or my daughters. Next year will be our fourth time using them for my brothers wedding. They are great in planning small and large weddings needs. So if you are needing something very simple or elaborate this is your one stop company.

limos were perfect for the bridal party before the wedding, and the 30-passenger party bus was stocked/decorated afterward. The driver, Gina, was professional, responsive, patient with our time shifts, and helped navigate extending our limo time. A perfect evening, I chose the right company and will do it again!

The feedback from our guests was the buses was super nice and the drivers made sure they were dropped at their hotels which was important to us due to the late night and most of our guests being from out of town. If you are looking to save a buck, this is NOT your transportation company. If you are looking for a transportation company that has extremely nice equipment operated by professionals and will go the extra mile, this IS the only place you need to call.

s affordable transportation to and from the peak of Flagstaff mountain in Boulder, CO. The road to get up there had some serious switchbacks. We had quite a few moving parts in our shuttle services that Sunset provided. We had two large shuttles picking up most of our guests at our hotel, a shuttle bus for the bridal party, and a limo for the groomsmen. With all of these different moving parts and the roads, I was pretty nervous on the big day that something would go wrong. They were able to put my mind at ease knowing that they had everything under control. Every interaction that I had with Sunset and their drivers was amazing. Thank you so much for making our day so special! We would highly recommend Sunset Luxury Limousines!

n photos. The limo arrived early and everything seemed great, until we got in and it was clear there was a problem. The battery of the limo died, and the driver had no idea what to do. My bridal party had to jump in and try to figure out how to jump a limo, and the driver had no clue how to do it. The driver did not problem solve well at all, and didn't even think to call another limo. As a timeline for wedding day is increadibly important, and we tried for a little over 30 minutes to get the limo going, we ultimately had to leave and my bridesmaids had to drive us up. The delays caused by this caused delays for our whole day, and caused us to have to pay another vendor more because they had to be onsite longer than expected. What made me even more upset was that after this incident, NO ONE contacted us to apologize or offer a refund and other compensation. I called two days after to submit my complaint, and they said they would call us back. We did not receive a call or email or any other apology, but did receive a refund. I am just so disappointed in the lack of service, or apology for causing stress and delays on our wedding day. I will never use this service again, and cannot encourage you to look elsewhere more.

s responsive to my questions and booking was flexible- we booked a limo for the bride, bridesmaids, bride's brother, bride's mother, groom's mother, and flower girl to get to the venue. They arrived a few minutes late, but called with plenty of notice (and that timing worked out better anyway). We booked a luxury sedan for our getaway car, and the driver was waiting for us in the parking lot early (which also turned out to be perfect). Both drivers were very professional, except the driver in our getaway car had just eaten McDonald's and we could smell it (only complaint). We were pleased with Sunset for our transportation needs!

The limo itself was much cooler than I had imagined, with a great sound system and lights. Our driver (G-Man) was very nice, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Sunset Limos.

I didn't enjoy feeling rushed, but overall it was still fun to ride in style.

ing up to and on the day of the wedding. The driver was always where he was suppose to be, even with our somewhat complicated plan for the pre-ceremony pictures and the ceremony drop off. He was also very friendly and always helped me (the bride) and my slightly handicapped (post foot surgery) bridesmaid into the limo. The limo was clean, and everything we requested was inside. The heating system and sound system worked well. The only thing I will note is that we fit 14 people in the back of the limo and it was tight in terms of room. Granted that was one bride in a big dress and everyone in winter coats.

Additionally, we paid online by credit card, but there was "no record" of this when we were picked up that day. Very unorganized and VERY unprofessional. Customer service was absolutely horrible.

u all the perks of being a wedding party AND not have a 3-4 hour minimum! We were able to arrange a 1 hour service with Sunset and get the service we wanted. This really helped us stay in line with our budget. Because they went the extra mile to serve the customer, we will definitely use Sunset Limo again!

one of us were in the bus, but the driver and his trainee was. They didn't sustain any major injuries, but were definitely shook up. I know the company didn't plan the accident but I was disappointed that we had to walk several blocks to the bus, had to pay in full even though our night was cut short and the replacemt driver just took us home. My sister called to ask if they could cut us a deal or something. Nothing! And we used them for the wedding! No discount, nothing! The limo driver the night of the wedding was great but unfortunately his greatness can't make up for the poor service we had earlier.

s 98 degree day of my wedding. Obviously the boys in tuxes were miserable in there and us ladies were sweating our makeup off. All of the boutonnieres and bouquets died in route to our first picture location, so they couldn't be displayed in any of the pictures or at the reception. We had the limo drop us off an hour early because we couldn't stand the heat anymore, so we missed out on a lot of the pictures I had planned. To top it all off, they refused to give us ANY refund, not even for the unused hour. HORRIBLE!

. The second one that took the bride had no ac and blew heat the entire time. And the driver was rude, he was smoking the wholr time and got ashes all over the brides gown. Awful experiance!

companies trying to bad-mouth them. I met with Darren and he showed me the inventory, assuring me that if something happened to the limo bus I wanted, he would replace it with the next best thing. I asked for a pink carpet roll-out, for the driver to be wearing pink, and for no alcohol. Instead, the driver claimed we did not pay our balance (which we did weeks prior to the event b/c the check cleared in my bank account), the carpet was red, the driver was wearing red, and there were no "Just Married" signs anywhere on the limo. Plus, the driver stocked the bar with alcohol, etc (which I suppose is not necessarily a bad thing). Regardless, I had a woman call me twice the week before to confirm my reservation, even though I called after the first request and spoke to a woman who appeared to have no clue as to who I was. I don't think she bothered to pull up my account and verify information I gave her. I was very frustrated with this service, but pleasantly surprised that they came through with picking us up and dropping us off on time.

We asked the driver to stay and he said he couldn't. We did not have cell phone reception at the reception (in the mountains) so we had to struggle to find a land line to call the limo company and ask them to allow the driver to stay for an extra hour. Once that was approved, the driver was willing to stay and everything went fine. I would still use again. Just make sure you plan for extra time!
