Surcie

Just not worth their exobinate rates! We used Surcie at the recommendation of our planner. I would not recommend. They did not provide any consultation as part of their very expensive fees. Yes, you get on line proofs, but it is nearly impossible to tell what the printed product will look like in hand and for their cost they should provide a much higher level of care and service for their customers. Instead, they simply make their customers approve what ever it is they send out, without any regard to the reality of how the digital proof ultimatley becomes printed products. Accordingly, they sent us product that had fonts that were clearly too big (such as on the Save the Date envelopes), or clearly too small (on the menu cards). Moreover, they were late due to "printing problems" on the Save the Dates. Their prices are truly astronomical, and I found the same product on line for far less. Much of what they printed could have been done through Etsy, Canva, or even uploaded to a Fed Ex or UPS for printing. For what we paid I expcted service and quality and I got none of the first and only so so on the second.

They did a beautiful job on creating my wedding day napkins, specialty cocktail signs/bar signs, and match box lighters! Couldn't be happier with how they turned out!

I worked with Surcie for our wedding welcome bags. They turned out so wonderful! They were super easy to work with and the customization was really easy! I waited until the last minute to get the items ordered and Surcie's staff was really accommodating as I was frantically awaiting for the items to arrive the day before my wedding (Note to other brides... do not wait until the last minute!). The bags turned out great and our out of town guests really enjoyed them. It really made the wedding feel more personalized to have a running "theme" throughout the event with napkins, koozies, etc. They are super talented and I would highly recommend them for your wedding needs!

Taylor exceeds on the customer/bride experience when it comes to making everything happen and everything look fabulous. She is knowledgeable about paper products, production schedules, paper weight, different inks/foils, you name it! She went above and beyond on sending me samples, promptly emailing me back, and creating my invitation suite. I had the best time working with Taylor and still love working with her for personal gifts and even items for my corporate job. So excited that Surcie has come on the scene in the Raleigh area because this is what we have been missing!
