Beth was amazing and so accommodating, after months of planning our big day finally arrived and we were able to just sit back and enjoy all of it. The everything was done and taken care of for us the food was great. Highly recommended as a venue.

This was an awesome venue! The food was fantastic and the staff did a great job making sure that we didn't have to worry about a thing! Beth worked with us through the planning process to make sure it was exactly what we wanted and made sure to keep a close eye on everything the night of the reception to make sure everything went well. We honestly couldn't have asked for more. You definitely won't be disappointed by choosing the Swan Club.

Our wedding was on September 2, 2017, over Labor Day weekend. Beth was very responsive to us in the Summer of 2016 when we reached out with the hopes to look at the venue and ask questions. Beth worked with our budget, and the value of the family style dinner was the best we found in all of the Northeast WI area. The Swan Club is so well known in the area that our families were pleased with the choice to have the reception at the Swan Club. Closer to the day of, Beth was responding within 24 hours to all emails, and was patient with our many last minute questions and changes. Beth ensured the rehearsal dinner went flawlessly and that we were well taken care of at the reception. We would highly recommend this venue to everyone looking, whether you are planning a small or large wedding! We had 225 guests, and the Swan Club was able to make a space work where everyone had their own space and the bar service was awesome, no long lines! The clean-up was quick and seamless by the staff, and we cannot say how much we appreciate the staff that worked on our rehearsal dinner and gift opening brunch! Everything went so well, thank you Beth and all of your Swan Club/Legends Staff!

Where do I even begin?!? The Swan Club was amazing and Beth made sure everything was perfect for our reception. Beth knows her stuff and makes the planning process simple and stress free. Everyone is still raving about the chicken and how delicious it was, and of course the knee caps are amazing as well! I would highly recommend the Swan Club to anyone!

Beth was GREAT to work with, very accommodating, fun, & dealt graciously with all my "worries" (she put up with my anxious pestering!). They went above and beyond to meet my needs! Food was great, hall beautiful, & service was excellent!

The Swan Club is perfect for small or large weddings with 4 room options. The prices were very reasonable for the area and Beth was easy to work with, especially being an out of town bride. She even upgraded us to a bigger room! They could not be more accommodating to our needs and flexible with our busy schedules. Definitely would recommend for a wedding of any size. Great food too! All our guests loved it!

Beth at the Swan club is amazing. She answered about a million questions from my family members prior to the wedding and on the day of the wedding I didn't feel like I needed to do a single thing because everything was flowing so smoothly. The building is new and looks great, which makes decorating very easy. They were very accommodating with everything I requested. Food came out on time and everyone was seated. The dance floor was cleared quickly. All went well!

We had a great night with the Swan Club. We had the family style broasted chicken and tenderloin tips and the food was amazing. Set up and atmosphere was very nice. Booking was easy and the price is very reasonable. The only complaint was that no one really seemed to be monitoring our wedding - the uv fountain and beer ran out and we had to hunt someone down to refill them. Also, I paid $150 for them to cut the grooms cake and our wedding cake (all 3 layers since each was a different flavor) and they did not even cut the entire thing so we had a whole layer & the grooms cake leftover. At the end of the night we again had to hunt someone down to unlock the card box so I recommend bringing your own instead of paying to rent their box. OVERALL, I say it was a good night but it would be beneficial for them to have a lead person on site for each wedding so that things don't fall through the cracks.

This was by far the most amazing fairy tale wedding. I am still hearing my guests rave 3 months after our wedding. Joseph, our banquet manager was so amazing. He was there for me no matter where I was at any moment of the wedding, to give me a hand, and get me anything I needed. Our bridal assistant Evelyn was so great as well! She was running all over for us to help with anything we needed all day! The staff is amazing, especially Greg. He met with us and was so nice and accommodating. This venue has the most beautiful grounds, thousands of flowers, the scenery is out of this world! Overall rating, a perfect 10! I will probably go back and renew our vows there, it was very reasonable as well :)

My husband and I were just married at the Swan Club November 4, 2011. The grounds were well manicured and perfect for all of our pictures which I can’t wait to get back!! We were so worried about things going wrong but Joseph Confessore our maître d ensured that everything went absolutely perfect. I certainly felt like a princess! Days before the wedding we met with Joseph to finalize all of our big day details. There were a few things that we still weren’t sure of how to execute but Joseph was full of suggestions and ideas. We fell in love with the tomato soup that the Swan Club has for lunch but not in the wedding menu. We asked Joseph if there was a way he could get us some on the day. He came through for us in a big way! The soup was served in the cocktail hour and our guests went nuts over the dish as we did. Needless to say all of the food was superb. My guests are still talking about the food and how much fun they had! On the day of Joseph and our bridal attendant (I believe her name was Diana or something along those lines…sorry for forgetting) were very attentive. Joseph had a drink waiting for me and my husband before we even knew we wanted another lol. One of my guests handed me a gift during the reception. I took two steps and Joseph was there to take care of it for me so that I could continue partying. Thank you very much Swan Club staff for helping us make our day as beautiful and enjoyable as we’ve always imagined! I can’t wait to have another reason to visit again!

They did an amazing job handling the entire wedding and keeping things running smoothly. The wedding cordinator Deb was awesome. We had a wedding of over 600 guests and she handled it so well and the food was great! Recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

I really like the swan club, we got to go in early to decorate, the food was awesome ( I did have time to eat!) The dancing started right after the dinner, we really didn't have to move tables. I was right in the main hall I liked that because we were straight in.

We had a great experience here, the food was amazing and the service was excellent. Our bartender was really nice and Beth did everything she could to make our night run smoothly. The set up of our reception was beautiful and everyone else seemed to love the place also!

Beth and the Swan Club are amazing! Our wedding was perfect! They did everything we asked for and more! Great food, beautiful venue, and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I was very excited at first to use this banquet hall because one of my family members recommended the place...coordinating and planning was great but on my big day...the cake I spent $1000 dollars was never cut and handed out to my guests, 16 slices were handed cut from my big cake and handed out to the main table, so that night I ended up hauling the whole cake home with me. When I asked for more food to be served because there wasn't enough on the table the waiter just brought me a dish that was already serving its purpose three seats from me. They served a dessert dish that I never ordered. My guests complained to me that they had to ask a waiter 3-4 times to bring them a dish and the waiter never did. My candles that the banquet coordinator promised would be lite were never lite. Overall, I was unimpressed with the whole night and I would not recommend this banquet hall to my family or friends.

The food was great, the service was great, the staff was great! Beth was extremely willing to constantly change the details for my reception as my guest list and centerpiece needs changed. The kneecaps were awesome as well!

Hall was new when we booked it...was a smoke free facility..very clean. Decore goes very well with fall wedding. They had 2 other wedding going on...we couldn't even tell..service was on time. We also couldn't hear any of the other receptions in our hall. Also had 'special reception package' included champage fountain, snacks brought out later during reception, unlimited beer from start of cocktail hour until end of dance etc...

I loved the fact that the eating area was separate from the dance floor. That way when it was time for the DJ to go on, nobody's chairs or tables had to be moved. It was also a very nice large space. I liked the fact that it had a nice lounge area.
