e end of our wedding night! Everyone was super supportive of all the things we envisioned for our ceremony and reception. The entire team made our wedding wishes come to reality and so effortless for us! They were all so fun to work with and were very accommodating to all our family and friends (one of the waiters even learned some sign language to ask our cousin if she needed anything, after finding out she is deaf!). All our guests still talk about how perfect everything went and how they had SUCH a blast! The food was top notch and drinks were out of this world! To this day, our guests speak about wanting to plan anniversary trips with us to celebrate on there Solaris again! We cannot say enough great things about the yacht and all the crew as everything and everyone are seriously what dreams are made of! Thanks so much for making our wedding celebration so memorable!

ep of the way! It all came together so perfectly and I was able to sit back and actually enjoy the process! My guests had a blast and many said it was the funnest wedding they had ever been to. We laughed, we cried and we danced the night away under the stars, cruising on a yacht!!! It literally couldn't have gone any better. I had my dream wedding! I cant wait for anniversaries aboard the Solaris in the future!

There isn’t a single thing I’d change about the wedding day. The decor turned out perfectly and all of the guests had the best time.

on board were delicious. The house musicians were amazing and did a wonderful job. The weather on our wedding day ended up perfectly and our sunset wedding photos were fabulous. We used the house photographer and she did an incredible job. With all of that being said, I was under the impression that the team does may not put as much focus/attention into the Sunday or non-Saturday weddings (we had a Sunday private charter). There were several things that were forgotten/neglected. When I boarded the boat the name cards were all out of whack, the names were at the correct table, but not seated in the proper order. I had to rearrange the name cards last minute to make sure the couples and families were seated next to each other. For example, there were babies and kids not placed next to parents and married couple separated. I was never given a seating chart with names in order at the tables, and should have requested this prior to the wedding. Also, we paid to have a decorated getaway golf cart after our sparkler exit and did not receive this. We walked down the sparkler sendoff and were expecting a decorated golf cart that was not there so had to hitch a ride home with my sister. Lastly, the dinner service was behind schedule and not according to the time frame we reviewed prior to the wedding. This ate into the dance floor time, so we ended up with only about 30 minutes of dancing time at the end. Had I known this I would have gotten the 5 hour charter instead or the 4. If dancing is important to you, definitely elect the 5 hour charter! Despite the few things that were forgotten, the wedding did turn out wonderfully, I just wanted to highlight the few issues we had to help those booking for the future! Definitely go for 5 hour, and make sure to review the seating arrangement on paper prior to the wedding. Other than that, the wedding was amazing.

be stressful, but the Sunquest team was able to take a lot of the pressure off of the planning process by providing all inclusive options in their packages. I had to swap planners midway (my original planner was relocating and leaving the company) and I was a bit worried, but Courtney came in and executed all my visions seamlessly. I did not want to have to DIY my decor, I wanted someone to bring my vision to life for me, and that 100% happened! My day of coordinator, Lindsey, was absolute joy and is so talented at her job. We had 100 of our family/friends on board and she was able to wrangle everyone and keep us on track all evening with a smile never leaving her face. I used all of their preferred vendors and since they work with them regularly, it made my life much easier b/c my planner was able to take that pressure off of me. The house DJ kept the energy up all night, the emcee was great, food was delicious, staff was attentive, bartender kept the drinks flowing, and if anything went wrong, I had no clue about it. My wedding vision has always been “beach” but when we took a dinner cruise (while looking for venues), I was immediately sold on the Solaris and knew I had to get married there. It’s been over a month since my wedding, and my guests are still raving about how unique, fun, and energetic my wedding was. How many people can say they’ve been to a yacht wedding?? If you are looking for a venue that is unique (with the most beautiful sunset and views) and want to work with an amazing team that will make your planning process smooth, look no further than the Solaris Yacht (Sunquest Cruises).

Once we got paired with our wedding planner, Courtney, I told her that I had pretty much no clue what I was doing, but had a color scheme and general idea of what we wanted; to say she made our vision come to life is an understatement. I don't know how many times I told her, "Courtney, it's like you can read my mind!" Every single detail was flawless and perfectly represented what we wanted as a couple. The flowers were just about the most beautiful florals I've ever seen, the food was INCREDIBLE, the in-house DJs were so fun and sweet, the wait staff on board was kind and attentive, our day of coordinator, Jeremy, was a helpful and calming presence, and overall the day was just perfect. Our guests truly were raving about every aspect of the event. I'm so thrilled we chose Sunquest for our wedding, and I will never forget how special it was.

e magical night was over far too quickly. Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect and even helped us get everything to the car an hour after the event was over. Many guests were overheard saying that this was the best wedding that they had ever attended! We would highly recommend sunquest cruises. One note it’s definitely worth it to add in the add ons such as the lighting package as it really helped to set the mood.

Julie, our wedding planner, helped us plan our night down to the exact detail and helped us decide on ways to personalize our ceremony and reception to make all of our dreams come true! Having in house catering, photography, and florists made choosing vendors a breeze and Sunquest even provided a list of preferred outside vendors that made planning our entire weekend so so easy. The house band was so fun and had our guests out on the dance floor all night! We truly enjoyed ourselves and all of our guests cannot stop talking about how much fun they had. We are actually already planning to go back on a dinner cruise on the Solaris because we can’t get enough of this amazing team of people! Staff was so helpful, friendly, professional and catered to our every need! The minute we stepped foot on the boat, you can tell that the staff was passionate about what they do. Floral and decoration was simple and yet so beautiful! Food was so tasty & fresh- quality seafood. The captain was so nice & gave encouraging words to us. The planning was seamless and they removed 100% of the stress from me! I cannot even describe what a fantastic job they did. The yacht is beautiful, the weather was perfect, and we had the time of our lives. I would 103983% recommend.

etting deployed and wouldn't be able to focus on it until a couple of months before. Suffice to say they were great. I stayed in contact with Julie one of their wedding coordinators (the best coordinator ever) via email, and every email was succinct and to the point. Any question I had no matter how trivial or nonsensical was answered in a fast and thorough way. Julie also helped coordinate all the vendors from the cake, flowers, photographer and even afterwards with floral preservation. Honestly, this was the easiest preparation I ever had to do. I was asked what I preferred, answered as such and the magic was done. The actual wedding day, was magical I was blown away boarding the ship. I could not believe how beautiful the ship was transformed into. I was able to meet the rest of the staff and the day of coordinator Nicole knew everything that Julie and I discussed, they were extremely helpful and happy to be there for me! Unfortunately it rained that day, funnily enough it was a beautiful and bright day the day before and after, but Sunquest still made it magical and amazing. From the ceremony to the reception and dancing it was the best night of my life. In conclusion, I am definitely one that pays for convenience to make my life easier, and this was the best way to do a wedding for anyone that likes to make their life easier or even those that want to be in charge of every detail. The best part though was that it wasn't even that expensive compared to what a magical night I was given and the little I had to do. I would highly recommend Sunquest to anyone for their special day because they'll make it even more memorable!

to FL, and from the beginning they made the planning process so easy and as stress free as possible. The food and service on the ship was 5/5 stars, the bar was excellent, plenty of options for everyone on board, and the atmosphere was perfect. The reason I did not give them a full 5/5 stars for the whole experience, is for the following: My coordinator who was with me through out the entire planning process, unfortunately was not there the day of my wedding. Some details such as seating arrangements, what our first dance song was, where my toss bouquet was, and our vows, got messed up the day of. I guess just due to miscommunication between her and the girl who took over for her the day of. The other thing that threw us off guard, and do not be surprised by this, you most likely will not be the only bride on board, unless you rent out the entire ship. We rented the second deck, and even though it was more private than sharing the first deck, guests from the main deck, including brides and grooms, will float up to your reception area. It did not take away from how fun it was, I just was not expecting it. It does in a way take away from making you feel like its "your day", when you are not the only one in a wedding gown at your reception. Overall it was so much fun.

Her energy & professionalism was and still is very much appreciated. The band showed up and showed off ensuring the night of sounds was filled with fun jams to dance to. Not sure if it was on purpose but we loved the old school jams from artist originally from our home town - BOSTON!!! Every single person that attended said it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended. The decor was on point / food was good/ drinks timely/ staff super pleasant / weather PERFECT “Thank the Lord only for that”.... even the Captain was super nice! SunQuest Cruise we appreciate you and hope to spend our one year anniversary on board with you guys. The only hiccup we had was the AC going out for a moment right before ceremony - my bridal crew are troopers and were prepared with mini fans so we were ok. Came back on in due time. Things happen - remain positive! Thank you SOLARIS for making such a memorable day an absolute beautiful one that I will forever SMILE about when thought about! Do I recommend you guys? HECK YEAH Note: Do the staff and yourself a favor brides and be punctual / orderly when they request information. They are humans and have other clients. Being proactive and specific is key. Nicole did great with all follow up emails and even provided some suggestions that ended up saving me money (cake) - beautiful and tasty. We appreciate you so much Nicole and really hope all your clients give you the respect and credit you so deserve girlie .......“SLIM”
