests handled but it NEVER felt like Anna was being pushy or bossy. Simply in control of all aspects of the day, from the vendors, to bar updates, to our littlest members of the wedding party (ages 3 and 5). She had it all in hand, didn’t appear stressed, and did it all with a smile on her face.Did I mention that she was a dream for these parents of the bride? If I did, it’s worth repeating. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Anna and Style Architects for an unforgettable wedding!

es so that she was able to offer suggetions that helped make our wedding feel very uniquely "us." Overall, we felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout this whole process and our wedding day was amazing and stress free. We could not have imagined doing this without her.

. She always kept us on track and managed to pull vague ideas out of our heads and create what we couldn’t even imagine. You do need to be ready to do some work too - Rachelle deeply cares about getting every detail right for you so you have to be ready to share honest opinions. We used to get numerous emails and texts every week to keep us on task. I wish there was a Rachelle for our daily lives. n all areas to help bring my vision to life. Her guidance and expertise made the entire process absolutely seamless, and on the day of (as well as throughout the entire planning process) I felt like I didn't have a worry in the world because Anna took everything in stride and made sure things went accordingly. She was so thoughtful and intentional in every single detail, and I couldn't have had a better experience with a kinder and more attentive person. It was such a pleasure to work with Style Architects, they are beyond talented in their field. I couldn't recommend them enough; we loved working with them!

tention to detail was invaluable. I wasn’t sure what I wanted or what even was out there for options, so the thought of planning a wedding was initially overwhelming. Rachelle put all worries at ease; she provided recommendations and design ideas at multiple price points and helped facilitate meetings with vendors to help us make sure they were a good fit for us. It was also great to have someone else keeping track of contracts and payment dates and coordinating everyone when we were busy with everything else. Our wedding was so beautiful, so fun, and ran so smoothly that our family and friends are still gushing about it months later. We couldn’t have hoped for a better wedding day! Thank you thank you Rachelle and Anna!!

y vision and create the space of my dreams, but I didn’t have a single concern the day of the wedding while they worked tirelessly to create our dreams space. Every detail was perfection from the space to the schedule, Anna and Rachelle thought of it all. And it did not go unnoticed by us or our guests. To this day, I get compliments on how seamless our special day was and how grateful our guests were for the small details that made their life easier (including the schedule and organized transportation). Working with Style Architects was a dream come true and I couldn’t have been more pleased with how our day turned out.

m day one of contracting with Style Architects I never had to worry about one single detail - I knew they had it covered. Our venue actually closed about 6 months prior to our wedding date prompting a huge panic attack by me (the bride) but within 2 days we had new venur tours lined up and within 3 days we had a new beautiful venue! The service they provided duirng that period was priceless - talk about a life a saver! The vision both Anna and Rachelle had for our big day was more than I could have ever imagined. They have a network of every single vendor that could provide anything your wildest dreams could think of - they were never out of fun and cute new ideas to try. The final product of our big day was out of this world gorgeous and I just cannot believe it was our wedding. It was one of those visions you thought you would only see in magazines. They are both so hard working and really go above and beyond for their clients - they understand the industry and market and really can scale for any budget! Do not hesitate to hire them for your big day!

Thank you, Anna and Rachelle for being such a large part of our most wonderful day. You two are truly gifted at what you do and we appreciate you so much!

We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of professional and experienced wedding planning services. - Ben and Melanie Dzurik

lly know what they want when they begin planning a wedding! They truly made it such an enjoyable and easy experience. Our wedding turned out beyond beautiful, it was the perfect day from start to finish! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

and I truly owe that to Rachelle. She thought of EVERYTHING. She was so organized and on top of things. Even with her backlog of COVID weddings going on, she made sure we never got behind on planning. She went above and beyond in helping me surprise my parents with a gift of bridal portraits. She knows the best people to work with, she makes every wedding so personal to the couple, and it felt like a friendship rather than just a business relationship. Our wedding day was truly spectacular and I can't thank Rachelle enough for that. I got her full planning package and I would highly recommend it if you don't want to feel any planning-related stress on your wedding day!!

ght actually be pulled off without a hitch with their help (spoiler: it was the best day ever). Anna and another coordinator were there the day of, and were amazing. They got everyone and everything where they needed to be on time to make sure the day went smoothly. I did not need to look at my phone once that day, and I was free to enjoy the moment. Do yourself a huge favor and work with Style Architects wedding! You will not regret it

ney (including catching the caterer overcharging us!). On the actual wedding day, we would’ve been completely lost without Anna’s help. With her running the show, we were actually able to enjoy our event, knowing that the timing of events and coordination of vendors was safely in her hands. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!

it was worth every penny. Our initial meeting she offered guidance on budget, planning, and vendors and from there we ran with her advice. The last month before our wedding is when she took over and offered insights/ideas that I didn't think of and I'm so grateful cause it took our wedding to whole new level. The day our wedding I didn't have to worry about a thing. Every bride needs a Rachelle in their life to help make their wedding the best day ever! She's the best in the business and I can not say enough great things.

work with. As a couple planning from out of town, having a planner who is so knowledgeable about the Twin Cities wedding industry relieved so much stress and hand-wringing – especially in the first few months of pandemic lockdown. Thank you, Rachelle, for being such a creative, thoughtful, fun partner in bringing our vision to life.

I extensively researched planners and found Rachelle to be highly recommended with glowing reviews. After interviewing a few planners, Rachelle's passion and enthusiasm for wedding planning stood out and we hired her immediately. She was ready to get started with a let's get down to business attitude. Most of our meetings were remote due to COVID-19 with a few planned trips in person. She was flexible with meeting times and went to visit sites/vendors remotely for us. Her recommendations for vendors were spot on, and she was able to take our Pinterest inspiration photos and help us come up with a wedding vision. After now having our wedding, we could not be happier with Rachelle! Hiring her was the best decision we made throughout our planning process. She made planning a wedding during a pandemic a breeze. She was professional, flexible, always ready and ahead of the game with back-up plans and creative ideas to work around the pandemic restrictions. Our wedding was a dream and better than we could have imagined. Looking back there is no one else I would have trusted with helping us plan our wedding. It wouldn't have been possible without Rachelle! We can't thank her enough.

. We truly appreciate how you were thoughtful you were about our ideas, and took those ideas and implemented them in such a successful way! Thank you for patiently going through all the iterations that our wedding had to go through in the last year and half, and for being an advocate for us with all the vendors! We hope our paths will cross again! Love, John & Parv

et with Rachelle and instantly clicked with her. We could tell that she was highly organized, was well-connected within the industry and had great design sense. Although we didn't have to postpone our wedding due to COVID, there were many related considerations to navigate throughout the 1.5 year-long planning process, and I greatly appreciated Rachelle's frankness, level-headed attitude and communication throughout. She did a great job tracking and sticking to our budget, and advising us on where we could save money and where it would be best to spend a little more. We were extremely happy with all of the vendors she recommended to us, and she did a great job of tying in the vibe/design of the wedding among the vendors. Creativity and design is not my strong suit, but I knew I wanted a colorful wedding. I really appreciated Rachelle's ideas and gentle nudges when I was having a hard time making the design-related decisions related to linens, florals and even bridesmaid dress colors. I couldn't believe how perfect our fully decorated venue looked when I first stepped into it the day of our wedding. Rachelle also did a great job with timeline suggestions, including breaking up the speeches and doing some dancing before dinner to get the party started! We received so many compliments from our guests. We seriously could not have done it without her - hire Rachelle!

know right away that she would not be able to be there on the wedding day but would make sure the day was in good hands and understood if we decided not to hire her. My daughter had such a good experience in her initial meeting with Rachelle that she stayed with Style-Architects knowing Rachelle would not be there on the day of the wedding. I have to say, I think we hit the jackpot by choosing Style-Architects. I honestly can't imagine how we could have done it without Rachelle. She gave my daughter great vendor recommendations, she has outstanding relationships with others throughout the industry, and she kept my daughter on track. She has a great eye for beauty and design and really knows how to make your day just absolutely gorgeous. When we approached my daughter's wedding month she brought in another wonderful wedding planner to ease the transition for her absence on the wedding day. Rachelle's attention to detail and her planning and organizational skills facilitated a smooth hand-off to the new planner in a way that gave us all a lot of confidence. She continued leading my daughters planning all the way to the day of the wedding and even found a way to stop in and see us during the reception. I can't say enough how pleased we were with Style-Architects. Rachelle was able to bring my daughter's wedding dream to an unforgettable reality. I had so many guests tell me it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to and they were impressed with how everything went off without a hitch. Thank you, Rachelle!

Her attention to detail, visionary mindset, industry connections, and organization all contributed to creating the wedding of our dreams. From what started as my somewhat "vague" vision, turned in to the most beautiful and unique event with Rachelle's planning and guidance. We received so many compliments for how gorgeous the ceremony and reception were, and how well the wedding day ran. I had complete peace of mind the day of my wedding thanks to all of the planning and organization that went into it the months and days leading up. We couldn't have done it without Rachelle!

ng in the Twin Cities. I can say without any hesitation that they exceeded their stellar reputation. I live in NYC, which already made planning the wedding in Minneapolis a challenge, but Rachelle was so helpful from the very first meeting. What we liked best about Rachelle is she was very to the point about everything and willing to share her thoughts and suggestions. Yet, at the same time, she was very considerate toward our desires and preferences, and we always felt like she was helping us organize our dream wedding. Our wedding was scheduled to occur in May 2020-and then COVID-19 pandemic hit. Rachelle was the first vendor to reach out to us and guided us toward contacting our venue to try and move the wedding to a later date. I cannot emphasize how helpful this was as our venue was able to move our wedding to early September, and all of our vendors were subsequently able to move to the new date as well. Without Rachelle's guidance, we probably would have waited too long and who knows if we even would have been able to get married this year. In the days leading up to the wedding, Rachelle helped us plan and organize all aspects of the actual wedding day, including many details that we never would have thought of, and she also contacted all of our vendors to confirm final details and preparation. The day of our wedding, Rachelle and Ally were outstanding and took what was already going to be a challenging and stressful day and helped turn it into the perfect day. My favorite moment with Rachelle was right before I was about to walk down the aisle, I was getting conflicting advice from my sisters about whether I should sit or stand while my husband gave the welcoming remarks to our guests. This immediately started to stress me out. Rachelle overheard the conversation, and right before I was about to walk down the aisle, she calmly walked over to me and said, "Don't listen to your sister, listen to me. You should stand while your husband speaks." It was literally the exact thing I needed to hear and it immediately calmed me down. In hindsight, it was such a funny moment, but it clearly shows the experience and professionalism of Style-Architects and Rachelle. I cannot recommend them enough; they will help make your dream wedding come true (even during a global pandemic)!

nd the scenes every step of the planning process. She is so professional and organized, but also absolutely nails the details, design and overall tone/experience of an event. There were so many unforeseen advantages to hiring Rachelle. Her brides benefit from her reputation within the event industry and well-established relationships with the best vendors in town. Her experience is such an asset to anyone planning a wedding. She literally thinks of EVERYTHING. It was so reassuring to know that we had someone we could trust to handle any hiccup/turn of events (as a Covid bride I do not say this lightly!). Our wedding was an absolute dream, but more importantly a dream that my mom/dad, my now husband and I actually got to fully enjoy because we knew Rachelle and her team at Style-Architects had everything handled. Hiring her to plan our wedding was the best decision we made, and I am so grateful we got to work with her!

asked our parents if we could get married in my family’s backyard on our original wedding date. My mom immediately connected with Rachelle to plan a simple, but elegant backyard wedding...in a mere two months! Rachelle made it the most magical day and transformed my family’s backyard. Since we had already fretted over planning a wedding in CA, we wanted to be hands off with the planning process. We showed her my wife’s wedding dress, a few floral photos for color inspiration and she executed our wedding into a day we never could have dreamed up ourselves. She was an incredible resource who was able to connect with amazing flower, linen, lawn furniture, and did I mention the chandelier vendors?! She brought forward ideas we never would have thought of such as wrapping a tree trunk in flowers instead of having an arbor - gorgeous!! She made wedding planning as stress-free as I could possibly imagine and I cannot thank her enough for our amazing wedding day.

if it meant including only the wedding party, parents, and siblings.  We were thrilled when they asked to be wed in our MN backyard.  With only a palate of preferred colors and 9 weeks to plan a socially distanced wedding, I knew I needed professional help.  Enter my good friend and wedding-planner extraordinaire, Rachelle Mazumdar.  Rachelle jumped in enthusiastically and provided suggestions and guidance every step of the way for every aspect of the wedding that culminated in the most magical and memorable day.  Rachelle brings to the table many years of experience planning award-winning weddings and has developed an invaluable network of the best-of-the-best vendors for live music, exquisite food, stunning flowers, speciality lighting, and unique lounge seating.  I simply could not have pulled together all these elements without Rachelle's expert knowledge and assistance, particularly during these unusual and uncertain times.  Rachelle has a natural artistic ability to envision an event and weave together the client's personal tastes, current styles, and trends.  She is organized, efficient, practical, communicative, resourceful, trustworthy, respectful, and reliable.  She is the consummate professional.  Our son's wedding exceeded all expectations.  It was whimsical, yet elegant and truly magical, but it wasn't magic that made it happen, it was Rachelle.

did not feel I needed a planner for our event. Yet, I am SO glad that I engaged Rachelle for several reasons. While I had a strong sense of the "look and feel" I wanted to achieve, her sophisticated taste and eye for detail improved the outcome. In addition, I felt certain aspects of a traditional wedding did not make sense given the circumstances, yet Rachelle gently nudged me to ensure we wouldn't regret such decisions - and she was right. Above all, having her there for the "day of" allowed me to completely enjoy and "be in the moment" at my wedding/reception - something that can never be forgotten and for which my heart is truly glad. Lastly, I really enjoyed working together on the planning - Rachelle is fun!

incredible, everybody else - from our vendors to friends and family - could not stop raving about her. She's personable and great to talk to, but from a wedding planner standpoint she is EXTREMELY organized - I did not realize that day-of timelines were scheduled down to the minute, but boy did we appreciate it when the big day came around! When we first met with Rachelle she was much more reserved and less "bubbly" than some of the other planners we met with. She didn't talk about her big ideas for the wedding, but rather listened to what we wanted. I left the meeting a little unsure, because other planners had been so upbeat and had started talking about really fun "what if we did ___ amazing thing, or that amazing thing." My wife, though, knew better. She reminded me that Rachelle didn't want to give away all of her incredible ideas. My wife, as usual, was right. Rachelle kept things close to the vest because her secret sauce is second-to-none. One of the best things about Rachelle - beyond her incredible network of vendors - is her background in the corporate world. The organizational skills and attention to detail really shone through in her preparation for meetings and the big day. She did a great job keeping our budget in mind, helping us understand how X tradeoff would impact Y budget. Our budget was split between two different families and had lots of moving pieces - she managed the communication flawlessly and kept both budgets up to date. Last but not least, Rachelle actually worked our wedding herself...on her own birthday! She never said a word while we were picking the date and did not even entertain the idea of having anybody other than herself as point person on our day of. I would recommend Rachelle to absolutely anybody planning a wedding.

husband and I were super impressed with everything that was taken care of and we did not have to worry about anything other than having a great time. Thanks so much Style-Architects crew. You are the BEST.

r. First of all, we were planning a wedding from out of town, and she was indispensable with her inside knowledge of Minneapolis and all of the local vendors. We were happy with all of the vendors she put us in touch with, and she did a great job of only referring vendors that fit within our budget for that category. She worked around our difficult schedules and was always able to arrange phone meetings at all hours of the day and night. She kept us on schedule and on task and thought of all the million and one things we would never have considered on our own. In the end, she brought our vision to reality and made our wedding day more perfect that I could even have imagined! We got so many compliments on our wedding and couldn't have done it without Rachelle!!

heads my husband and I felt, so we asked if we could upgrade our package about two weeks before our wedding. Ally said absolutely, stepped in, and completely pulled our wedding together! The week before our wedding we didn't have to worry about anything - we could simply enjoy the time with our family and friends. She coordinated with all our vendors and walked us through everything, asking us questions we hadn't even thought of. On our wedding day, we didn't have to worry about a single thing, which was the absolute best! She took all our decorations and made the ceremony and reception space look absolutely beautiful!!! Not only was Ally fantastic at her job, but she was a calming presence and so nice to us, and all our family and friends too!

n 6 months...which involved essentially building an entire venue from scratch - structures, catering tents, bringing in EVERYTHING. Not only did she deliver but she produced the most spectacular, beautiful wedding we could have ever imagined. Rachelle cares so much about your day, but she also means business. She is to the point and GETS THINGS DONE. Problems inevitably arrive throughout the complicated planning process which are beyond anyone's control, but before she even tells you she has solutions proposed and the problem resolved. She has great relationships with every vendor in town and she works with them seamlessly to bring your ideas to life. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but when working with Rachelle you don't have to worry. What she created for us was magical, we couldn't be happier and have not stopped receiving compliments from our guests. 🖤

ferred to it as straight out of the Great Gatsby. You really did an amazing job and kept everyone as stress free as possible. I know that I was able to enjoy the day because of all the preparations you did. It was an absolutely perfect day and all because of you. You dream of this when your daughter gets married and you made our dream a reality. Thank you so much. Patty McElroy Mother of the Bride

on, but I also lost my mother at a very young age. So after I got engaged, I very quickly realized how clueless I was. I researched extensively for 3-4 weeks and narrowed it down my top 3 favorite wedding planners (from customer reviews.) My fiancé and I met with each of these wedding planners, who were all incredible, but it was obvious to us that Rachelle was special. Not even a second thought. We literally walked away from our coffee shop meeting with her, looking at each other going “Yep. We found her.” In her reviews, one of the most common phrases I read was “Best money we’ve ever spent.” and I cannot emphasize enough how true this is. Payment/money isn’t exactly the most enjoyable aspect of planning a wedding... But not once did I ever regret a single penny we spent on hiring Rachelle. She is reliable, confident, upbeat, hard-working, trustworthy, intelligent, creative, focused, honest, considerate, I could go on and on... Most importantly, I went through a very traumatic health crisis that lasted 6 months leading up to the wedding. Rachelle was there every step of the way, she took care of everything while I focused on my health. It’s times like these when you realize the true character of people in your life, and Rachelle is one-of-a-kind. I was just devastated when the wedding was over because I had become so fond of her! Ok I’ll stop here before this becomes an 87-page novel. THANK YOU RACHELLE!

time. She took our dreams and ideas and made them a reality. Our family and friends cannot stop talking about how amazing our wedding was and I know I have Rachelle to thank for that! She is without a doubt the best in the business and you will not regret working with her. Rachelle made me feel so special and supported throughout the process. She asked all the right questions, advocated for us with the vendors, and gave great advice when we were terribly indecisive. She is the best!

our wedding dreams come true, hire Rachelle. If you want to actually enjoy the wedding planning process, hire Rachelle. And if you want to work with someone who you will sincerely miss when the wedding has come and gone, hire Rachelle. She made every single part of our wedding an absolute dream. She handled every detail, from big picture design to budget management to vendor coordination and probably a million other things we never knew about. She is worth every single penny and more.

ble to have her plan our AMAZING wedding. Rachelle took on the task of planning a wedding style and theme that she had never done before and FULLY exceeded our expectations and desires that we had wanted for our big day. Being a full time student and working full time Rachelle takes on the complete task of making sure everyday leading up to your big day is relaxing, fun, BEYOND BEAUTIFUL, and stress free. I can’t even tell you how incredible she made our big day on 10/05/19! I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her! We cannot thank you enough Rachelle for making our day as amazing as you did. We love and cherish you!!

he planning to our actual day, everything was simple and easy. She took all, and I mean ALL, the stress out of it. She is so wonderful to work with. I recommend her 100% with full confidence that she will make sure your day was as perfect as ours! She did my sisters wedding as well, which turned out perfect!!! Thank you for everything you did for us!!!

wedding planning while also bringing to life each couple's larger vision for the day. If you're questioning whether a wedding planner is worth the money, I can assure you, it is! And Rachelle couldn't be more highly recommended.

rocess. As someone who had a few ideas about what we envisioned for our wedding day, Rachelle helped us create and design the wedding of our dreams. When we first started planning, she provided us with budgeting plans by venue so we could see the cost comparison and helped navigate all of the vendor contracts and decisions that come with planning a wedding. She recommended fantastics vendors for us and could not be happier with the work and professionalism they showed during the consultations and on our wedding day. She was a tremendous help with budgeting and was very detailed about payment schedules and what was due and when. She's an excellent communicator and extremely detail oriented - she remembers details from each and every one of our conversations (even things we had forgotten!). She attended every vendor meeting with us to make sure our visions came to life and each of these complimented our wedding as a whole. She also managed all communication with our venue and vendors leading up to and day of - providing everyone with the details they needed. I didn't worry about a thing because I trusted and knew she had everything taken care of. All of our guests were blown away by the event details. We changed the order of events at the reception and Rachelle's recommendations kept the energy up the entire time! Our wedding day was beautiful and exceeded my expectations in every way, thanks to Rachelle! She's amazing at what she does and would recommend her to any engaged couple. She went above and beyond for us and couldn't have been happier with her services!!
