Susan helped me put together the most beautiful wedding. I wasn’t one of those people who had a clear vision but she took the images and Pinterest boards I provided and brought them to life. She was so extremely helpful with bouncing off ideas and giving her opinions but not pushing anything on me. She was also amazing day of with organizing everything and making sure it went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend!!

Susan absolutely and utterly exceeded our expectations of what our wedding weekend would be. The entire weekend was planned to perfection, starting with our Friday rehearsal dinner at Rocco’s Tacos in Town Center to our ceremony, reception and after party at The Addison in Boca. No detail was left out. She is a visionary, a dreamer and an executor. The type of talent she has doesn’t come around so often, and that is worth everything for a milestone like this. Susan aka Pieces of Dreams turned my wedding dreams into a reality. She was there for us every step of the way from choosing the correct vendors, designing the chuppah of our dreams, and making sure the day itself ran flawlessly. Being the point of contact between our venue and vendors took the stress off of us in the final days and weeks leading up to the wedding. While I’m sad my wedding planning with Susan is over, I cannot wait to plan my next event with her!

SUSAN JAFFE IS A UNICORN!!! Susan came in mid-way through our wedding planning, recommended by a colleague, and literally saved our day. (We had to change décor companies 2 months out, and our venue/catering company changed ownership simultaneously—and of course our contract had not been signed yet—and, because of Susan, the transition was ridiculously painless.) The moment Susan’s glow entered our lives, the weight on my shoulders got lighter—primarily, because Susan not only executes her responsibilities to perfection, she goes the extra ten miles and ensures a seamless experience. Susan does her job and she does it exceptionally well. Not to mention her level of professionalism, articulation, organization, focus, care, and logic. A South Florida anomaly. As someone with a Type-A personality (i.e., if-you-want-something-done-do-it-yourself mindset), I have zero concern or doubt Susan will execute our wedding day to perfection. I have no hesitation handing over the reins to this exceptional human being. Only thing I regret is not choosing her sooner. Worth every penny and more. LADIES/BRIDES: DO NOT SKIMP ON YOUR COORDINATOR. You can cut corners / modify literally anything else. Not this. Susan Jaffe is the epitome of one of my favorite quotes: “Stars don’t shine because they want to be seen. They shine because they are stars.” Susan Jaffe, thank you for being a star.

I had two weddings last year and Susan Jaffe was my event planner which also included rehearsal dinner and brunch. She was beyond amazing. Wonderful taste creativity organizational skills and attention to every detail. Absolutely could not have done it without her. She is also great to work with and was involved in everything from flowers to music all decorations hotels etc. because of her my events were outstanding.

I could not have had such a successful day without Susan by my side. Her close personal connection to my caterer and vendors meant there was nothing I had to stress over for our big day. Her attention to detail meant that no stone would be left unturned when making our wedding as special as it was. And best of all, Susan truly experienced the joy of our day along with us, because she truly is so passionate about creating a dream wedding for her clients.

Susan is the absolute best wedding planner for a plethora of reasons, it is not possible to adequately describe how truly amazing she is. In fact, she was more than just a wedding planner, but also a great support and friend throughout. From the first moment we met, her warm and calm demeanor drew me in and she made me feel like the most important and special bride. I found this to be quite wonderful, as I was of course, not her only client. Furthermore, I was married at the peak of wedding season, and that never once stopped Susan from being on top of every single aspect of my wedding at all times. She took my visions/ideas and not only made them a reality, but made them even more perfect than I could have ever imagined. Her meticulous planning exceeded all expectations and her level of perfection was evident throughout. She is incredibly organized, which is something that is of utmost importance not only throughout the planning process, but also for the actual event itself. In sum, I was sad that I would no longer be able to work with Susan on a constant basis, and I think that says the most.

Susan was so well prepared and really took initiative with every situation. Although I wasn't around for most of the planning being sister of the bride, during rehearsals, prior to ceremony, ceremony, and party she was constantly on the watch to make sure everything was moving smoothly. I remember needing bobby pins and tape for my dress and she literally had a baggie full of equipment to solve problems! She is honestly so incredible.

Susan was so much fun to work with! Planning a wedding can be very stressful and she had everything under control and in the end everything was perfect. Every vendor that she recommended was also amazing to work with. I wish I could go back in time and do it all over again. I recommend Susan 100% and will use her again for my next party!

Susan made our lives so much easier by making sure everything got done. The wedding literally got flipped back outside an hour before the event. She made it possible for us to enjoy the day. And her job wasn't over when the event ended. She had to deal with a vendor who didn't live up to their reputation the day of, and she had them redo our bouquets at the last minute. That is what you need a wedding planner for. She makes sure everyone does their job.

Since my new wife considered herself the "anti-bride" I jokingly became the "bride." I dealt with Susan about basically every aspect of the wedding. She was very accommodating b/c I'm the kind of guy who doesn't take NO for an answer and occasionally wants info/has questions at all hours of the day... Susan might have dealt with my personality better than my wife. She truly made ever aspect of our wedding day perfect and kept the "anti-bride" happy as well.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have found Susan. She made planning our destination wedding effortless. Living in NYC and planning a destination wedding in Miami (with a full time job and other responsibilities) became a bit overwhelming. Susan’s deep relationships with top vendors allowed my husband and I to have great choices for our special day. She goes above and beyond for her clients and worked around our schedules to maximize our visits. She also stepped in and took a lot off of our plate including finding us the perfect non-traditional band and local rabbi when we had last minute changes. In addition to the key logistical and organizational planning aspects, she was great to bounce ideas off of including developing unique design options for our décor…creating a modern, romantic and chic vibe. We wouldn’t have been able to have such a special day and dream wedding without her and her team!

Our daughter and her fiancé decided to have their wedding celebration abroad where they live. Our bride came into town for just one week, in which we had only a few days to find her “dream wedding gown” and to focus on other wedding details. Susan Jaffe said, OK – no problem, let’s go! With her expertise, insight to the bride’s taste, and minding our budget, Susan guided us to a few select bridal salons, where we were treated like royalty due to Susan’s excellent reputation and rapport with her vendors. One day of shopping, 3 fittings later, our daughter was beyond happy and ready to be a beautiful bride! The BEST part was the ease and pleasure of working with Susan, it was a Piece of Cake!

My fiance and I planned a wedding in St Barths in four months time. I cannot explain what a feat this was. Susan accomplished it in the blink of an eye. As the island has only limited choices for decor everything had to be shipped from Miami....EVERYTHING. Susan handled every detail like the professional that she is. She listened to my vision and made it a reality. No detail was overlooked even when I requested things at the very last hour. She took care of everything. Susan was there for me at every turn, whether it was a veil emergency, family drama, friends coordinating flights, or even painting my nails (she did). Susan helped me search high and low for the perfect wedding venue. I chose a museum as my venue, which was very strict and had many guidelines to follow. Susan made sure that all of the rules were met and was very willing to work with some vendors she had never worked with before. She was able to create my vision while always making sure we were still in budget. Susan is very calming and easy to work with.

I had a very special time planning my wedding with Susan Jaffe as she not only was my planner but she is my mother. I think my review is still valid as Susan did an amazing job at transitioning from mother to planner when needed. From the very first meeting my husband and I knew we were going to be able to pull of the dream wedding we wanted. We both shared with Susan every detail of what we had envisioned our wedding to be from the beautiful escort tree greeting our guests to the electric violinist surprise performance pumping up the party. As cliché as it sounds, the entire night was magical and I really feel that it isn't possible to accomplish what we did without a wedding planner. I now more then ever understand how hard my mom works to make sure each and every one of her brides are as happy as I was on my wedding day.

We found Susan a terrific member of our wedding team. As Father of the Bride, I was resigned to the fact that I would be on the sidelines for much of the planning and preparation as my wife, daughter and son-in-law were in constant communication. Susan, from the very beginning, always included me in everything and ensured that I was part of the decision making (even though I sometimes didnt have a clue or sometimes, even a say,) as much as possible. It was extremely impressive to see that every time we needed to visit and/or negotiate with a vendor, Susan was received warmly, with open arms and with the utmost of respect. It was a pleasure going through the process! My daughter and son-in-law's wedding was amazing! It was like a fairytale....but a personlized fairytale. At our very first meeting with Susan, you could see that Susan immediately understood the wishes and desires of the bride and groom. And, as time passed, she applied her visions and impeccable taste and creativity to each and every detail of our wedding weekend - from the out-of towners/rehearsal dinner on Friday night, the "main event" on Saturday night and the delicious brunch on Sunday morning.
