t. It had a fridge, microwave and everything you’d need. We are not ones to use a lot of amenities. We typically use hotels as pit stops to shower, rest and then on to the next place. So I can’t comment on the pool or any of the other options. My main condition is that a place is clean. This place was. We were very happy with our stay here. I would stay here again if I ever returned to the area.

l night. The only 2 things that were good were the comfortable beds and the fire place. The location was 5 stars because it was on the oceanfront and you can get a great view of the ocean from the patio. And that's all there is to say.

ke a hot shower is completely unacceptable. No offer of a late check out to allow us to at least shower when the water turned back on either. They offered us a 10% voucher for our NEXT stay after having to ask. We can promise that we won’t be back.

Title: Extremely Disappointing Stay – Beware Before Booking

ified the front desk, and they moved us to another room. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better. The blanket was covered in dog hair, there was a white substance smeared on the bed skirt, and a dried spill on the floor. The toilet wasn’t bolted to the floor, and the futon in the room had a broken leg, making it unusable.
We contacted the front desk again to report these issues. They offered to move us once more, but we declined and simply requested clean bedding instead. They brought new sheets but no blanket.
If that wasn’t enough, three days after our stay we noticed an additional $150 charge. When we called to inquire, we were told it was for “damaging the door” by supposedly kicking it in — something we absolutely did not do. We requested photos, and the ones provided showed a door and a door frame with molding that looked pried off, but no clear damage. Despite our attempts to resolve the issue, the hotel has refused to communicate further or refund the charge. We are now disputing the charge through our bank.
This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. What was meant to be a relaxing anniversary trip turned into a frustrating ordeal.
