Superior party rentals did such an amazing job for my sons wedding weekend. We had several events and they supplied all of the glassware, dishes, tables, cloths, dance floor, etc. Their delivery people were pleasant, efficient and accommodating (even when they had to lug stuff up to the second floor!) The product was in great condition and of quality and their prices were unbeatable! My caterer had never used them but was pleasantly surprised at the quality for price . Kaleena, my sales rep, was ever so patient with me as I constantly changed things.

Superior party rental did a great job decorating for my wedding. They were amazing with communicating back and forth, providing pictures of their rentals. I would highly recommend this company!

I worked with Isabella for 9 months prior to my wedding day to ensure that we provided the company with every detail of set up for my reception. In one of our many emails, Isabella said I was one of the most organized, detailed people she had ever worked with. That is where the magic ended!!! The day of my wedding, the company sent staff that moved at a snail’s pace. The staff went TWO HOURS past the agreed time for set up and made my entire wedding party late. As things got further and further behind, we wanted to help move things along. The staff did not speak English so we couldn’t communicate with anyone except their coordinator. My husband and I affirm people of every background and ethnicity but communication is crucial in setting up an event and Superior fell flat! The coordinator was obviously out of her league and had no idea what she was doing so eventually other professionals at my event took things away from her to get them done. After the reception, the staff was 90 MINUTES late coming to pick their items and we were charged additional money from the venue. Isabella tried to blame me, the weather, traffic, and refused to accept responsibility. Isabella swore she would make it right when we spoke with her via telephone. The next week when we followed up, Isabella tried to say it was my fault and refused to take responsibility. The group will not identify themselves except by first name. I had to fight with Isabella for several days before she would let me have access to a supervisor via email. It took most of my honeymoon week and I had to threaten to hire an attorney before we finally received a refund of the money we were charged by the venue. The company still refused to credit us the set up or tear down fees. HORRIBLE company to trust you events and special moments with. Please take my advice and go elsewhere!!!
