I chose to hire Swanky when I realized how hectic it would be to coordinate with all of the different vendors you need to hire for a wedding, and thank god I did! They did a fantastic job. Not only were they super organized and kept me updated along the way, they helped coordinate during TWO hurricanes (Helene & Milton) which both happened weeks before my October 19th wedding. I'm sure they all had a lot going on in their personal lives with the Hurricanes, but I didn't notice because they stayed on top of their planning for me the entire time, and still kept me updated immediately after each hurricane so I knew the status of my venue. They had such good ideas for the wedding and kept it low stress, and I would highly recommend hiring them so you can have a stress free wedding year!

Swanky is first class and a must have for every bride! Everything was fabulous. Considering the weather took a turn for the worse, everyone adjusted so quickly and made everything perfect with the indoor ceremony. Bailey was amazing. She was with me every step of the way and made it so enjoyable. I’m truly thankful for Swanky and Bailey! Swanky was the best! We used them for partial planning & lighting for both our rehearsal dinner/ welcome party and wedding at the Resort at Longboat Key Club. We are from out of state and they made the process of planning a destination a breeze! They not only responded promptly but entertained our 500 questions, rolled with it when we wanted to make changes, and even held our supplies for us that we shipped/ delivered before the big day. They made it seem easy- it was obvious that they come with years of expertise with the venue which we cannot recommend enough! They kept us on time wedding day and everything turned out perfect. We used Swanky for both month of planning and for our rentals for an outdoor beach wedding. Our Swanky team was fabulous! Swanky put together much needed rentals to have a wedding and reception on the beach and helped with game day changes due to high winds! They kept the wedding days stress free and made sure we truly got to enjoy our wedding.

We got Swanky Soiree with our wedding package at Lido Beach Resort, and I couldn't have been happier! Christina had a great first meet and greet call with me when the process started. Then Bailey was assigned to us for the big day, and she was wonderful. She communicated everything to us with great detail and was very thorough and organized. She was also very sweet and calming, and ensured that everything went very smoothly. We also rented an arch from them for our beach wedding and it looked beautiful. We planned our fun, tropical, Florida wedding from out of state, so we were greatly dependent upon Swanky Soiree to bring our vision to life. Swanky put together beautiful rentals for us and even repurposed our ceremony decorations to our reception, which saved us money. I first learned of swanky soirée when my husband and I picked our venue at Longboat Key Club resort in 2022. Part of our contract included 4 hrs of their services the day of the wedding, however we upgraded for the month of planner which was the best decision we could have made. Christina reached out to schedule our first call going over the type of wedding vibe and look we were going for. From this initial call, all communications from this moment with her and Stephanie, were all so seamless and stress-free. They reached out to all our other vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page for the day of our wedding. Spring forward 2 years to our rehearsal day, Christina and Jackie made that day so easy for us and our families and bridal party to practice on the beach, so it wouldn’t be a surprise the day of. When our special day finally arrived 3/9/24, from the moment Christina, Jackie and Olivia arrived on site and to the end of our evening, I cannot express how thankful and grateful we are to have had this team help make our wedding day perfect. From the ceremony to cocktail Hour to Reception, everything flowed seamless with no hiccups. Let’s talk about the setup. I provided a million boxes and items, (it was as if I was moving in) and as soon as I saw cocktail hour and the reception room, I could not believe how amazing and perfect everything looked. They nailed my vision and made use of everything I provided. It looked exactly how I envisioned. All night and including the last two weeks, I have continued to receive compliments of how beautiful everything looked. They exceeded my expectations and blew it out of the park. Jackie was there for the entire evening and she was an absolute angel, she continuously helped me fix my dress as the train would not stay bussled. I truly can’t thank this team enough, they made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Words can not express how happy I am with Swanky. Starting from all the interactions I had with the girls to how easy they made my life on my wedding day not only the wedding planning but the rentals as well. Elizabeth was truly everything I could ask for in a wedding planner, she was on top of everything made sure anything I had visualized came true. We had a great experience with Swanky Soiree! We got married at the Longboat Key Club and had swanky as our day of wedding coordinator. They were great throughout the whole process. Stefanie and Christina helped suggest some amazing vendors to us, gave tips and insight into the planning process, and provided us with some beautiful table decor. We worked with Bailey as our day of wedding coordinator and she helped make sure everything ran smoothly, gave us a helpful rehearsal and insight about walking in and the day of flow, and helped calm our nerves before the ceremony. We ended up having to relocate our ceremony and reception last minute and she did amazing making sure it went off without a hitch. The whole team is kind, responsive, and great to work with! Our wedding day in January 2024 would never have been as beautiful or smooth without the Swanky Soiree team! My husband and I live in Denver but decided to have our wedding in Longboat Key. We knew we would be using Swanky for month of planning, but we decided to upgrade to their design package, too. Wedding planning is stressful enough, and I couldn't imagine having to select, order and deal with shipping logistics for all the decor, rentals, stationery, florals, etc. on our own. We shared a high-level vision with Christina and Stefanie, and they helped bring it to life in the most beautiful way. They were communicative throughout the process and helped answer lots of random questions I had. Stefanie and Elizabeth made the rehearsal and wedding day completely stress free. The day went so smoothly, and if there were any hiccups at all, they must have handled them because I didn't hear of any. We hired Swanky Soiree Events for our wedding in Sarasota, Florida and we could not have been more pleased. We rented white pipe & drape along with a vinyl wrapped dance floor for our wedding reception and they were everything I could of ever dream of! Hiring Swanky Soirée Events was the best decision we made and the BEST money spent! They did an amazing job planning and coordinating our daughter’s wedding at The Ringling Museum Courtyard. The wedding ceremony was beautiful, the cocktail hour and reception an epic celebration! Weddings at the Ringling are super complicated because there are SO many rules AND you have to bring everything in (literally everything & everyone). We had 20 different vendors start to finish to bring this event to fruition and Swanky Soirée managed all of them for us efficiently, effectively and professionally. Throughout the whole process, Christina and her staff were always professional, kind, understanding, helpful and humorous (‘cause you just have to laugh about some of the crazy stuff) Shout out to Stefanie for that last part! I can’t say enough good things about Swanky. When we decided to get married out of town I knew we were going to need a planner. Swanky exceeded our expectations. The G&B decided to marry Friday October the 13th, and have an Edgar Allan Poe theme. That scared me a bit, as we also wanted an elegant vibe. Christina assured us her team could accomplish that. As an out-of-state bride (Ohio), working with Swanky helped turn my dream Lido Key wedding into a reality! Great event planner!! We booked Swanky for the whole ordeal, from the start since we were coming from out of town. Christina and her team were fabulous in sending me the top vendors in the area and they all put together an incredible event! They even went so far as to help put together the welcome bags and had great ideas for them. Excellent experience with Swanky's lighting services for a recent, beach-based wedding rehearsal dinner. The contracting process went smoothly, including adjustments prior to the event. And a last minute change of venue, due to forecasted inclement weather, was accommodated without a hitch! Swanky's staff was extremely professional and courteous. Finally, a post-event refund, 15% of total contact value, was promptly processed! I can highly recommend Swanky for events with lighting requirements and would readily utilize them for another event!

If you're considering a wedding planner, Swanky is your team! I planned my wedding in four months and didn't have much of a vision or any real knowledge about what goes into the planning. The team at swanky put me at such ease and helped put together the wedding of my dreams. Hire this team. If I re did my wedding any where at any time or place... They would absolutely have still been hired. Wonderful staff, we connected well! They took care of everything we needed, from initial design planning and colors, coordinating with vendors in the planning process and leading up to the big day, day of coordination, to taking care of our guests that got caught in a rainstorm on our big day! We also utilized their decor rental package and it was worth every penny. Did not have to buy a single sign, table piece, napkin, etc... I was introduced to Swanky Soiree by my venue - The Resort at Longboat Key and I am so happy I was! I am a planner and knew the design aspects for my wedding so I was not looking for a full time planner. However, I wanted to be able to enjoy my day and have professional help. I hired Swanky for Month of Coordinating. However, their help started way before a month. Anytime I had an idea or needed a rental (dance floor, lighting, chairs, etc), I emailed them and they reached out directly to the vendors. They then kept everything organized on one invoice. This was so beyond helpful. Once the month prior arrived, they were instrumental in making sure everything was handled. They made my timeline and reached out to every single vendor - asking them millions of questions I would've never thought of. It was also great to utilize them for things like lighting. I can't imagine how I would've had the perfect weekend without them. I can't recommend them enough! Everyone I worked with was so great :)

We hired Swanky Soirée for “month of” planning and it was so worth it. I had no idea how many logistics go into a wedding especially at a non-traditional venue. Swanky also rented us our lighting package and rented the welcome sign, table toppers, and other decor staples. Stefanie assisted leading up to the wedding, coordinating with all of our vendors and setting up a comprehensive timeline. Christina was there on-site the day of the rehearsal and wedding to make sure everyone in our large bridal party knew what to do and where to go. Christina and the day-of team, Meghan and Vera, helped with everything from bustling my dress to safely storing cards and party favors in our car at the end of the night. I appreciate the entire Swanky team and if you’re on the fence about hiring a planner, do it it’s worth it, and hire Swanky!

We booked our wedding with Lido Beach Resort and they included 'day of' planning with Swanky Soiree. With us being in another state and not having experience with planning, we hired Swanky to plan the whole wedding. That was the best decision we could have made! We met with Christina and her team over the phone, emailing and in person several times and they brought us so many ideas and experience. We built what we were looking for the wedding to look like on Pinterest, then the team ran with it. On the day of the wedding, Stephanie and Megan were on time, coordinating everything, checking in, fixing anything that needed to be fixed, and made the whole day so stress free and seamless for everyone. Our wedding and reception were more beautiful than we could have imagined and Swanky took care of everything! I can not recommend this company more! Christina and her team are an absolutely incredible team and my DREAM wedding day would never have been possible if it weren't for them! They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect and I was able to keep my mind at ease on my special day while they were hard at work making all my dreams come true. When I first saw my dream beach wedding (held at the Resort at Longboat Key Club) tears came to my eyes as my dream I had as a little girl had came to life, all thanks to Christina & her ninja swanky team! I knew about Swanky while my fiance and I were touring our reception venue. After that I contacted Christina and she gave me all the information about their services. Initially, we only did coordinator of. After a while, I realized I was too busy to plan the rest of the wedding. I reached out to Christina and she was very understanding of my situation and helped me on all the planning from that time on. She created a board with my vision and with a detailed phone call, she was able to understand exactly what I wanted for the wedding day. Swanky also has rentals so they are a one stop for all your wedding needs! In the weeks prior to the wedding, Christina and Stephanie made sure that all the vendors were on the same page and that everybody had the timeline ready. Christina was there during our rehearsal at church, and everything went smoothly. The day of the wedding came and absolutely everything went smoothly, and the reception decoration was beautiful and beyond what I was expecting. All of this to say that Swanky Soiree are the BEST in their field, not only for wedding planning but also for rental needs!

This team is truly amazing at what they do. I cannot say enough good things about them! Not only are they talented but they're also extremely kind. I don't know what I would've done if I hadn't hired them for the month out. There is so much going on and you don't realize all the details even if you've been planning for over two years like we were. And then the day of would have been a mess without them. So many people asking so many questions and as the bride (and I will say, I was a very easygoing, relaxed bride) it's still so overwhelming that the last thing your brain can comprehend is who goes where and when. They just know exactly what they're doing and have a warm smile on their face the whole time they're doing it. It felt like having a good friend with me on my wedding day just making sure I was where I always needed to be and so was everyone else. Between them helping me rent out some of the beautiful decor pieces that I didn't even think about until a month out, to just talking to our vendors making sure even they knew all the details, this team just made my wedding the most amazing and magical day of my life!

Christina, Stefanie, and team were incredible to work with. I honestly don't know what we would have done without them. We chose the month of planning package and I highly recommend it. We were planning our wedding from out of town and they were so helpful with recommendations, vendor coordination, and developing a detailed plan for the wedding day. On the day of the wedding, Christina and team took care of everything. The day ran so smoothly even with a last minute change to our ceremony set up due to rain. We also used Swanky for draping (gorgeous!) and rentals. They really went above and beyond and we are so grateful to have had them as part of our wedding team. I can't recommend Swanky Soiree enough!!

In all honesty, words fail to express how extremely grateful I am that my husband and I worked with Christina and Stefanie at Swanky Soiree for the full-planning of our wedding! The decision of which full-service wedding planner was such an important one, and we made the best choice to work with Christina and Stefanie. They so enthusiastically took on planning our rather large wedding at a rather complicated venue within a short 6 months! As someone who is so easily overwhelmed, every interaction with Christina and Stefanie made me feel at ease and assured that everything will be beyond okay. Not only do they both exhibit extreme professionalism, but they are down to earth and so easy to connect with. They are well-connected with vendors, and were fantastic at delivering recommendations all while managing our budget/expectations. Christina was true visionary as well, she did a fantastic job of working with our vision but also making it even better. I honestly had no clue what things would look like pieced together, but WOW - come the wedding day, I was speechless at the beauty of what Christina and Stefanie helped curate. Speaking of the wedding day, Christina made us feel so well taken care of and supported! We were able to celebrate and enjoy our magical day. They were so great! 100% recommend them. We had a lot of last minute changes due to COVID and they did a phenomenal job managing it smoothly. The wedding went was fantastic and beautiful!

If you are on the fence about hiring Swanky as a wedding planner, do yourself a favor and just do it!! It was hands down the best decision I made for our wedding. The entire team was so responsive and honestly able to answer any questions we had leading up to the big day. Even if you enjoy the planning process like I did it can be daunting and overwhelming and being able to have them on speed dial gave me so much piece of mind! Christina is the sweetest and really makes you feel like your wedding is just as important to them as it is to you. We were able to actually be in the moment and enjoy our day with Ashley there and you truly cannot put a price on that. Love these girls- thank you guys!
