up went fine, but then half of our guests were left stranded at the venue when it came time for the return trip. The entire venue staff, myself, and the groom had to frantically call for about 20 minutes before we got any sort of response. I would recommend saving yourself the headache.

We hired Sutton to transport our guests from their accommodations in Gilford to our wedding venue in Meredith. When our plans changed because of the pandemic, they were easy to work with and seamlessly transitioned to our new plan.

booked a town car with Sutton the week before. We said goodbye to our friends and family before our scheduled pickup time and went to wait in the lobby in case the driver was early - what happened was quite the opposite. Our pickup time came and went so after about 15 minutes I called Sutton and explained our situation. He called back a few minutes later and said that our driver had been working another wedding and wasn't answering his phone. He said he was right down the street and that he would come get us instead. No apologies on their part, even though they knew it was our wedding night. Sitting around a hotel lobby in your wedding dress for an expensive ride that never comes was not my idea of fun at 1 am. We agreed, but after waiting around for another 10 minutes, we called back and canceled. The hotel got us a Fast Taxi that picked us up within 15 minutes - although not the fanciest ride, it was much cheaper and much more reliable. If you book with Sutton don't expect them to be very helpful or to show up on time (if at all).

He constantly seemed unsure of prices we agreed on and what vehicles we had which made it hard to plan the services we needed. After our wedding we were charged an additional fee without being told. We attempted to call to clarify the bill but never heard back and was never answered as to why we were charged. Not a fan of secretly charging my credit card! Especially when did not even use our card to pay.. hmm

We understood that was no fault of their own; However, after it broke down we obviously were looking for some help as to what the next move was. There was no apology, and all we were told was that there was no other vehicle they had to provide for an alternative ride. They just kind of stared at us with no guidance. We were stranded. After getting on our cellphones we ended up having to have family members come and give us and our wedding party of 14 people rides to the reception. I tried calling Sutton several times looking for an explanation. After a handful of calls from our original number with no answer, I tried from an alternative number and they immediately answered. I was told they were looking into other options and we would receive a call back. At the end of our wedding I expected to have a few missed calls or a car waiting for us for our exit, and there was nothing. No missed call, no car, no ride, we were stranded again. AGAIN, we had to have family members transport us and our wedding party of 14. Never an apology. Being a business owner myself, I cannot even fathom this kind of customer service. I beg you to go elsewhere and save yourself the stress and poor service.

They followed our set schedule and ensured that our guests arrived on time to the ceremony, and were picked up on time after the reception. It gave us and our guests peace of mind. and the ride was not the most comfortable. The driver was very polite and friendly however he was not used to driving this limo and usually drove the smaller 6 person limo. (Why did they send a drive not familiar with this limo do drive for someones special day)The limo had satelite radio which did not come in that great but the drive had hand written directions on how to get to the beach we wanted. The directions were wrong and we ended up using our phone GPS system to tell him how to get there. Was not real happy about that. Also when we got to the restaurant he let us out at the street and we had to walk all the way down this HUGE parking lot to the restaurant. It is a nice walk and I didn't mind it but I had my older parents with us and the restaurant has valet parking so he could have driven up and let us out but I think because he was unfamiliar with the car and the parking lot he let us out at the street. Not a huge deal breaker but all the little things added up and we will probably not use this limo company again. We will look for a more professionally run company.

The day was a little dreary and cool, so Chuck had the Escalade come with the Mercedes to pick me up in case I thought it was too cold. (Of course I stuck with the Mercedes anyway!) The Escalade even followed us after the church around town to take pictures since the threat of rain loomed overhead. Chuck recommended BEAUTIFUL places around North Conway to get the best pictures with the foliage! We have the most amazing pictures thanks to him!! We loved Sutton Limo so much we ever hired them to take us to the airport for our honeymoon! Fantastic company!
