Sunflower Travel

I had troubles finding someone to help plan my honeymoon that wanted to put in the time to plan what we were wanting to do. I met Terri and at first she made me believe she was very interested in helping and dedicated to her work but that was not the case. Before i met with her the second time i emailed her an extensive email with everything i wanted to do and everywhere i wanted to go, she replied asking me to come in to discuss. When i got there she asked "So what are we discussing today?" I don't even think she had read the email which was frustrating and showed she didn't care much(she then pulled up the email and read it while i sat there..). I left with her saying "Okay i'll get to working on it all!" I left pretty pleased though.. thinking all was well. After not hearing from her for 2 months i emailed checking in asking if there were any updates and her response was "Not yet, working on finishing up people's trips that are leaving in the next two weeks..." This mostly bothered me because she makes it seem like me checking in is crazy and that i was supposed to know she had more important things to do. It also confused me why she felt no need to keep me updated on the situation at all. I think as a professional it is your job to keep people posted on things even if the news is bad. Had she showed a little more interest, and at the very leased emailed me saying something like "Hey we are super busy so I have yet to get started on your honeymoon but I just wanted to touch base and let you know where we were" then I would not have cared one bit. I would not recommend going to see her. I waisted 3 and a half months thinking she was going to help us get this all figured out and now have nothing. I would recommend finding someone that is genuinely interested in helping you or at the very least reads your emails and remembers some of the things you discussed. Even after i emailed her telling her we no longer needed her service she didn't care and didn't try to keep my business at all. She clearly has no real desire in helping people. I am not saying that Sunflower Travel is a bad place.. I am sure they do have other employees that really enjoy what they do and would be better at their job.
