This was the worst experience of my whole wedding process!!!! I set up a contract with them probably 5-6 months before my wedding and paid the deposit. When the final payment was due a month before my wedding. I called a week before it was due ...to make the payment, left a message and didn't receive a phone call back. Called again the day it was due, left a message and didn't receive a phone call back. A week later I emailed them... days went by... nothing. Sent them a message through their website because I didn't know how else to get a hold of them... days went by... nothing. Called again and left a message... nothing. All this time I didn't know if they were still in business, if I was going to have transportation for my wedding that was now a couple weeks away. FINALLY, I received an email back from them... 'We are sending back your deposit and will not be providing you service for your wedding." No I'm sorry, no explanation, no common decency to pick up a phone and call their customer. They left me high and dry a week and a half before my wedding without any transportation for my husband, me, and our wedding party. My husband then found a review from another couple stating pretty much the same situation and that it was the worst experience they had as well. If only we had found that before booking with them. It would have saved us a lot of extra stress.There are plenty of limo companies out there and I definitely recommend you go with one of those and stay far, far away from this one unless you want completely terrible, unprofessional service which any bride planning a wedding knows is not needed added stress.
