Courtney found me an amazing veil that complimented the dress perfectly. The professionalism and experience of these women truly showed. They provided guidance during the appointment without being controlling. Despite it being a busy Saturday, I never felt rushed or pushed into a decision. ve the whole store as an option in my budget, vs. most other stores, there was a small selection of what I could afford. They had a ton of beautiful dresses, the associates were wonderful, it was cute and clean inside and felt very private/intimate with my family/friends when trying dresses on.

nd met with Sara, who changed my entire outlook on dress shopping. I gave her a general idea of what I was looking for and comfortable with, and she immediately started pulling dresses. Every dress I tried on, I told her a little detail I didn't like and she'd go pick another dress that didn't have that. She was so careful to take my feedback into consideration, and within about 5 or 6 dresses, she had me in the perfect one. She also never put me in a dress over my budget, so bonus points for that!

Annie was my consultant and she was the absolute best! She was encouraging and sweet and really fun! I loved working with her. I already can’t wait to go back when my dress comes in and say hi to everyone again!

the experience and ideas they had for my veil, hair, belt, etc. From then on I recommended this store to other brides who weren't sure where to go. I took my dress home and didn't touch it/unzip it for 3 months. It hung on a hook in my guest bedroom where nothing could lean against it. I obsessively looked at it every day to make sure it seemed safe. Then 3 months after I picked up the dress I unzipped it to hold up my pearls to the neckline when I saw a yellowish stain on the very front of my dress. I was horrified - it wasn't there 3 months ago and no one had touched the dress since then. It didn't look like a typical stain either - it was too straight. I had no idea what to do with my wedding being 2 months away. I was hesitant to call Suite Bridal because I expected they would say there was nothing they could do since the dress had been in my possession. But they immediately stepped into action mode and had me bring the dress in. They handled the emergency perfectly and had such a sense of urgency to get things figured out for me that I knew I was in good hands and everything would be resolved on time. They 100% trusted me and never doubted that I had tampered with the dress and were able to fix everything with plenty of time to spare before my big day. Sara, Courtney and La Raine were the best problem solvers and went above and beyond for me. Long story short, I recommended Suite Bridal before, but after this extra experience I am a walking billboard for them!

lready had her assistant pulling similar dresses from the racks, and was ready to give me a few other style numbers if I wanted to look them up online real quick. She was able to schedule me for a next-day appointment, and we headed over this afternoon after a disappointing David's Bridal appointment. The difference between the two stores was night and day. I spent 90 minutes at David's Bridal, tried on four dresses (with my MoH helping me more than our DB attendant), sitting on the floor overheating because of the broken AC, waiting 10-15 minutes at a time for the attendant to come back with correctly sized dresses. The moment I stepped into Suite Bridal, Sara greeted us with a huge smile and handed us a little card with several bird-shaped clips attached to it. I was encouraged to walk around the store and clip the tags on dresses I wanted to try on. Unlike DB, the dresses were un-bagged - so you could actually SEE them - and all of them had big tags with a picture of someone wearing the dress, the designer, color options, price, etc. I handed out a few of the clips to my mom and bridal party so I could try on dresses I wouldn't pick out for myself. Sara was so efficient - I easily tried on 10-12 dresses (two of them twice) in an hour, without feeling rushed. With each one she narrowed down what features I did and didn't like more and more until she was handing me nothing but winners. The last dress she pulled for me was perfect, and as a bonus was 40% off for their sample sale. Since they only have an appointment for one bride at a time, you really feel like the whole store is focused on just you. My MoH fell in love with the store too and is planning on going back for one of my runner-up dresses.

reat things about her. She was energetic, fun, sweet, and knew exactly my style! The store is very small but so quaint and organized well. I knew I wanted 'fit n flare' and I was able to go right to that section and start pulling dresses. I didn't even have to waste time searching through definite 'No's' After trying on a few dresses that my group had pulled, Sara grabbed one off the rack and had me try it on. It was already listed as 35% off and she said she could do it off the rack for even a little more. I knew I wouldn't be the type that would know as soon as I tried the dress on but I did love it and so did my family and friends. We decided to keep going throughout our day and still go to the 2 other appointments and come back if needed. After only finding 1 other dress that could be the one, we decided we needed to go back to Suite Bridal and try on the dress one more time. They never complained about us coming back and probably slightly messing up their schedule. Sara immediately put me back in the dress and I knew it was the one! She fixed it up and made sure it was in great condition, bagged it up and adjusted the price so it worked for my budget. I am so in love with my dress and having so much fun with Sara made all the difference. I don't think I stopped smiling the whole time we were in there. She even referred me to a local alterations lady in my are of lawrenceville. An added plus, Suite Bridal is located in the cute Virginia Highlands with some great local lunch places (we ate at Murphy's!). I would highly highly recommended making an appointment and checking out Suite Bridal on your adventure to finding the dress!

hen I asked about the measurements, she said it was in case I gained weight. When I got the dress it was HUGE on me and I wound up spending a lot of money in alterations. I loved my dress, but do not think I would pay to get the dress "custom made" when I had to spend so much in alterations.

I picked up my wedding dress this past weekend. They were so kind to come in early to fit me. My dress had some issues with the lace and Suite Bridal called the dress maker and had them resolve everything within 1.5 weeks. They are so nice and just genuinely want you to find your perfect dress. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for Bridal Shop that is affordable with the service of a couture shop without the haughtiness.

Everyone there just really made me feel like a princess, and so I ended up choosing the perfect princess dress. It's the chic, boutique feel that you want, without the sky high boutique pricing!

when you walk in the door you see racks and racks of beautiful dresses, the space has hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, funky art and is warm and welcoming just like the staff. I am a size 12/14 street size and I was very self consc about trying on wedding gowns but my consultant Amanda was so kind and made me feel comfortable, I even tried on a few sample sizes that were too big, which was awesome. I fell in love with the first gown I tried on but I wasn't rushed or pressured to buy the gown, I tried on 5 or 6 others and then promptly bought the first gown on the spot! The prices are super reasonable, I even tried dresses that cost less than David's Bridal gown but feel much higher end. I can't rave enough about this shop or sweet suite staff!

Then the person on the phone shared that I most likely can only get off the rack dresses since I most likely wouldn't have a dress come in on time even with rush order. Not going to lie, I got a little depressed but saw the dress I wanted was off the rack, so I thought "why not. I'll have a back up plan anyway." The person wasn't the most caring, but I can understand her setting expectations with me before I get there. But still, I wasn't 100% excited to go. A week before the appointment, I couldn't help but ask to see if I could bring a 6th person and have them stand/sit on the floor since this was my first time trying on a dress. The person I talked to the 2nd time was super nice and understanding. When I finally get to the appointment, everyone there is SUPER nice and caring. The experience when I got there was soooo much better than what I thought it would be based on our phone calls. I brought up the comment someone made earlier about only trying off the rack dresses since it won't come in on time even with rush. Liana, the kind lady who took care of me, was confused and said, "you should be fine with rush order if you need it." That made me feel so much better. My bridesmaid and I started picking dresses, Liana was super helpful with getting me into them, sharing knowledge on the designer, the subtle differences in the dresses. Let me tell you, she knows her stuff! She was fun and energetic. Everyone in my group loved her. And the best part was that they did help me find a dress I said yes to! LaRaine was also there to help and was super knowledgable on how certain styles look depending on whether someone where's heels or not. I'm wearing Vans and 5'2 which is why it came up. To sum it up, the experience was great! 99% of the people were awesome, I just had a small blimp over the call but I highly recommend this place.

, I had slim hopes of finding another salon within my price range with quality dresses until I arrived at Suite Bridal. They had so many options within my price range! Their sale prices are amazing! It was so exciting to have so many options to choose from. Their staff was very knowledgeable. While my mom and I were there, the owner came over and watched me try on dresses. She gave me some really good advice and I was very pleased with my choice of dress. I would definitely recommend them to any bride that is on a tight budget but still wants a beautiful dress.

I never felt pressured to buy my dress that day, or to even purchase it from Suite Bridal. They leave the communication open for any questions you may have after purchasing and work closely with their designers to make sure the Bride is happy.

en.. salesperson had her trying on dresses almost twice her budget!!! She did not listen to what my daughter wanted and kept bringing dresses that she had alreaded said she didn't care for. THEN tried to tell us that we would only find simple dresses of chiffon gown for her budget price. Totally insulting. We went to Davids Bridal and found an abundace of gowns well within her budget, was treated with better class and ended up with a designer dress and all the works including bridesmaids dresses for a great price. This place needs some lessons in etiquette and manners.

She knew my style better than I knew my own- I ended up LOVING the dress and buying it on the spot! I am so beyond happy I went to Suite Bridal, I had such a great experience from start to finish, and I got a dress that looks much more high end than my budget would suggest. Definitely worth a look!

They take a picture of you, your family/friends and their bridal mannequin and post it to their Facebook page! Just a sweet added touch! Although, I didn’t interact with the other consultants, I could tell they were all very attentive to the brides and all have caring personalities. They want this day to be special and they sure do a great job of creating that for you. I’m looking forward to seeing them all again when my gown comes in!

I'm pretty specific about what I like (some would say picky) and Suite Bridal was wonderful- I wouldn't change anything about my experience there. After my first appointment, I went to one other shop so I'd have something to compare it to, and there was honestly no comparison. At Suite Bridal I was not rushed, I felt like I was the only bride in the shop (even though there were several others there), Alicia was personally invested in helping me find my dream gown. I like how relaxed the shop was and how we had our own space to try on gowns without being on top of other brides. If you're looking for a relaxed experience to find your dream gown, look no further! The manager Leslie let me try on dresses, without an appointment (*and even though they were less than an hour before closing). I decided to come back with my mother, and Leslie followed up with me for 2 months, until my next appointment. When I came in to try on dresses for the 2nd time, they had already pulled my 2 favorites. Another consultant Sarah assisted me in Leslie's absence, and was equally as great! I would highly recommend this quaint boutique for a personalized, caring experience while choosing your gown! Thank you Suite! Can't wait to see my dress!!

She was the picture of professionalism throughout the whole appointment: respectful of our budget, offering helpful suggestions, etc. Her happy and fun loving demeanor set the tone for the appointment. When I found THE dress (and they have a wide selection of styles and price points), I totally had *that* moment. My mom and I were able to share in that special moment, and we were able to take pictures of the dress with several belts and a veil. In my opinion, a wedding isn't really about the dress (or any other detail of that happy day), but about the beginning of a marriage. That being said, to find a dress that truly allowed me to picture myself as a bride was an amazing thing. I know that the attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism of the staff at Suite Bridal helped make that possible. Now that I've purchased my dress, Suite Bridal has continued to impress with a hand written thank you note! I absolutely can not wait to go in again to try on my gown!

I cancelled all of my other appointments. I worked with Ebony, who was very relaxed and pleasant, but the other consultants kept checking on us and giving dress advice! Since it is a small boutique in the Virginia Highlands, it feels very intimate and special. You have your own mirror and little area, so you don't have to wait for brides to use the mirror. I can't say enough amazing things about this boutique!!
