No communication whatsoever!

We hired this limo service for my daughter's wedding. I booked them for basically the entire day to provide transportation for wedding party and guests. I provided them a detailed itinerary and they followed it to a tee! A really nice service. Would recommend!

Sunset limo was very professional and courteous. They arrived on time and escorted first the men and then the women to the ceremony. When we were leaving the reception we had requested a town car, to our surprise as a gift they sent the limo. What a nice gesture from a great company. Would definitely recommend

I wasn't even able to book with this company due to their very poor customer service & lack of communication. I had emailed back and forth with Mark and Rita, they drew up a contract for me, I emailed back within the same day of the contract being sent to me asking for corrections to be made to the contract, then did not hear from them for 6 days. I had to email them asking for updates and then received an email stating "sorry, but we're booked that day." Put me behind in planning and added extra stress to the already stressful task of planning a wedding.

The limo had plenty of space for everyone and it was really clean. The limo driver was awesome he went everywhere that we requested and he was on time.

This was the worst experience of my whole wedding process!!!! I set up a contract with them probably 5-6 months before my wedding and paid the deposit. When the final payment was due a month before my wedding. I called a week before it was due to make the payment, left a message and didn't receive a phone call back. Called again the day it was due, left a message and didn't receive a phone call back. A week later I emailed them... days went by... nothing. Sent them a message through their website because I didn't know how else to get a hold of them... days went by... nothing. Called again and left a message... nothing. All this time I didn't know if they were still in business, if I was going to have transportation for my wedding that was now a couple weeks away. FINALLY, I received an email back from them... 'We are sending back your deposit and will not be providing you service for your wedding." No I'm sorry, no explanation, no common decency to pick up a phone and call their customer. They left me high and dry a week and a half before my wedding without any transportation for my husband, me, and our wedding party. My husband then found a review from another couple stating pretty much the same situation and that it was the worst experience they had as well. If only we had found that before booking with them. It would have saved us a lot of extra stress.There are plenty of limo companies out there and I definitely recommend you go with one of those and stay far, far away from this one unless you want completely terrible, unprofessional service which any bride planning a wedding knows is not needed added stress. We had a limo bus and that was wonderful. There was so much room, and with my dress it was really easy to get in and out of. The drivers were friendly and helpful as well.
