If you are looking to get married in a barn themed venue with gorgeous views then do not look any further than The Barn at Blackstone National Golf Course in Sutton, MA. Not only is this venue completely stunning the staff is top notch. From the initial meeting and booking and throughout the complete planning of my special to the end of the night of my wedding day everything was perfect they had everything covered. Rebecca did an amazing job with the set up it was absolutely perfect exactly what I wanted.Kate was such an amazing coordinator she ensured that everything was planned and flowed smoothly she even made sure I ate lol. The chefs Lou and Bella are outstanding they are truly unbelievable. I had the best day of my life I could not recommend them any higher.
Katie from Stylish Occasions Wedding & Event Planning was absolutely amazing! As my point person, she took care of contacting all my vendors and ensured that everything ran smoothly on the big day. She was pivotal to the success of my wedding, and I can’t say enough about how incredible she was. I will be honest, when our venue said that they required a day-of coordinator, I was skeptical. I thought I could do it all myself. Wow, was I wrong!! Katie thought of everything. She accomplished tasks like communicating with our shuttle, photographer, and DJ so that I could simply enjoy being a bride. She was fun, kind, organized, communicative, and just a lovely person to share space with! She was as much a friend through the process as an asset. Do yourself a favor and invest in Stylish Occasions to make your wedding planning process enjoyable and as smooth and easy as possible. You owe it to yourself to have some competent and professional help to plan your perfect day.
Katie from Stylish Occasions was a true asset to our wedding day. She was very professional and took care of many tasks behind the scenes in the weeks leading up to our wedding. She ensured everything ran smoothly on the day of and made us feel like we could enjoy our day. We knew we were in good hands!
Katie was amazing! I hired her as my day of coordinator but she was more like my year of coordinator. Katie always responded very quickly to my emails and gave me SO many great recommendations for rehearsal dinner spots, invitations, layouts, you name it! She also made my wedding day so smooth and made sure everything was running on time! She was an absolute pleasure to work with!
Found Melissa on google after doing a search for good wedding planners in the area. It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!! We felt very comfortable letting her take control. She was extremely responsive and helped to keep things together when I, the bride, got lost in some of the details. Loved working with her!!!
Melissa's industry knowledge and experience were instrumental in ensuring that we had the best wedding day! We hired Melissa early in our wedding planning process, and she quickly understood the vision we had for our wedding and recommended the perfect vendors who would make that vision a reality. She guided us through interviewing vendors, speaking with us before and after each vendor call to ensure that we were all on the same page. She also understood our priorities, helping keep us within our budget, and quickly troubleshooted any (rare) problems that arose. The day of our wedding, everyone and everything was where they were supposed to be, and the ceremony and reception looked perfect. All of our vendors made sure to mention to us what a pleasure it was working with Melissa, which surely translated into making our wedding day a huge success!
Melissa was an amazing planner for our wedding day. She was cool calm and collected during the whole day and leading up to the day was super helpful coordinating all our vendors at both our ceremony and reception space. I would suggest her to anyone I know getting married!
We found Melissa at the very early stages of our wedding planning when we realized that our event would be more DIY (neither venue had a day of coordinator). Melissa's prices and packages are reasonable, and we loved her tagline “You do this once, we do this everyday.” That expertise sure does show!
Melissa helped us every step of the way—from budgeting to checklists. She answered all of our questions (some I’m sure were quite particular!) and communicated with our vendors with requests, etc. It’s hard to think of something Melissa *didn’t* help us with.
Unfortunately, our original wedding date was postponed a year due to the pandemic. Melissa took this with stride and contacted all of our vendor for us, and figured out the new timeline.
I’m still in awe of how smoothly everything went on our wedding day. It was a seamless day of our dreams. We couldn’t have done it without Melissa and her team!
We recommend Melissa to anyone who needs help figuring out their big day—she’ll be there with expertise and grace, no doubt.
Hiring Stylish Occasions for my Day of Coordinator was truly one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day! Kelly and Skye were absolutely incredible and made my day so easy. I didn't have to worry about a thing from my vendors to the decor, they handled everything with such ease and professionalism. Kelly created a seamless timeline and stuck to it perfectly and at the end of the night all of my decor was packed up and ready to go without me even having to ask. They were also two of the most kind and fun people to have on your wedding day! I truly cannot recommend them enough!
Katie was fantastic to work with! She was so helpful leading up to the wedding. She helped provide vendor recommendations, put together a timeline, and confirmed vendors and details the week of.
I don't know what we would have done without her on the day of the wedding. The venue required us to hire a day of coordinator, which I originally thought was unnecessary, but I was completely wrong. Katie took care of all the details. She organized the other vendors, worked with the photographer, helped smooth things over when the officiant got caught in traffic, and even helped with decorating and cleanup. She exceeded expectations at every turn!
We started the wedding planning process not realizing how much value a wedding planner adds to the ease of planning and flow of the wedding. However, Kelly and Skye were very helpful and nice to work with behind the scenes and on our wedding day. They brought up details that we did not consider and were extremely organized which helped us ensure that all of our blocks were checked on the day of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, my hairstylist didn't show up on time, and Stylish Ocassions' day of emergency kit helped my make-up artist do my bridal party's hair. They also cleaned up as the wedding progressed and packed our car at the end of the night so clean-up was minimal and easy. You could tell that they were genuinely sharing our excitement with us which spoke volumes to how much they cared about our day. We would recommend Stylish Occasions to any couple looking for a wedding planner. The wedding planner was one of our most valuable vendors.
Simply put, we could not have pulled our big day together (twice) without Melissa! From our very first meeting in September 2019 to our Wedding 2.0 on October 10, 2021 (post-COVID reception), we knew we were in good hands. She kept us calm, organized, involved, and having fun, especially on our big day! From recommending and helping us book vendors, managing our budget, answering our questions, and making suggestions based on her experience, she made what can be a very stressful time, especially with COVID rescheduling, enjoyable. Most importantly, on the day of our reception, Melissia made everything run perfectly with very little input from us - allowing us to enjoy the day and our guests! She even ran to the store two hours before our ceremony to grab a cake topper after we left ours at home out of state. Melissa, we are so incredibly grateful to have had you with us along this journey and for your amazing kindness and talent. Anyone would be lucky to work with you, and we certainly recommend they do!
Katie was amazing to work with! She was extremely helpful with all of the wedding planning (taking the stress off of me!), providing recommendations based on her experience at our venue in the past, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Ally and Tucker were AMAZING! So helpful and personable. They have a very calming manner about them. I know they helped my son and daughter-in-law with so many details and just wanted to make everyone happy. You will not be disappointed. They were truly the BEST!!!

She is an amazing Wedding & Event Planner and truly helped make our day run smoothly and stress free! Ally and Tucker are an amazing pair and absolutely crushed it! From the month before contacting vendors and creating timelines to helping run our rehearsal to taking care of every detail big or small on our wedding day, Ally and Tucker really made our day so great. They really listened and were so attentive to details. We cannot thank them enough or recommend them more!! We are so thankful for all they did to help make our wedding the best.
Stylish Occasions absolutely exceeded our expectations. We worked directly with Melissa for our original date in July 2020 through to our COVID make up date in July 2021. When we had to postpone, Melissa handled all of the back & forth with our venue and made the process as seamless and stress free as possible for such a stress inducing decision. She was amazing every step of the way. Then, our day was finally here and Melissa bent over backwards to make sure the day was all we ever dreamed. It rained on and off that day, and Melissa and The Farm at Eagles Ridge worked tirelessly to make sure we still had our outside ceremony. They dried chairs repeatedly with towels and I think even leaf blowers! She helped guide any changes that needed to be made while still following our vision. She made sure we were happy and stress free all day, and remained organized and full of smiles! THANK YOU to Melissa and Stylish O. RUN, don’t walk to book!
Kelly was awesome! She was so great to work with for our wedding. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and just super helpful. Our wedding day was absolutely wonderful thanks to Kelly and her assistant (Skye) who made sure everything got done that we needed and made it a stress free day for us (or as much as possible). We highly recommend Stylish Occasions for your wedding, or any event. Totally worth it!
Melissa and her team were absolutely amazing! We had to reschedule a bunch of times due to the pandemic- but Melissa was always very understanding and flexible. Leading up to the event she was always just a phone call or email away and was quick to respond. She made our day flow so smoothly and was able to take a lot of pressure off of us so that we could enjoy the day 😊 They were always on top of everything and thought of even the smallest details. Our day would not have been as wonderful as it was if it were not for Stylish Occassions!

We were connected with Stylish Occasions through the venue we selected for our wedding. We hired them as the day-of coordinator and were more than thrilled with the job they did. They exceeded our expectations in every way. Their thoroughness and attention to detail really showed and we couldn't imagine trying to plan a wedding without their help. Easy 5 stars and would highly recommend them to anyone!
I said this over and over to guests and vendors -- hiring Ally W. as our coordinator is the best decision I made throughout the entire wedding process (if not the last few years.) I cannot tell you how many guests and members of the bridal party asked me about her and complimented her professionalism and work ethic. She stuck with me through COVID and several date changes, and she stepped in when there were even slight issues with vendors or scheduling. If I could give her 10 stars, I absolutely would. As many folks said throughout the process -- Ally is a lifesaver. She never missed a beat -- but I would've if she had not been there for us.
Downside -- the wedding is over and now I miss talking to her every single day!
Katie went above and beyond during the planning process. We initially started planning our wedding in March of 2019 with a date of April 2020. She took care of rescheduling all of our vendors twice over the pandemic and did so without even needing to be prompted or asked. On the day of the wedding she kept everything running smoothly so that I and my Husband could enjoy a stress free and care free event. She was truly amazing to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone asking for help with their event.
We hired Katie from Stylish Occasions for our wedding and she was AMAZING!! She took care of keeping in contact with all of my vendors, creating the day of timeline, doing the rehearsal, and decorating on the wedding day and helping with the tear down. She even brought us a plate of hors d'oeuvres while we were taking pictures so we weren't starving! I was not stressed or worried at all on my wedding day because I knew everything was handled. If you're on the fence about having a wedding coordinator, I'm here to tell you that it is SO worth it. Katie is a rockstar and I would highly recommend her and Stylish Occasions to any bride-to-be!
Oct 12, 2020. My daughters "covid style" wedding. We hired Ally Whiteside from Stylish Occasions as our coordinator and thank goodness we did. No matter how much you think you can plan a wedding yourself - do not attempt it! I'm so used to coordinating large fundraisers but when it comes to your daughters wedding trust in an event planner. Ally was with us every step of the way. With the challenges of weather (our event was outside) covid protocols and a large venue Ally covered all the areas. She even brought her husband to help out. He was so helpful with all the packing up at the end of the night and all the tear down of floral arrangements mounted high up on chandeliers and doorways. They were both cordial with our guests, attentive to the bride and groom and cognizant of everything that is going on around them. Ally prepares a timeline and really strived to adhere to it by keeping the party flowing while still staying flexible for anything that got thrown her way. Even though I have one daughter I would never hesitate to use her again if I had to plan another wedding.
She was the coordinator for a friend's wedding. She was organized, knowledgeable, kind, and on top of the schedule! She helped set up, make things run smoothly, helped with a surprise transition, and even stayed to help clean up! She was amazing!
We had Ally as our day of coordinator and OH. MY. GOD. She is a wedding SUPERSTAR. She and Tucker are like supportive friends with a solution to every problem. She made my wedding day easy and stress free, and helped get everything we needed done fast!!! Ready to renew my vows and call her up all over again!
Ally Whiteside with Stylish O was absolutely phenomenal! We started working with her about 6 weeks prior to our wedding and she literally swooped in like a knight in shining armor and took the reigns to ensure every detail was taken care of. Ally was kind, patient, detail oriented and beyond organized. She was in constant contact with me and I felt so confident and comfortable with her being in charge on our big day. I cannot sing her praises enough!
I don’t know where to begin but my experience with Ally from Stylish Occasions was life saving & amazing. If it weren’t for Ally my wedding probably wouldn’t have even ever taken place and we would have just ended up at the JP. She was so patient & professional with all our changes & request. I gave Ally very little to go off of what I wanted but she knocked it out of the water. I told her we wanted a small romantic boho wedding and she saw to every detail and then some. Ally thought of things my mother and I would have never even known, and she coordinated everything for us so that we could actually enjoy our day. She felt part of our family by the end of our wedding and none of it would have been possible with her! Ally is very detail oriented, professional, and creative. I would recommend Stylish Occasions and Ally to any bride no matter what the size of their wedding is. Thank you Ally for getting my down the isle and making my wedding dreams come true!
Melissa and her team were amazing to work with! I had tons of questions leading up to the wedding being from out of town. Melissa helped with recommendations for transportation, rehearsal dinner options, officiant, etc. We used many of her recommendations, and everything turned out wonderfully!
Her team ensured our decorations were setup properly, that all of our vendors were in order, and my husband and I got to sit back and enjoy in the moment without any stresses on our wedding day. She also took the time to help place my veil on and keep my bustle in tact throughout the entire reception. A++!
We had Katie from Stylish-O coordinate our wedding for the day of, and we couldn’t have been happier! Katie was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Even Melissa, the owner, emailed to check in on us to see how things were going.
One thing that stuck out to us the most with Katie was that it seemed her style was similar to ours. We didn’t have flowers at our wedding and were going with a more unique approach with décor and bouquets, so it was great to work with Katie as she did something similar at her wedding. She was communicative, reliable, and had some great ideas when we were just stuck. It was also nice to have someone listen to what you want and offer suggestions when warranted. We met with another coordinator before her and the other coordinator was basically taking charge of our wedding, so Katie was a breath of fresh air.
She did everything that a good coordinator is supposed to do, from contacting the vendors prior to the wedding to making sure everything went smoothly and timely the day of. During cocktail hour, she brought the whole bridal party some food, which you normally don’t get to enjoy, and she got drinks for my husband and I. While we were getting pictures taken, she would carry the food plates to the different locations, especially since it was windy out that day. It was all very thoughtful.
We had one little hiccup at our wedding where some food was to be left out for the entire reception but was put away, and Katie took care of it right away. She really put our mind at ease and we were able to just enjoy ourselves. We couldn’t have asked for more than that.
Melissa was great! She was very helpful in all aspects. She was willing to be in contact ahead of the big day which made things less stressful nearing that time. She was organized and grasped exactly what we had planned it to be in our vision. Thank you for making our day special and run smoothly.
I wouldn’t have picked anyone other than Stylish Occasions to assist me with my wedding. Being an Event Planner myself, I knew I wouldn’t be able to relax without having someone to take care everything while I was busy relaxing and enjoying my day. I had the privilege of working for Melissa for two years before I opened up my own company, so I wouldn’t have had anyone else be apart of my special day. She is one of the greatest people in the world and so good at her job. I could easily relax and trust that everything was going to be taken care of exactly how I wanted it to be because her attention to detail and management is so precise. If you ever question whether or not you need a planner the answer is YES! No hesitation! Hire Melissa at Stylish Occations. She is extremely competent and thorough, yet kind and down to earth. You feel like you are instantly friends with her the second you meet her. She keeps everything organized, goes above and beyond, knows the best vendors, will save your family and friends the trouble of having to run around trying to set up your whole wedding, has solutions to so many problems and will make your day a total success. Run don’t walk to book her, you won’t regret it!
Melissa was 100% the best money we spent on our wedding day. I am SO glad that we hired her!! I didn’t have to worry about a single thing the whole entire day. Melissa took care of set up, clean up and making sure our day ran smoothly. If there were any problems throughout the day, I am not aware of any of them!! I was a single Mom of a 3 year old with a new career as a 7th grade teacher AND trying to plan a wedding in another state. I needed help. I called up Stylish Occassions and right away felt relief with Melissa's calm demeanor and assuredness that all of the above would would be accomplished. Phew! Relief ensued.

I personally may feel a little lost without you both for a while. I may just check in without requests, just “hello’s.” 😊😊.
As you can see, both Melissa and Ally (who we were teamed up with for the actual day and was my "right-hand woman") exceeded our expectations. We're still hearing that it was the BEST wedding that they had ever been to and absolutely everything was so well planned and thought out. From the huge list of vendors, to contracts, to a baptism thrown into the rehearsal the night before the wedding, the church, the reception, even to the babysitter and hair frizz advice. They know it all and have a way of organizing it so that you don't feel overwhelmed.
These ladies know what they are doing . I genuinely miss them already :).

Basically, Melissa is the best. I first got in contact with her 2 years before my wedding in a panic since I was planning from out of town and got overwhelmed and she easily calmed me down and assured me everything would be great- she was 100% right. She was there every step of the way during planning with budget help, suggesting vendors, keeping vendors & payment dates on track, and answering all of my questions, all the way down to my incredibly silly ones. The day of she and her two assistants were absolute stars. She kept us all running smoothly during the rehearsal & processional, and her assistants were there to help with anything I needed or had forgotten, and if anything went wrong I had absolutely no idea. She is seriously the most wonderful, and I'm so so glad I hired her to help me with my day!
We worked with Melissa as our day of coordinator for our wedding at the Farm at Eagles Ridge. Melissa was much more than just a day of coordinator. She helped us through the whole planning process whenever we had questions, helped to keep us organized, helped with emails to other vendors, and made sure everything was organized with the rehearsal/wedding well before the actual day. The day of ran so smoothly and I did not have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day(every brides dream). We definitely recommend Melissa if you are looking for a coordinator - she is the definition of organized!
Hiring stylish occasions was absolutely the worst decision I made on my wedding day. I had Casey as a day of coordinator and the morning of my wedding was a disaster because she was incompetent at multiples aspects of her job. After the wedding was over my husband and I tried to address our issues with Melissa, the owner. She was extremely negligent to understanding our complaints and did nothing to address the issues that occurred that day. I cannot stress enough how poor the services were and strongly suggest that anyone considering hiring stylish occasions for wedding services look elsewhere.
Melissa was just the absolute best!! I cannot say enough good things about her! Melissa was the only wedding planner we met with because my husband and I were very comfortable with her from the beginning. Melissa cared deeply about us as a couple and about making our wedding day exactly what we wanted it to be. I didn't realize till farther down the line in the wedding planning process that unfortunately that isn't always the case with vendors. Every single vendor Melissa recommended was fabulous and treated us exactly how she did - they cared about us as a couple and making our wedding the best day of our lives. I don't think you can put a price on that and that became very important to us when picking vendors. Melissa was there every step of the way for us - she answered every question no matter how big or small, answered calls, texts, and emails from my husband and I and our parents, she handled some tough situations with grace and was forceful when need be (I admire this about her so much!), she helped smooth out disagreements, she made sure every vendor was confirmed, made sure everything was on time on our wedding day, and about 1000 other things. We never knew until afterwards some of the fires she put out on our wedding day. We never doubted for a second that with Melissa there, everything would go off without a hitch. I am not joking when I say I don't know how we would have gotten through planning our wedding without Melissa - there's absolutely no way. I could go on and on for hours telling you how amazing she (and her team) is but there are hundreds of other very happy former brides here sharing the same sentiment so please take our advice and hire this wonderful wedding planner and human, Melissa!!

She read our personalities so well. She gave us tremendous guidance when decisions got overwhelming (venues, photographers, florists, guest lists, invitation layouts, table arrangements, linens, oh my!) .
I'm sure everyone says this, but it's true, I don't know how we could have done our wedding without her! We loved the results and loved her ever-present, zenlike, calm.
Melissa was an amazing person to work with. She was very detailed in all matters, made suggestions based on her experience and did research for anything that was slightly linked to the wedding. Being a military couple with a recent move, her assistance was invaluable. She even ensured we planned for a lunch meal for the day of the wedding (a lot happening at once) and even found an incredible barber where my husband and sons made wonderful memories and had many laughs just getting ready for the wedding. I highly recommend her service; it will make the wedding easier to plan and relieve the added stress that comes along in the planning process.

Things ran so smoothly on our big day, from our venue being PERFECTLY decorated, to the overall timeline and ceremony procession, the transition to cocktail hour, the transition to reception, everything little detail in between, and to helping with all of the packing up and cleaning up! We didn't have to worry about any of the little things, but instead were able to fully enjoy ourselves and celebrate with our guests. We hired Melissa & the Stylish Occasions team for our November wedding day. We chose the "day of" package, which gave us Melissa & Hannah on our big day for a full 12 hours. But Melissa did SO MUCH MORE than day of work!
I have a Type A personality, and Melissa made sure I had zero stress on the wedding day. She kept our day moving perfectly - checking in with all of our vendors for arrival/departure times, maintaining the schedule, setting up our personal touches all morning (down to every last sign) and even making the final rain call for our outdoor ceremony. Melissa made me feel completely relaxed and just left us to enjoy the GLOW of our wedding day!
Aside from day of, Melissa was a DREAM to work with in advance! She understood our budget and was able to suggest some amazing vendors - she led us to our fabulous DJ, Florist & Photobooth - that all worked seamlessly together on the day of. Hiring Stylish Occasions and working with Melissa was the best decision we made during the wedding planning process. Our situation was maybe somewhat unique, meeting with Melissa only once, working with her entirely through email, and not having her the day of the wedding. Sure, she was responsive, patient, and understanding of the expected and unanticipated stresses that come along with the process, but what we really valued was her being our eyes and our ears for over a year- delivering a variety of options for venues, bands, tables and other miscellaneous wants, combing over contracts and interacting with the vendors behind the scenes and only alerting us if there was a problem or if the task was completed, and working jointly with the on-site coordinator. Her attentiveness and planning made our day run seamlessly - despite her not being there in person to coordinate. My advice would be to lose some of the expensive "extras" that nobody notices and hire Melissa at Stylish Occasions 😊
Melissa is absolutely amazing – we cannot recommend her enough. We worked with her through her Vera package. Our wedding day was beautiful and ran seamlessly. By the day of the wedding, we had so much trust in her that we could rest assured knowing everything would be okay – it freed us up to just enjoy our day without anxiety about logistics – we knew we could count on Melissa. She truly cares about the weddings she plans and the couples she works with. She knows and has good relationships with top-notch local vendors, which is super helpful throughout the planning process. She also is a strong advocate for her couples and is really skilled at resolving any issues that come up with vendors. She is very detail oriented, punctual, practical, and on top of her emails and deadlines. She is also a really gentle, sweet person who is an absolute joy to work with. Melissa is a really calming presence too and was very supportive throughout our wedding planning process. She really got to know us and was able to give ideas/suggestions that we loved for our wedding that matched our personalities and preferences.
During the week leading up to our wedding, we had an unforeseen change of plans and Melissa communicated with all of our vendors, reorganized our wedding timeline and worked this out with all of vendors, all basically behind the scenes to us and with no added stress on our part. Everything she coordinated and planned was taken care of – nothing fell through the cracks. If you’re an anxious couple or tend to worry about worst-case scenarios, Melissa and Stylish Occasions is perfect for you – working with her and knowing the type of person she is will remove all this anxiety.
We planned our wedding from out of state and she was super flexible with doing teleconferences with us and vendors when needed instead of meetings. She also helped us figure out which meetings were truly important to do in person. She helped us navigate innumerable wedding decisions and weighed in with her extensive experience when we weren’t sure what to do.
The best decision we made without a doubt was to hire Melissa as our planner. There is no way we could’ve had the wedding we did without her expertise and help. We are so incredibly grateful to her and are so thankful we got to know her. She’s an excellent planner and a beautiful person to know.
Choosing Stylish Occasions for our Day of Coordinator was the best decision we made! Melissa was so amazing to work with from our first phone call to the very end! During the planning, she checked in often to see if I needed help with anything, recommendations, anything at all! She was organized, detail oriented, and knowledgable about all things wedding. Melissa was even more amazing on the wedding day! She took care of every detail and I didn't have to lift a finger. Her and her assistant set up everything, dealt with all the vendors, made sure everyone was on schedule, and checked in with us frequently to make sure we were ok. My daughter's wedding was at the Historic Acres of Hershey and found out somewhat late in the planning process we needed a day of event coordinator. We contacted Melissa and were very happy with how responsive and organized she was. We sincerely thank you for all your help from beginning to the end of the wedding reception. You are wonderful at your job, and on a day like a wedding, it really is so appreciated. We also appreciated all the decorating you did...the venue looked gorgeous! I know there were a few glitches with the ceremony placement issue (because of the unexpected weather earlier in the day) and the characters coming early, but you helped us work through that and everything worked out beautifully. Ally Whiteside is amazing!!! She's so well organized and made everything leading up to the wedding and the actually wedding so much easier! Any issues that arose with other vendors were immediately handled by her so much so that I didn't even realize when there was an issue. She helped us set up and decorate our venue to make it absolutely perfect! Ally is so sweet and so amazing at her job! We absolutely loved working with her!
Melissa did a great job with our wedding. She communicated with us on plans and helped us in making decisions from the beginning. The month of the wedding she was able to take a lot off of our plates as far as dealing with vendors. The day of our wedding she and her assistant set up all of our tables since we had our reception outdoors under a tent, she assisted in setting up all the decorations and keeping everyone (vendors, bridal party, and family) in the loop the whole night. I don't think we could have pulled everything off as well without her!
