I did not have to worry about all the logistical nightmares that can come with wedding planning. They use an online planning tool so that I could easily log into my account and fill out surveys, upload Pinterest pictures I liked, and scroll through pdfs of their decor/things they offer to aid in the planning process. For an out of state bride, they took all the stress out of it! Communication was easy and efficient. They planned and executed both my welcome party/beach bonfire and wedding, and I did not have to worry about or do a thing during the wedding week- I was just able to enjoy my time with family and friends. You will absolutely be taken care of from start to finish if you choose them to assist in your wedding planning! They are professionals and I felt so taken care of from start to finish throughout the entire process.

ted me and some things that were blatantly unacceptable. I will start with the good: our photographer and videographer have been amazing to work with! Our guests all loved the food and said it was excellent The florals and decor were beautiful and exactly what I wanted Now to the not so good: -our “open bar” was running out of items before we (the bride and groom) even got upstairs to it after dinner. Very frustrating and unacceptable. Basically was told we are out of luck. One of the bartenders told us the wedding the night before cleaned them out and they didn’t properly restock. So why did we still pay full price for our open bar that wasn’t stocked to even make it past dinner? -the coordinator was messaging me 30 minutes before I walked down the aisle telling me they didn’t have meal choices for a few people. That should have been checked and finalized way before then so I had time to fix it, instead I had to frantically figure It out since I was in the middle of doing first looks and photos. -The lighting package had a string of lights out RIGHT ABOVE OUR HEAD TABLE?! When I pointed it out it was just laughed off. -When we got to our reception, my music wasn’t playing. I had to send it to the dj while on the boat because they didn’t have the playlist I had sent. Another frantic moment because I had to find the person who had my phone. -communication throughout the planning process could have been better, I learned to not expect anyone to answer phones at the office. The only contact info I had for my planner was email. A lot of times I got “out of office” emails and my planner would be gone for awhile, delaying getting answers that I needed. Hopefully the new planning pod software helps with this in the future. -“45 day” reminder was sent less than 30 days before and “7-14 day” reminder was sent 4 days out. Causing me to feel like I had missed deadlines and like I had to rush to get things done -There was little direction on what to do during the ceremony, I was told I did not need a rehearsal and that is a regret of mine because there wasnt enough direction in my opinion. Overall the only issue that truly affected our guests was the bar running out of what they wanted to drink, obviously there is nothing that can be done now. Nobody followed up with us after the wedding to address or apologize for any of the issues and yes I did point them out as I noticed them. When I picked up my items at their office, the only person who was there was the florist so I couldn’t have even addressed it then.

Kristi and Jeremy were our “day of” team, and they had their work cut out for them. The entire wedding had to be moved inside our beach house last minute due to a hurricane, and honestly, my husband and I think it turned out even better than the beach wedding we had planned for! We were both blown away by how quickly and professionally they were able to rearrange the whole house and organize everything before our guests arrived. They made our day absolutely perfect! It seemed that all I had to do was circle a few things I wanted and pick colors and boom- Julie put together a wedding more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed! Seriously.... like 10X more! Every detail was perfect! We live 12 hours away and I knew after speaking with Kristi, Sonja and Julie at Sunquest that they had everything down to a T! Our day was beautiful and fun and I'm so thankful for everyone at Sunquest for making our dream day perfect! I remember when we first started looking at reviews, how many I read and how important they are to brides when deciding on who to use. I can honestly say that using this company will be the best choice you could ever make! They are the best!

came about we had to go through the whole process of canceling flights, our trip, and our dream wedding. With all hope lost we gave Sunquest a call and spoke with Kristi and told her our situation and she said getting a wedding together in 2 weeks is no problem. She handed us off to Julie who is an absolute angel to help us pull our special day together! We worked with her every day up until the wedding and she was amazing and helped us make our nightmare of a wedding turn into our dream wedding in Destin, Florida! We got to Destin and we met with Julie a few days before the wedding to go over some last-minute changes and make sure everything was good to go for the day of! The night before the wedding we thought everything was good to go until the groomsmen tried on their wedding attire and we absolutely hated the ties we bought for them. Again Julie came to my rescue. I texted her at 10:30 pm explaining what was going on and she said no problem and had the florist make a more colorful boutonniere for the groomsmen so they wouldn't have to wear a tie. Let me tell you it really came together and I absolutely loved everything about the girls and guys attire for the day of! Then came wedding day and Julie dropped off the florals bright and early and I saw my bouquet and I fell in love immediately! All the florals we exactly what I envisioned! About 30 minutes before the ceremony the bridal party headed down to the beach and met Julie to do some last-minute rehearsal. Then my dad and I came out and it was showtime! The music, the lighting, the decor, the weather, the bridal party, everything was perfect. I couldn't believe we had pulled it off. And to make it even better some World War II planes flew over during our ceremony which was one of the collect things I have ever seen. If you are planning on having a wedding in Destin I highly recommend Sunquest! They were there for me when I thought I had nothing left to plan a wedding and they took care of everything and turned my nightmare wedding into my dream wedding!!
