Natasha and her team are beyond AMAZING. My fiance and I had to postpone and relocate our Minnesota wedding twice due to COVID and two months out from our May wedding, had our original venue fall through. My fiance and I decided to travel to Breckenridge with our immediate families and friends for a microwedding on our planned date, as we just wanted to finally be married after 8 years together. Natasha pulled off creating the most special day and immediately saw our vision and made it come to life. I am typically easily stressed and a perfectionist at heart, and I felt completely at ease knowing we had this team on our side. She communicated every update and made miracles happen after so much wedding heartbreak before. The design was breathtaking and everything flowed so smoothly. We could not have done it without Natasha and her team!

I cannot say enough good things about Natasha and Sugar Willow Events! By far, the best decision we made was to choose them to help coordinate our wedding. Our original date was October 2020 with planning starting in 2019. We had picked and signed with all major vendors by the beginning of 2020 when the shut downs began. Natasha was the calming presence during that time and we made the decision to postpone to 2021. The ease (to my perception) of which we were able to reschedule with the vendors was amazing! Natasha took as much stress as possible out of a situation that was both sad and stressful for couple to face. Fast forward to our wedding day and and it was POURING rain at what was supposed to be our outdoor ceremony. Luckily, the venue had a tent and we can honestly say we fully trusted Natasha and her team to make it just as special inside as it was supposed to be outside, and they did! Natasha, Baylee and Cassi were AMAZING that day!! Not one drop of rain fell on my head thanks to Cassi and her umbrella work and they flipped the indoor reception space into the most beautiful ceremony space. Then they flipped it to cocktail hour...and then to dinner. We didn't even see how they did it, it was so seamless. These women work magic if you ask me and I can't recommend them enough. Natasha was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but when the pandemic threw us for a loop, Natasha was there to help with every single question and concern...and we had a lot. Investing in a wedding planner is one of the best decisions we made for our daughter's wedding and selecting Natasha of Sugar Willow Events was THE best decision! If you are lucky enough to be in Colorado, or other areas she serves, look no further! As an out of state Mother of the Bride, Natasha's knowledge of local vendors was invaluable. While we found the venue before choosing Sugar Willow, she gave us countless great suggestions, and always multiple options, on other vendors, especially in the area of design and floral, rentals, signage, hair and make-up, etc. And once we were inside of two weeks, she coordinated with ALL of our vendors (including venue, hotel, photographer and videographer, DJ, caterer, etc.). Natasha built great timelines that meant the "day of" ran like a well greased machine. No detail was too small to be included and the Sugar Willow Events team executed things flawlessly on my daughter's wedding day! Being the mother of a 2020 Bride had unique challenges, and through it all, Natasha communicated frequently with us (conference calls , emails and Zoom) , keeping abreast of state, county and venue guidelines which were constantly changing. She was the stress-releasing presence during months of uncertainty, and kept my bride (and me) calm. For that alone, we will forever be grateful! She was a wonderful sounding board, and as the MOB, if I had a different idea from my daughter, I could ask, "Natasha, in your experience....?" and it didn't seem like I was telling my daughter what to do...but make know mistake, the wedding was our daughter's vision and thanks to Sugar Willow her wedding matched that vision! The day before the wedding, Natasha ran a very efficient rehearsal and while a bit non-traditional, she had the brilliant suggestion to seat the parents of the Bride and Groom on the opposite sides of their daughter and son. This meant that during the ceremony, I was seeing my daughter's face and not the back of her head (the same for the Groom's parents). Natasha's guidance on when to to what, how to set up a reception with Social Distancing, suggestions on vendor gratuities and so much more, took the guesswork out of planning a wedding. Most of all, she allowed this Mother of the Bride to be relaxed and enjoy my only daughter's wedding day from start to finish! When the last song had had been played and guests were departing, she had everything pack and ready to load! The day still went by so quickly, but thanks to Sugar Willow Events, I enjoyed every moment!

Natasha & Team are the secret weapons you NEED on your side! As you begin to plan you wedding, you'll soon find out that you have an entirely new language to learn- having someone guide you through the process and ensure your vision is executed perfectly is the best investment you will make for your day! After interviewing many coordinators, we picked Natasha because she had it all- awesome design skills, industry connections, a fun and supportive attitude, all while clearly being super organized and all business. In the beginning of our journey, Natasha helped us figure out just how to bring our vision to life. She had amazing design concepts and feedback, a vendor for each and every detail, and the most epic timeline to keep everyone on track! Any question or concern was quickly answered and any tricky situation quickly troubleshooted. Then...COVID. The pandemic hit 5 months before our date, talk about bringing a super emotional time to the next level of stress. We truly would not have made it through in one piece without Natasha- she was tuned into all the latest industry updates and local guidelines, and was a neutral, objective team-member that held our hand through a really tough few months (literally up to the week before). A few calls we had were basically just for the moral support of me and my Mom, as there were no certain answers, and no firm direction. Most of all during this time, I am so thankful that Natasha put US first. I heard horror stories of other planners scaring their clients, closing up shop, or forcing them into one decision or another. Natasha was ready and willing to go the direction we wanted to go, and when we decided we were going to make our wedding happen this year on whatever scale we could, she was with us every step of the way and helped us adjust every one of our plans to ensure we had a fun and safe event. We are 3 weeks out now and truly pulled it off. With 96 people (legal in our county in CO) in a super large venue (half of our initial guest list), we had zero COVID cases! I am confident that all the effort we put into our safety plans really made a difference. Most importantly, on day of- Natasha and Team were phenomenal. Calm, supportive, professional, and handling every detail seamlessly. My Mom, Husband, and I got to sit back and enjoy the day. Every detail , every vendor, every set-up was taken care of. Your wedding day goes by so fast, the last thing you need to do is be worrying about all of that too. With Sugar Willow on deck, I had complete confidence that all would come together. And boy, did it. Our day was a little different than originally anticipated given the times, but truly perfect and all we could ever want for a 2020 wedding. We are SO thankful for Natasha and team and know you will be too!

Planning a wedding is so hard. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is down right BRUTAL. No matter what the circumstances, I could not have done my dream wedding without the help of Natasha at Sugar Willow Events. She held my hand through the entire process, and when we had to postpone our first date, she kept us calm and worked with our vendors to reschedule without hassle or worry. I overheard our venue saying to many people that Natasha and her team are one of the most organized and easy to work with teams they have ever worked with, and I can attest to that. We had an outdoor, tented wedding and she put us in touch with all the right people to make our wedding BEAUTIFUL and PERFECT from rentals, to flowers, to photography. She even helped me pick my glam squad for the big day, and I never felt so beautiful! She took our calls at 8pm at night when we were panicking and worried if it would all work out. On the day of the wedding, I was so calm knowing SWE was outside handling everything, I didn't even stress! It truly was the perfect, day, pandemic or not! Outstanding service! Natasha has been an amazing event planner. We hired her and not only did she do an exceptional job helping us plan our wedding by ensuring that our wishes were carried out on our wedding day but also with finding vendors we struggled with. She helped us find vendors (photographer, videographer, and transportation) within our budget and with the qualities we were looking for. Even post wedding day, Natasha followed up to ensure vendors fulfilled their obligation. She was even there to fight with us while we had a tough and uncomfortable situation with one of the vendors. She truly listens to her customers’ views of what is most important to them and follows through with excellent execution on the wedding day. She is willing to go above and beyond until all that is due to you as the customer is delivered. I would highly recommend her and Sugar Willow events to anyone! Natasha was absolutely incredible. As someone who didn’t think we would need a wedding planner I could not have been more thankful that she was there for us. We just wanted a day of planner but as soon as we had her booked for our big day she was there checking in and keeping me on track (which for a procrastinator like me was MUCH needed). She helped with vendor recommendations and thinks of all the small things you don’t even realize you need to handle. She even picked up my dress from the bridal shop as it wasn’t on our way to the wedding location. When it came to the day of we were so relaxed and did not have to worry about a single thing. She checked in on us getting ready and if anything came up she simply found out what we wanted and took care of it. We didn’t have to deal with any vendors or getting a single thing taken care of or set up and were just able to enjoy every second of our day. She was absolutely perfect and I would recommend her to everyone! She was charming, very funny, and perfectly professional. Many of my wedding guests commented on how perfect she was! I wish I had more excuses to use a wedding planner so I could book her time and time again.

I would recommend Natasha to every single person on the planet who is getting married. I began wedding planning on my own. And when there were 500 options for every vendor type I quickly became overwhelmed. Enter: Natasha. I researched wedding planners on The Knot and Sugar Willow events looked like a wonderful option. When we made the decision to hire her as our wedding planner, we had no idea it would be the best decision we ever made. Natasha is ON TOP OF IT. She would take our ideas and make them reality, when even we didn't know exactly what we wanted. Natasha is incredible at handling every single detail while still making you feel that you are in control of all of your wedding decisions. When it came to planning, she kept us on our timeline without making us feel rushed or pushed. When the big day arrived, I felt excited and relaxed. Which is not my usual... I am a high anxiety, high-stress person. But on the most stressful day of my life, I was left feeling happy, relaxed and in the moment, enjoying my friends and family thanks to Natasha and her team. There were a few hiccups throughout the day that she handled with ease and grace without anyone noticing (including me). Natasha is a kind, generous, and hilarious person who will also be direct and honest with you exactly when you need it. Natasha is absolutely awesome to work with! She has great vision and a wonderful knack for making it come to life! As a planner, she's super approachable, easy to work with, and knows how to approach weddings stress-free. She is always calm, knows what to do, and great ideas up her sleeve. I couldn't have had more of a successful person then Natasha work my wedding and put everything into place and allow me and my wife to be worry free because we put our trust in her, and she killed it. We still rant and rave about her. We will ways recommend her because shes simply amazing! If you dont use her you are missing out!

Working with Natasha at Sugar Willow Events was such a great experience! I took my chances and never actually met Natasha until our final walkthrough, we had only communicated through email. I honestly was disappointed at first that our venue required a wedding planner. I just did not understand the value in one, until now and I’d recommend Natasha all day long to new brides! I would would have to say the day of our wedding Natasha and her assistant delivered their services more than exceptional. I did not have an ounce of stress the day of our wedding, nor did I have to worry about decorations, where and what people were doing, and making sure everything was picked up to go home at the end of the day. Our wedding day turned out to be such a beautiful day thanks to all of the wonderful help from Natasha! (And of course everyone else who helped our day come together)!

Natasha is energetic, well organized and thorough! There were countless moments the day of the wedding where she was seemingly reading out minds of what we thought needed to be done, and before we could say anything, she was handling it. Would HIGHLY recommend Natasha!

My experience with Sugar Willow Events was nothing short of AMAZING! Although Natasha was hired as a day-of coordinator, she was still responsive and willing to help with random wedding questions when I felt completely overwhelmed during the planning process. Hiring Sugar Willow Events was the best decision I could have made. They created timelines and reviewed all of my day of expectations which were my biggest concerns. As for the actual day of execution - they nailed it! They put together all of the decor and did a million little things that I did not expect that made our day flawless! Although we ended up needing to execute our indoor/rain backup plan in a fairly tight space, everything turned out great and they reassured me every step of the way on the big day. I really don't know how I could have done it without them!

As a mother of two daughters getting married 6 weeks apart, I started out on my own with the 1st wedding . About half way threw I was overwhelmed and admitted I needed help. I hired Natasha from Sugarwillows to help,and thank God I did she helped with everything I hadn't done and then made everything I did better. Wish I would have hired her sooner! She was so professional,and really kept everything on schedule and during the wedding reception she was invaluable thinking of everything I didn't even no I needed. I would recommend sugarwillows for any event, and I will use them from now on!

Our wedding day literally went so smoothly and there is no way it would have been so amazing without Natasha on top of everything. She was very easy to work with,organized and made our vision come to life. Everything from making sure vendors were on track to correcting the little mishaps that are bound to happen. We loved her so much and would recommend Natasha to anyone looking for a wedding planner. Amazing!!!

Look no further - if Natasha has your date available, book her! My only regret is waiting until I had struggled through the planning process for months before realizing I needed help. Natasha was willing to do whatever was needed to make sure the day turned out exactly how we wanted. Leading up to the day she made it clear that this was our weekend to celebrate and enjoy our families, and it was her job to make sure the florist got there on time, that the seating chart matched reality and that our decor was all perfectly laid out. But what Natasha doesn’t advertise is that she will run and get a drink for your elderly uncle when she notices his glass is empty, she will give out her number to every single one of your out of town family members so they call her first with literally any question under the sun, she lets you drink mimosas with your sisters all morning and takes care of any hiccup before you’re even aware there was an issue, she will meet you at a gas station by the airport rental car center two days after your wedding to try and help you and your new spouse find ways to squeeze, ship or re-home all the decor that you brought along for your destination wedding. Our day couldn’t have happened without Natasha, and if she wasn’t there as our planner, then I would now want her there as a friend. She’s the best of the best and you can tell how much she loves and values getting to be a part of your big day. Natasha - your brides miss you and can’t thank you enough!! Love, Cass & Jules

I seriously do not even know where to start... Natasha is AMAZING! 100% amazing. My wedding was this past Saturday, and Natasha OWNED it. My wedding wasn’t simple, or small, or chaos free - and she took care of everything under the sun! Even my guests were commenting on how amazing she was! If something needed to be done, she was on it. She went way ABOVE & BEYOND her duties - and I would recommend her to EVERYONE I know. If you think you don’t need a day of coordinator, you are 100% wrong. My husband, like most men, wasn’t sure if we needed to spend more money, since we were paying for our own wedding, and ever since our big day on Saturday - he can’t stop talking about how Natasha was sent from Heaven. Natasha was one of the best wedding coordinators I have ever worked with. As the Coordinator at the venue her client was having their wedding, I have worked with many wedding planners but Natasha is the best. She was on top of all the extra decorations the bride brought for the reception. She was organized and easy to communicate with which makes my job setting up the venue a breeze. She stayed through the entire reception, moving throughout the room to ensure all guests were having a great time. I can't image the bride had a single worry on her big day with Natasha on the job. I highly recommend her. It was a pleasure to work with Natasha.
