Sunset Luxury Limousine

We used Sunset Luxury Limousines for transportation for our wedding and they did a wonderful job! We contracted for two luxury buses with seating for 55 and one Escalade for the bride. Darren was super easy to work with to set things up and the drivers were amazing. The feedback from our guests was the buses was super nice and the drivers made sure they were dropped at their hotels which was important to us due to the late night and most of our guests being from out of town. If you are looking to save a buck, this is NOT your transportation company. If you are looking for a transportation company that has extremely nice equipment operated by professionals and will go the extra mile, this IS the only place you need to call.

Sunset Limo was perfect for our wedding day! We had a 14-person limo to take myself and my bridal party from where we got ready to the venue. The limo was clean, came with much needed water, and the driving was great. Would recommend!

We used Sunset Limo for our wedding transportation, and it was all great! We got a large 50 person shuttle to transport guests from the hotel to the wedding venue and a limo to take the wedding party. Everything came on time, was clean, and ran perfectly! We also had a party bus to take the wedding party to an after party after the wedding was over, and it was so much fun! Fit a lot of people, had fun lights, and we got to play our own music! I would recommend Sunset Limo for your event!

Sunset limo was awesome for our wedding! Our driver was right on time and so helpful in getting us to our numerous stops. The bus was also awesome and made driving around Denver with our wedding party an absolute blast. Would hire again!

Sunset Limos was great! Communication was a tad spotty, and they told us they could only be paid in cash the day of but then ended up taking other payment ahead of time (leaving my father with way too much cash in his wallet on the wedding day). However, our driver was timely and patient, and got us to and from easily. He even drove a bridesmaid back to the house and back to the photo location after I realized we forgot the mother's corsages. I feel horrible for not remembering his name, but I hope he knows he did a wonderful job!

Sunset Limo did a great job getting our guests and wedding party from our hotel to the venue and back. We worked with Judi, and she made the booking process so simple. We ended up getting a party bus and a charter bus and both of the drivers did a fantastic job. It was so comforting to know that our guests were in safe hands and that we had reliable transportation on our special day.

We have nothing but great things to say about Sunset Luxury Limousines. My wife and I got married at Sunrise Amphitheater in Boulder, CO this past summer. Sunset was able to give us affordable transportation to and from the peak of Flagstaff mountain in Boulder, CO. The road to get up there had some serious switchbacks. We had quite a few moving parts in our shuttle services that Sunset provided. We had two large shuttles picking up most of our guests at our hotel, a shuttle bus for the bridal party, and a limo for the groomsmen. With all of these different moving parts and the roads, I was pretty nervous on the big day that something would go wrong. They were able to put my mind at ease knowing that they had everything under control. Every interaction that I had with Sunset and their drivers was amazing. Thank you so much for making our day so special! We would highly recommend Sunset Luxury Limousines!

I cannot say how dissapointed I am with Sunset Limos. We booked a limo to take me and the bridesmaids to the venue, and were planning on having our photographer with us for some fun photos. The limo arrived early and everything seemed great, until we got in and it was clear there was a problem. The battery of the limo died, and the driver had no idea what to do. My bridal party had to jump in and try to figure out how to jump a limo, and the driver had no clue how to do it. The driver did not problem solve well at all, and didn't even think to call another limo. As a timeline for wedding day is increadibly important, and we tried for a little over 30 minutes to get the limo going, we ultimately had to leave and my bridesmaids had to drive us up. The delays caused by this caused delays for our whole day, and caused us to have to pay another vendor more because they had to be onsite longer than expected. What made me even more upset was that after this incident, NO ONE contacted us to apologize or offer a refund and other compensation. I called two days after to submit my complaint, and they said they would call us back. We did not receive a call or email or any other apology, but did receive a refund. I am just so disappointed in the lack of service, or apology for causing stress and delays on our wedding day. I will never use this service again, and cannot encourage you to look elsewhere more.

ALERT!!! AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!!! Sunset Limo left 10 teens stranded at prom WITH NO RIDE HOME. Dropped off the teens and did not honor their commitment to pick them up at the end of the prom (11 p.m.) as agreed. Several of the teens and their teachers tried calling the driver using the provided phone number but he did not answer. No one answered the main phone number of Sunset Limo, either. My husband and I were awakened by our distressed teenager. We drove 90 minutes round trip in the middle of the night to pick up 4 of the stranded teens who were standing outside the closed venue in the cold. Sunset Limo was TRUSTED for safe passage and did not follow through. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!!!

This limousine service was phenomenal. We had a pretty big party, when all was said and done we had 16 people to cart around in a limo. Sunset didn't falter, they pulled out the 20 person Escalade! The driver was so sweet, so attentive, and so professional! I would not have survived making 20 point turns in a crowded parking lot!

We used Sunset Luxury Limo for our rehearsal dinner and they were awesome! We had about 50 people at our rehearsal dinner and Derrick was our driver. He had an amazing attitude about driving back and forth to pick up guests and he directed us on how to use the Bluetooth so we could keep the music going. He also was right on schedule (arriving about 10 min early). Everything went super smooth! We would use them again!

My son is on the LBL Mike Nelson team. We used Sunset Limousines last year to the Rockies game. It was a blast! The driver was way cool with the boys on our team. Played awesome music. As a parent this mode of transportation is such a stress relief. No worries about parking at the ballpark. No worries having to meet the team. We’re all together. We had a hard time finding a transportation company we felt we could trust. At the recommendation of our venue, we booked Sunset, and were quite pleased! Darren, the coordinator was responsive to my questions and booking was flexible- we booked a limo for the bride, bridesmaids, bride's brother, bride's mother, groom's mother, and flower girl to get to the venue. They arrived a few minutes late, but called with plenty of notice (and that timing worked out better anyway). We booked a luxury sedan for our getaway car, and the driver was waiting for us in the parking lot early (which also turned out to be perfect). Both drivers were very professional, except the driver in our getaway car had just eaten McDonald's and we could smell it (only complaint). We were pleased with Sunset for our transportation needs!

We used Sunset Limo for a transfer from the venue to the hotels for our bridal party and ourselves after our reception. I worked with Darren leading up to the event, and he was very helpful in guiding me to which limo choice would be best, and even offered to have me come to their office to look at the different limos in person. The limo itself was much cooler than I had imagined, with a great sound system and lights. Our driver (G-Man) was very nice, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Sunset Limos.

Sunset limos gave us a great price for our afternoon wedding and arrived on time with all the extras they promised (champagne, balloons, soda). However, we were taken on a scenic drive after the ceremony that made us all a little carsick and then at the end of the reception we were running about 10 minutes behind and our limo driver told us we had to leave right away since she was driving another group around later that night. I didn't enjoy feeling rushed, but overall it was still fun to ride in style.

We used Sunset Limo for our wedding day on 11/15/14 in Denver, CO. We requested the 16 passenger white Porsche Cayenne. Overall, we were very pleased with the service provided leading up to and on the day of the wedding. The driver was always where he was suppose to be, even with our somewhat complicated plan for the pre-ceremony pictures and the ceremony drop off. He was also very friendly and always helped me (the bride) and my slightly handicapped (post foot surgery) bridesmaid into the limo. The limo was clean, and everything we requested was inside. The heating system and sound system worked well. The only thing I will note is that we fit 14 people in the back of the limo and it was tight in terms of room. Granted that was one bride in a big dress and everyone in winter coats.

They were on time, friendly and very nice vehicles! Plus you can't beat the free booze they provide! We all had a blast in the limo!

We used the 30+ person bus limo for our wedding party. It was fabulous. The driver was friendly and the bus was clean. However, I also used a smaller limo for a ride to the airport for our honeymoon. The driver was 30 mins late and the limo was not in very nice condition.

Limo's were nice and clean inside. We had two limo's scheduled for our wedding, one of which was late. The biggest problem I had was that we reserved the limos months in advance then received a phone call 6 days before our wedding saying they did not have one of the limos we reserved. Additionally, we paid online by credit card, but there was "no record" of this when we were picked up that day. Very unorganized and VERY unprofessional. Customer service was absolutely horrible.

Had a really bad experience with these guys. Failed to pick up groom and groomsmen and bring them to the church due to the limo breaking down. No one called to let them know they weren't coming. Then they got us to our reception 30+ mins late due to having to switch out car. Showed up to our church chapel in a Crown Royal Party Bus with stripper poles. Doesn't exactly scream wedding to me. Bad customer service and very disorganized.

Sunset Limos delivered! All we wanted was a transfer from our church to the reception venue, which was about a 25 minute drive. It's hard to find a limo service that will give you all the perks of being a wedding party AND not have a 3-4 hour minimum! We were able to arrange a 1 hour service with Sunset and get the service we wanted. This really helped us stay in line with our budget. Because they went the extra mile to serve the customer, we will definitely use Sunset Limo again!

Very nice limo, courteous driver - overall very happy! They even ensured to take the whole hour since it was 1 hour minimum to rent.

We were not thrilled with this service. We requested a white limo for our return and got black. The limo that drove the girls to our wedding venue did not have air conditioning - we were dying on the 45 min drive. When we called to complain we never received a return call.

We had an awesome experience with Sunset Limo and got our dream limo! Our driver was courteous and very professional. He got us to where we needed to be on time. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend Sunset!

I used Sunset for my bachelorette party and wedding. The night of my bachelorette party our party bus was rear ended by a drunk driver going 60 mph down Blake street. Fortunately none of us were in the bus, but the driver and his trainee was. They didn't sustain any major injuries, but were definitely shook up. I know the company didn't plan the accident but I was disappointed that we had to walk several blocks to the bus, had to pay in full even though our night was cut short and the replacemt driver just took us home. My sister called to ask if they could cut us a deal or something. Nothing! And we used them for the wedding! No discount, nothing! The limo driver the night of the wedding was great but unfortunately his greatness can't make up for the poor service we had earlier.

Absolutely the worst! This company was definitely out to ruin my wedding. The sent our limo late, only to tell us when they showed up that the air conditioning didn't work on this 98 degree day of my wedding. Obviously the boys in tuxes were miserable in there and us ladies were sweating our makeup off. All of the boutonnieres and bouquets died in route to our first picture location, so they couldn't be displayed in any of the pictures or at the reception. We had the limo drop us off an hour early because we couldn't stand the heat anymore, so we missed out on a lot of the pictures I had planned. To top it all off, they refused to give us ANY refund, not even for the unused hour. HORRIBLE!

We reserved 2 Expedition limos for our wedding day. The first one that took the guys had just been in a wreck and was spray painted. It sounded like it would fall apart at any time. The second one that took the bride had no ac and blew heat the entire time. And the driver was rude, he was smoking the wholr time and got ashes all over the brides gown. Awful experiance!

I love the idea of using a limo, but hate how sketchy the industry can be. When I spoke with Darren, he told me that bad reviews from other on-line resources were from other limo companies trying to bad-mouth them. I met with Darren and he showed me the inventory, assuring me that if something happened to the limo bus I wanted, he would replace it with the next best thing. I asked for a pink carpet roll-out, for the driver to be wearing pink, and for no alcohol. Instead, the driver claimed we did not pay our balance (which we did weeks prior to the event b/c the check cleared in my bank account), the carpet was red, the driver was wearing red, and there were no "Just Married" signs anywhere on the limo. Plus, the driver stocked the bar with alcohol, etc (which I suppose is not necessarily a bad thing). Regardless, I had a woman call me twice the week before to confirm my reservation, even though I called after the first request and spoke to a woman who appeared to have no clue as to who I was. I don't think she bothered to pull up my account and verify information I gave her. I was very frustrated with this service, but pleasantly surprised that they came through with picking us up and dropping us off on time.

The limo service was nice. The driver showed up early and there were balloons in it that matched my wedding colors. I gave the driver a list of stops to make to pick up the bridal party and he had no problem with that. The only problem was at the end of the night. We had reserved the limo for only 6 hours but we weren't ready to leave yet. We asked the driver to stay and he said he couldn't. We did not have cell phone reception at the reception (in the mountains) so we had to struggle to find a land line to call the limo company and ask them to allow the driver to stay for an extra hour. Once that was approved, the driver was willing to stay and everything went fine. I would still use again. Just make sure you plan for extra time!

I gave them 1 star for being at the church and the other because my driver was nice. However, I was suppose to get a Hummer and got two stretch limos instead. Plus, our limo (bride and groom) the electrical kept messing up and would turn everything in the back off. Luckily the driver of the limo was nice and the alcohol was decent. I am upset that I did not get what I asked for though and our limo was problematic.

My husband and I reserved the Triple Axle Hummer for our wedding night. It was an absolute hit! Not only did our wedding party get to use it, but we had the limo pick up guests as well. The driver was on time and professional at every point in the night. We were told the limo would be fully stocked, but it only had 2 bottles of champagne, a bottle of vodka, bourbon, and soda. We were hoping for a larger quantity and bigger selection, and the driver responded very well! He actually went to the liqour store and bought beer and more alcohol for us while we were eating dinner! Great service!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. We reserved the limo for three hours, and specifically booked a towncar limo to go with our black-tie wedding downtown. When the limo pulled up to pick up my husband and the guys, the towncar was not what arrived. Instead, they "upgraded" us to a Hummer limo without even consulting us first. If we had wanted a Hummer, we would've booked one. This was NOT the image we envisioned for our wedding. The guys got into the car and found themselves up at 30th street on a 30 minute limo tour of the city instead of getting to our church, which was a mere 4-5 blocks away from where they were picked up. My husband actually had to tell the limo driver how to get to the church because he hadn't come prepared with directions or bothered to use Google maps. The car was now late for picking up our flower girls, our parents, our bridesmaids, and THE BRIDE. Our wedding ceremony was to start at 6pm, and as I came down the elevator at 5:45, I noticed that all of my bridesmaids were still standing in the lobby with no limo to be found. Because the driver didn't care to look up the route to our church ahead of time, all of the bridal party ended up being late to our own show. As the bride, I didn't arrive at the church until almost 6:15, AND because he hadn't looked up the route, the bridesmaids and I were also dropped off 2 blocks from the church. Normally, I wouldn't mind walking... but if I had wanted to walk 2 blocks, I wouldn't have paid for a limo. My parents and our flower girls walked... despite the fact that they were told they would get a ride. After the wedding, the bridal party took photos at the church and went outside to take the limo back to the reception... except the limo was nowhere to be found. While the bridal party WALKED back to our reception, my husband and I stayed back to take picutres. 20 minutes later, the limo driver showed up to take the bridal party to the hotel but everyone was already at the reception by then. The service was terrible, our driver made no effort to apologize or redeem himself for what was his mistake, and they made no effort to consult with us, their customer, prior to making decisions about what vehicle we would get. If you are having an event and looking for a company that's reliable and dependable, this is not the one you want. I feel like we got ripped off and that this added unnecessary stress to my wedding day that having the transportation was supposed to alleviate in the first place. We also called to complain and were directed to a manager, who never called us back. I'm working to get our money back, but these guys are terrible.

The limo service for my wedding was the only item I would not give an A+ to and would not use them again. They were my only frustration of the day, which in the end is pretty good. The Limo was black not white as I ordered, the driver showed up early and called to tell me he was there and then preceded to ramble on about the various locations he could park his limo (an item I did not care about as my bridal party was arriving). I asked him to please just park, I did not care which side of the street, he knew where the hotel was just park the limo. He then asked about payment and I told him I had a check to hand him when I walked down. He said I do not take checks only credit cards, I told him fine, I'd give him a credit card instead. I then told him I don't have time to talk we'll see you in 15 min and hung up. Then someone from the office called to tell me I owed payment and only credit cards were accepted. I told her I was aware was she calling because I needed to give the credit card to her, she said no she was just calling to tell me this because the driver had called to say I was giving him a check. I reassured her as I had the driver that I would pay in credit card since I was now aware that was the preferred payment, but that I was trying to get ready for my wedding and did not have time to discuss this further. We then went down to the limo with girlfriends in tow, my dad was trying to take a photo of us in front of the limo and the driver interrupted to ask for the credit card, which I provided him. Then he asked if I would need the limo longer, if I did there was going to be an additional charge. I told him no at this time we did not believe we would need the limo longer than we had reserved so we only be paying for the agreed on amount and if we did run long I would pay him additionally. We then started our trip, he almost side-swiped a car less than a block from the hotel and was apolgetic for almost getting in an accident claiming it was not his fault a car pulled out in front of him. The Ipod hook up did not work, it was loose and kept disconnecting. At the Chapel it took the driver a good 10 minutes of a 100 point turn to perfectly plant the limo in front of the chapel and he left it there the entire time so all guest had to go around the limo to enter the chapel. I found the whole experience to be annoying. I only gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because he did arrive on time and we arrived safely (although that was almost not the case). I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS SERVICE.

On the day of the wedding they were pretty awesome! Our driver, Guillermo, was adorable and went way above and beyond! As we drove around Red Rocks in the rain taking photos he was great- holding my bouquet, directing traffic as we took photos in the road under the arch, running around with the umbrella to keep me dry! My only complaint was that had I not called to confirm with them the week before they would have never showed- they lost my reservation that I had made through email with them. We ended up having a stellar experience with them the night of the wedding but I just can't believe they lost my reservation (held with a credit card they had already charged...)
