We are so glad we booked SubZero for our wedding! We were welcomed to a complimentary taste testing in which Ryan made as many different combinations of ice cream that we wanted. He also gave us to-go lids so we were able to take the ice cream home! They answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The ice cream was a hit at the wedding! The lines were long. Our guests still talk to my husband and I about it and our wedding was on the fourth of September. Another thing I liked was that we emailed them the day before to see if we could add an extra hour. They did! I emailed them the day of our wedding and they were able to accommodate one last request. We had nitrogen fog during our first dance and sparkler exit which was amazing! We highly recommend this vendor!
